Abstract

This research was conducted in the Museum Sang Nila Utama on the road Jendral Sudirman No.194 Tangkerang Tengah Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru city. With the formulation of the problem (1) how the characteristics of visitor’s to the museum Sang Nila Utama Pekanbaru (2) how the visitor’s perception of the physical condition of the Museum Sang Nila Utama Pekanbaru (3) how the relationship between museum visitor’s perception of the physical condition of the museum with the level of visitor’s understanding of the historical value of the collection museum Sang Nila Utama Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Characteristics of visitors Museum Sang Nila Utama Pekanbaru, to analyze visitor perceptions of the physical condition of the Museum Sang Nila Utama Pekanbaru, and to determine the relationship between visitor perceptions of the physical condition of the museum with the level of understanding of visitors to the historical value of collections Museum Sang Nila Utama Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive research with quanttitative approach. The population in this study as many as 100.017 people, then in use one of the sampling technique that is by using slovin method then the sample can be as much as 99 people. The collect this research data in quetionnaire and documentation. Based on the result of the study can be concluded that (1) in general visitors Museum Sang Nila Utama have used the museum function well, from 99 respondents there are 50 respondents with a percentage of 58.6 % with high category in formal activities, and from 99 respondents there are 42 respondents 71.2 % on non formal activities (2) there are 25 respondents 25.3 % who have a negative perception, and 74 respondents 74.7 % who have positive perception on the physical condition of the Museum Sang Nila Utama Pekanbaru. (3) The correlation between visitor’s perception toward physical condition of the museum with the level of visitor’s understanding on the historical value is 0.755 (75.5 %) and the relation is strong and can be stated that Ha is accepted which means that there is correlation between visitor perception to physical condition of the Museum with the level of visitor understanding history of collections Museum Sang Nila Utama Pekanbaru.Keywords : Perception, Historical Value, Museum

Abstract

Training which is done by the Employment and Transmigration Department of Dumai must be fit to the general training in order to produce the quality human resources. The Development of Employment in training and productivity section of employment and transmigration of Dumai is good because they provide the training based on the society’s demand and the burs effect. So that it produce the competence of human resources. The facilities Employment and Transmigration Department of Dumai are good enough and the chosen instructor are chosed by their competencies. The purpose of this research is to know the development of the Employment on training and productivity section at Employment and Transmigration of Dumai and find out factors which influence it.This research used theory of Werther & Davis says that development is defined by indicators of preparation, taken out, selection, development, treatment, and using. This research is classified as qualitative descriptive, the technique of collecting data in this research through observation and interview from everyone who are involved as informen.The result of this research shows that the development of Employment of Training and Productivity Section of Department of Employment and Transmigration of Dumai runs well. This is proved from the application of training based on the society’s demand and the needs of the market. Starting from recruitments, selection, and the chosen instructor and the activities of the tng. Factors which influences of the Development of Employment Training and Productity at Department of Employment and Transmigration of Dumai is finansial.Key words: Employment, Training, Employment Department

Abstract

Local government has started to give special attention in Riau Tourism sector lately. Riau tourism potential has been promoted. One of them is Rupat Island. Rupat Island has an interesting ocean tourism in Riau. Online news become a tool in spreading information among many medias. According to Undang-Undang No. 40 Tahun 1999 about Pers explaining that online media is a product of mass media if it is based on pers’ ethical code. Writer used qualitative descriptive methode. Writer used framing analysis Pan and Kosicki and agenda setting theory. Object of the research is news related to Pulau Rupat tourism in tripriau.com’s Wisata rubric from 19 April until 20 June 2016. Result shows that there is a framing from news’ syntax and rethoric. Meanwhile, for media agenda, tripriau.com focus on presenting Rupat as a tourism destination. With a feature packaging, tripriau.com only presents news that media wants. The negative things that Rupat has almost dissapear from the news. Point of view in this news comes from journalist’ and interviewer’ side. Though, tripriau.com keep maintaining its media idelogy in delivering news. Abstract

Implement program Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) study of social capital in the implementation of health and education skills program PKK Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan of the city of Pekanbaru. PKK is a movement of people who have been actively involved as a partner of the government in the implementation of community development programs. PKK have an essential role that is driving an empowering women to actively participate in development and as an institution with the primary mission of the family realize prosperous, advanced and independent with a growing number of job performance, has won the recognition of its existence amongst the people. With regard essentially have and implement 10 programs PKK institutionalized and accepted by society because in accordance with the demands of life and livelihood in improving public welfare and unseen seen from the social capital of the execution of health, education and skills. The aim of the study is to examine social capital as measured by indicators of norms, networks and trust and know the benefits of the program PKK health and education skills Simpang Baru PKK. The method in this research using descriptive quantitative research methods, probability sampling design, using simple random sampling technique, sample is 96 to the formula slovin, respondents who are part of all members of the PKK. Researchers in data collection using observation, a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. These results indicate that the PKK program implementation in health, education and skills high social capital as measured by indicators of norms, networks and trust. The norms make the program run properly. The program runs well in a network. A network has been formed to create and build trust. This continues to occur continuously and repeatedly so that the PKK programs in health, education and skills is going well. The perceived benefits of members is the result of applying the PKK programs in health, education and skills. The perceived benefits are closely related to improving the quality of health and education quality and skills of PKK members in accordance with the government's program of human resource empowerment and improving social welfare. Abstract

This research was conducted at Pascasrjana Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau. Objectives to be achieved in this study are: (a) To know how the motivation of students of Master of Sociology. (b) To find out what are the factors that influence the motivation of students who continue their education in the Sociology Master program. The approach used in this research is quantitative with descriptive quantitative analysis. From the result of the research, it can be concluded that the motivation of students who continue their education in Sociology Master Program of Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Riau University is the motivation of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation which in intrinsic and extrinsic there are six factor which result from student motivation to continue this Sociology Master Program Is a good category with a score of 3238. While the results of factors that affect the motivation of good categorized is the needs, expectations, interests, family encouragement. While the other two factors that do not contribute in the motivation of students continue the program Master Sociology with the category is not good ie environment and media.Keywords: Motivation, Factor, Education Master Program Sociology

Abstract

The development of kasang kulim zoo by the great hall of conservation of Riau's natural resources is the building of the ministry of forests adopted by upt, everyregion in pekanbaru is called the great hall for conservation of the riau natural resources. Researchers focus research on operational development the kasang kulim zoo. The purpose of this research is figure out how to build the kasang kulim zoo operations and factors that interfered. The concept of theory is santoso's institutional theory: guidance, delivering containers, giving education and training, giving rewards. The study use qualitative methods with the approach of case studies, and using speculative sampling techniques, with datacollection techniques covering: observation, interviews and documentaries. The results how to plant operation at kasang kulim have not achieved a maximum and is not yet fully realized. There should be an increase criteria or criteria to be met by the kasang kulim zoo, which is incorporated into the ministry of forests' policy.Keyword: development, zoo

Abstract

Human Resource Management is very important in a company, one of which is engaged in the hotel industry. The Company provides fair and reasonable compensation to employees is expected to motivate employees to improve their performance. The purpose of this research are: (1) to know the compensation policy given to the employees by the management of Grand Central hotel Pekanbaru; (2) to find out the general description of employees performance of food and beverage at grand central hotel; (3) to know the compensation relationship to employees' performance of food and beverage department at grand central hotel Pekanbaru. Data processing is done by Product moment Correlation test from Pearson. From the results of the study concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between compensation with employee performance in the company. Shown with the results of correlation coefficient test (R) of 0.836 with a significance of 0.000.Keywords: compensation, employee performance

Abstract

This research review the Impact of SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization) on Turkish Economy and Politics. Turkey's interest in SCO seen as an attempt to achieve economic interests from international trade activities. SCO is used by Turkey as a forum to expand and diversify market which has been dominated by European countries In the process of forming SCO, positive developments towards economic regionalism began to be created among Central Asian, Tiongkok and Russian based on mutual trust, and cooperation. Economic Cooperation is one of the key cooperation sectors for SCO, although at first it seemed to be covered by high levels of cooperation in the security sector. This research has theoretically been build using the Neoliberal Institutionalism perspective. This type of research is qualitative research. Data presented on secondary data through literature studies such as books, internet and others. Result of this research is through SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization) has a positive impact on Turkish Economy and Politics. Many efforts have been made Turkey to join the European Union but Turkey has not been recognized as a member Turkey conflict with Greece related Cyprus problems becomes a Turkey barrier to join the European Union. Different The SCO that opens the door for Turkey to join as Dialogue Partner and Erdogan's desire to become a permanent member of SCO. Turkey was chosen to be a leader in SCO Energy Club activities. Turkey's economy increased after joining as a Dialogue Partner. It is expected to continue increase if Turkey's request to become a permanent member of SCO is accepted. Turki economy has increased and turkey economic cooperation in the field of export and import has increased as well as the welfare of the Turki community. Abstract

This study aims to examine persistently and simultaneously the influence of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on firm value. Where the independent variables in this study are investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policies while the dependent variable is the value of the company. The sample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2011 to 2015.This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Samples and sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24.The results of this study indicate that the variable investment decisions (t test) do not affect the value of the company, funding decision variables and dividend policy also do not affect the value of the company in the mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Simultaneous test results (f) show no influence from investment decision variables, funding decisions and dividend policy on the value of the company in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords : Investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policies, and company values.

Abstract

The development of content marketing encourages social media users to do marketing through the internet which focuses on creating and disseminating valuable, relevant and consistent content to attract and maintain a clearly defined audience, thus ultimately encouraging customers to take profitable actions. L’Cheese Factory using content marketing to promote its products through the Instagram Stories feature. The message which was published through the Instagram Stories feature by the Instagram account @lcheesefactory, aims to promote its products in order to arise consumers to buy the products they’ve offered.The purpose of this study is to know how much the influence of content marketing on Instagram Stories @LcheeseFactory on consumer buying interest. The theory used in this research is the S-R theory. The method used is a quantitative explanatory method. Researchers collected data with questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study are all followers of the Instagram account @lcheesefactory, amount to 45,200 account. Researchers used a simple random sampling technique. To find out how much influence between X and Y variables, the researchers used simple linear regression analysis. Meanwhile, to process the questionnaire test data, researchers using the version 23 of the Statistic Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program.Based on the results of a simple linear regression for research on the influence of content marketing on Instagram Stories @ LcheeseFactory towards consumer buying interest, the regression coefficient values obtained in this study is Y = 9,457 + 0,651 X with a significance level of 0,000 less than α = 0.05. This means that there is an influence of content marketing on Instagram Stories @LcheeseFactory towards the consumer buying interest of 23.6% which is included in the weak category. This means that H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected.
