Abstract

This research describes the policy of Indonesia toward implementations of corporate social responsibility (study case in implementations of corporate social responsibility in Siak Regency in 2013-2016). Nowdays the developing states in Indonesia not only have done by government. The corporations that have invested in Indonesia basen on regulation number 40 years of 2007 about coroprations that severy corporate have done a corporate social responsibility especially Siak Regency.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the policy of Indonesia toward implementations of corporate social responsibility (study case in implementations of corporate social responsibility in Siak Regency in 2013-2016). The theories applied in this research are neo realism perspective with the foreign policy theory by William D Coplin and corporate social responsibility concept.The research shows that the policy of Indonesia toward implementations of corporate social responsibility (study case in implementations of corporate social responsibility in Siak Regency in 2013-2016) are have done by some steps are Indonesia government have done a regulations about implementations of corporate social responsibility are regulations number 40 years of 2007 about corporate social responsibility and for Siak Regency have a local regulations number 6 years of 2011 about corporate social responsibility, government of Siak Regency create a forum of CSR and implemented corporate social responsibility in helath, educations, environment and social empowerment program.Key words: policy, corporate social responsibility and Siak.

Abstract

Restaurant is a building that provides food and drink. Especially in a hotel, restaurant is one of the partthat adds a lot of hotel revenue.. This research was conducted in Saffron restaurant Banyan Tree BintanHotel & Resorts, Teluk Berembang street, Laguna Bintan, Lagoi 29155, Bintan Resort, Indonesia. Thisrestaurant is chosen as a place of research because they have high reservation. This study aims toknowing how the reservation handling at Saffron restaurant. This research uses qualitative descriptivemethod which is researches tried to describe the real situation by collecting some information andexplain in detail way or make a prediction before. Data collection technique are used with observation,interview and documentation. The observation target of this researce are manager, supervisor andthree of waiters. Abstract

The implementation of health services carried out at the Kuantan Singingi Regional General Hospital where the implementation of health services there are problems with the doctor's slow coming, waiting for the medicine to be treated for a long time, sometimes there is no medicine so it requires buying outside, the doctor is not there and there is no substitute doctor, the officers are less friendly registration. The purpose of this study is to Organize Health Services at the General Hospital of Kuantan Singingi and find out the factors that influence the Implementation of Health Services at the General Hospital of Kuantan Singingi.Using the concept of public service theory according to Suryadi (2009: 69). Using qualitative descriptive methods. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection uses observation, interview, literature study, documentation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study addressing the Implementation of Health Services at the General Hospital of Kuantan Singingi, the hospital has not run optimally. The factors that influence the Implementation of Health Services in the General Hospital of Kuantan Singingi, are the Facilities and Infrastructure and Respom of Officers that are Poor Keywords: Service, Health, Hospital

Abstract

This study analyzes of how Tour de Ijen in cooperation with the UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale / International Cycling Union) can increase tourism and economic development in Banyuwangi. Tour de Ijen is the official cycling championships of the UCI (Union Cycliste International) which is held every year in Banyuwangi . Championship was first held in 2012. This is a long-distance road racing is generally held around November to December and lasts for 4 days . Tour De Ijen is as a means of publicity and promotion (media campaign) Banyuwangi to national, regional and international levels. Abstract

Hotel development in Pekanbaru is growing very rapidly and become the main industry which was very promising for entrepreneurs of hospitality services. Thus,the quality of services were to be something very important because costumers always need to get what the best presence of the service provided. It has been consequensed on the need of employee, especially the houseman, to subscrib on the guidance and requirements of Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) as demanded on professionalism.This study aims to determine the level of houseman professionalism in Grand Central Hotel Pekanbaru.In the study the researcher uses a mix methods of both qualitative and quantitative as the research procedure that generated the data in the form of interview ,documentation, observation and questionnaire. In this case, there were 8 respondents and several informant, including 1 Supervisor, 1 F& B Manager, 1 HRD, and 8 houseman for interview.As the conclusion, the professionalism of Public Area Section houseman was categorized as in good level regarding the result of 77,8% point in questionaires analysis.Key words : profesionalism, houseman, public area, machine tools

Abstract

This research was conducted in Jorong Tampus Kecamatan Lembah Melintang Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. The purpose of this study was to analyze the perceptions of parents towards the education of girls. The research titled “Perceptions of Parents Against Girls Higher Education in Jorong Tampus Kecamatan Lembah Melintang Kabupaten Pasaman Barat”. Topics focus of this research is how the perception of parents towards the education of girls in Jorong Tampus Kecamatan Lembah Melintang Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Respondents are parents who have daughters and are not authorized continuing education. The sample in this study amounted to 37 people. The author uses descriptive quantitative method and the data were analyzed quantitatively and using sampling techniques rendom simple decision. Instruments of data are observations, questionnaires and documentation. From research conducted, Respondent perception of the education of girls in JorongTampus on is assumed that the right to education for girls are able to change the pattern of thought with the percentage as much as 78.3%. This means that parents and respondents in JorongTampus accept the assertion that higher education is important for girls. From what is happening in the field in accordance with the results of the processed data, that society. However, despite being aware that higher education is important to be able to change the mindset of daughters still respondents felt that higher education opportunities for girls are not so important that characterized the percentage as much as 48.6%. Factors that influence the perception of parents and respondents to the higher education of girls in JorongTampus is, the view parents who think girls are better incorporated into skills training such as courses with a percentage of the election as much as 75.7%.Keywords: Perception, Education, Women's Educati

Abstract

Vocation training program by Vocation Training Technical Organizer (UPT-LK) Unit Region I Riau Province is a program with a purpose to train workers to be competent, productive, and resourceful through different kinds of courses available for job seekers and unemployed. This training program is centered in Pekanbaru and has been ongoing since 1983, but the implementation is having a number of problems and obstacles. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the training program and the factors that influence it.Theory used in this research is training components theory by Moekijat which are training participants, instructors, time, training materials and methods. This research used descriptive qualitative method, and data collecting methods are observation, interviews, and documentation.Keywords: Implementation, Program, Vocation Training

Abstract

The Bantit District Akit was once an isolated tribe and underdeveloped from the economic aspect, for that the Bengkalis Regency Government made various efforts to empower the Akit tribe by carrying out various programs and policies to improve the living standards of the Akit tribe community. In addition to relocating the residence of the Bengkalis Regency Government, it also provides several facilities for the community including houses of worship, educational facilities (primary schools), and health facilities in the form of Polindes. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of the Akit in the Jangkang Village and to determine the forms of socio-economic change in the Akit community. This research was conducted in This study was carried out in Hamlet 3 of Jangkang Village, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency. The population in this study were all people in Hamlet 3 of Jangkang Village. For the sample the authors took 50% of the KK from the Akit Tribe, from the 102 existing KK, the writer took as many as 51 KK to be sampled using random sampling techniques, while the Camat was used as the Key Informant, the data needed, including primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing, observing and studying literature. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method. From the results of the study concluded: (1) Characteristics of the Akit Hamlet community of Village 3 Jangkang seen from the age of most respondents were respondents aged 36-40 years (49.03%), for education most respondents were uneducated and did not complete elementary school (45.10%), while the religion of the respondents most of the respondents have Islam (47.05%), for the main occupation of the respondents most of the Akit respondents have jobs as farm laborers (58.82%) Characteristics of the Akit community seen from income most of the people have income of around Rp. 1,000,000 - Rp. 2,000,000 (39.22%), for the number of family members, most respondents had family members of 4 - 6 people (31.37%), social change, namely the existence of religious activities and community activities, economic changes due to working hours and increased income. Keywords: Socio-economic Change, Akit Tribe

Abstract

This is a study about the role of United Nation Agency International Developtment in marine conservation Anambas Island, Riau Island Province. USAID is United Nation’s federal agencies that assist to other countries on the event of democracy, enverionment, gender, education etc. USAID has been engaged in marine conservation development in Anambas Island.This script uses the conceptual base with the concept of international cooperation where in USAID and Anambas become the focus of study. It is also supported by the range or nation-state, pluralism perspective and Green theory. The concept directs to the qualitative methode and literature study as the resource of the information.The role performed by USAID were give a fund grant to Indonesia, cooperation with Indonesia’s MPAG and zoning or mapping conservation ragion in Anambas Island, Riau Island Province.Keyword : Role, USAID, conservation.

Abstract

The Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) is a legal entity established to organize a social security program. Participants of the Social Secu rity Administering Body (BPJS) Health is divided into 2 groups based on the origin of the financing. The first group is the Contribution Beneficiary (PBI), participants in the category of those who have difficulties in the economy. The second group of BPJS Health participants are those who belong to the Non-PBI class (Beneficiary of Contribution). Puskesmas Balai Jaya is a First Level Health Facility (FKTP) as a Technical Implementation Unit under Public Health Service that performs non-specialist personal health services for observation, diagnosis, treatment, treatment and or other health services. The problem formulation in this study is why the management of the National Health Insurance (JKN) budget by the Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) of Health at Puskesmas Balai Jaya Rokan Hilir Regency is not maximal.The purpose of this study is to find out the National Health Insurance (JKN) planning at Balai Jaya Community Health Center 2016-2017. This research method using qualitative approach with descriptive research type.The results of this study indicate that the planning of National Health Insurance (JKN) in Puskesmas Balai Jaya Rokan HilirDistrict in 2016-2017 has not been done properly. It is based on the still many people who have not been integrated into the National Health Insurance (JKN). Based on Permensos Number 170 of 2015 the participant quota of JKN PBI Rokan Hilir 184,419 people, but for the year 2017 participants JKN PBI Rokan Hilir only 1,762 inhabitantsKeywords: Planning, National Health Insurance (JKN), BPJS Health
