Abstract

The reseacrh aims to find out how the development of facilities in Elephant Conservation Sultan Syarif Hasyim Forest Park Siak District.This study used a descriptive quantitative method to examine problems in the lift. The samples in this study were 50 respondents, who were taken by using simpel random sampling. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, questioner, and literature. By using a Likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval. From the results of research that’s been done, it looks that development of facilities in Elephant Conservation Sultan SyarifHasyim Forest Park Siak District is good enough.Keywords: Development, Facilities.

Abstract

The village is the Musrenbang planning forum (program) is implemented by public institutions, namely the village government, in cooperation with citizens and other stakeholders. Musrenbangdes in Kepenghuluan Segajah River Jaya still minimal and still passive, it is due to a lack of understanding on development planning, low levels of education, and lack of socialization and lack of public participation in the government apparatus Kepenghuluan.The concept of the theory used in this research is sanders Communication by explaining that in analyzing the development of society, we can see the communication from the four perspectives, namely Process, Method, Program and social movements. This study aims to find out about the Development Planning Meeting (MUSRENBANG) in Kepenghuluan Segajah Jaya Sungai Kubu Rokan Hilir District of the Year 2015. This research uses qualitative research methods and assessment of descriptive data. In this collection of data collection using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. By using the informant as a source of information.The results showed that the implementation of development planning Kepenghuluan Segajah Jaya Sungai not optimal and maximum efficiency and effective action has not been done so that the results are not based on the needs of the community, so there are still a lot of development needs of the community but is not included in the proposal development and planning'm absolutely not felt the benefits and impacts positively by the public.This study suggests that the government Kepenghuluan order to improve the quality nor the capacity of human resources in the implementation and administration Musrenbangdes Kepenghuluan should take decisions and policy development programs based on community needs and development of the most prioritized so that no misunderstanding to a predefined program.Keywords: Consultation, planning, development

Abstract

Tourism facilities can be interpreted a facility and infrastructure that must be provided by the manager to the needs of tourists. This study was conducted in Water Front City of village of Rempak subdistrict, Siak District, Siak Regency. This research aims to know how to manage Outdoor Activities facilities for tourists in Water Front City Siak Sri Indrapura. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods to process the data obtained in the field through interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires all information collected and studied so that it becomes a unified whole ( Sugiono, 2000). As for the sample in the study of 100 respondents, the determination of respondents with Accidental Sampling. The data collection techniques used are observations, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, using the Likert scale as a measuring instrument. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the management of Outdoor Activities for tourists in Water Front City Siak Sri Indrapura with Sub variables stay, eat & drink, service to the desires of the tourists. Keywords: Facilities Management, Outdoor Activites, Water Front City

Abstract

This is a study about international tourism which gives cooperation analysis among countries through tourism. The international tourism cooperation between Indonesia and South Korea, in this case, makes the cooperation bertween Bali province and Jeju Island government as the focus study in order to facilitate the research. International tourism has become the bridge for international countries to work together and benefit each other.This script uses the conceptual base with the concept of international cooperation where in Indonesia and South Korea become the focus of study. It is also supported by the range or nation-state, global perspective and internation cooperate theory. The concept directs to the qualitative methode and literature study as the resource of the information.The cooperation which was conducted by Indonesia (Bali) and South Korea (Jeju) is in form of promotion improvement with the reciprosity system. Abstract

The research present describe the coordinations of government city toward prenetive of narchotics smuggling in Pekanbaru city. The increase of narchotics users in Pekanbaru city in this years are very dangerous and make a Pekanbaru city as a city in Riau Province that have a high cases. Most of people that use a narchotics are young generations. Then this case have been a attention from the government of Pekanbaru city.The research use the methode are qualitative methodes that analyze problem research by describe the subject and object conditions based on real fact. This research use location in Padangsidimpuan city and researcher collect data from books, government regulation, jurnal, mass media, website and deep interview with informan likes Head of National Narchotics Agency of Riau Province, Head of National Narchotics Agency of Pekanbaru city, Health Agency of Pekanbaru and Social Education of Pekanbaru city.The research shows that coordinations of government city toward prenetive of narchotics smuggling in Pekanbaru city have done by two ways of coordinations that is vertical coordinations are cooperation held by Pekanbaru Government with group society, schools institutions in Pekanbaru and GRANAT institutions. In order that the horizontal coordinations are held by Pekanbaru Government with National Narchotics Agency and Education, Health Agency. Some factors that influence of coordinations are weakness of law system and supremacy of law, the decrease of society awareness and culture society that not care about the dangerous of narchotics in Pekanbaru city.Keywords: coordinations, government, prevention and narchotics

Abstract

The implementation of social services for nursing homes by UPT Social Services Tresna Werdha "KhusnulKhotimah" in 2018 faced problems, namely the condition of the guesthouse as a residence from the elderly requires renovations such as repainting, ceiling repairs, repair of drainage systems for bathrooms, and roof changes, the need to increase the knowledge of sports instructors and skills instructors, the absence of permanent doctors. Based on the description of the phenomena stated, the formulation of the problem in this research is how the implementation of social services for nursing homes by the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Tresna Werdha Social Services "Khusnul Khotimah" Social Service Riau Province in 2018? What are the factors that hinder the implementation of social services for nursing homes by the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of Tresna Werdha Social Services "Khusnul Khotimah" Social Service of Riau Province in 2018? Nursing home social services by the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Tresna Werdha Social Service "Khusnul Khotimah" Social Service of Riau Province in 2018, to find out the inhibiting factors of the implementation of nursing home social services by the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Tresna Werdha Social Services "Khusnul Khotimah" Riau Province Social Service in 2018. Primary data sources through interviews and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique was carried out with a qualitative descriptive analysis. The implementation of nursing home social services by the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the Tresna Werdha "Khusnul Khotimah" Social Service of Riau Province in 2018, has leadership characteristics that are service vision, high standards are still not met and are not in-the field leadership style, and because responsive, then it is considered to have integrity. Employees serving have been fulfilled, exchanging information has been running, facilities and infrastructure are sufficient but need renovation, handling complaints is by replacing damaged equipment if there is still a backup, quickly repairing if there is damage to the facility even though temporary, inhibiting factors are bureaucracy, limited human resources, some facilities and infrastructure in conditions that are not optimal.Keywords: Implementation, service

Abstract

Among the many social problems that occur in Indonesian society is the activity of prostitution. The problem of prostitution is a complicated matter, many things are related there, therefore this issue really needs special attention from the government. Dikota Pekanbaru prostitution problem has existed since a long time, since there are many places of entertainment, be it cafe-cafe, dim store, massage parlor and some are hung on the sidewalks or shops that are considered safe to conduct transactions Their sex. Efforts of Pekanbaru municipal government and security apparatus and related institutions in dealing with the practice of prostitution is continuously conducted in efforts to suppress and overcome the number of women who work as commercial sex workers in the city of Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Procedure Control Procedures in Pekanbaru City. The theory used in this study is the theory according to Gibson about measuring the effectiveness of an activity. Informant in this research is Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Pekanbaru. The research method used is qualitative research. In the data collection, the researcher uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques based on Snowball Sampling. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the implementation of prostitution control in the city of Pekanbaru has not been implemented properly and optimally. In other words there are still many problems that arise in the implementation. Such as lack of facilities, careful planning, special programs are not written, and supervision system. This causes the control does not go as expected. The factors that influence the implementation of prostitution control are, among others, lack of human resources, budget, facilities, and community participation. It has a very important influence on the effectiveness of the implementation of prostitution control in the city of Pekanbaru.Keywords: Effectiveness, Implementation, Control

Abstract

This research is dilatatar with high number of security and public order disturbances and the number of theft cases that occurred in Kecamatan Tampan 2014. With this background, this research aims to know the Camat's efforts in coordinating the implementation of tranquility and public order in Tampan Direction in 2014 and to know the factors that affect the less optimal role of the Camat in coordinating the effort of organizing peace and public order in Kecamatan Tampan of 2014. The type and method of research used is qualitative research. Location and time of research is done in Kecamatan Tampan in 2014. Technique of collecting data of this research that is by doing interview and documentation equipped with supporting data obtained from mass media. The interview was conducted with Camat Tampan, kasi Trantib, kasi pembangunan masyarakat Kelurahan and Kanit Binmas Polsek Tampan. The results of this study explain that the role of sub-district is less than optimal in the implementation of peace and public order is evidenced by the number of disturbances of security and the highest order in Kecamatan Tampan. While the Camat effort to coordinate the implementation of peace and public order is to conduct coordination meeting of katibmas, coordinate with Sub-District Government, Police sector Tampan, Satpol PP, religious leaders and distribute circular letter to the community, while the factors causing less optimal role of Camat in effort penyenggraan ketentraman and public order is the absence of work plan that leads to activities of peace and public order, the inactivity siskamling existing in Kecamatan Tampan and lack of public participation. Abstract

Planning is a requirement for the implementation of good development, which the involvement of the society is very important in development planning in order the result of the policy will be appropriate on target. Development planning is arranged participatoryly is a plan that involve the society. Deliberation of development planning is one of public vehicle to optimize the utilization of society participation in the planning arrangement. However, in the process of participatory planning there are several phenomena namely the implementation of development Tambusai Batang Dui Village is not in accordance with existing planning and development is not in accordance with the standards of eligibility has been established.The purpose of the research is first to know the participatory planning of Tambusai Batang Dui Village and also the factors influencing the participatory planning. This research uses the theory of Participatory Planning. The approach used in this research is qualitative approach. Type of research data is primary data and secondary data. Technique of collecting data in this research is documentation, interview, and questionnaire. Analysis technical of data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis.The results of this study indicate that the participatory planning process is less than the maximum can be seen from the participatory planning processes Tambusai Batang Dui Village are investigation, formularization problem, support identification from the society , the purpose formularization, detailed steps, and designing budgets that are not fully participatory. There are several factors that influence the participation of the society, namely awareness and willingness of society, education, income, leadership of village government and facilities.Keywords: planning, participatory planning

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the placement of employees and employee loyalty to the employee performance of the Hotel office Dafam.This research was conducted at Dafam Hotel Pekanbaru which located in street sultan syarif qasim kav.150, Pekanbaru.Samples in this study were taken as many as 48 respondents and tcnhniques used census. The data in this study using survey method troughtquestionnaires filled by employees of the office. Data were obtained using simple regression analysis an mutiple regression analysis.The results of thid study indicate employee placement and employee loyalty affect the performance of employees of the office. And simultaneously employee placement and employee loyalty affect the performance of employees. Subsequent research is suggested to use other methods in examining the performance of other employees, for example through in-depth interviews of respondent.Keywords : employee placement, employee loyalty and employee performance.
