Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Bagan Batu Rokan Hilir yang berlokasi di Jalan Lintas Riau Sumatera KM.8 Bagan Batu Rokan Hilir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan promosi, kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Mitsubishi Pajero Sport pada PT. Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Bagan Batu. Dalam penelitian ini metode yanng digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan program SPSS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pembeli di PT. Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Bagan Batu. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode sensus sebanyak 50 responden.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode analisis linier sederhana dan analisis linier berganda dengan hasil menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan promosi, kualitas produk dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Mitsusbishi Pajero Sport pada PT. Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor. Dengan perhitungan koefisien determinasi (R2) sederhana pelaksanaan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian diperoleh R Square sebesar 0,476 atau 47,6%, kualitas produk 0,549 atau 54,9% dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian diperoleh R Square sebesar 0,633 atau 63,3% dan perhitungan determinasi (R2) berganda pelaksanaan promosi, kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian diperoleh R Square sebesar 0,644 atau 64,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan promosi, kualitas produk dan citra merek memberikan pengaruh 64,4% terhadap keputusan pembelian Mitsubishi Pajero Sport pada PT. Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Bagan Batu, sedangkan sisanya 35,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Promosi, Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Raskin is a food subsidy in the form of rice that is intended for poor or low-income households, as an effort by the Government to increase food security and provide social protection to target households receiving raskin. The success of the Raskin program is measured on the basis of 6T which is Exactly Targeted, Exactly Quantity, Exactly Priced, Timely, Exactly Quality, and Proper Administration. The purpose of this research is to know how the socio-economic characteristics of poor households in Kepenghuluan Pujud and see the response of poor households to the implementation of Raskin program in Kepenghuluan Pujud. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study was all Poor Households who received the aid of Poor Rice (Raskin) in Kepenghuluan Pujud. sampling technique in this study is simple rendom sampling, this research sample amounted to 61 respondents. From the result of the research, it can be concluded that the socio-economic characteristics of Poor Households mostly work as farmers with the last education of elementary school graduates / equivalent, which has permanent type of house and the number of household heads more than 4 people, with income for family needs. Furthermore, the result of Poor Household Response to Raskin Program is a Constant Response in which the knowledge level of high poor household is 100% to the Raskin program, while the affective response is very high that is 100% while the conative response while the poor household action is less active the implementation of less active raskin program which amounted to 86.9% residing in Kepenghulan Pujud.Keywords: Response, Poor Household, Program, Poor Rice

Abstract

Granting of regional autonomy to accelerate the realization of community welfare through improving services, empowerment and community participation. The spirit of reform in the field of politics, government and development and society has colored the journey of regional autonomy for the achievement of duties and functions of governance and development, including human development. Human development is always at the forefront of development planning, since the essence of development is human development, the improvement of this priority will also improve the welfare of society as measured by the Human Development Index. Siak Regency is one of the Daerah Otonomi Baru (DOB) in Indonesia which is ranked fifth best of 34 Districts/Cities in Indonesia, and has been named Indonesia’s Best New Autonomous Region, from 10 New Autonomous Region as New Autonomous Region. Then from the 10 new autonomous regions that get the highest score is Siak Regency given by Indonesian Governance Index (IGI). The purpose of this research is to know the strategy undertaken Siak Regency Government in improving Human Development Index year 2011-2016. Tis research is a qualitative approach, with descriptive type of data collection is done by observation, interview and documentation. This research was conducted in Siak Regency. The result of this research is the success of human development which is marked by the increase of Human Development Index is a concrete manifestation that Siak regency has perfomed its duty in giving maksimal service to society in building quality of human life to achieve decent living. Siak Regency Government has made policy through program that refers to the improvement of Human Development Index, among others: (1) improvement of health degree through life expectancy, (2) increasing the scope and quality of education service, (3) improving decent living standards of the community through the community economy. So with the increasing Human Development Index, the Government has been able to improve the welfare of the community. Keywords: Strategy, Human Development Index

Abstract

Event marketing is a type of promotion where companies or brands connect to events or where themed activities are built for the purpose of creating consumer experiences and also for promoting products or services. PT. Surya Madistrindo, Tbk one of the tobacco companies that use event marketing media as a form of marketing strategy in promoting GG Mild product to build brand image, that is by organizing Urban GiGs event. With the event marketing helps increase sales and the process of building a brand image of GG Mild product is the style of new generation where GG Mild products are expected to be consumed by young people as next generation smokers. This study aims to determine the segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP) marketing communication PT. Surya Madistrindo, Tbk.This research uses descriptive qualitative method with observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained are then processed to be reduced, presented until a general conclusion is produced. Informants in this study amounted to 5 based on purposive methods that researchers use. As for the examination of data validity, the researcher uses the technique of extension of participation and trigger.The results of this study show that segmentation, targeting, positioning (STP) marketing PT. Surya Madistrindo, Tbk through Urban GiGs marketing event in building the brand image of GG Mild product in Pekanbaru. Segmentation is a man who likes art, fashion, travel, and music. Targeting of Urban GiGs event event there are millenial young people aged 18-25 years. Positioning is GG Mild product consumed by young generation next generation smokers. Postioning of Urban GiGs event to touch consumers, make consumers aware, and finally try to become a smoker GG Mild. Marketing communications activities conducted Urban GiGs marketing event in building the brand image of GG Mild product is as a strategy of promotion, building brand image and embedding image of GG Mild product to consumers. Abstract

This research was conducted at Tresnawerda Khusnul Khotimah Nursing Home Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to determine dynamics of elderly. Topic in this research studied social interaction and self-adjustment of elderly. The key informants consisted by 3 elderly, 1 head of UPT and 1 dormitory used qualitative descriptive method with deep interview investigation. It can be concluded; 1) The social interaction of elderly with their family of origin caused by economic limitations, no longer closer family, the institution has communication service so that between elderly and their family can contact or visit. The interaction of fellow elderly in the orphanage consists of special schedule in everyday life like eating together, religious guidance, counseling guidance, recreation, elderly gymnastics, nursing care, and handicraft whose purpose is to fill the activity and build interaction among fellow elderly in the orphanage. 2) Adjustment of the elderly is very good because most elderly come from Riau have background, custom, culture, and language which almost same so that both old elderly and elderly who have long stay no trouble to communicate each other. Adaptation constraints experienced in the adjustment of the elderly is still sad due far from their family, the trauma of being left by his family, prefer to be alone, difficult to follow the guidance of religion because they was less religious life, and did not want to follow elderly gymnastics.Keyword: Social interaction, Self-adjustment, Elderly

Abstract

Community empowerment is a strategy in an attempt to achieve independence andwell-being of the community through a variety of development potential, especially in termsof economic development. With the development of village economy can accelerate povertyreduction. Rural community economic development can be realized through the RuralEconomic Enterprises Program - Savings and Loans (UED-SP) with the hope to improvepeople's lives and the economy of the village through saving and loans activities. Theproblems of this study (1) How to empower communities through UED-SP Saduti Sejahteraat Lambangsari I, II, III Village in 2015-2017? (2) The factors that influence the success ofUED-SP Saduti Sejahtera at Lambangsari I, II, III Village in 2015-2017?.The Purpose of This Reseacrh are (1) to Describe about community empowermentthrough the UED-SP Saduti Sejahtera at Lambangsari I, II, III Village in 2015-2017. (2) toKnowing the factors that influence the success of UED-SP Saduti Saduti Sejahtera atLambangsari I, II, III Village in 2015-2017. This research is a qualitative descriptiveapproach. The research data obtained from observation, interviews with sources, anddocumentation. From the results of this research is empowering society through UED-SPSaduti Sejahtera at Lambangsari I, II, III village includes several stages, (i) Possibility, thepreparation so that the preparation of the creation. (ii) Reinforcement, by conductingvarious training for program managers. (iii) Protection, measures to protect the activitiesof irregularities through the application of sanctions. (iv) Supporting, the form of on goingactivities to support UED-SP as through funds as well as the participation of members, and(v) Maintenance, to implement guidance and oversight through coordination meetings.UED-SP Saduti Sejahtera success at Lambangsari I, II, III village is influenced by severalfactors: communication made between all the parties concerned, resources and programimplementers applicable regulations.Keywords: Empowerment, Economy Village, UED-SP

AJB Bumiputera 1912 using the logo change of strategy development. Changing the logo mean change the image and that's an opportunity to review the management for improve the company's image in the eyes of the competitors. Where the AJB Bumiputera1912 this has lot of rivals such as Life Insurance, Foreign-Owned Insurance And other private owned also, in order to bring a fresh impression and is not oldies so, AJB Bumiputera parties to replace the old logo as a Form of Coorporate Identity. The Objective knows signs meaning, objects, intepretant of Life Insurance logo with Bumiputera 1912.The Research using qualitative research methods and backed with analysis theory of semiotics of Charles Sanders Pierce. The subject research is determined by purposive sampling technique which consists differences and divisions of public relations division commuication Part Of AJB Bumiputera 1912. The data collection techniques include interviews, observation, documentation and analysis framework. The analaysis used the tachniques based analysis of researchers (the argument researchers) wich is based on concepts and a theories that are relevant. Data analysis technique used is the analysis of semiology The Charles Sanders Peirce with triadic model, where signs, objects and Interpretations have meet each other relationships and excess with strength checks the validity of data is done using triangulation techniques.The Results of research is indicates From logo 1912 is overall from all signs the elements in hearts the basic foundation logo 1912 What has meaning symbolizes power, dignity and strength, object of logo life insurance with Bumiputera 1912. A sign of the minds of thought of record logo for the review creates logos a new and interpretan from logo life insurance with Bumiputera 1912 are from purport of everything process of achieving the sense of delivered by a shape signs, and the elements contained in this logo is a logo that is intrepretation life insurance along with Bumiputra 1912. Abstract

This study aimed to socialize Regional Head Election By Regional Election Commission (Election Commission) Rokan Hilir year 2015. This study focused on socialization conducted to society in Rokan Hilir on the local elections which took place on December 9, 2015. With the formulation of the problem : How socialization conducted by Regional General Election Commission (Election Commission) Rokan Hilir in local elections in Rokan Hilir 2015. Based on the background of the problem, then this study is to investigate the implementation of socialization local elections conducted by Regional General Election Commission (Election Commission) Rokan Hilir Year 2015. The research method is qualitative. Data collection techniques used Interviews and documentation.The results of the field studies showed that socialization conducted by the Commission of Regional General Election (Election Commission) Rokan Hilir to four target groups consisting of local officials, the organizer of the local elections, community groups, and voters which is not maximized, it is seen from the results of interviews conducted by the author to the target group who get the socialization of the General Election Commission (Election Commission) Rokan Hilir. In the determination of permanent voters list (DPT) seen from the data registered in the election, the reduction in the number of voters and the amount of vote during the elections are also far from the expectations of Regional Election Commission (Election Commission). In addition to the time of election going there some mistakes conducted by the voters, which should not happen because people already get the socialization of the PPK, PPS, KPPS and commission of regional general election (Election Commission) alone how to be a good voter in accordance with the rules that has been established.Keywords: Elections, Political Socialization

Abstract

Radio media is certainly no stranger to the people of Indonesia, both from the lower classes and above, both young and old. For some people listening to radio has become a necessity. Those who are busy or who do not have time to watch television or read newspapers will depend on the radio as a source of information. This study uses the SOR theory which assumes that communication is a reaction action process involving humans. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the morning talk program radio republic of indonesia FM 90.6 Bengkalis had on the interest of listeners in the Bengkalis district of Bengkalis district.            This type of research is quantitative research with explanatory methods. The researcher collected the data using a questionnaire or questionnaire covered in an online manner and through the google form. The location of this study is in the district of Bengkalis, Bengkalis Regency. Sampling was done by purposive sampling using unknwon population formula and a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The researcher used person product moment correlation analysis the questionnaire data processing was carried out using the Windows version 21 Program Statistics of Service Solution (SPSS).            The results of this study obtained a regression coefficient Y = 8.256 + 0.280 X with a significance level of 0.001 smaller than α = 0.05. it means that there is the Influence of the Morning Radio Talk Program of the Republic of Indonesia FM 90.6 Bengkalis Against the Interest of the Listener Community of Bengkalis Sub-District, Bengkalis Regency by 13,6% which is categorized as having a low level of influence. Thus Ho  is rejected and Ha  is accepted.

Abstract

Dukun are a place to solve problems, a place to ask for advice and opinions. A place to support the success and success they want. This study aims to analyze why people still trust the shaman and to analyze the meaning of the shaman for the community. The study was conducted in Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi. Data analysis in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research are that about 70% of the Komang Island community still believes in dukun because dukun can always help when asked for help, only dukuns are able to cure all kinds of illnesses and dukun can solve various problems or provide solutions. The meaning of the shaman for the community of Komang Island Village is a place to ask for help, cure all kinds of diseases and as an intermediary to resolve all problems. Keywords: Shaman, Trust, Relief
