Abstract

Deviant behavior is always present in society. Dating has become a familiar phenomenon in the community. Students are adolescents who will grow up and begin to recognize love always expressing feelings through a bond of dating, but what happens if in dating they have sex that should be done by a married couple. The boarding house which is supposed to be a place of refuge when away from family while attending education is abused by students is a place to date Deviant behavior is always present in the community. Dating has become a familiar phenomenon in the community. Students are adolescents who will grow up and begin to recognize love always expressing feelings through a bond of dating, but what happens if in dating they have sex that should be done by a married couple. The boarding house which is supposed to be a place of refuge when away from family while attending education is abused by students is a place for dating. Existing free sex conducted by boarding students is a deviant behavior from the norms that exist in the community. This study aims to determine the sexual behavior of students in dating in boarding, starting from the story of their initial introduction to deciding to date, what activities during dating to how sexual behavior in dating occurs, and what are the factors that cause a person to engage in sexual behavior. dating is boarded. The theory used in this study is the theory of social deviation. This research is included in qualitative approach and descriptive type, data collection using in-depth interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of the study explained that the background that caused free sex occurred was through mass media and electronic media which were able to change students' thinking patterns, the influence of peers who became socialization agents after parents. Lack of control and visit by parents, then there is no direct supervision from boarding house owners and people who do not care.Keywords: Student, Sexual Behavior, Boarding House

Abstract

Terminal built since 1991 and until now has never been used and enforced, it is because of the lack of clarity from the government on this Gerbangsari terminal. The purpose of this study was to determined the effectiveness of Terminal Function Gerbangsari Rengat Western District of Indragiri Hulu. And to investigate the factors that influenced the effectiveness of Terminal Function Gerbangsari Rengat Western District of Indragiri Hulu.The concept of the theory used in this study is the concept of effectiveness Duncan (2008). The research is a qualitative research with descriptive assessment. In the data collection researcher used interviewing techniques, observation and documentation. By using Key Informants as a source of information.From the results of research conducted on the general terminal functions can be assessed not effective, it is because of not achieved some of the existing indicators, as indicators of goal achievement, integration and adaptation. From the several factors that influenced the effectiveness of Terminal functions Gerbangsari Rengat Western District of Indragiri Hulu were the factors that most influenced Facilities gerbangsari terminal that is damaged and no longer maintained, it is very influential on the ineffectiveness of gerbangsari terminal functions. The thing to be done is the repair or renovation of terminal facilities have been damaged. The human resource factor is the driving factor ineffectiveness gerbangsari terminal in terms of human recources are inadequate facilities that are not maintained.Keywords: Effectiveness, Terminal Gerbangsari

Abstract

Every married couple certainly wants a marriage that is sure to be a sakinah, mawaddah and warahmah. However, there are quite a number of marriages which then end in divorce. One of the efforts made by the government is implementing a bride and groom course program that is run by the Marriage Guidance for the Development and Conservation (BP4). The purpose of this study was to determine the selection of communicators, the messages conveyed, the media used, the objectives, and the effects of communicating information on bride and groom courses by the Agency for Marriage Guidance and Preservation (BP4) Pekanbaru.This study uses a qualitative method, where the selection of informants uses purposive techniques, by interviewing the chairman, administrative staff, and instructors and accidental sampling techniques to interviewing bride and groom course participants. To get the desired data, the researcher made observations first, followed by informant interviews and documentation. Analyzing the data obtained using Huberman and Miles data analysis techniques, the Interactive Data Analysis Model that consists of four stages: data collection, data reduction, data display, conclusion/verification. To achieve the validity of the data, researchers used an extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed that communicators in counseling were people who had broad and certified insights from various circles, including: religious leaders, practitioner academics, health workers, and psychologists. The message conveyed in counseling is informative and persuasive, namely providing material about marriage and inviting participants in the future not to do things that can damage the household and cause divorce. To support counseling to run smoothly, BP4 Pekanbaru uses brochures and the internet to socialize, and other media such as modules, PC, power points, images, infocus, microfon, blackboards in its implementation. Communicating from the counseling of bride and groom courses is the couple who will get married. The effect caused after this counseling is a change or difference in the knowledge and feelings of the bride and groom regarding household life between before and after taking the course. Keywords: Communicating Information,  Bride and Groom Courses, Marriage Guidance and Preservation Agency.

Abstract

This research aims to understand The Influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation to The Employee Job Satisfaction (study at PT.Riau Pos Intermedia Pekanbaru). Transformational leadership style as X1 variable, work motivation as X2 variable, and job statisfaction as a Y variable.The methods of this research are descriptive and quantitative by using SPSS 20. The samples that had been used as many as 29 employees. The samples were determined by considering proportional sampling way which involved simple random sampling. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires.The result of the analysis by using multiple linear regression, T test, and F test. It’s known that transformational leadership style has significant effect to the employee job statisfaction, work motivation has significant effect to the employee job statisfaction, and Transformational Leadership style and work motivation have significant effect to the Employee Job Statisfaction.Key words : Transformational Leadership Style, work environment, job statisfaction.

Abstract

The Mandi Mayang tradition of the Banjar community in Keritang Subdistrict Indragiri Hilir Regency is one of the beliefs of the Banjar tribe which in the Banjar tribe means that Mandi Mayang is a purification of self to dispel bad luck. The formulation of the problem discussed in this study is economic capital in the Mandi Mayang tradition of the Banjar Community in Keritang District, Indragiri Hilir Regency and Economic Capital in the Mandi Mayang tradition of the Banjar Community in Keritang District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The subjects of this study were 7 people whose subjects were the leader of Mandi Mayang and the person who had carried out the Mandi Mayang tradition. The informant's research technique in this study was by using a purposive sampling technique. The method used is descriptive qualitative research method. The theory used is the theory of economic capital and social capital proposed by Putnam which consists of networks, norms, and beliefs. The results of the study can be concluded that economic capital and social capital are very important in the Mandi Mayang tradition of the Banjar community. Economic capital and social capital are very prominent in the Mandi Mayang tradition of the Banjar community, namely with the presence of economic capital the Mandi Mayang tradition is still carried out because the Mandi Mayang tradition requires economic capital in preparing Mandi Mayang requirements, and social capital is also prominent in the Mandi Mayang tradition. Keywords: Tradition of Mandi Mayang Banjar and Community

Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is to know the service quality at Alpha Hotel Restaurant Pekanbaru. This research uses quantitative methode. Quantitative research is a systematic scientific study of parts and phenomena and their relationship. In this case the quality of service is good determine the development of restaurants in addition to food and beverages as a product offered. Alpha Hotel Restaurant Pekanbaru is a restaurant that has a quality service that has not been in accordance with the expected so that caused a lot of complains from guests. Based on the results of research that has been done responses of respondents stated that of the five dimensions of service quality to get good results from every guest who visit and who stay, the more dominant dimensions is the tangible dimension.Keywords : Restaurant, Service Quality, Waiter.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview regarding the Task Force Maluku IDN-NL and its role in sustaining NKRI and explain about the existence of the Moluccan diaspora in the Netherlands and lays out some of the efforts made by the Task Force Maluku IDN-NL to NKRI, as well as in maintaining the connection for the Moluccan diaspora in the Netherlands.This research is qualitative research that uses descriptive methods, techniques and data collection from the book, the interview via Email, journals, official publications and websites that are relevant. This research uses the perspective of neo-realists and the theory of multi-track diplomacy by John Mc. Donald and Louise Diamond. The object of this research is the Indonesian Diaspora Network Netherland (IDN-NL), which was set aside on a Task Force of Maluku.The results showed that the Task Force Maluku IDN -NL has a significant role as the sole representative of the entire Maluku diaspora that is in the Netherlands to maintain NKRI. This is in line with the success of the cooperation in the field of environment and health SSVA as well as the presence of circular open letter provided by TF Maluku to three College will conduct cooperation to hold the seminar "Beta Maluku Mau Maju " with the RMS in the Netherlands.Key Words : IDN-NL, Moluccas Task Force, Moluccan Diaspora, Role.

Abstract

The research was conducted at Kosan Empat Dara In Bangau Sakti. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect the selection of friends in one boarding house. The focus of this research is to form the social relations of friends in one boarding house. The technique of determining samples by census or survey and assigning a total sample of 40 people. The writer uses quantitative descriptive method and Instrument data is observation, questionnaire and documentation. The study found that there are several factors that determine the selection of boarding buddies on the respondents in Kosan Empat Dara In Bangau Sakti, namely as follows: Lifestyle Similarity, the study found that respondents chose buddy one more influenced by the similarity of hobby and other similarity activities (77.5% ), Similarity of Place of Origin, Research also found that respondents make characteristic of origin region (40,0%) as determinant factor buddy one boarding. In addition, tribal factors did not affect the preferences of respondents in determining buddies one kos (100.0%). Personal Attachment, Research finds that respondents consider the personality of one's friends to see if the peers can be used as friends when ngekos together or not. However, these factors are not too (16.0%) affect the preferences of students in choosing friends kos. Keywords: Social Relations, Peer Friends Preference

Abstract

This paper is a study of Proxy war between United State and Russia in Syrian Conflict, United State and Russia have political and strategic interests in Syria, this triggers proxy war. Syria has been in conflict since the beginning of 2011. the conflict between the government and the opposition was preceded by the demands of the revolution in the government. This wave of revolution was triggered by the phenomenon of Arab Spring. however, in internal conflicts that occurred between the government and the opposition, there were outside parties who helped make the conflict more complex. The conflict of interests between America and Russia in the Syria conflict made the conflict more complex. for America, Syria is a barrier to creating security for its allies in the Middle East region.This research uses the concept of Proxy war in which both of United State and Russia support the rebel and the goverment. Supported by security complex theory that leads to qualitative research methods as well as literature study as a source of information. Security complex has four main variables, namely boundary, anarchic structure, polarity, and social structure. The four main variables has proof the conflict interest between the great power. In the conflict of the great power, Syrian conlict are used as a proxy by the United State and Russia.United State give their support to the opposisition by giving a train to the rebels. Russia that wants the regime remain the same, give their support in diplomacy way and high arm trade. To secure their strategic interest in syria, both United State and Russia keep give their support in many ways to the opposition and the regime. Abstract

The restaurant tax potential in Karimun is large because it is more than 1 billion a year, and always increasing every year. Automatically, the contribution in increasing revenue will be increased. Therefore, the achievement of the tax revenue can still be improved by increasing the tax restaurant. This is because there are several restaurants that disobedient to pay taxes and there are also a tax payments that arrears, and there are some tax that still have not been recorded by the local departement of revenue in karimun. These problems indicate that the management of tax collection of the restaurant is not optimal. Although the report tax avenue has exceeded the target of the restaurant tax, but the fact is there are still so many tax restaurants that were unearned.The local revenue department efforts in increasing revenue of tax restaurant can be clarified into the concept of the theory of management. The findings of the study can already be deduced that the lack of plan in formulating the revenue target, the lack of human resources to manage the restaurant tax, and there is still a lack of public awareness of the importance of taxes for development.The conclusion is, the revenue in tax restaurant must be maintained and improved. The inhibiting factors can be resolved by wise so that the effort which is conducted in raising revenues by collecting restaurant tax can run well.Keywords : Restaurants Tax, Local Departement of Revenue, Revenue.
