Abstract

This study aims to examine partially and simultaneously the effect of asset structure, firm size and sales growth on the capital structure. Where the independent variables in this study are the Structure of Assets, Company Size and Sales Growth.While the dependent variable is Capital Structure. The sample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2011 to 2015. This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Samples and sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using simple and multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination coefficient test with SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that the asset structure variables partially (t test) affect the capital structure, the size of the company partially (t test) does not affect the capital structure of the company, while sales growth negatively affects the capital structure of listed food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The simultaneous test results (F) show the influence of asset structure variables, company size and sales growth on the capital structure of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: asset structure, company size, sales growth and capital structure

Abstract

The research purposed to get know how mahot role as a tour guide on elephant conservation center in minas siak riau be serving tourist or visitor ones visiting every day.This research used qualitative descriptive method to analyze the problems. The sample in this research are 12 samples by using purposive sampling and accidental sampling. And then the technique to collected data in this research are using observation, interview, and documentation.Based on the research, mahot role as a tour guide already happened in three stages, they are knowledge , skills, and attitude in guiding and service tourist, each has applied however still need clarify the status of elephant conservation center became a tourist destination nature based so mahot gets licence a tuor guide.Key words : Role Mahot, Tour Guide, Elephant Conservation Center Minas

Abstract

Bum and beggars are one of the negative effects of development. Understanding inflammation and beggars according to Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 12 Year 2008 Regarding Social Order as follows: a homeless person is a person who lives in a state that is not in accordance with the norms of decent living in the local community and does not have a permanent residence and work and wanders in place general. While beggars are people who earn money by begging in public in various ways the reason to expect the mercy of others.This study aims to describe the government law enforcement on social order, especially homeless and beggars in the city of Pekanbaru, then also to find out the inhibiting factors of the non-optimal implementation of government law enforcement on social order (homeless and beggars). The location of the study was conducted in Pekanbaru City, first in the office of the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP), second in the Pekanbaru City Social Service and Pekanbaru City DPRD Secretariat. Furthermore, data collection techniques were carried out by interview and documentation.The results of this study are the implementation of law enforcement carried out by the Pekanbaru City Government Civil Service Police Unit and Civil Servant Investigators who work together with the Pekanbaru City Social Service, which has not been implemented in accordance with Regional Regulation number 12 of 2008. Abstract

             This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine th effect of liquidity and solvency on earnings growth. In this study the independent variables are liquidty and solvency, while the dependent variable is earnings growth. The sample used is secondary data derived from th company’s financial statements that are seen every month in the period 2014 to 2018. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination test processed using SPSS 23. The result showed that the partial liquidity variable had no effect on earnings growth, whil the solvency variable partially influences earnings growth. Simultaneous test reults indicate that there is an influences of liquidity and solvency variables on earnings growth in PT. Pegadaian( Persero) Regional Office II Pekanbaru.Keyword : Earnings Growth, Liquidity, Solvency.

Abstract

The tour can not be separated from the existence of a tour leader, so the tour leader is required to be able to assist tour operators in handling guests while on the trip. Which later can serve the wishes or needs of these guests. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the perceptions of tourists towards tour leaders in Cv Bilava Tour Riau Pekanbaru. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods to examine the issues raised. The sample in this study was 100 respondents, taken using Simple Random Sampling. While the data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. By using a Likert scale as a measuring tool to determine the length of short intervals. From the results of research conducted, it appears that the leader of the trip at Cv Bilava Tour Riau Pekanbaru is very satisfying.  Keywords: tourist perception, tour leader.

Abstract

Indonesian society is a plural society. This pluralism is made up of diverse national backgrounds in tribes, religions, races and classes. In addition to this every culture also has certain characteristics such as differences in language, customs, and habits, food and norms and values are believed. This makes the two ethnics in the city Duri ethnic Batak and ethnic Minang require to be able to adapt to different cultures. In the process of daily interaction the differences between ethnic Batak and ethnic Minang cause misunderstandings occur in everyday interactions seen from the form Facework seen from the negotiation of the face of each ethnic. This study aims to determine the forms of intercultural communication facework between ethnic batak and ethnic Minang when interacting in their daily life as well as ethnic conflict management in facial rescue to maintain their respective cultural identity in the city of Duri Kelurahan Gajah Sakti, Mandau District Bengkalis District.This research uses qualitative method with Phenomenology approach by Alfred Schutz. The location of this research is in Duri City of Gajah Sakti Village, Mandau Sub-district, Bengkalis Regency. Informants in this study amounted to ten people and determined by purposive technique. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interview and documentation. In achieving the validity of the data in this study, the authors use extension of participation and triangulation.The results of this study indicate that the intercultural interactions that.occur between ethnic Batak and ethnic Minang show accommodative behavior in the form of Facework through facial negotiation in the form of verbal and nonverbal when interacting in ethnic batak ethnic and ethnic Minang. Intercultural communication of ethnic Batak and ethnic Minang also experience obstacles such as cultural barriers, parangliustik, different perceptions and different nonverbal habits. Abstract

This study was conducted at Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know the strategy of motorcycle taxi driver to fulfill family economic need. The focus of this research is the characteristics of motorcycle taxi drivers at Kecamatan Tampan. The technique of determining samples in a purposive sampling and set the number of samples as many as 5 people. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and Instrument data is observation, interview and documentation. Research conducted, the authors found that the strategy of adaptation of motorcycle taxi drivers at Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru in meeting the family's economic needs include: Adaptation, Research Subjects in fulfilling their needs as much as possible to familiarize themselves with the current economic limitations. Goal Attainment, Research Subject has a certain motivation in balancing the economic life of the all-well-off. Integration, the subject of research relies on the relationship and solidarity with fellow motorcycle taxi drivers at the motorbike base. Latency, the subject of research in an effort to keep customers looking for a good relationship. Characteristics of motorcycle taxi drivers in Tampan District are as follows: Knowledge of Traffic Rule, Research conducted found that not all research subjects know the traffic rules. Driving Skills, The general subject of research is skilled in operating the vehicle when mocking. This research aims to clarify the impact on Fisheries of Indonesia export value to the European Union in particular in the Netherlands since imposed its regulations the Minister of marine and fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia number per 28/download/2009 on certification of results catch of fish.In this study the author uses the perspective of liberalism. In his view the interdependence and cooperation promote liberalism. To bridge the problems leading to the author's hypothesis using level analysis of nation-state (nation-State). Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the Family Welfare Consultation Institution Tat Twam Asi in the handling of family social problems in Pekanbaru City. This research uses qualitative approach and with descriptive method. The subject of this research is Chairman of LK 3 Tat Twam Asi, Social Worker in LK3 Tat Twam Asi. The data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The technique used to explain the validity of data is by using triangulation of source and triangulation technique.Based on the research results obtained are: the role of the Family Welfare Consultation Institution Tat Twam Asi in handling family problems through several stages namely, client recruitment that includes clients coming by themselves and picking up the ball, and handling clients that include counseling, home visit, empowerment and referrals. The role of LK3 in handling problems in the family there are several kinds of prevention, empowerment, protection and client assistance.Keyword : Social Role, LK 3, Pekanbaru, Riau

Abstract

One Village One Community (OVOC) is a work program of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of PT RAPP Estate Baserah Kuantan Singingi Regency. OVOC is one of the flagship programs of PT RAPP Estate Baserah Kuantan Singingi Regency which is a sub program of Integrated Faming System (IFS), therefore, it is necessary to evaluate in order to know the success of communication from the superior program, to know the strength or weakness that exist, to prevent greater failures in the future. To find out whether the activities carried out are running as planned or not, communication audits are required. The purpose of this study is to know the implementation of OVOC program in terms of program planning, program implementation and program impact.This study is based on the audit model of the communication communication of a public relations planning model with an evaluation model developed by Jim Prichitt and Bill Sherman and refers to the communication components of communicators, messages, recipients and effects. This model consists of three stages in carrying out the evaluation, the first is the planning that produces the preparation, the implementation that produces the implementation, and the third is the final result produce impact. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with purposive technique. Data collection techniques by conducting interviews, observation and documentation.The results showed that the communication audit of One Village One Community PT RAPP Estate Baserah Kuantan Singingi in the preparation stage of the concept of activities has been well planned because the understanding between the executor of the activities with the previously planned documentation data has been appropriate; in the implementation stage, the implementation is quite smooth, it is seen from the previously designed implementation of many appropriate, although found some of the less effective communication content on the message component so that the process of delivering the message delivered repeatedly in the implementation; and at the impact stage it is found that the great objectives of the expected program have been achieved, as well as the component effects indicating the success of the beneficiary attitudes seen from the cognitive, affective and conative components.Key Words: Communication Audit, CSR, One Village One Community
