Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job stress and conflict to performance of employees at PT Pos Indonesia KC Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. This type of research used in this research is the explanation (explanatory research) with a quantitive approach to describe the relationship between variable through hypothesis testing. This study used a quostionnare as a data collection tool that is distributed to 30 respondents from PT Pos Indonesia KC Pekanbaru.Based on the result of research conducted, the partial job stress has a significant effect on employee performance PT Pos Indonesia KC Pekanbaru, partial variable conflict is not significantly influence employee performance PT Pos Indonesia KC Pekanbaru, as shown by the significant value greater than 0, 05. And simultaneous assessment of job stress and conflict have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on research obtained the degree of correlation of 0.495 which indicates that the level of relationship between the independent variable on the dependent variable has a strong relationship and R² values obtained at 0.245 or 24.5%. This means that employee performance PT Pos Indonesia KC Pekanbaru influenced by the job stress and conflict amounted to 24.5%.Keywords: Job Stress, Conflict, Employee Performance

Abstract

One of bpd’s function is implementation control of performance from head village. In the case, bpd required to execute a function with either and true that the governments in the village can’t abuse their authority and predefined rules. The goals of this research to know function of BPD in monitoring the performance of head village is going well or not. This research was conducted in the village of Kuok, District Kampar.This research using theorist from Manullang about standard monitoring an activity in orgtanization. Informans research are head of BPD, Head village and comunity of Kuok village. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. While the types and sources of data are primary and secondary data. This research uses qualitative and descriptive method.The result of this research show that BPD Kuok Village can’t doing its functions as the representative of the village in seeing, controling performance of head village. Head of village in performing their duties without any supervision by BPD Kuok Village. BPD can’t control as optimally. There are still many offense head village do. So can result in the accurence of irregularities that plagued the survival of the village comunitty Kuok.Keywords : Function, Control, The Conference Village

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online games on the behavior of students at Police Game Center Street Subrantas Handsome District of Pekanbaru, and the response of parents to the child's behavior. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive, where the population is taken that students who love to play games online games center at headquarters. To determine the population of researchers using accidental sampling and deployment techniques kesioner with interviews and documentation. Online gaming is providing features 'online community', making online games as a social activity, so it will have an effect on behavior. The gamer will have to play addiction behavior which will certainly have a negative impact. From the analysis done by the results of hypothesis testing t value ≥ t table, atau4032.276 ≥0.195, then the hypothesis is accepted it means there is the influence of online gaming addiction (X) to the behavior of adolescents (Y).Keywords: Game Online, Gamers Behavior, Addictive Games.

Abstract

Forest The Village Information System Program (SID) is a village empowerment program set out in the regulations of the Regent Kuantan Singingi Regency. This program is a set of tools and processes for utilizing data and information to support resource management at the village level. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Implementation of the Village Information System Program (SID) in Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency and the factors that inhibited it. The theory used is the theory of Donald Van Meter and Carl. E. Van Horn, there are six indicators that affect implementation: Policy standards and objectives; Resource; Inter-organizational communication and strengthening activities; Characteristics of implementing agents; Social, economic and political conditions; and the disposition of the implementor. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a phenomenology approach and the data needed both primary and secondary is obtained through interviewing, observation and documentation techniques for further analysis using dataanalysis techniques interactive. The results of this study indicate that: first, the Implementation of the Village Information System Program (SID) in Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is not optimal. Second, the factors that hinder the program of the Village Information System Implementation Program (SID) in Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, namely: human resources, policy resources, inter-organizational communication and activity strengthening, assessment of target groups (public opinion), economic conditions, political conditions and implementor cognition/ understanding of the implementor.                                                                                                                          Keywords: Village Information System, Public Policy, Implementation, Program

Abstract

              Population and changes in social diet lead to increased kinds of volume, and increasingly disparate characteristics. Based on this research problem the aim is to determine the performance of the environment department in a countermeasure of the scum of the dumai city. The study uses a qualitative method with an elected informant made up of competent chairmen, officials/staff/employees, and how the garbage workers in dumai and community services. The data-collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentaries. Qualitative data is analyzed with descriptive narrative supported by primary and secondary data. The theory employed by mohammad mahsun's theory is that there are four indicators that affect performance: setting goals, indicators Formulating indicators/performance sizes; Attainment of purpose; And performance evaluations. This study shows that the work of the environmental service in this dumai city 's garbage countermeasure is not optimal yet. Second, factors that interfere with the performance of environmental services are factors in the availability of resources and infrastructure, and human resources. Keywords: Performance, Waste Management

Abstract

ing able to survive in the ever increasing level of competition, one aspect that needs to be considered in a company is the marketing aspect, namely how to get goods or services to be acceptable and to provide satisfaction to consumers. As part of the promotion marketing mix also has a significant influence on the company's efforts to achieve maximum sales targets. This research was conducted on the small industry of Mai Satun chips in Dumai City. The purpose of this research will be to examine the promotion of the small Satun-Dumai chips industry. In this research use quantitative descriptive method. Respondents from this research are customers or consumers of the small Satun Industry chunks that happen to come at the time of the questionnaire spread. This is because this research uses accidental sampling technique. And as a source of information is the owner of the small Satun-Dumai chips industry. Data collection techniques through interviews, and questionnaires. From the result of questionnaire spread can be concluded that in the implementation of promotion of small industry of Mai Satun chips included in category of poor.Keywords: Promotion

Abstract

This research explains North Korea's motivation in terminating cooperative relations with South Korea in the Kaesong Industrial Complex. The end of cooperation is marked by the closing of Kaesong Industrial Complex in 2013. This research used qualitative methods, and used case as a strategy in this research. In this research, the data was collecting by used library research techniques where this techniques is collecting data sourced from the literature, like book, website, official publications, and journal. This research used mercantilisme perspective, with the theory of national interest. This research focused on nation-state as level analysis. This research shows that the closure of kaesong industrial area by north korea happened because the clash of interest between North Korea and South Korea. Besides, this research explain strategic value of Kaesong Industrial Complex and impact of the closing of this area.Keyword: Kaesong Industrial Complex, Closure, Strategic Value, Impact.

One of purpose to make division of distric is to improve public administration services for people with responsive, accountable, and effisient. But, based on interview result with Mr. Rahmad as elder of Tanjung Village on July, 12 2017, public administration services in Koto Kampar Hulu district Kampar regency not fully run facile because the process is still takes a long time. Formulation of the problem: how is Performance Of Public Administrative Services In Koto Kampar Hulu District Kampar Regency in 2016? What factors that inhabiting Performance Of Public Administrative Services In Koto Kampar Hulu District Kampar Regency in 2016? Research purpose: To known Performance Of Public Administrative Services In Koto Kampar Hulu District Kampar Regency in 2016, To known What factors that inhabiting Performance Of Public Administrative Services In Koto Kampar Hulu District Kampar Regency in 2016. Data obtained is analyzed by descriptive-qualitative. Dimension SERVQUAL in public administration services Koto Kampar Hulu district Kampar Regency 2016. The tangibles is goverment services, community services, development services. Reabilty, durability reability performance of administration is not yet maximal. Responsiveness, information of requitmen to be complicated to get administration service need to see the sticky information. Assurance, is administration service implementers already have knowledge and abilities about system, mechanism, and procedure. Emphaty is after get complaint, advice, and input so Camat doing internal controlling to check the truth of complaint, advice, and input then will be evaluated performance administration implementer for improvment. The factors that inhabiting: some time, there is no administration service implementer, adminisration service completation is take many time, there is empty posiion, lack of number administration services computer operators, electricity is often extinguished, and there is no internet network. Abstract

Software Engineering is one of the majors on SMKN2 that many of its enthusiasts. In this department studied is not just about computers but students are taught to create a program that will be used on computer software. The creation of an application program is guided by the teacher who instructs the students. In giving instruction teachers use instructional communication in the learning process. This study aims to determine the method of instructional communication, instructional communication media, and communication barriers that occur in the learning process of software engineering skills program.This research uses qualitative research method with symbolic interaction approach. Informants from this research are three teachers, three students and headmaster SMKN 2 Pekanbaru, while the object of this research is teacher instructional communication in learning process of software engineering skill program at SMKN 2 Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interview and documentation. In achieving the validity of the data in this study, the authors use extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed that instructional communication of teacher in learning process of software engineering skill program at SMKN 2 Pekanbaru using three instructional communication method that is lecture method, individual method and method of discussion and presentation. The methods used are very helpful in understanding the students making the application program. The media used are audio media, visual media, audiovisual media and media aids. Media is often used and effective in its use of audio media and media aids. In the process of learning software engineering skills program is inseparable from the barriers that can affect the smooth learning. Instructional communication barriers that occur are the barriers to the source, obstacles to the channel, barriers to communicants and psychological barriers. Teachers as communicators use verbal and nonverbal symbols in instructional communication activities.Keyword : instructional communicatio, learning, learning process

Abstract

Performance is the performance of work or work of a worker, and employee performance is a quality result achieved by an employee in performing their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him, and This study aims to determine what factors affect the employee's performance in alpha restaurant hotel pekanbaru. And what factors become the dominant factors affect employee performance in alpha hotel restaurant pekanbaru. Factors discussed in this case are individual factors, organizational factors and management factors. This research was conducted from April to August 2017 and located in restaurant alpha hotel pekanbaru. This research design using quantitative method with descriptive approach. Based on the results of research that has been done, that the three factors above do affect employee performance at alpha hotel restaurant Pekanbaru, that is individual factor of organization factor and management factor. And the most dominant factor affecting employee performance in alpha hotel restaurant pekanbaru is individual factor, the need for compensation. Keywords: performance, factors and hotel employees
