Abstract

This research was conducted at Jl HR Soebrantas, Tuah Karya Subdistrict, Tampan Subdistrict by qualitative methods on six research subjects. Data was collected by in-depth interviews. The purpose of the study was to determine the profile and social interaction of online game addicts with the environment. The results showed that the profiles of online game addicts were female students who were in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Social Sciences, namely 4 female students with a major in PGSD, 1 female majored in AP and 1 female majored in IP. The interaction of online game addicts with a good family environment, because for family informants is everything. For the interaction of informants with boarding mates is also good, the informants always cook, eat, exercise, gather and play online games together. Interaction of informants with campus friends is not good, because some of the informants have few friends and do not interact with many students on campus.Keywords: Profile, Social Interaction

Abstract

Kampar Regency is a Regency that implements a policy of protection and empowerment of persons with disabilities. The protection and empowerment of persons with disabilities aims to realize the independence and welfare of persons with disabilities. Kampar Regency is the regency that has the highest number of persons with disabilities in Riau Province. With the large number of people with disabilities in Kampar District, there are still people with disabilities who have not received social assistance, at least people with disabilities who attend rehabilitation training and the limited accessibility provided by the government for persons with disabilities. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of protection and empowerment of persons with disabilities in Kampar District and inhibiting factors of implementation. The theoretical concept used is the concept of Purwanto and Sulistyastuti's Implementation Theory (2015: 86). This research uses a qualitative method using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of protection and empowerment policies for persons with disabilities in Kampar Regency has not been optimal in implementing policies for the protection and empowerment of persons with disabilities in Kampar Regency. Inhibiting the implementation of protection and empowerment policies for persons with disabilities in Kampar District is the lack of resources, the lack of responsive target groups and communication between implementing agencies and mindset of the target group’s family. Keywords: Policy Implementation, Protection and empowerment, Persons with disabilities

Abstract

This research aims to determine about to find out Works Coordination of Front Office Department by Housekeeping Department at Aston Karimun HotelThis research to make use of qualitative method to analysis set of case, which to become the key informan in this research as much as six people’s. That is Front Office Manager, Executive Housekeeper, two people of Receptionist and Room Maid people’s. Sources were obtained through observation, interview and documentation.Based on result of this research, the conclusions of this research are work coordination between Front Office Department by Housekeeping Department still raising required.Keywords: Coordination, Front Office and Housekeeping.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure on financial performance on a pharmaceutical company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2014. The capital structure is used as the independent variable (X) is the indicator Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), and Longterm Debt To Equity Ratio (LDER). Whereas the that is used as the dependent variable (Y) is a financial performance Return on Assets (ROA).This study uses secondary data, annual financial statements pharmaceutical company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2014. Sampling was done by purposive sampling the sample used is 8 pharmaceutical companies. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient determination test, t test, and test f. Data was analyzed by linear regression analysis using software SPSS 21.The results showed that the variables DAR partially (t test) significantly affects the ROA, whereas the DER and LDER no significant effect on ROA. The results of simultaneous (f test) showed a significant influence of capital structure DAR, DER, LDER together on the financial performance ROA.Keywords : Capital Structure (DAR, DER, LDER), the performance of Treasury (ROA)

Abstract

Village development planning is an initial step taken by the village head along with the authorities in the village development process to manage the resources so that the village community can enjoy. An interesting phenomenon in the participatory development planning process also took place in Pangkalan Baru Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar District, especially on the aspect of community participation in the preparation of the Village Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMDes). Planning comes from the word plan, which means the design or order of things to be done. From this simple understanding can be decomposed some important components, namely goals (what to achieve), activities (actions to realize the goal), and time (when, when the activity is about to do). This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive data assessment. In data collection, researchers used interview techniques, observation and study literature. By using key informant and informant afterwards as source of information. The results of this study indicate that several stages of the development planning process in each village has not been implemented. At Sub-district Musrenbang level several stages of the development planning process have not been implemented, especially at the stage where the community has not been involved decide the priority of activities to be submitted to the district development planning process. And community participation in development planning in Siak Hulu District Kampar Regency is still low.Keywords: Participatory Development Planning

Abstract

The house is a basic need and has a function that is essential for human life. The house also as one of the main elements for the welfare of the people. To improve the welfare of the people the government implement a program to assist low-income communities (MBR) to obtain appropriate housing.One government program is a program BSPs issued by the Ministry PUPR under Regulation Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing No. 13 / PRT / M / 2016 on Governmental Housing Assistance stimulants. BSPs program will be implemented by the provincial government through the Department of Public Works in every province. Pekanbaru City North Tangkerang particularly sub-district is one of the program managers BSPs, North Tangkerang a result of the development of the Village area Tangkerang.The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of the Regulation of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing No. 13 / PRT / M / 2016 on Governmental Housing Assistance stimulants. This research was conducted using qualitative research method by using interview, observation and documentation by using key informants and results on the ground as a source of information.These results indicate that the BSPs Department of Housing, Settlement and Land Region of Riau Province as Committing Officer and the Department of Housing and Settlement Region Pekanbaru City as Technical team BSPs program has been implemented properly. The problems caused by less accurate data so that the receiver can register themselves every aspect of the program so much that did not pass the identification and verification, as well as recipients who refuse to accept the program because we are not able to do self-help, and the lack of building materials from material suppliers.Keywords: Implementation, District of North Tangkerang

Abstract

Employee discipline is an important factor that greatly influences the success of government organizations. Civil Servants (PNS) will not be able to take responsibility for their work if they are not disciplined by the rules that apply. This study has used government management theory and the concept of work discipline with fundamental analysis on compliance with regulations, effective work, corrective action, timely attendance and the ability to finish work on time. Inhibiting factors in the implementation of employee discipline consist of internal factors (competence, work experience, technology, management systems, compensation, leadership, work enthusiasm), internal factors greatly influence employees in the Discipline in the implementation of work discipline, so they must be able to become more employees discipline in accordance with existing regulations. external factors (economic, cultural, religious), these external factors affect every employee in the Disparbudpar in carrying out discipline, in this case internal and external factors must go hand in hand to make employees become more disciplined  Keywords: Employees, Work Discipline, Performance Targets and Government Management

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image and Country Of Origin on consumer purchase Interest on Asus Handphone Products (Consumer Survey At Asia Ponsel Center Pekanbaru). The Brand image as a variable (X1), Country of origin as variable (X2) and Consumer purchase interest as variable (Y). Brand Image is one important part in the company because the attitude and actions of consumers against a company brand is determined by the brand image of the company. Country Of Origin is a person's view of a product from the country of origin of the product concerned.This research was conducted at Asia Ponsel Center Pekanbaru and took the number of respondents ie 100 people. The data from the questionnaire is further processed using statistical analysis that is simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis, and significance test with t test (partial), F (simultaneous) test.The results showed that the test results of the first t test hypothesis that is brand image to consumer purchase interest is tcount (10,587) > ttabel (1,984) means brand image significant effect on consumer purchase interest. Both country of origin of consumer purchase interest is tcount (8,866) > ttable (1,984) meaning there is significant influence between brand image to consumer purchase interest. F test results of brand image and country of origin of consumer purchase interest are F arithmetic (86,479) > F table (3.090). This means that the brand image and country of origin simultaneously significantly influence consumer buying interest.Keywords: Brand Image, Country Of Origin, Consumer Purchase Interest

Abstract

Dumai City is the widest city in Indonesia. But the space in there has not usednicely and feasible. The development in Dumai City still feels minimal perciverd bysociety. Caused by local regulation number 11 in 2002 about Spatial Planning andTerritory(RTRW) in Dumai City valid until 2012. After 2012 until 2016 the new localregulation RTRW Dumai City hasn’t been legales by province government. It caused thedevelopmentinventation that will come to Dumai City obsturcted and needs to wait thenew local regulation to be legaled. The purpose of this research is first, to know theprocess of politic space in Dumai City in 2012-2016. Second, to know the implication ofthe absence of local regulations on Dumai City Spatial Planning and Territory from2012-2016. This tesearch use Policy Theory.The research approach that uses is qualitative approach. The scope, location andtime in this reseach is focused by data that collected by stakeholder in Dumai City in2012-2016. The kind and the research source is divided by primary data with informantakes technique purposively and the secondary data such as the supporting dara aboutRTRW. The collecting data technique used by field research, interview anddocumentation study. While data analysis technique is done by process of reduction,persentation and data verification.The results of the study show that first the process of politic space in Dumai Cityshowed the dynamics of the actor that represent the government, investors, and societycontributed to the inconsistency implementation of RTRW in Dumai City. Second, theimplication of the policy that there is not yet regional regulation on spatial and regionalplans that is Dumai City still dominated by forest and the government in Dumai City can’tgive and issuing building permits, that caused the investation in Dumai City obstrucred.Key words: politic space, policy.

Abstract

Non-Governmental Organizations become a representative forum that protects, aspires and overshadows the surrounding community, the role of LMB in this research is seen based on the implementation of its work program and the benefits of the implementation of its work program, where if the LMB LSM can implement its work program and the work program implemented has an impact both for the community, especially the Malay tribe in Tenayan Subdistrict, besides this research reveals the purpose, vision and mission, role and profile of the LMB LSM in Tenayan Raya sub-district whether its management is appropriate, how the community responds to this institution and LSM efforts LMB in preserving Malay culture in order to maintain its existence in this Lancang Kuning earth. The profile of the LSM LMB examined this time is located in Tenayan Raya Subdistrict where the area is actually the majority of immigrants or non-Malay ethnic natives in Pekanbaru, the researchers selected 4 informants who will be interviewed, they are members or administrators of LMB LSM Tenayan Raya sub-district . Data retrieval of the research was carried out by interview, observation and documentation. Interviews conducted are structured interviews where the researcher prepares the guidelines for the interview first.Keywords: Profile, Laskar Melayu Bersatu , LSM
