Abstract

According to the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2014 amendments to Law 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, Child Protection is all activities to guarantee and protect children and their rights so that they can live, grow, develop and participate optimally in accordance with human dignity and dignity, and get protection from violence and discrimination. The State, Government, Regional Government, Society, Family, and Parents or Guardians are obliged and responsible for the implementation of Child Protection. The number of delinquency cases that occurred in Pekanbaru City in 2016 hence the need for community participation. In accordance with Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation No. 36 of 2016 concerning Protection of Women and Children from Violence, to see the obligations and responsibilities of the community in the implementation of child protection, the researchers wanted to see the Community Participation in the Protection of Children from Violence (Child Delinquency Study) in Pekanbaru City in 2016.The purpose of this study was to determine the Participation of the Community in the Protection of Children from Violence (Child Delinquency Study) in Pekanbaru City in 2016. The theory used in this study was community participation. This research method uses descriptive type with a qualitative research approach. The location of the study was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru. The technique of collecting data is done by interviews, documentation and literature. While the data analysis technique is done in a qualitative descriptive way.The results of the study that the Participation of the Pekanbaru City Community in the Protection of Children from Violence (Child Delinquency Study) in Pekanbaru City in 2016 has not run optimally. Judging from the participation of the community organizations that have been carried out in the form of preventing acts of violence against women and children, providing information or reporting acts of violence against women and children to law enforcement or authorities and participating in the handling of victims of acts of violence.Keywords: Community Participation, Child Protection, Violence

Abstract

Trans Metro is one of the transport is managed by the Regional Development Company of Pekanbaru in order to meet the needs of the public transportation services in the city of Pekanbaru. Society can use these transport services to facilitate their activities in travel. But Trans Metro Pekanbaru in providing transportation services not in accordance with the expectations that people want. It is seen from there were few complaints from the public. This study aimed to find out how exactly the Trans Metro Pekanbaru services and to determine the factors that affect transport services on Trans Metro Pekanbaru using five indicators in public service namely Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. This study used a qualitative approach and descriptive research type with data collection techniques do is interview and documentation. The results of this study, that the Service Provisioning Services Trans Metro Pekanbaru by the Regional Development Company has not done well. It can be seen from some of the factors that affect, among others, limited human resources available, is still a lack of infrastructure and also the lack of community participationKeywords : Public Services, Local Transportation, Local Company

Abstract

The methodology of this research was used contemporary study which analysed about efforts which had done by international governmental organization of Smile Train to overcome the problems of harelip in Indonesia. The harelip as a physical defect which was a load born handicap that most happened in develop countries that millions children were suffered as harelip that they could not speak and eat properly. Jagged was happened while middle soft net could not firmly united while the fetus still in process of develop. Jagged can be involved mouth, palates of mouth and soft net at the back mouth of children that they were suffered physically and psychologically. Although many children who were suffered as harelip could not be tackled such as harelip treatment and surgical operation. This was happened because economy factor, poverty factor also uneducated or a little knowledge as well as wrong information about birth with the cleft lip. This research used conceptual background related to International organization of analysis level, this organization has many members from different countries in the world and supporting with theory of actor and analysis level of international organization, this concept directed to qualitative method and librarian research as information resources. Many efforts have done by NGO Smile Train in Indonesia, through medical procedure and therapy, such as free operation of harelip, oral therapy and medical care around mouth and teeth. Through endeavor program to local doctors such as training for profession of medical workers, by supporting medical stuffs and technology, by supporting local communities program, by giving education to the people, and looking for people who were suffered harelip in the remote places, Indonesia and giving financial to the people who were suffered harelip.Keywords: Jagged, Harelip, Smile Train, Effort, Program

Abstract

This study uses 3 variables of internal communication, work motivation and employee performance. In internal communication variables have 5 dimensions of downward communication, upward communication, horizontal communication, diagonal communication, and informal communication process. In the variable of work motivation have 3 dimension that is motive, expectation, and incentive. In the variable Employee Performance has 3 dimensions of quantity, quality, and timeliness. Objects in this study are employees of PT. Riau Media Television (Rtv) Pekanbaru which amounted to 63 employees. The analysis used in this research is Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression, Determination Test (R2), Individual Significant Test (t test) and Significant Test (F test).The results showed the Influence of Internal Communication And Work Motivation Against Employee Performance. The better Internal Communication that occurs within the organization and employee work motivation in the company is increasing, the better level of Employee Performance in the company. So also with the motivation of work, the more we motivate employees the better the performance of the company. Results Data from the results of further questionnaires processed and tested with statistics through the help of SPSS program. The calculation results are known R Square is the coefficient of determination. And obtained R Square value of 0.350. The meaning is that the contribution of the variable of Internal Communication, Work Motivation to Employee Performance variable is 35.00%.Keywords: Internal Communication, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Jorong Gunung Nagari Tanjung Alam, Tanjung Baru Subdistrict, Tanah Datar District, is an area location in the foothills of Mount Merapi, this Perantau coming to Pekanbaru City as an push for a place that is able to provide jobs for people who want to work and the opportunities for people trading in markets in city of Pekanbaru increase income for family. The purpose this study was first, to determine the characteristics Minangkabau migrants from Jorong Gunung Nagari Tanjung Alam, Tanjung Baru Subdistrict, Tanah Datar District, Pekanbaru City. Secondly to find out the driving factors of  Minangkabau people who came from Jorong Gunung Nagari Tanjung Alam, Tanjung Baru Subdistrict, Flat Land District, which migrated in Pekanbaru City. The type of research that I use in this case is a type of descriptive research with qualitative analysis methods. The location of this research was conducted in Pekanbar u City due to the large number of Minangkabau people originating from the natural Jorong Gunung Nagari Tanjung Tanjung Baru sub-district Tanah Datar regency to migrate to complain in the city of Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques that the author did by observation, interviews and documentation. While data analysis is done with qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Perantau of Jorong Gunung Nagari Tanjung Alam Subdistrict of Tanjung Baru Regency Flat Land that came to the city of Pekanbaru had a driving and pulling factor. The driving factors include reduced natural resources, narrowing of employment and reasons for marriage. Abstract

This study illustrates the impact of international cooperation between the governments of Indonesia and India in the Export of Buffalo Meat in 2016-2018. This study aims to analyze how Indonesia cooperates working with India, and is expected to be useful information.                        This research used qualitative methods carried out through literacy research.  In the research process, the information that had been obtained, then linked to the concept of international cooperation,  Liberalism's perspective, and the concept of Interdependency               The results of the research process are then presented as a description of the research. From this research, it is found that Indonesia imports Indian buffalo meat because India is the second largest meat exporter with exports to 65 countries and controls more than the world market share and has competitive meat prices. The high consumption of beef in Indonesia makes Indonesia annually import beef to cover the demand of beef in Indonesia. So that in 2016 the government determined that India as the country of the origin entry of boneless frozen buffalo meat into Indonesia. The background of beef import policy from India is merely done to increase supply in Indonesia, and people have more choices. Not only buffalo meat and innards, the government has also opened imports of frozen beef. Keywords: Indonesia, India, Import, Buffalo meat

Abstract

This research describes the cooperation undertaken by Indonesia - Japan in low carbon development through Joint Crediting Mechanism. This cooperation is realized in the form of inter-city cooperation or green sister city with case study of surabaya city (indonesia) with kitakyushu city (japan). The Japanese provide incentives for funds and technology transfer for low-carbon development in Indonesia, from which the Japanese will get carbon quota from low-carbon development outcomes in Indonesia, while the Indonesians get real results from low-carbon development in the country.In cooperation Joint Crediting Mechanism Indonesia - Japan, in the low-carbon development of 2013, the author use qualitative research methodology with data collection techniques literature study. the perspective used is green thougth. The level of analysis used is the nation-state. The theory used is green political theory according to R. Abstract

This research is about work motivation of housekeeping employees in Comfort Hotel City Dumai. This study aims to find out how the motivation of employee housekeeping work at Comfort Hotel Dumai City Province. The sample in this study amounted to 20 people by using the sample population technique. This study uses quantitative descriptive method to classify the data and then compiled by using the frequency and see the mode. And for data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires. By using Likert scale as a measuring tool. Based on the results of research obtained on employee motivation housekeeping in Comfort Hotel Dumai City Riau Province is less agree / less motivated. This is evidenced by the total overall average gain from internal and external factors is 3 points.Keywords: motivation, intern factor, ekstern factor

Abstract

The implementation of the policy in principle is a way so that a policy can achieve its purpose. Policy implementation is the most important stage in the process of policy. Assistant Regulation number 9 Year 2012 about SIM aims in order to make the code of conduct services in the issuance of a DRIVER'S LICENSE that is transparent, effective, efficient, and accountable with the principle of legality, professional, proportionate, transparency, accountability and participatory.The purpose of this research is to know the publishing service of the SIM implementation and to know the factors that hampered in the implementation of the policy of the Ministry of the publishing LICENCE. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive method and location of the research carried out at the unit Office of traffic Polresta Pekanbaru.The analysis of the data found in the study used research formula to answer by using the theory of analysis of the factors affecting the implementation of the policies of Charles Edward III that those factors is communication, sources, trend-trend or behavior and bureaucratic structure.The results of the analysis of the resulting data indicated that implementation of the policy of the Ministry of the Publishing LICENCE has not been going well for in influence by factors of communication, resources, bureaucratic structure and disposition of implementation. In addition about the factors that affect the implementation of the policy of the Ministry of the issuance of driver's license, other research results regarding the implementation of a policy that until now has not been fullest due to the presence of a factor of availability of resources less, the compliance of the community, the lack of control and supervision, and the integrity of the implementing policy.Keywords : Implementation, Policy, Service

Abstract

Service quality is one of the indicators for consumers to assess companies engaged in services. This study aims to determine the service of the tour division and find out the consumer's response to the quality of service at PT. Urbanitas Nusantara Berkarya Pekanbaru. This research uses descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was 100 respondents. While the data collection techniques in this study use questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. By using a Likert scale as a measuring tool to determine the length of the short interval. Based on the research conducted, respondents who said they were satisfied with the services provided based on five sub-variables, namely Tangible as many as 64 respondents, Reliability 84 respondents, Responsiveness 60 respondents, Assurance 65 respondents, and Empathy 62 respondents.Keywords: Quality, Service, Tour Division, Travel Agent
