Abstract

This research was conducted in SMP Negeri 7 Kelurahan Purnama Kecamatan Dumai Barat Kota Dumai. The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of pocket money by Students / I SMP Negeri 7 Kelurahan Purnama Kecamatan Dumai Barat Kota Dumai. The focus of this study is the pattern of giving pocket money to students / I in SMP Negeri 7 Kelurahan Purnama Kecamatan Dumai Barat Kota Dumai. The sample in this study amounted to 72 students using slovin method from students who sat in class VIII SMP Negeri 7 Kelurahan Purnama Kecamatan Dumai Barat Kota Dumai. The writer uses quantitative descriptive method and the data is analyzed quantitatively and using the technique of Simple Random Sampling. Data instruments are observation, questionnaire/ questionnaire and documentation. From the research conducted, the authors found that the pattern of giving pocket money by parents to students in SMP N 07 Purnama is as follows: Per day, Students who get snack every day amounted to 58 students or 80.5% of respondents. Week, Students who get snack per week amounted to 11 students or 15.27% of respondents.Monthly, Students who get snack per month amounted to 3 students or 4.1% of respondents. The use of pocket money by the students of SMP N 07 Purnama is as follows: For pocket money, the use of allowance for snack by students of SMP N 07 Purnama on the research conducted found 30 students or 41.7% of respondents. For school purposes, the use of allowance for school purposes by students of SMP N 07 Purnama on research conducted found as many as 8 students / i or 11.1% of respondents. To save, the use of allowance to save by students of SMP N 07 Purnama on research conducted found as many as 6 students / i or 8.3% of respondents. To purchase internet quota / card, The use of allowance for internet quota by students of SMP N 07 Purnama on research conducted found as many as 3 students / i or 4.2% of respondents. For transportation costs, the use of allowance for transportation costs by students of SMP N 07 Purnama in research conducted found as many as 25 students / i or 34.7% of respondentsKeywords: Child Pocket Money Pattern, Expenditure Pattern

Abstract

Symptoms of modernization has now spread throughout the world, Unexception Indonesian which is a developing country. Modernization is change of traditional society to modern society. Technological developments changing rapidly, resulting each individual or group faced with various challenges to be able move faster. Associated with lifestyle phenomenon which doing by teenager undetached from condition famly socio-economic. This research aims to know how characteritic family socio-economic of students Senior High School 12 Pekanbaru, how the profile lifestyle of students in Senior High School 12 Pekanbaru, and there are correlation between family socio-economic to the lifestyle students. The subyek of the this research is students of class X and class XI Senior High School 12 Pekanbaru with totaliting 30 respondents. Data colletions using questionnaries and documentation metodh. Techniques analysis of test preconditions consist of validity test and reliability test. Techniques analysis using simple linear analysis technique and analysis multiple of correlation coeficient (R). The result of this research indicate that is a significant relationship between family socio-economic status of the students lifestyle with mutiple of correlation coefcient 0,545 and Fhitung 22,416.Keywords: family socio-economic status, lifestyle

Abstract

This research is the science of international relations that examines the effectiveness of the sister city of Padang City (Indonesia) with the City of Fremantle (Australia). This research aims to explain how the cooperative relationship between the City of Padang and the City of Fremantle, how the effectiveness of the sister city cooperation between the two cities and the obstacles that hinder the cooperation of the sister city.               The study was prepared using the international cooperation by K.J Holsti, constructivism perspective, which is then supported by nation-state analysis level. The methodology using a qualitative methode and collecting data using a library research literature.               The results of this study indicate that the sister city collaboration between the City of Padang and the City of Fremantle is less effective. This is evidenced by the absence of outputs and action plans from the collaboration as well as the many obstacles that are obstacles to the proper running of the sister city collaboration. Keyword : Cooperation, Sister City, Effectiveness, Padang City, The City of  Fremantle.

Abstract

This study aims to partially and simultaneously influence. Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Free Cash Flow, Asset Structure, and Dividend Policy to Debt Policy in sub sector otomotif and component companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) Period 2010-2014. Where independent variable in this research is managerial ownership, institutional ownership, free cash flow, asset structure, dividend policy, and debt policy dependent variable. The method used to observe the effect of capital structure to the company's value is by using multiple linear regression.This study uses secondary data from the financial statements of companies sampled and sampling using purposive sampling techniques. Classic assumption test in this study include normality test, multicollinearity, heterocedasticity test, autocorrelation test. Analysis of data using the multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f, and test the coefficient of determination. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16.The results showed that the variables managerial ownership,and institusial ownership partially (t test) significantly affects on the debt policy in a sub-sector of otomotif and component listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), while the variable free cash flow, asset structure, and devidend policy no significant effect on the debt policy in a sub-sector of otomotif and component listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The results of the study simultaneously (f test) showed a significant effect of the variable managerial ownership, institusional ownership,free cash flow, asset structure and dividend policy on the debt policy in pulp and paper subsectors listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).Keywords: managerial ownership, institutional ownership, free cash flow, asset structure, dividend policy, debt policy

Abstract

The research is based on regional election in Pekanbaru City 2017 to choosed Mayor and Vice Mayor. Regional election was held on 15 February 2017. Candidates for Mayor and Vice Mayor is Syahril-Said Zohrin, Herman Nazar-Defiwwarman, Firdaus-Ayat Cahyadi and Dastrayani Bibra-Said Usman. The Mayor and Vice Mayor is elected incumbent candidates Firdaus and Ayat Cahyadi from coalition Demokrat party, Gerindra and PKS.The purpose of this result is to know recruitment mechanism from Demokrat Party, Gerindra and PKS to choose the candidates and to know factor the coalition. Method used in this research is descriptive methods with qualitative type. Types of data on this researchis primary and secondary data. The data collected in this research is documentation and interview. The technical data analysis used is descriptive qualitative data analysisThe result is Demokrat Party, Gerindra and PKS have their own recruitment mechanism. Democrat Party and Gerindra would selected and test the candidates and PKS would voted the candidates in publicly internal. Those who are selected candidates of Demokrat Party, Gerindra and PKS are chosen by the board of the leadership center party in Jakarta. Abstract

Conflict Management Boundary between Pekanbaru District of Kampar (Case Study Sub-District of Bukitraya Pekanbaru) is an effort to resolve conflicts conducted by related parties in this case RW 15, RW 16 and RW 18 Simpang Tiga village Bukitraya sub-district to get a solution of the clarity of their status in administrative demography. This conflict management effort has been done since December 2015 until now and has not yet got the solution. According to Wirawan's theory, conflict management consists of third parties (conflict parties), conflict strategies, conflict control, and conflict resolution.This study aims to find out how the Conflict Management of the Boundary of Kampar Pekanbaru (Case Study Sub-District Bukitraya Pekanbaru) by using descriptive qualitative method where the author uses interviewing and observation techniques in the field with research informant, Sub-section Head of the Inter-Regional Border of Riau Province, Secretary of Lurah Simpang Tiga, Chairman of RW 15, RW 16, RW 18 Simpang Tiga Village and residents of RW 15, RW 16, and RW 18 Simpang Tiga Village.The result of the research shows that the management of boundary conflict in Kampar Pekanbaru (Case Study of Sub-district of Bukitraya Pekanbaru) has not been maximal since all the efforts are only done by RW 15, RW 16, and RW 18, people who feel disadvantaged. The factors that influence the management of Boundary Conflict Kampar Pekanbaru (Case Study Sub-District Bukitraya Pekanbaru) is the absence of commitment Pekanbaru City Government in enforcing the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 18 of 2015 about the Boundaries of Kampar Regency with Pekanbaru City Riau Province and absence of supervision during the settlement of this conflict.Keywords: Conflict Management, Boundaries

This research using merchantilisme perspective, in this perspective state as a main actor which actively and rational organize the economy to increase the power of State. Abstract

YouTube Channel "Kok Bisa?" It's one of the most famous educational channels on YouTube with more subscribers than any other education channel. Content given on channel "Kok Bisa?" Draw the attention of audiences to watch the videos. This is in accordance with the assumption of the theory of Use and Gratification of the freedom of the audience in choosing which media can be accepted and satisfy their needs. To measure the satisfaction of the audience by knowing the motive to watch (gratification seeking) and satisfaction after watching (gratification obtained). The purpose of this study is to find information between the motives and satisfaction of the YouTube channel "Kok bisa?" Among students of Communication Studies Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau.The method used in this research is quantitative. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires. The location of this research is at the Department of Communication Science Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau. Sampling using accidental sampling technique with unknown populations formula and get 96 respondents. To know the gap of satisfaction of use, researcher use model of Uses and Gratification which developed by Palmgreen to analyze result.The results of this study show that by looking at the comparison of motive values with student satisfaction in watching YouTube channel "Kok bisa?", The result of calculating the mean value of GS (3.6693) is bigger than the mean value of GO (3.6450). Which means there is a gap of satisfaction because the motive of use is greater than the satisfaction received. This shows that the YouTube channel "Kok can?" Is still not able to satisfy its users.

Abstract

This study aims to find how the implementation mix promotion package at PT. Aras Hijrah Tour & Travel Pekanbaru. The research method that is used is qualitative descriptive. The main informants of the study were Director PT.Aras Hijrah Tour & Travel Pekanbaru, supporting informants were Manager and ticket section. Data collection is done by direct interview and documentation. Data analysis is done through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study concluded that has been PT. Aras Hijrah Tour & Travel uses 4 (four) promotional mix elements in the sale of its tour packages,that is : 1) Advertising, (2) Sales Promotion, (3) Public Relations, (4) Direct marketing. Implementation the promotional mix of PT. Aras Hijrah Tour & Travel it’s good, this can be seen from the combination of the promotional mix, especially for advertising and public relations. Abstract

Government Regulation No. 72 Year 2005 tentangDesa: Article 78, namely: To improve people's income and the Village, the Village Government can establish village-owned enterprises in accordance with the needs and potential of the village. Provincial and District Government support is quite large, in the formation of BUM village is referring to the rule area Rokan Hulu No. 8 of 2007 on village-owned enterprises and implemented by decree Rokan Hulu No. 18 of 2009 and replaced by decree No. 64 2014 on the implementation guidelines village-owned enterprises.The method used in this study is a qualitative research with descriptive approach, with a focus on: (1) Strategy Regional Government in the development of village-owned enterprises (2) factors that support the development BUM Village Business Partner Mulya (3) Factors hindering the development of BUM Village Langkitin ,Results of the study is that the strategy of local governments in the development of village-owned enterprises to establish district coordinator as a builder BUM village in Rokan Hulu a factor supporting the development BUM village in Rokan Hulu one BUM village Mulya Business Partners. But would not all BUM village is managed and run in accordance with the purpose of BUM village was myself, One Village BUM Langkitin. So it can be said BUM Langkitin village is only limited nameplate Village BUM, BUM and activity of village Not Running.Keywords: Strategy, Development, Village-owned enterprises.
