Abstract

This study entitled "The Strategy of Winning the Success Team of Muhammad Wardan-Syamsudin Uti Pair in the Election of Regional Head of Indragiri Hilir Regency in Keritang District in 2018". This study aims to determine the winning strategies of the Muhammad Wardan-Syamsudin Uti success team in the Indragiri Hilir Regional Election in Keritang District and the factors supporting the victory of Muhammad Wardan-Syamsudin Uti.            The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. While the data used are primary data obtained from research sites in the form of research informants, which are then supported by secondary data in the form of document data.            The results of this study indicate that the winning strategy of the Muhammad Wardan-Syamsudin Uti success team in the Indragiri Hilir District Election in Keritang District uses a defensive and offensive strategy. The offensive strategy is carried out by expanding the market and penetrating the market. This market expansion is carried out with political campaigns and political implementation while penetrating the market is done by giving new offers and approaching political figures. While the defensive strategy is carried out by maintaining permanent voters and strengthening the understanding of seasonal voters. Furthermore, the factors supporting the victory of Muhammad Wardan-Syamsudin Uti's pair in Keritang Subdistrict are the candidate participant factor, the vision and mission factor, the length of stay factor and the support factor of political figures. Keywords: Campaign Strategy, Offensive Strategy, Defensive Strategy

Abstract

Universities that are often referred to as miniature countries, always give birth to human resources that are competent and integrity. Resources that have competency and ability are not the only thing created by the mechanism in the room, such as lectures. But it can often be generated through outdoor learning that trains and guides, thus giving rise to the self-development of the prospective scholars in the face of problems. With the implementation of pilmapres at the national level, every university is expected to identify and reward students who are excelling and boast continuously. Therefore, universities are expected to have policies that encourage the development of such activities. The problem of this research is what are the aspects of complications that affect students excel at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences University of Riau. The purpose of this research is to analyze aspects of the complications that affect students excel at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences University of Riau. The concept of theory used in this research is the theory of competence by Anies Baswedan, which consists of four aspects that are critical, creative, communicative and collaborative. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods. In this research researchers use observation techniques and interviews.  The results of this research resulted in the conclusion that there is one aspect that has not been well implemented by the students of achievement, namely the collaborative aspect. Students achievers have not been able to optimally apply their achievements to both interest and creativity in the campus environment well. It was justified by the judges in the selection of outstanding students in 2017.

Abstract

The Family Income Improvement Business or commonly referred to as UP2K is one of the work programs in the Tim Penggerak PKK of Kepulauan Meranti Regency. The Work Program is one of the efforts of the Tim Penggerak PKK of Kepulauan Meranti Regency to help improve the economy of the community, especially the people of Kepulauan Meranti Regency. One of their program targets is the Dapur Pesisir UP2K Group which processes lomek fish into nuggets. Therefore this study aims to find out the community empowerment communication strategy of the Tim Penggerak PKK of Kepulauan Meranti Regency, how to implement the community empowerment communication strategy and how the evaluation process and the factors that influence the community empowerment communication strategy carried out by PKK Kepulauan Meranti Regency.This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method and uses the participatory communication model of Lawrence Kincaid and Everett M. Rogers. The research subjects were 10 informants who were selected using purposive and incidental techniques. Data collection is done through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. To do data validity, the author uses triangulation and extension techniques.The results of this study indicate that the community empowerment strategy has gone well. The Community Empowerment Communication Strategy that has been carried out by the District PKK is through several stages. First is the communication infrastructure (hardware). The second is the planning of a communication program (software). After that, the implementation of the community empowerment communication strategy is seen from participation with the stages of providing information, consultation, decision making together, acting together, supporting (supporting independent community interest). The implementation of the community empowerment communication strategy that was carried out by the PKK Kepulauan Meranti district together with the agencies that cooperated with the UP2K program, namely by providing socialization, guidance (discussions, UP2K strengthening training, UP2K competition and assessment, administrative training and bookkeeping) monitoring, facilitator, POM permit, product packaging training and also providing assistance in the form of funds and equipment procurement. Abstract

The Civil Service Police Unit is a Regional Government apparatus in Peace and Public Order and enforcing Regional Regulations. The Pamong Praja police unit has the duty to supervise general freedoms, one of which is an internet cafe business in Pekanbaru City. Tampan Sub-district is a sub-district that has the highest number of internet cafes compared to 12 other sub-districts in Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted at the City Civil Service Police Unit in Pekanbaru City. The importance of the role of the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit in the internet shop business so that the operation of internet shop business owners participate in the standardization prepared by the Government.            The purpose of this study was to study the supervision of the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit on the stall business in Tampan District in 2018 and the factors influencing the supervision.            The theoretical concept used by the writer is the process of supervision. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive. The technique of collecting data is done through in-depth interviews with informants selected purposively and recording documents. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis method.            The observation of the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit on the internet shop business in Tampan District has not been running optimally. Pekanbaru City Pamog Praja Police Unit against internet cafe business is the number of supervisors that are still inadequate, facilities such as operational vehicles that are still lacking to conduct surveillance and supervision systems that are still not routine and are not suitable for supervision.    Keywords: Supervision, Internet Cafes, Tampan District.

Abstract

The gordang sambilan performance art is a performance art that was eroded by technological developments and the development of musical instruments. Performing arts on gordang contain elements of art and cultural heritage values that must be preserved and preserved. The gordang sambilan show for the Mandailing community is a show that must be present in every custom event. The purpose of the study was to determine the meaning of the symbolic situation, the meaning of education, and the meaning of religion found in gordang sambilan performing arts. This study uses qualitative methods with a symbolic interaction approach. The informants in this study amounted to 8 people, 4 people were mandailing traditional figures, 2 gordang sambilan players and 2 people who watched the gordang sambilan show using a purposive and accidental. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that the meaning of the symbolic situation in gordang sambilan performance in Mandailing Natal District was composed of physical objects including the main tools (gordang sambilan), musical instruments (gong, sarune, and mongmongan) and gordang sambilan costumes that were adopted from the Mandailing community. The meaning of education in gordang sambilan performing arts is social education, haromonisasi education, social strata education in people's lives, and teaches the meaning of togetherness and mutual love. The meaning of religion in the gordang show while giving an explanation in maintaining speech and prioritizing parents rather than self-interest. The gordang sambilan player focuses on the rhythm of the music and the positive attitude of the players who are cooperative in cooperation, compact, disciplined and consistent in maintaining and preserving the performances of gordang sambilan. Keywords: Meaning of the art music Gordang Sambilan, ceremony of marriage mandailing communities, mandailing natal district, north sumatera province

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of Takko binoto which has long been a fairly complex problem in which many male and female couples in realizing their desire to carry out a marriage contract by way of binoto takko. Because they felt that there was a conflict from parents about the relationship they had endured, Takko Binoto was chosen as a way out. Takko Binoto happened because it was influenced by economic aspects and low levels of education. The purpose of this research is to find out the motives behind the couple doing Takko Binoto, understanding the meaning of Takoto Binoto and knowing the communication experience for Takko Binoto actors in Menaming village, Rambah District, Rokan Hulu Regency.This study uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques consist of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data validity checking technique uses triangulation. The gathering of informants in this study used the Snowball Technique with the number of informants as many as 5 pairs of Takoto Binoto actors.The results of this study show the first few motives of takoto binoto actors in the village menaming are divided into two motives because (because motive) and motives of hope (in order to motive). As for the motives because for Takoto binoto actors are economic factors, mutual love, free promiscuity and low education. Then in order to motive Takko Binoto's perpetrators are motives to provide a deterrent effect, happy motives for the world and the hereafter and motives to ease the burden on the family's economy. Second, the meaning of Takko Binoto for actors in the village of Menaming is the meaning of Takoto Binoto as the destiny of God, Takko Binoto as a result of past actions, and Takko Binoto as the last choice to be taken. Third, the Takko Binoto perpetrators' communication experience consists of pleasant (positive) communication experiences and unpleasant communication experiences. a pleasant (positive) communication experience for Takko Binoto's perpetrators, namely getting a life partner to feel extraordinary love from her husband. Then the unpleasant (negative) communication experience for Takko Binoto actors is getting negative comments, being ostracized from the family and the environment, and family conflicts. Keywords: Construction Meaning, Takko Binoto, Motives

Abstract

This research was about the Adaptation of Hindus people in Tagagiri Tama Jaya Village. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach. How to determine informants by purposive sampling. The study subjects were five persons, they were three as key informants and two as informants. The results of this study identified that the adaptation ability of Hindus people went well. First, adaptation was done through participation in social, cultural and religious activities. Social activities include mutual cooperation activities, rewang, attending a party celebration. Cultural activities were carried out by performing lumping horse art performances. Religious activities include attending the anniversary of the Prophet's Birthday, Christmas Celebration. Second, adaptation went well because Hindus people succeed in understanding the realm or environment in which they live. By indirectly understanding the domains, Hindus people succeed in forming a social network among the people in the area. Third, there were sources of capital owned by Hindus people, include social, economic, cultural and symbolic capital. Owned social capital based on a long process of socialization and social interaction, friendship, and good contact and communication among citizens. For economic capital, they have coconut plantations, vacant fields or fields. For cultural capital they were displaying Hindu religious symbols, took the initiative to establish a lumping horse group. Abstract

Head has the authority to direct and oversee the management of the Village Fund Allocation, coaching and supervision will be made by the Head of Kampar Kiri Hulu is only socialize Head to Head Village about making the preparation of the budget cap Village Fund Allocation. This study aims to determine the guidance and supervision of the Head of the Village in the Village Fund Allocation Gema Kampar Kiri Hulu District of Kampar. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research, which can be interpreted as a problem-solving process was investigated by describing the state of the research subjects were based on the facts that appear during the study were then followed by the popularity of existing theories. Guidance and supervision of Kampar Kiri Hulu subdistrict leader in the management of the Village Fund Allocation in the village of Gema in 2012-2014 seen from the financial management of the village is already well underway with providing guidance and consultation in the preparation of Administrative APBDes and orderly village finances. While the ADD management supervision has not been going up where there are execution of the work comes from the ADD results of his work is not as expected. In the implementation of the guidance and supervision of the management of ADD in the village Gema there are obstacles in the form of the unavailability of technical personnel, ADD is more widely used for routine expenditure rather than capital expenditure, supervision of BPD in the implementation of APBDes not run well. Abstract

This research was conducted in the district of Kuala Lobam Seri Bintan District Riau Islands Province. This study aims to determine how to influence women's participation to the success of business groups (KUBE) and to find out what are the factors that support and hinder the success of the joint venture group (KUBE). This study, entitled 'Effect of Participation of Women Against Success Business Group (KUBE) In Sub Seri Bintan Regency Kuala Lobam Riau Islands province' '. The underlying question in this research is how the influence of women's participation to the success of business groups (KUBE) and what are the factors that support and hinder the success of the joint venture group (KUBE). Making the population used in this study is the census technique. Total population of the entire members of business groups that numbered 100 members predetermined criteria. The method used is quantitative method with descriptive approach. Data filtering instrument used is observation, documentation and interview. The results have generally been carried out by the researcher, the researcher can say that there is a strong influence of women's participation to the success of business groups (KUBE) evidenced by hypothesis testing using Chi Square. Factors that support the success of the joint venture group is a factor of the level of education, experience, visit the companion and understanding of the business groups, while the factors inhibiting the success of business groups, namely the organization and working poor. Abstract

The street vendors who occupy the street shoulder at Pasar Simpang Padang Duri causing traffic disruption. Implementation of the relocation of street vendors by Bengkalis Government through the Department of Market and Hygiene aims to give a decent place for the vendors and regularity of the market can be maintained. The location provided was adjusted by the number of vendors who will be relocated. However, the vendors are still reluctant to occupy a new location with a variety of reasons. This study aims to investigate the management of implementation and the factors that affect the implementation of the relocation of street vendors in Pasar Simpang Padang Duri. The concept of the theory used is the management theory propounded by G. R. Terrry consisting of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. This study uses descriptive qualitative research. The data collected through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results showed that the management in the implementation of the relocation of street vendors in Pasar Simpang Padang Duri have done pretty well. And the factors that affect the implementation of this relocation is budget, participation, coordination, and infrastructure. There are still some shortcomings in the implementation of this relocation, so the relocation of street vendors have not reached the goals set earlier.Keywords: management, street vendors, relocation
