Abstract

This research is a research about rain-moving ritual which is believed by society of Tualang Sub-district. This research is to find out about the implementation of rain-moving rituals and public confidence in rain-moving rituals. This type of research uses qualitative research type with descriptive analysis approach. The author uses field research (field research) with the form of non-participant observation (non participant observer). The author uses data collection techniques in the form of observation to produce data in accordance with reality and to obtain valid data about the role of rainmaster in carrying out its duties to prevent rain fall during the execution of the party took place. Interview (interview) to get information from the source about how the role of the rainy handler. Documentation for the addition of data in the form of photos and sound recordings. Based on the research that has been done, researchers get the results of research that is moving ritual rain done what if there are events such as weddings and circumcision events. public confidence in the rainy handler in dasari by the number of hajatan owned by the community so that in order to support these activities to run smoothly then used the rainy handler to resist the rain when the event held dienggrakan lasted.Keywords: Trust.Rain Charmer, rain-moving ritual.

Abstract

This study is a built-up study to describe the governance of community forests case studies forest and land rehabilitation. From the data obtained, from 2014 until 2016 the realization of forest and land rehabilitation in the community forest area has decreased in planting tree seedlings that are not in accordance with expectations by the Forestry and Plantation Pelalawan. The problem that occurs is less effective and efficient implementation and functions of the Department of Forestry Plantations dn Pelalawan in increasing reductions of critical land in the community forest and forest and land rehabilitation. The purpose of research is to know the people in forest governance case studies Pelalawan forest and land rehabilitation and determine the factors that impede governance of community forests in the district of Pelalawan stiudi case of forest and land rehabilitation. The concept of the theory used adalan management from the planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. This study uses a qualitative assessment of descriptive data. In collecting the data, the authors use the technique of interview, observation and documentation. By using key informants as a source of information and analysis of data. The results of this study suggest that the management in governance that needs to be done Department of Forestry and Agriculture to improve the reduction krisits land and forest and land rehabilitation melipuit step of the planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. Semetara the factors that affect the Forestry and Plantation step Kabupeten Pelalawan and immediately applied the solution covers, participation factor masyarakatt or dissemination of the importance of planting trees less masi. Factors of quality and quantity of human resources which masi is not sufficient to check the critical land area of private forests as well as operational funding budget that must be met. Abstract

Population and Civil Registration Department in Pekanbaru City reach Predicate Compliance Standards in the Public Service Act No. 25 of 2009 on Public Service in 2014 given by OMBUDSMAN Republic of Indonesia. Additionally, Populatin and Civil Registration Departmen in Pekanbaru City has been named as a reference model in order to 11 from 57 regencies/cities in Indonesia and used as role modeling One Stop Services (OSS) awarded by the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB). This makes some regions perform comparative studies to follow the innovation and the services provided to the civil society by Population and Civil Registration Department in Pekanbaru city. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative research. Type of research data is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study is documentation, observation and interviews. Technical analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis.The results of this research is Population and Civil Registration Department in Pekanbaru City has a program, namely: Improving the quality of human resources through improvement of excellent service to the community, Doing cooperation with the Agency, Provides Services with Ball Pick Systems, and Guidance or Socialization of Population Administration For Civil Society. Factors that affect the successful of Population and Civil Registration Department in Pekanbaru City are: the information requirements, the completion period information, the charges information, facilities, infrastructure, and/or facilities, executive competence, their handling of complaints, suggestions, and feedback.Keywords: Leadership Administration, Population and Civil Registration Department in Pekanbaru

Abstract

             This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Climate on Employee Performance in Nurses in the Handsome Mental Hospital of Riau Province. Where two independent variables and one bound are proposed, namely the Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Climate as independent variables and Employee Performance acts as the dependent variable.This research method is descriptive and using the SPSS 21 program, where the sample used is Nurse Handsome Mental Hospital of Riau Province with respondents as many as 56 people. For sampling techniques using the census method. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The results of the analysis use validation tests. Determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test so that it can be understood that the Transformational Leadership Style has a significant effect on Employee Performance in nurses in Riau Province Handsome Mental Hospital, Organizational Climate has a significant effect on Employee Performance at Home Nurses Handsome Mental Disease of Riau Province, and Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Climate have a significant effect on Employee Performance in Nurses, Handsome Mental Hospital, Riau Province. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Climate and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of organizational climate and interpersonal communication on the organization's commitment to the employees of the office of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Airports Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru. Organizational climate as a variable (X1), interpersonal communication as a variable (X2), and organizational commitment as a variable (Y). The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative research by using the program SPSS version 25 for windows, which were collected through questionnaires to 66 respondents. The samples used are employees of the office of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Pekanbaru and as a source of information is used to determine the sample HR census method.From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression test, test of determination, t test, and test f. It can be concluded that the organizational climate significantly influence the organizational commitment of employees of the office of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Airports Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru, interpersonal communication significantly influence the organizational commitment of employees of the office of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Airports Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru, organizational climate and interpersonal communication significantly influence the organizational commitment of employees of the office of PT. Abstract

The Government of Village has the authority to supervise the existing social institutions in every kepenghuluan, the guidance done by the introduction of duties and functions of every institution namely the institution of PKK and the RW . This study aims to find out the guidance of government kepenghuluan to community institutions in Village Bagan Nibung District Simpang Kanan Kistrict RokanHilir.This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive research type, which can be interpreted as problem solving process investigated by describing the state of research subject based on facts that appear during the research which then proceed with based on existing theories. Development of government kepenghuluan in conducting coaching has not run maximally, government kepenghuluan only provide guidance about the main task and function, Because so far there is no coaching from local government so that institution in carrying out duty and function not yet fully reached.Based on the results of research that has been done on the function of fostering governance kepenghuluan to community institutions kepenghuluan in kepenghuluan Bagan Nibung Simpang Kanan District Rokan Hilir District 2015-2015 researchers can conclude that, the guidance is do by government kepenghuluan to community institutions less maximum so that community institutions especially PKK And RW has not done its job well. Should the local government should provide guidance to the government kepenghuluan about community institutions such as training so that coaching conducted by the government Village should run optimally. Abstract

SMPN 20 PEKANBARU have a high level of cares and also participatives side by whole the school citizen to take care the environment. Also with the work program which is runs on as maximum as possible for the satisfied outcome to the school citizen.The purposes of this research were to find out the implementation of adiwiyata program and to find out the factors which influence the implementation of adiwiyata program. This research using the implementation theory concept which is stated by Syukur in Sumayadi. This research also using qualitative approach by the collecting interview datas technique, observation and documentation.Based on the research result through interview and observation, that’s find that implementation of adiwiyata program in SMPN 20 PEKANBARU has been effective. This things could be observe based on the goal of the work program as the indicator of adiwiyata program. The factor that influences of implementation adiwiyata program are facilitates, participation of the school citizen and financial of the school.Key words: Implementation, Program, Adiwiyata

Abstract

circulating in Indonesia is dominated by Japanese comics (manga) and translated and repackaged in Indonesia. The power of comics is in words and pictures. The comic "Hi, Miiko!" is one of the most popular comics in Indonesia that tells the daily social life of children. The content of social reality that becomes a social message will be a variable in this research namely social values, social deviations, and social control. Each variable will be put into 2 categories, according to the power of the comic (words & picture) and the message form (verbal & nonverbal). There are two categories of social messages that are told (written words) and social message categories that are showed (picture). The theory used in this research is Paul Ricoeur's theory of manuscripts / messages. The purpose of this research is to know how to describe the characteristic of social message and form of message on comic "Hi, Miiko!" With identification problem how big percentage of social message content and message form each variable per category.This research uses descriptive quantitative descriptive research method, with data accumulation technique is coding sheet that given to 2 coder, with 140 scene sample or 28 theme through stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques in this study is descriptive statistical techniques by using frequency tables and percentages.The results of this study indicate that the message of social values as much as 73.58% for the written words category and 60.8% for the picture category. Then social deviation messages in sub-variables, form deviations of 32.5% for written words and 24.7% for pictures, sub-variable types of deviant behavior as much as 37.9% for written words and 30% for pictures. Lastly, for messages of social control each of 27.2% for written words and also picture category. This shows that the greatest social message content in the comic "Hi, Miiko!" is the message of its social values.Keyword : Comic, Form of Communication, Social Messages, Written Words, Picture

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the function of Village Consultative Agency in accommodating and channeling the aspirations of village communities in the Village Koto Tuo Kuantan Tengah District Kuantan Singingi Year 2015. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research type, which can be interpreted as a process of solving problems investigated by describing the state of research subjects based on the facts found.This research found that the function of BPD in accommodating the aspirations of the community has not been implemented maximally because it has never conducted an activity that is accommodating the aspirations of the community. In channeling the aspirations of the community to the village head is still poorly implemented. Because all the aspirations that come from the community there is no follow-up. In addressing the aspirations of the community also has not been able to address the aspirations of the community because it rarely holds meetings with in terms of discussing the problems in the village. In determining the rules and programs of village development in accordance with the aspirated or desired by the community also looks less running properly this is due to lack of understanding with the main task and function.The conclusion is that the function of BPD in accommodating and channeling people's aspirations has not been done well. As for the causes or constraints faced by BPD in accommodating, and channeling the aspirations of the community is the absence of BPD go down directly to the community causing the difficulty implemented to accommodate and channel the aspirations of the community and the lack of attention from the members of BPD to the problems of society.Keywords: BPD Function, Accommodate and Distribute People's Aspirations

Abstract

Implementation of the Task of the Village Head in supporting the development of Solop Beach tourism as contained in Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, in Article 16 Points o which states that the Village Head is obliged to develop the potential of natural resources and preserve the environment. As for the Problem Formulation in this study, namely: First, How the Implementation of Village Heads' Duties in Supporting the Development of Solop Beach Tourism in Mandah Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency Year 2015-2016, What are the obstacles to Pulau Cawan Village Chief in Supporting the Development of Solop Beach Tourism In Mandah District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, 2015-2016. As for the purpose of this thesis, namely: First, To Know the Role of Pulau Cawan Village Chief in improving the Development of Solop Beach Tourism. Second, To Know the obstacles of Cawan Island Village Chief in Increasing Solop Beach Tourism. This research is a qualitative research. This research was conducted in Pulau Cawan Village, Mandah District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The techniques used to collect data in this study are (1) Interviews, (2) Observations, and (3) Documentation. The conclusion of this study shows that the Implementation of the Task of the Village Chief in supporting tourism development in Solop Beach is still not running effectively, such as garbage on the shores of Solop Beach, and there are no means of transportation and damaged buildings for visitors and tourists, resulting in lost tourism objects. for its beauty, the author gives advice There should be an active role of the Government which is represented by the Village Head and related parties to pay more attention to Solop Beach tourism objects in improving tourism development in Solop Beach.
