Abstract

Nusa Alam Lestari is a company in the field of natural resource utilizationengaged in exploration and marketing of coal. PT. Nusa Alam Lestari has a publicrelations or public relation department to assist management in running publicrelations and management functions. Mining and factory area of PT. Nusa Alam Lestariaddress the relationship between PT. Nusa Alam Lestari with the people of AsamJujuhan which can be said generally good, but there is still the possibility of occurrenceof problems that at any time can disrupt the company. PT. Nusa Alam Lestari commit tothe community as a communication strategy to improve the corporate image in the eyesof the jujuhan acid community. The purpose of this research is to know the model ofpublic relations communication strategy of PT. Nusa Alam Lestari in building a positiveimage in the Jujuhan Asam community of Dhamasraya Regency, West SumateraProvince. To Know the activity of public relations communication strategy of PT. NusaAlam Lestari in building a positive image on the people of Asam Jujuhan DhamasrayaRegency, West Sumatera Province which has been done for. Abstract

Museum of Rumah adat Nan Baanjuang is one of the museums located in the City of Bukittinggi. this museum has various types of collection of enography, numismatic and biologika. in the management of the museum there are four indicators namely planning, organizing, directing and supervision. The purpose of this study (1) To Know How Management of Museum Collection at Traditional House Nan Baanjuang in Kawasan Taman Culture and Kinantan Culture Bukittinggi City (2) To Know What Is The Obstacle In The Management Of Museum Of Traditional House Of Nan Baanjuang In Located Wildlife Park And Culture Kinantan City Bukittinggi This research design using qualitative method with descriptive approach, which the researchers will take data from informants who know clearly about the Museum of Traditional Rumah Adat Nan Baanjuang in the Area of Wildlife Park and Culture Kinantan City Bukittinggi.The results showed that in the management of museum collections in Rumaah Adat Nan Baanjuang there are four stages of collection procurement, collection recording, collection storage and collection maintenance. constraints faced in the management of the museum is a lack of funding, lack of trained human resources.Keywords: Museum, Management, Management of museum collections

Abstract

Facebook is one type of social media that is not only effective if used as one of the communication tool, but also effective if used as a media of online information providers either general information or special information. One of the users who use Facebook as a special media of online information is @erjemedia. An @erjemedia account is a facebook account that provides specific information about dakwah. The theory used in this research is the theory of the effectiveness of communication. The purpose of this study is to find out how much the effectiveness level of communication of facebook account @erjemedia in spreading the information of dakwah.This study uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques that is through the spread of questionnaires using google docs by online to followers @erjemedia account with the number of samples is 99 which is determined through random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques in this study using descriptive statistical techniques.The results of this study indicate that the level of the Effectiveness of Communication of Facebook Account @erjemedia As a media that spread the information of dakwah classified as very effective. This is seen from the results of data processing based on six indicators, each indicator reaches 3.70 scale on the receiver indicator, scale of 3.74 on the content indicator, 3.71 scale on the channel of media indicator, 3.66 scale on the format indicator, 3.77 scale on the source code indicator, and 3.62 scale on the timing indicator. So the conclusion obtained by using the average formula of all indicators is 3.7 which is included in a very effective scale range. This shows that facebook account @erjemedia is a very effective media as a media to spread the information of dakwah.

Abstract

Socially, the general public still views the status of the widow with a negative view. The term widow, regardless of social class is a disgrace. With social burdens imposed, without ever wanting to see the various factors or causes of widowhood, people tend to judge and label bad and cruel to young widows. This study aims to determine the perception of the community of Sungai Apit River to the status of divorce widow of young age and know the factors that cause the perception. In addition, this study is expected to increase knowledge and insight for the community about the status of widows. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive type. Population and Sample of this research is community of Sungai Apit with sampling technique that is Simple Cluster Sampling followed by 94 respondents. Data collection was done by using questionnaire and documentation method. The analysis is done by processing the data into cross tabulation to facilitate the writer to analyze the findings of the field. The conclusion of this research is that public perception on the status of young widow in Sungai Apit Village is not all negative. There are several factors that influence the society on the status of divorced widows young age is a factor of the community, the factor of the young widow, and social environment. Based on the research, the factors of the perception and the social environment are positive, while the negative perception is the factor of the young widow themselves, such as education, divorce, occupation, parenting, and the fulfillment of the need of young widow's family.Keywords: Perception, Status of young widow

Abstract

This research aims to determine about to find out work coordination system of FrontOffice Department in handling the check-in and check-out at Allium Batam Hotel.Coordination is an integration process activities that aims to produce an action toachieve common goals in an organization. Every leader need to coordinate theactivities to the organization members by given in completing the task. With the clearinformation and proper communication, and division of work to subordinate individualwill do the work in accordance with the authority received. Without any coordination otthe work of individual employees then the company’s goals will not be achieved. Thisresearch to make use qualitative method to analysis set of case, which to become thekey informan in this research as much as seven people’s. That is Front Office Manager,Night Duty Manager, Bell Captain, Front Office Supervisor, Guest Relation Officer,Reception and Bellboy. Sources were obtained through observation, interview, anddocumentation. Based on result of this research, the conlusions of this research arework coordination from Front Office Department has been done, but still needs to beimproved raising required so that coordination will be better in the future.Keywords : Coordination, Check-In, Check-Out

Abstract

A large company as an electricity provider for the community is PT. The State Electricity Company (PT. PLN), where the state-owned electricity company has contributed greatly in distributing electricity needs to the community. As a state-owned company that deals with the issue of electricity interests and provides a large amount of electricity supply to the public in Indonesia, of course PT. PLN provides maximum service for the benefit and progress of the nation. P2TL is carried out based on the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT PLN (Persero) Number 088-Z.P / DIR / 2016 concerning Controlling the Use of Electric Power, Subsequent Billing and Termination of Electric Power Connection. P2TL is a decision that generally regulates technical matters in the implementation of regulating electricity usage routinely by each PLN Rating / Rayon, PLN Branch, Regional PLN / Distribution structurally in accordance with the description of the main tasks and their respective organizationsThe research was conducted using qualitative descriptive research methods. This study uses the concept of the Grindle Theory in Subarsono (2012: 92), namely the implementation of policies consisting of the contents of the policy: the interests of the target group, the type of benefits, the degree of desired change, the location of decisions, the implementation of decisions, the resources involved. Environment Implementation: Power, interests and strategies of the actors involved, Characteristics of institutions and regimes in power, Level of Compliance and responsiveness. In this research, the techniques used were Observation, Interview, and Literature Study using descriptive analysis.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of P2TL at PT. PLN West Rayon of Pekanbaru City cannot be said to be optimal seen from the discussion of the Grindle Theory in Subarsono. The existence of several indicators that are very influential in the implementation in the field from HR to Resources supporting technology in P2TL Implementation.Keywords: Implementation, Regulation, Control

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of incentives (material incentives and incentives non material) and work environment (physical work environment and work environment non fiisk) on employee job satisfaction (satisfaction with work, satisfaction with the system of rewards and job satisfaction of working conditions) 1912 mortgage Pekanbaru.The population in this study is karyaan in 1912 KPR Pekanbaru with sampling as many as 50 were drawn by using a questionnaire method. measurement techniques using Likert scale and the types and sources of data in the form of primary and secondary data while the data collection techniques with a questionnaire and interviews as research instruments. As well as using multiple linear regression data analysis, determination, t test and f test with SPSS.From the research data that includes test validity, The reliability, and multiple linear regression, the results showed no significant relationship between supervision terhaap employee performance with the calculated t of t test results are known (4.662)> t table (2,012) and Sig. (0,000) <0.05 can be concluded that the incentives variable significant effect on employee job satisfaction in 1912 KPR Pekanbaru and of the t test results are known t arithmetic (5.476)> t table (2,012) and Sig. (0.003) <0, 05 it can be concluded that the work environment variables significantly influence employee satisfaction in 1912 KPR Pekanbaru.And there is significant influence between Incentives and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of employees with the calculated Unknown R squre is the coefficient of determination. And obtained a value of R squre 0.644. What this means is that the contribution of variable influence on the performance of supervision and loyalty of employees amounted to 64.6%. While the remaining 35.4% is influenced by other variables that are not included in the regression analysis.Keywords: Incentives, Work Environment and Employee Satis

Abstract

The lack of knowledge held by rural communities and low educational owned makes them difficult to move forward in their efforts to pursue the field fully present namely agriculture, plantations and farms. To that end, this is where the role of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution and Load Control Center Sumatra present to provide assistance to exclude the public from its present state through the CSR program for Community Empowerment in the Field of Environmental Development. The program is known as the Kelompok Usaha Bayar ListrikDenganKotoranSapi (KubaliKopi). This study aims to determine the stage of implementation of CSR programs Kubali coffee and to investigate the impact of the implementation of the program Kubali Coffee on society as a receiver. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive approach which is located at the main office and the Load Distribution Center Sumatra (P3BS) at Jl. Nangka Edge, Kel. Anchoring the New West, district.Sekaki umbrella, Pekanbaru. This research was also carried out at the company's operations, In the village of TanjungLurah, Salimpaungsubdistrict, Tanah Datar Distict, West Sumatra Province. Starting from August to December 2016. The research subjects were 9 people. With the implementation of the research object KubaliKopiCSR program Perusahaan Penyaluran Dan PusatPengaturBeban Sumatera (P3BS). Data collection technique used, interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique using descriptive qualitative data analysis according to Huberman and Miles.For technical data validity checking using an extension of participation and triangulation. The results of this study indicate public relations P3BS perform several stages in implementing CSR program Kubali Coffee are: First preceded by gathering facts. The facts collected in the form of data and information that will be processed, so diperolehlah a result. Second, formulating the problem, at this stage PR formulated three issues on the interpretation of the facts that have been collected are: One, How to change the mindset and habits of people to switch to using compost. Two, how to manage livestock manure which is owned by the public as compost.Three, How to develop alternative energy with the use of manure as a bio-gas power, amid the current energy crisis.Third, followed by planning and programming. At this stage PR required to plan an activity to answer the third formulation of the problem, ie, with activities including: socialization, development of facilities and infrastructure compost processing and infrastructure for the processing of bio-gas power. Fourth, action and communication, at this stage PR began to implement the activities. Fifth, the stage ditutp with FGD (Focus Group Discussion) to find out the results of the program viewed from three aspects, Environmental, Economic and Social Affairs.

Abstract

Siak IV Bridge was built in 2012, to connect access from the downtown area Tassel namely J. Jend. Sudirman. Since the construction of the bridge was halted siak IV arise many questions from the public will be the continuation of the construction of the bridge Siak IV.This research used purposive sampling with criteria informants had experienced in their respective fields over five years, and the number of research subjects as many as five people. The purpose of this study was to determine how to manage the strategy, how to develop strategies, and how to develop a network with the mass media by the Secretariat of the Department of Highways Riau Province Siak IV related to the bridge construction.The results of research in building and maintaining good relationships with journalists is not easy, because they were one of the figures are busy and have an attitude that diverse, but there are some obstacles such as a lack of open communication between the Secretariat Office Binamarga Riau Province and the mass media.Keywords: Media Relations, Pers.

Abstract

Tourism Potential is every that can be utilized as an ability and needed for business and tourism develoopment, so as to increase tourist arrivals in the tourist attraction. The reseacrh aims to determine tourist of rating in The PLTA lake Koto Panjang Kampar Regency .This study used a descriptive quantitative method to examine problems in the lift. The samples in this study were 100 respondents, who were taken by using accidental sampling. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, questioner, and interviews. By using a Likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval. With sub-variables on tourism potential (Spillane, 2018) is divided into Rowing the boat, Fishing, Camping, Homestay, Restaurant, Transportation, Road Conditions,  Worship Place, Parking Area.From the results of research conducted in the field of research on the tourist rating in PLTA lake Koto Panjang Kampar Regency the category good.  Keywords : Tourism Potential, Tourist Rating.
