Abstract

The research entitled moral representation in the movie hanung bramantyo habibie rudy the works (analysis of semiotic roland barthes). The story of the film in the true story of young man named baharudin jusuf habibie who tried to create an aircraft as well as build the aerospace industry indonesia. Inu research aims to find out how the moral messages in the film rudy habibie presented which then generate moral as human relationships with humans, the relationship of man with god, as well as human relationships the social environment.This study uses qualitative methods, with Roland Barthes semiotics analysis approach, taking a subject that is focused upon the character rudy. With views through faceted Denoted (signifier) describes the relationship of signifier and signified on reality, meaning explicit. Connotation (signified) describes the relationship of signifier and signified to non-reality, generate an implicit meaning and myth (the myth) explained the habits and beliefs prevailing in the society. In this study the scene is divided into 3 parts namely the relationship of man with man, the human relationship with the social environment with 11 scene data analysis unit. Data collection with the corpus contained in the film in accordance with the categorization of the already determined.The results of this research show that the representation of the moral messages in the film rudy this is habibie. First, look at human relationships with humans. Second, look at the relationship of man with god. Abstract

Education is a basic need of the main and important in our lives. Access to education is one of the most important lines in boosting development in all aspects of life, in particular towards the development of intelligence and skills in community in accordance with Act No. 20 of 2003 on the Organization of education. Follow up on Act No. 20 of 2003, the Central Government made compulsory, with the compulsory education renders justice, can be enjoyed throughout the kids at school age in this country. In realizing this compulsory, the Government of the city of Pekanbaru develop equitable access to quality primary education and nine years and a 12-year compulsory education stub supported by means of an adequate infrastructure and energy professional education as well as the improvement of the governance of the education scale national standards.In this research the concept of theory used the author refers to the theory of management according to G.R. Terry, stating that management is the process of planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring. This research uses descriptive method using qualitative data. Then in the collection of data the author uses data collection techniques include observation, interview and documentation.Based on the research results obtained that the implementation of a 12-year compulsory education program in the city of Pekanbaru has not done due to the large number of constraints still faced in the process of its implementation. Pekanbaru City Government should have special rules that define the execution of this program.Keywords: Implementation, Management, Compulsory Education.

Abstract

This research describes the interest of apple inc in cellular markets trading in Indonesia on 2011-2015. Many smartphones in the market cellular in Indonesia has resulted in competition between the company smartphone in selling their products. Apple entering Indonesia in 2009 and make sale their products that experienced an increase in from year to year. At the moment apple occupying the position of two for the sale of their products in the position of first occupied by Samsung. The method that is used in this research is qualitative research. Some of the data are obtained from books, journal, articles, internet, and another media. The focus of this research is what the significance apple inc trade cellular market in Indonesia. This research using neoliberalism perspective, the theory competitive advantage from Michael E. Porter and the level analysis group. The interest of apple inc trade cellular market in Indonesia because Indonesia has great potential for the trade. Increasing the sale of products apple over the years, many consumers who use the iPhone, and apple investing in Indonesia by opening the online store. the Indonesian government giving the rules on imports smartphone to Indonesia by imposing import tax smartphone. The regulation TKDN (the component in public) for Apple. And the support of the united states against apple country of origin the company.Key words : Apple Inc, Neoliberalism, Competitive Advantage.

Abstract

District Ujungbatu is one of the areas is found in the district Rokan Hulu , that their culture viscous with the malays , having tradition and habits and others .One for tradition owned is culture bolimau cono / habit is a tradition which has been handed down from one generation from generation to generation. Tradition bolimau cono viewed communities ujungbatu as tradition that which has significance , social aspects , values .This is done to coming to the tradition the holy month of Ramadhan by making traditional ceremonies earmarked for bersilahturahmi of the community .This study aims to to know meaning physical symbol , local what social aspects and values and it was due to in traditional ceremonies bolimau cono as the local wisdom in Kecamatan Ujungbatu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Calculation methods were used is qualitative with the approach phenomenology .The subject of writing this is an offender traditional ceremonies bolimau cono .Informants were selected in the sampling method of technique purposive sampling consisting of four people of adat figures or the community leader in ujungbatu namely Datuk Bendaharo , Datuk Paduko Sindo , Datuk Bimbo , and Datuk Ajo Tan Mudo .The writing of data obtained by deep through interviews , observation , documentation , the literature study and the tracing online .To test the validity of data using credibility test .As for data analysis technique by reduction of data , collect the data , provides the data , draw a conclusion and evaluationThe results of the study showed that tradition bolimau cono no meaning is considered as a ceremonial welcome the holy month of Ramadhan and just inherited from an ancestor , but also as a medium the decline in values set on high from the mamak to nephews / nieces , the meeting them and deal with them , having deliberation / potang sejodah social aspects , gotong royong and tourist destinations .Then had ethnic harmony values , simplicity , togetherness , social law , protect each other , the community economy , in patterns of thought, trend and value of religion.Keyword: Tradition, phenomenology.

Abstract

Disability is a people that get its human right and prosperity from the government. Social assistance is an effort for government to welfare all of disability, but the implementation of social assistance for disability, still have so many problem and need to be fix because the process is very lame and complicated. The purpose for this research is to know (1) the implementation of social assistance, (2) factors that affect the implementation of social assistance. Theory that been used in this research is Tachjan Theory: (1) A program to be held, (2) group target or community, (3) Implementor. This research are using descriptive qualitative method. The informan in this research is (1) a chief of social rehabilitation, (1) chief of social rehabilitation for disability, and (1) people that get social assistance. This research are using interview, observation , library studies and documentation using purposive sampling method for the source of information and data analyzing. The result of this research shows that the implementation of social assistance for disability in pekanbaru city still not satisfy, because lack of source of fund for disability in Pekanbaru city ,so the implementation of social assistance for disability didn’t goes as it’s have.Key Word: Implementation, Social Assistance, Disability

Abstract

The increase of traffic users become the reason of increasing number of traffic incident victims. Resulting on the increase of claims for traffic accident health insurance compensation filing to Jasa Raharja insurance company. The problems that become the main concern is not every people/victims/victim heirs of insurance from traffic accident who filed the claim got what they deserve. Government from law number 33 and 34 year 1964 about Traffic Accident Funds has set up state company that engaged in insurance which is PT Jasa Raharja expected to handle these problems. PT Jasa Raharja’s duty and resposibillity is to give compesation to people who had an accident according to law number 33 and 34 year 1964, by collecting and managing dues and compulsory contributions hencefort be given to victims or heirs of insurance through compensation.The purpose of this research is to know the quality of public service on PT Jasa Raharja of Pekanbaru. The theory used in this research is the quality public service theory. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive, which in gathering data researcher used interview method, and library research. The results of this research indicate that the quality of public service in PT Jasa Raharja of Pekanbaru still not maximal and in need of socialization so that people would understand the way to get insurance from the government.keywords: quality of service, public services, services in insurance

Abstract

Reality show with the theme of social and poverty in general the story of someone who lives in poverty and has shortcomings, both economically and physically. One reality show with the theme of social and poverty is a reality show episode edges of Consecrated Holy Andika. Episode BaktiAndika Holy featuring a boy struggles to support his family and also meet the needs of his brother without a father figure and only accompanied by a mother who has limitations in speaking and listening. This study was conducted to see how the reality show edges pack a phenomenon and poverty explain denotation, connotation and myth then shown again on the outskirts of the reality show episode Holy BaktiAndika.This study uses qualitative descriptive analysis technique semiotics of Roland Barthes. The object of research is the video display program outskirts of the reality show episode Holy BaktiAndika with a duration of 21 minutes 1 second that aired on January 17, 2016.The results of this study indicate that: (1) The meaning of denotation poverty on impressions Suburb People accentuate poverty as a condition identical to the material shortages and the inability to meet the physical needs of everyday. (2) The meaning connotation indicates that in general the poor, who work for a living is not only done by the head of the family, but the whole family, including children. (3) The myth that developed in the community that poverty is a form of structural poverty (caused by human activity), such as the lack of facilities of an area as well as the inequality of local communities with urban communities, as well as poor people are considered to have the attitude of surrender or accept things as they are and resignation this associated with traditional cultural society.Keyword: semiotic analysis, Reality Show, Proverty.

Abstract

Terminal Bandar Raya Payung Sekaki serve as the infrastructure for road transport for the purposes of loading and lowering people's arrival and departure as well as organizing public transport. But in fact many of the transporter driver does not utilize the terminal, they prefer to raise and lower the passengers outside the terminal. This often happens because the lack of surveillance conducted by the Department of transport communications and Informatics Pekanbaru so that terminal does not run in accordance with the functions originally. Based on these phenomena, the formulation of the problem in this research is how the supervision of the Department of transport communications and Informatics Pekanbaru against public transport terminal function Bandar Raya Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru in 2016 and what are the factors restricting in the surveillance.The purpose of this research is to know the supervision Department of transport communications and Informatics Pekanbaru against public transport terminal function Bandar Raya Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru in 2016 and restricting factors in the surveillance. The concept of the theory that researchers use the supervisory process is according to the Simbolon’s theory, the indicators in this study is, the plan must be determined, the injunction against the implementation of the work, purposes, and predetermined policies. This research uses qualitative descriptive method approach. In data collection, researchers use interview techniques, observation and documentation.The results of the research Department of transportation oversight is the author of the communication and Informatics Pekanbaru against public transport terminal function Bandar Raya Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru 2016 has not been carried out with a maximum. It is visible from the supervision of the relevant parties had done but still a many of bus drivers who raise and lower the passengers is not in the terminal. Abstract

Tebing tnggi okura village is one of the tourist village area of pekanbaru city that has a vision to realize the improvement of local community welfare, according to prority the role of local communities, especially the role of women. The role of women is important in a tourism activity because the role of women in tourism can reduce inequal gender inequality, therefore this research (1) to find out how the rule of women in tourism activities in tebing tinggi okura tourist village (2) to find out what are the constraints of women in playing a role in tourism activities in tebing tinggi okura tourist village. This research design using qualitative method with descriptive approach, which researchers will take data from informants who know clearly about women’s participation in tourism activities in tebing tinggi okura tourist village at pekanbaru city.The results showed that the position of women in the tourist village of okura is very important, especially in the component of tourism activities offered in the tourist village of okura. Abstract

Social Media Instagram is one of the media that often used in activity in promotion activity through internet in this modern era. Promotional activities is an effort to introduce products to consumers with the aim to achieve the achievement of a positive perspective. The introduction of products through social media instagram is a source of information that can attract interest to consumers. The purpose of this research is to know how much influence of social media instagram Dakwah okura tourism on followers intention to visit with using S-R theory as a grounded theory.This research used methods of quantitative research explanatory approach to the presentation of qualitative analysis. This research was conducted by sending a questionnaire to followers online. Subjects in this research are 92 people who follows social media instagram @wisatadakwahokura and the category is determined based on random sampling. Data collection was obtained through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique in this research is quantitative analysis.The results showed that social media instagram of @wisatadakwahokura impact followers intention to visit. Evidenced by the regression coefficient value of this research is Y = 6.919 + 0.689X. Constant number of 6.919 and the variable coefficient value of social media for 0.689. Meanwhile t 6.919is greater than the t tabel of 1.660, with a significance level of 0.000 is smaller than α = 0,05. According to the “Model Summary” table shows that the value of R = 0.757 and coefficient of determination (Rsquare) is equal to 0.573. the figure shows the understanding that the contribution of the effect of variable social media instagram @wisatadakwahokura on followers intention to visit amounted to 57.30%. Social Media Instagram @wisatadakwahokura effects on followers intention to visit, and the influence of the category “strong”.Keywords: Influence, Instagram, Intention
