Abstract

work and propose household is difficult. Work bugged rubber many difficulty and challenges from the community, also derision of thed community. But there are still many women who do work bugged rubber in Desa Kuapan. The purpose of this research is describe social and economic conditions rubber famers family existing in Desa Kuapan Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau. Described the role of mothers tappers in arranging households in Desa Kuapan Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau. To identify the constraints experienced mother tappers rubber in arranging households anf the breadwinner. To know the role of mother tappers rubber in improving the welfare of economic family. Methods used was a qualitative methodology to technique interview to collect data and information. The result of the study found that social and economic conditions of a family mothers tappers rubber increase after they had trade bugged rubber with an indicator fulfill their daily needs and also they can sending their children to school. The role of mothers rubber tappers in improving the welfare of the family performed with : a). tale wages bugged rubber to add to the family income, b). to setting aside income saved to their family needs.keyword : housewives, tappers rubber, welfare

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze critically and sociologically aboutthe Implementation of the Function of the Regional House of Representatives(DPRD) Period 2014-2019 in Legislation. The results of this study are expected tobe used as the motivation of members of the Regional House of Representatives(DPRD) Dairi District Period 2014-2019 in Legislation. This research is a fieldresearch using qualitative descriptive analysis by taking research subjects ofDairi Regency DPRD period 2014-2019. Data collection is done by interviewmethod, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate thatmembers of Parliament Dairi period 2014-2019 very important role in theimplementation of the legislative function of the Regional House ofRepresentatives (DPRD). Phase by the Regional People's Representative Councilof Dairi Regency peridoe 2014-2019 in establishing the Regional Regulation(Perda) consists of; Planning phase, Preparation stage, Preparation technique,Formulation phase, Discussion phase and Legal phase. The relevance of thematerial principle of the Regional Regulation (Perda) in the implementation ofthe legislative function of the Regional House of Representatives of Dairi Regencyfor the period 2014-2019 consists of; Absorb the aspirations of society, Initiativesand Initiatives, Public Interest and In accordance with the rule of law. Therealization of the legislative function of Dairi District People's RepresentativeCouncil (DPRD) in 2014-2019 period is hampered by several obstacles but hasbeen made by Dairi District People's Representative Council 2014-2019 toimprove the implementation of legislation function.Keywords: DPRD, Legislation Function, Regional Regulation (Perda).

Abstract

Sub-district Coordination in the development of coastal areas in Gaung Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency in 2016 is coordinating sub-district strategic plans into regional development planning and implementation programs related to issues and characteristics as well as potential coastal areas. Based on the Report on the Implementation of Regional Government (LPPD) of the Gaung Subdistrict of Indragiri Hilir Regency in 2016, in general the physical realization of the development budget has been going well, but has not touched the main objective of the environmentally sound development plan or has not been harmonized and the synergy between the Annual Work Program (RKT) 2016 with a Strategic Plan (Renstra) for coastal area development related to issues and the potential of the Gaung sub-district as a coastal area.         The formulation of the research problem is how the coordination of sub-district heads in the development of coastal areas in the District of Gaung, Indragiri Hilir Regency in 2016, and the factors that influence the coordination of sub-districts in the development of coastal areas in 2016.         The aim of the study was to determine the coordination of sub-district heads in the development of coastal areas in the District of Gaung, Indragiri Hilir Regency in 2016 and the factors that influenced the coordination of sub-districts in the development of coastal areas in 2016.         The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection instruments including interviews, observation and documentation studies related to the research objectives.         The results of the study illustrate that the subdistrict head in coordinating the subordinate work units and sub-district level work units in planning and implementing development tends to be oriented towards improving general programs in realizing community welfare, but ignoring or not optimally directing and harmonizing insightful development environment related to the characteristics of coastal areas, such as the lack of preservation / prevention of natural damage, and the development or empowerment of fishermen or copra farmers in coastal areas in Gaung District in 2016. Keywords: Coordination, Development, Coastal Areas.

Abstract

The Election Supervisory Agency (BAWASLU) of Riau Province is an institution that oversees the holding of the General Elections in the area of Riau Province. In the Election of the Governor of Riau Province in 2018, supervision conducted by the Riau Province Election Supervisory Body was still not optimal. Can be seen from the findings of cases of violations such as campaigns outside the schedule, installing APKs not in accordance with the Law, Black Campaigns and Money Politics. The purpose of this study was to see how the implementation of the Riau Province Bawaslu's duties in the Election of the Governor of Riau Province in 2018 as well as what factors hindered the implementation of the Riau Province Bawaslu's duties in the Election. This research is a descriptive study using qualitative methods. The selection of informants in this study uses incidental sampling techniques. Data collection is done through interviews, observations (direct observation) and documentation. The theoretical concept used in this study is the theory of task implementation by Suprihanto (1988: 102), with indicators of task mastery, ability to cooperate, finish work on time, and provide timely report results. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of the tasks of the Riau Election Supervisory Agency is still not effective. This is because some staff still find it difficult to understand their duties. In addition there is an unfavorable relationship with other parties involved in the election. And also the lack of transportation facilities in Bawaslu, Riau Province. *Keywords: Task Implementation, Cooperation

Abstract

Service Quality is how far the difference between reality and expectations of consumers with the services they received or acquired. loyalty is described as the desire of consumers to subscribe to the company continuously, buying and using products and services repeatedly, and recommend the company's products to others. Under these conditions, a hospitality service company to be able to provide quality service to its customers, in order to create customer satisfaction that will lead the customer will be loyal to the products or services at the company.This research was conducted at Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru is located on the roadJend Sudirmani Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyality on Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru.In this research methodology is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS, where samples were used that customer Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru is a minimum stay of more than two times and as a source of information is the General Manager, Supervisor, and Front office. To determine the sample using the formula Slovin, sampling with purposive sampling method. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews.From the results of data analysis includes test validity, reliability, and simple linear regression, the quality of service in this study included five components of both the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and caring. Each one has an indicator interrelated and positive effect on customer loyalty Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This research is an international relations research in economy politic studies which describes about the implications of ASEAN – KOREA FREE TRADE AREA (AKFTA) agreement on exports of oil and gas from Brunei Darussalam to South Korea in 2007 – 2011. The establishment of the ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Area (AKFTA) are to strengthen and develop economies, markets and investments in cooperation between ASEAN and Korean member countries which characterized by gradual liberalization and promote the market of transparent, liberal goods and services and provide facilities for investation.This is qualitative research which used descriptive methods, and collecting datas from some resources like books, journals, official publications and relevant websites. This paper used the neo – liberalism perspective and Free Trade Theory by David Ricardo which known as "comparative advantages" (comparative advantages). The object of this research is the export and import relationship between Brunei Darussalam and South Korea.The results of this research shows that ASEAN – KOREA FREE TRADE AREA (AKFTA) which creates agreements in various sectors like trade, economy, and politics. Including export and production, trade contracts, Free Trade, and the influence of AKFTA on the hegemony of Japan and the People's Republic of China in ASEAN that involving Brunei Darussalam and South Korea in 2007 – 2011.Key words : ASEAN, AKFTA, Export, Import, implications

Abstract

The tourism industry is industry that growing very rapidly in the world, the tourism industry is very closely related to its aviation industry. Due to the rapid development in tourism world, will affect the high use of air transportation as a means used for tourists to travel to tourist destination. Through air transportation will greatly facilitate tourists to be able to visit a tourist destination be it in the country or abroad and also will save more time when compared with land and sea transportation.The air transportation is closely related to the Airport. Airport is an airfield, including any buildings and equipment that are minimal to ensure the availability of facilities for air transport to the public. The purpose of this research is to know the airplane passenger’s valuation of terminal building facilities at Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport Pekanbaru.This research uses quantitative descriptive approach with quantitative and qualitative data types to analyze problem. The sample used is 100 respondents and the data obtained through questionnaires, observation and documentation. By using Likert scale as a measuring tool. The results of the research showed the airplane passenger’s valuation of terminal building facilities from various indicators are categorized good. The conclusion of this research is the existing facility in the airport terminal building with good category and the writer's suggestion for airport management is to maintain the condition of the existing facility so that airplane passenger’s valuation on existing facility always good and will be better in the future.Keywords : Valuation, Facilities, Airport Terminal Building

Abstract

Service is one that should get the attention of the government, until now, public complaints in the service that is still felt the news in various mass media. The aim of this study is (1) to find out the passport service and; (2) to find out what factors that influence the Passport Service. The theory used in this research is Widodo (2001:270-271) : (1) Service Procedures, (2) Completion Time, (3) Service Charge, (4) Service Product, (5) Facilities and Infrastructure, (6) Officer Competencies. This research methodology used is qualitative descriptive approach. Sources of this research are 3 (three) head divisions, 1 (one) office staff, and 5 (five) society. The technique of data collection in this research are interview, observation, and documentation. The result of this research shows that the Passport Service at Immigration Office Class II Dumai is not maximal yet, because there are some indicators such as facilities and infrastructures and competence of officers which considered not satisfying yet for society. While other indicators such as service procedures, completion time, service cost, and service product is already well. Factors that affect the services at the Immigration Office Class II Dumai are a network system problem and the response of officers who are still not good.Keywords: Public Service, Passport

Abstract

is an integral part of national development is done in a systematic, integrated, sustainable, and responsible while providing protection against religious values, cultures living in the community, sustainability and environmental quality, as well as the national interest stipulated in the Act No.10 of 2009 on Tourism. As stated also in the vision and mission of Riau Province in 2020. Looking at the condition of Cultural Property in Rokan Hulu are Benteng Tujuh Lapis that need management, in the process there is a barrier for some of the land in this country sites hereditary there are people who live across the region, a problem that too continued in the absence of serious management of the local government which caused this cultural sites almost in name only, then this is the responsibility of local governments in the management of cultural extinction for the site and can be enjoyed by future generations.In this study the authors use the theory as a tool of analysis in this research is the theory of decentralization and local government management. While the approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive kind, which seeks to analyze the dynamics and explain the data obtained from observations and aim to reinforce and strengthen a theory so as to obtain information about the current situation. Data collection techniques in this research is to use interview techniques, documentation and observation.Results The study authors concluded that the Management Consisting Of the preservation and development of Benteng Tujuh Lapis, Very minimal budget although the Government has formulated the Strategic Plan for Tourism Rokan Hulu , causing Efforts hearts Forms of rescue and restoration is only limited to discourse , Up At The singer is unclear by the Government Subscription Management Fortress seven Layer . Abstract

This research is motivated by the implementation of the tribe Petalangan treatment Belian Village Betung Pelalawan District of Pangkalan Kuras. The problems that arise from this study is how the implementation of the treatment Belian Village Petalangan and how the public perception on this Belian treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of Belian treatment and public perception of the treatment ritual Belian on Petalangan tribe. Location of the study was conducted in the village of Betung Pelalawan District of Pangkalan Kuras. The method used in this study using a qualitative descriptive study. As informants are community as much as 5 (five) while the data collection techniques using observation, interview by giving the question sheet. In analyzing the data from this study used a qualitative descriptive analysis method, while the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The research found the implementation of medication purchases made by kemantan and pebayu and ketobung bat or drum to accompany spells read when performing the treatment, for the public perception of treatment may be as long as it does not violate the norms, ethics and religion.Keywords: Implementation, Belian Treatment, Tribe Petalangan, public perception
