Abstract

In order to improve the safety and comfort in traffic on public roads or in Pekanbaru urban areas, the government is controlling especially on heavy tonnage trucks. The government that has responsibility in controlling in this traffic is the Transportation Agency of Pekanbaru City. The problem faced is where heavy tonnage trucks pass on roads that are not allowed or enter the Pekanbaru City area, besides that there are still many heavy tonnage trucks passing at hours that are prohibited by the Transportation Agency.This study aims to determine the implementation of the heavy tonnage truck control program in Pekanbaru City in 2017, as well as the factors that have not yet achieved the implementation of the heavy tonnage truck control program in Pekanbaru City in 2017. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique is done by qualitative data analysis. The results of the study that the Implementation of the Heavy Duty Trucking Control Program in Pekanbaru City in 2017 has not been achieved optimally seen from the implementation of the curbing program carried out by the Pekanbaru City Transportation Department, namely the Transportation Infrastructure and Construction of Special Bertonase Trucks and Controlling and Safeguarding of Heavy-Duty Trucks has not affected the changes occurring in the field, namely the increasing number of violations occurring in heavy tonnage trucks on urban roads and crossing during rush hour. Factors that cause the implementation of the control program have not been optimally achieved due to the lack of optimal implementation of the activities of the program. This is because there are several constraints on the lack of quality and quantity of human resources, budgetary resources, lack of optimal procurement of facilities and infrastructure and cooperation carried out between the Department of Transportation and related parties.Keywords: Communication, Resources, Disposition, Bureaucratic Structure.

Abstract

Measures to eradicate IUU fishing in the future will continue to be improved and improved, given that in essence the granting of rights in the form of fishing permits, followed by the obligation to carry out responsible fishing activities, in order to preserve the resources of fish and its environment , To support food security, minimize economic losses from stolen fish resources, and protect fishing businesses by domestic fishing fleets.The purpose of this study is to first explain the policies of the Indonesian government in handling Ilegal Fishing capture that occurred in Indonesian territorial waters. Secondly, explaining the bureaucracy structure of marine and fishery ministries in handling Ilegal Fishing catches in Indonesian waters. Third, explaining the potential of Resources Humans in guarding the waters of Indonesia. In this research, writer use descriptive research type with qualitative analysis method. The location of this research is Indonesia. The choice of Indonesia to be the location of research because often the case of Ilegal Fishing. This research uses state building theory and bureaucratic theory. Technique of collecting data in this research that is literature conducted by collecting secondary data in this matter represented by information from literature-literature relevant to problem studied, with consideration of data collecting in this research qualitatively based on bibliography research covering book , Relevant journals, newspapers and the internet. Qualitative research method is an option in this study because the author wants to explore the study more deeply by looking at the phenomenon and reality that exist in this study.Based on the results of analysis of this study shows that: The various ways that the Indonesian government to tackle the problem of illegal fishing, such as strengthening the bureaucratic structure through the ministry of marine and fisheries by forming teams or parts that specifically handle illegal fishing, strengthening legislation through revision To regulate legal fishing permit and legal strengthening of criminal acts illegal fishing actors also improve the quality of human resources by conducting various activities to increase knowledge and insight society in the water area.Keywords: policy, tackling, ilegal fishing, ministry of marine and fisheries

Abstract

This study aims to test partially and simultaneously the effect of investment decisions and firm size on firm value. Where the independent variables in this study are investment decisions and company size and the dependent variable is the value of the Company.  This study uses secondary data in the form of company financial statements and annual reports annual report of cosmetics and household needs sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2011-2017. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, which is used is 5 companies. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and coefficient of determination test using SPSS 23 device.The results of the analysis show that the investment decision variable partially (t test) influences the firm value of the cosmetics sub-sector manufacturing companies and household needs listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the variable size of the company partially (t test) influences the firm value in the subsector manufacturing company cosmetics and household needs listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Simultaneous test results (test f) indicate the influence of investment decision variables and firm size on firm value in the cosmetics sub-sector manufacturing companies and household needs listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  Keywords: Investment Decisions, Company Size, and Company Value

Abstract

The woman who had been convicted of murder should live his life in prison as an inmate, would need a way to adapt so that the inmates can their daily lives well in prison, inmates killing women must also try and sincerity in order to treat trauma cases entrap post. this phenomenon is interesting to examine the author; Adaptation Woman Convicted of Killing (Correctional Institution of Female Class II A Pekanbaru City), in the current study researchers interviewed four informants who are female convict the accused killed, informants were asked to tell the details again how chronological murder case that has ensnared them and what the motive accompanying , informants were also asked to tell his life after becoming prisoners Correctional Institution of Female Class II A Pekanbaru City. Using this theory, Robert K. Merton tries to explain deviations through social structures. According to this theory, social structures not only produce conformist behavior, but also produce deviant behavior. But in the explanation of this study, the author only uses conformity in which EM and SY informants are more related to this pattern, for MN informants more can be related to the adaptation of rebellion and retreatism related to cases that occur to YL informants, to connect adaptation to use by the informant according to the case that ensnared him. Abstract

This research was implemented in Pekanbaru by taking alumni’s data that already graduated from UPT Social Institution of Adolescent Development “Marsudi Putra Tengku Yuk Pekanbaru” 4 years ago. The purpose of this research is to analyze the behavior of the alumni and the results of training skills after graduated from UPT Social Institution of Adolescent Development “Marsudi Putra Tengku Yuk Pekanbaru”. The focus of this research is the educational skill of alumni after graduating from institution. The sample of this research were 6 (six) people. The writer used qualitative descriptive methods and the data were analyzed in qualitative way and used purposive sampling technique. The instrument of this data is observation, deep interview and documentation. From this research, the writer found out that in looking at the results of education skills of alumni are with the following : there are two results of training skills that given while the alumni were still in institution. They are Motorcycle Automotive Skills and Welding Skills. Inside of those two training skills, there are curriculum and results of training, Study Practice Work, The Use of Instruments, and The Work of Respondents. Next are about The Change of Bad Behavior, The Worship Behavior, and The Behavior towards their Parents. The Change of Bad Behavior is about the changing of respondents bad behaviour before and after following social training in institution. The Worship Behavior, that there are some respondents who had increased their Worship Behavior and some others are stay still. The Behavior towards their Parents is the changing of the respondents’ behaviour towards their parents before and after following social training in institution.Keyword : Behavior, Results of Training Skills, Alumni of Institution

Abstract

This study aims to explain the strategy of Pekanbaru city government through the Department of Culture and Tourism in developing a tourist village in Pekanbaru City. Pekanbaru City Government has launched several villages as a tourist village in accordance with the Decree of the Head of Culture and Tourism Office No. 84 of 2010.In this study the authors use strategy theory. To bridge the theory to the strategy of the culture and tourism office of Pekanbaru city in developing the tourist village the author uses the frame of mind refers to the view of Higgins called Master Strategy. In his view the strategy theory in developing the tourist village will consider aspects of enterprise strategy, corporate strategy, business strategy and functional strategy.City of culture and tourism office Pekanbaru designing four urban villages that will become the tourist object. Pekanbaru Municipal Government through the Department of Culture and Tourism together the community to form a tourism conscious group (POKDARWIS) and directly guided by the Head of Culture and Tourism and members of the local community.Keywords: Strategy, Tourism Village, Department of Culture and Tourism Pekanbaru City

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the level of customer satisfaction of Tour package at PT. Naifah Duta Utama Tour & Travel Pekanbaru.This research uses descriptive quantitative method to analyze the problem. The sample used was 30 respondents and the data obtained through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. By using Likert scale as a measuring instrument to determine the length of the interval. Based on the results of research, Customer Satisfaction User Service Tour Packages In PT. Naifah Duta Utama Tour & Travel Pekanabru which consists of four indicators, namely: tangible, emphaty, reability, assurance. The level of customer satisfaction of PT. Naifah Duta Utama Tour & Travel is the highest is on Kemampun to provide services in accordance with the promised and can be on oralkan or reability. Abstract

This research is to know the perception tourism to promotion of Padang Beach West Sumatera Proince. This Study aim: (1) How the perception tourist to promotion of Padang Beach. This research uses quantitative method woth descriptive approach, the research subjects are tourist visitting Padang Beach,Tourism Depatement Of PadangCity. The sample used in this research is 100 people. Data collection is done by observation, questionnaire, documentation. The data analysis used in this study is based on facts found in the field through the results of questionnaires, and with conclusions. Based on the results of research that has been done, the perception of tourist to the promotion of Padang Beach West Sumatera Province influenced by various promotions, such as advertising promotion, public relations promotion, mouth of mouth promotion, sales promotion. The conclusion of the most dominant promotion in the perception tourist to the promotion Padang Beach of West Sumatera Province is the promotion of advertisingand the most dominant indicator is the promotion of public relations in the form of holding events. Abstract

This research was conducted at SDIT Al-Azhar Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to determine parents' satisfaction with education services at SDIT Al-Azhar Pekanbaru. The focus of this research is the factors that affect parents' satisfaction toward education service at SDIT Al-Azhar Pekanbaru. The technique of determining samples purposive sampling and set the number of samples as many as 10 people. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and Instrument data is observation, interview. The study found that parents' satisfaction with education service by Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Pekanbaru IT Elementary School can be seen from several points as follows: Parents satisfaction on educators, it is known that all research informants are very satisfied with the quality of educators in IT Elementary School AL Azhar Syifa Budi Pekanbaru. Parents Satisfaction with Facilities, Infrastructure and Management it is known that the informants are very satisfied with the availability of facilities, infrastructure and policies of the management of SD IT Al Azhar Syifa Budi Pekanbaru. Parents Satisfaction Against Content Standards, Processes and Assessment, According to the informant's acknowledgment, students are not only skilled in the lesson but also very controlled in how to behave. According to this informant is a very good achievement considering the challenges of the times that must be faced by their child science is not enough, need a strong character to face social changes for the future. Abstract

The leadership of the Head Village in empowering village communities is needed in helping the community to be more independent and empowered. Kebumen Parit Village is a division of Teluk Lecah Village, but the Parit Kebumen Village is faster to succeed and is the best village in Bengkalis Regency year 2016 and 2017. The research aims to describe the leadership of the Head Village in empowering the community of Parit Kebumen Village and Teluk Lecah Village in 2017. This study uses leadership theory in accordance with the Head Village leadership type and situational leadership theory to help answer the objectives.This study uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected using field studies. Data collected through informants purposively. Data collection techniques use field research, interviews, and documentation studies. While the data analysis uses descriptive data analysis techniques.This study uses a qualitative approach. Data is collected using field research. Data is collected through informants purposively. The technique of collecting data uses field research, interviews, and documentation studies. While data analysis uses descriptive data analysis techniques.The results of the study show that the leadership of the Head of the Village of Parit Kebumen manages power for the benefit of many people, all forms of empowerment programs ranging from government and development are carried out to empower rural communities. While the leadership of the Teluk Lecah Village Chief was run normatively according to the main tasks and functions of the Head Village so that the empowerment program in the field of government and development followed the existing rules. The effort of the Parit Kebumen Head Village to embrace all parties, village officials and the community so that they succeeded in becoming the best village.Keywords: Leadership Head Village, Community Empowerment.
