Abstract

This research aim to find how the management of facility at he Museum Sang Nila Utama of Riau Province.This research use qualitative methods with deskriptip by explain actuallly situation by displaying collect the data and information by interview, observation and documentacion.Based on the result of the research that has been done, the management of facility at the Museum Sang Nila Utama of Riau Province are stil less well, beacause some aspects. Abstract

This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of Working Capital Turnover and Accounts Receivable Turnover on Profitability. Where the independent variables in this study are Working Capital Turnover and Accounts Receivable Turnover and the dependent variable is Profitabilty.Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and coefficient of determination test using SPSS 23.The results of the analysis show that Working Capital Turnover (t test) affects the value of Profitability on Bukopin Bank Employee Cooperative Pekanbaru, Accounts Receivable Turnover variables partially (t test) not affect the value of Profitability on Bukopin Bank Employee Cooperative Pekanbaru. Simultaneous test results (test f) show the influence of Working Capital Turnover and Accounts Receivable Turnover on Profitability at The Bukopin Bank Employee Cooperative Pekanbaru. Keywords: Working capital turnover, accounts receivable turnover, profitability

Abstract

This research was conducted in Kampung Baru Koto Village, District of Inuman, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research is titled "Community Response to Inuman Market in Kampung Baru Koto Village Inuman Sub-district Kuantan Singingi Regency in Riau Province". This study aims to determine the reason why the Inuman market has stopped growing and to determine the community’s opinion on the Inuman market. Sampling for this research is done by purposive sampling techniques. The total population of in 2015 amounted to 1,273 inhabitants with 331 heads of households. A sample of 30 people, representative of the population, was determined as the criteria. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data filtering instruments used are observation, documentation and interview. The results of this research have generally been conducted by the researcher. The researcher can say that the cause of Inuman market not developing is the high prices of goods on the market; according to 26 respondents which is 87%. This is as a result of no large competition between traders. The public’s opinion to the Inuman market is low due to poor service in the market; according to 21 respondents which is 70%. Buyers are kings and queens who must be served well and if the service is not good then the buyers feel less comfortable.Keywords: response, community, market

Abstract

Transmetro is public bulk transportation. According to Pekanbaru Statistics Agency, in 2016, Residents of Pekanbaru city currently numbered as 1,064,566 and will increase every year in the future . Currently the number of private vehicles is not proportional to the number of roads, and it will impact to traffic jam, fuel wastage, noise, and high levels of pollution. To solve this problem, the government of Pekanbaru triggered a policy of urban transportation service named Transmetro Pekanbaru. The theory used in this research is response theory. according to Soemanto The data analyst is done by descriptive with quantitative approach, the data retrieval technique in this research is the accidental sampling, that the every resident who by chance met the researcher can be used as sample. and it must suitable to source of data, Where respondents amounted to 80 people consisting of 10 people per route, which Transmetro has 8 routes, this research is done at the bus stop and inside of Transmetro bus Pekanbaru because by doing research at Transmetro bus stops and buses are expected to get the data needed by researchers . From the results of research in the field in the know that the public response to the service of bus stop facilities is not good, the response to the bus facility service is good and the response to the employee service is good. Dissatisfactory factors or transmetro weaknesses are: the employee is not friendly, driver reckless , the waiting period of busses is too long, priority seats are less in with actual and uneven pathways that pass by Transmetro. However, there are some things that become excess or the factor of satisfaction to transmetro, those are: good employee service, affordable price with wide reach, clean bus and equipped with AC facility and cctv camera, and only transmetro which has wide reach point. But public still have lack awareness of transmetro advantages and facilities.Keywords: Response, Service, Transmetro Pekanbaru

Abstract

This study aims to prove the perception of tourists for souvenirs chili chips in Dumai City. This research is a survey with a census method, with a total sample of 36 respondents. Data analysis was performed by testing multiple linear regression using SPSS version 16. The variable in this study is the chips taste chili, chili chips price and tourist satisfaction. The results showed that the variables flavor chili chips proved to affect the perception of tourists, while the price variable chili chips and tourist satisfaction proved to have no effect on the perception of tourists on souvenirs chili chips in Dumai City. Simultaneously variable chips taste chili, chili chips price and tourist satisfaction together influence the perception of tourists. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.628 or 62.8%. This shows that the three independent variables (flavor chips chili, chili chips price and tourist satisfaction) jointly able to explain to the dependent variable was 62.8%, while the remaining 37.2% can be explained by other variables that are not described in the study this.Keywords : Perception of Tourists, Flavor Chips Chili, Chili Chips Price, Satisfaction Rating

Abstract

This study was held at Big Malay village in Tanah Putih Tanjung District against Rokan Hilir Regency. The purpose of this research is to know the driving factor of drug abuse behaviour in the big Malay village of Tanjung Putih subdistrict against Rokan Hilir Regency. The topic of focus of this research is the public response to former convicts in the Big Malay Village, Tanah Putih Tanjung fight. The authors use quantitative methods and use accidental sampling techniques. Data instruments are observations, interviews, polls and documentation. Studies have found that there are several driving factors for drug abuse in the large Malay village, as follows: internal factors, internal factors that encourage drug abuse are education and invidu. Studies have found that there are several driving factors for drug abuse in the large Malay village: the internal factors that encourage drug abuse are education and invidu. Research conducted found that 43.1% of respondents did not end SD, and 56.9% of respondents did not end junior high school. It can be concluded that the respondent also did not graduate. Research finds that all respondents experience dropouts. The reason that causes the end to use drugs is because the respondent felt depressed by the surrounding environment (49.0%). External fakors that encourage drug abuse are a state of economy and social environment. 49% of respondents had the money to buy such drugs from their parents. Studies have also found that 88.2% of respondents associate with their colleagues who also use drugs. Keywords: Deviant Behaviour, Response, Drugs

Abstract

Tanjung Village Koto Kampar Sub District Hulu Kampar District has been awarded God with interesting tourism resources to visit. Rural development is geared towards integrated and comprehensive development activities by tricking every component of the community in order to improve the development of each village. The purpose of this research is as follows: To know community participation in the development of tourism village in Tanjung Village Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar District, Riau Province, To know the tendency of community participation in development of tourist village in Tanjung Village Koto Kampar Hulu District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. Research uses quantitative methods. The study took place in Tanjung Village Koto Kampar Hulu Subdistrict of Kampar District. The population of 5.205 people using the Slovin formula is the total sample of 104 people spread in VII hamlet. Sampling method with probability sampling. From 10 (ten) questions asked in the research, it is concluded that: Tanjung Village society Koto Kampar Hulu Subdistrict of Kampar Regency tends to agree Tanjung Village is used as a tourist village, tends to hesitate to have ideas / input in the development of Desa Tanjung as a tourist village, - invited to participate in a meeting about Tanjung Desa development planning as a tourist village, tended to disagree with the meeting about the development of Desa Tanjung as a tourist village, tends to disagree directly involved in the development of Tanjung Village as a tourist village, tends to agree to benefit after Cape Village is made tourist village, tends to agree there is a lack of facilities in the development of Tanjung Village as a tourist village, tends to disagree on the development of Tanjung Village as a tourist village in accordance with the results of the meeting, tending to hesitate to follow gotong royong in the development of Tanjung Village as a tourist village, The endorsement disagrees with the management of the tourist village in Tanjung Village. Abstract

A halal tourism is a new concept in tourism sector. It is not a treat for tourism industry that has been existed long before the halal tourism is created, but it is a complement and it will not be an obstacle for the advance of tourism industry. Even numbers of countries in Asia have worked on halal tourism such as, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and China. These countries have worked on halal tourism which is supported by various facilities and services that is provided by the citizen, government, and the regional government who fulfilled the criteria as halal destination according to Islam. In this research, the researcher focused on the type of halal tourism in Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, the communication media, and to obtain information about segmentation of halal tourism and tourism communication strategy that had been done by Dinas Pariwisata Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. The method for the research was a qualitative descriptive with mapping approach that aimed to inform facts and data about the potential possessed by halal tourism, also tourism communication strategy used by Dinas Pariwisata Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota to develop the potential of halal tourism. The findings of this research were: (a) The type of halal tourism being developed is the developing of syariah hotel and restaurant, religion tourism, history, cultures and halal tourism objects such as Harau Valley, the Grassland of Padang Mengatas and Kapalo Banda, (b) The media used are website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, (c) The segmentation is divided into four types, these are geographical, demographic, psychographic and behaviour, (d) the communication strategy used to develop the halal tourism is communication marketing mix which resulted to form a society who is aware of tourism, joining the Ikatan Fotografi Indonesia (IFI), joining various events, set up their own events and using communication media in promoting process. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT.Eka Dura Indonesia (PALM OIL MILL) Rokan Hulu located in Kunto Darussalam District of Rokan Hulu Regency. The problem in this research is not achievement targets realization of production company in last 5 years and percentage of target achievement fluctuates and tends ti decline in 2016. This is allegedly influenced by the employees performance on the company. This study aims to determine the influence of Sosial Security and Incentive on the performance of employees of PT.Eka Dura Indonesia (PALM OIL MILL) Rokan Hulu.In this research the method used is descriptive quantitative with SPSS program version 17. The population in this research is all employees of production part of PT.Eka Dura Indonesia (PALM OIL MILL) Rokan Hulu which amounted to 171 employees. Samples taken based on method using slovin formula is 63 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. And calculation of coefficient of determination (R2) simple provision of social security for employee performance is obtained value equal to 0,556 or 55,6% and Incentive for employee performance is obtained value equal to 0,454 or 45,4% Hypothesis testing using multiple linear analysis method with result of research that is Y= .The research that has been done show the result that the respondent's response to Social Security, Incentive and employee performance in PT. Eka Dura Indonesia (Palm Oil Mill) in good category. While for the T test that has been done shows that the variable of Social Security and Incentive partially significant effect on employee performance. And F test results show that simultaneously Social Security and Incentive significant effect on employee performance in PT. Eka Dura Indonesia (Palm Oil Mill) Rokan Hulu. And for calculation of coefficient of determination (R2) obtained value of R Square equal to 0,590. This shows that Social Security and Incentive give effect of 59%, while the rest 41% influenced by other variable not examined in this research.Keywords : Social Security, Incentive, Employee Performance

Abstract

Padang has a lot of tourism potential , the potential fine nature, culture , history and others. But very unfortunate that the slow movement of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Padang so that there is untapped potential optimally . Seeing this attraction facilities and infrastructure provided is not adequate , there is still a lack of promotion of tourist attractions , and the lack of cooperation with the private sector . Department of Culture and Tourism of Padang design a program to develop the Region Attractions Padang city into a tourist destination . This study aims to determine the development efforts of attractions in the city of Padang and the factors that influence the development efforts attractions in the city of Padang .The theory used is Yoeti theory that human resources management, transport , service facilities , promotions , and attractions . In this study the author uses descriptive qualitative research methods with research sites in the Department of Culture and Tourism of the city of Padang and who serves as key informant was the head office data collection techniques such as interviews , observation and documentation . And analysis of data from the efforts of development used by the Department of Culture and Tourism and then analyzed what are the factors that influence the development efforts attractions in Padang are supported by interviews conducted by the researchers then be deduced .From the results of this research note that tourism development efforts in Padang made the Department of Culture and Tourism has not yet optimal management of human resources is still need for training , operational transportation does not exist, the need for additional support facilities , attractions along the coast is not optimal . Factors affecting the development efforts of attractions in the city of Padang , namely lack of funds, lack of funds from local government and hampered by land acquisition in the city of Padang .Keyword: Development, Contruction, and Inhibiting Factors
