Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pekanbaru Rayon east city is a branch of PT. PLN (Persero) Region Riau and Islands Riau. PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pekanbaru Rayon east of the city is one state owned enterprises. PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pekanbaru Rayon city east is in the Dr. Soetomo number 69 peknabaru with working area starting from fifty districts ( jl. Sudirman) to the district jl. Crossing east PT. PLN (Persero) Area of the eastern city of Pekanbaru conducting the implementation of training and employee motivation is epeted to encourage morale and also improve employee ferformance.In this study in the methodology used is descriptive quantitative method which is collected throughquesioner to 42 respondent. The sample used is the PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pekanbaru Rayon City East and as a source of information is the HRD. To determine the sample used census method.Result of research and hypothesis testing showed that the partial training signifificantaffect the ferformanceof employee PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pekanbaru Rayon City East. The variabel of training and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee ferformance PT. Abstract

The main duties and functions of the government apparatus are increasingly in the spotlight of the community because they get good services, the rights of the community, while the apparatus increase service participation, with basic principles of service that are simple, fast, precise, orderly, cheap, transparent and non-discriminatory. First, Society not only demands more efficient, and satisfying services, but also wants behavior that is more responsive and reflects propriety, ethical balance and wisdom. Second, The public is more critical in assessing the services provided by the government, especially at the village government level, something that become of the focus of the community with include public services or community services. However, This research is strived to find out how the comunity's response to the services provided by the village apparatus such as correspondence services and others,  according to operational standards at the Tampan Payung Sekaki district office. In other words, The sample of this research is people who has job at the Tampan Payung Sekaki district office with total 77 person. Next, The researcher used quantitative descriptive methods and the data  analyzed by using quantitatively and data instruments by using observation, questionnaires and documentation. Besides, From the research conducted, the reseracher found out that the community response to the service of urban village officials at the Tampan District Office of Payung Sekaki was good. Moreover, The response to the ability of the apparatus is 85.7% and the response to the service system is good or positive with a percentage of 66.0%.  Keywords : Response, Service, Community

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain about Implementation of Coral Reef Rehabilitation and Management Program-Coral Triangle Initiative (Coremap-CTI) in Batam, Riau Archipelago. Coremap-CTI is a program implemented by the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Indonesia in cooperation with Asian Development Bank (ADB) as a fund donor in Batam City area. The purposes of Coremap – CTI programme are to keep coral ecosystems and improve the society’s prosperity of the area.This research is using perspective Green Thought, unit of analysis is international system, and also using concept of sustainable development, conservation and political ecoligy. Sources were obtained through literature review from journals, books, reports, and internet to explain Coremap-CTI. Researcher also did an interview from informant that conduct for the program.This research indicated that implementated Coremap-CTI programme influencing the public knowledge of the importance of protecting coral reefs and avoid illegal fishing. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship society, government, and private in preparation corporate social responsibility PT. RAPP programs in Teluk Meranti village. The problem in this research is corporate social responsibility activity implemented by PT. RAPP is almost the same in every year and more inclined to charity. This can be seen in corporate social rensponsibility program activities 2015-2016. Therefore, the problem formulation this research is how relationship society, government, and private in preparation corporate social responsibility programs. With the aim to know and analyze stakeholders relationship in preparation corporate social responsibility programs. This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive research type with data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentations. From the results of the research show that relationship society, government, and private in preparation corporate social responsibility carry out their repective dutie. This is seen when implementation rembuk desa. Rembuk desa implemented request by PT. RAPP. At the time rembuk desa, public expressed his aspiration to be recorded by company, then company discussed it further in company office. While the role of the company is more dominant in determining all activities to be implemented. The company also performs several stages in preparation. First, make evolution as an benchmark of future activities. Second, the company follows government’s musrenbang. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Silver Silk Tour & Travel Pekanbaru which is located on Kaharuddin Nasution Street No.77, Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru. The problem in this study is that the target of employee promotion has not been achieved in the past five years, this is suspected to have problems in work performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mutation, promotion of work performance of PT. Silver Silk Tour & Travel Pekanbaru. In this study the method used was quantitative descriptive with the SPSS program. The sample of this study was 40 people taken from the total population. The data obtained from the questionnaire is then processed to be tested through the SPSS 23 program. Testing data analysis using simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of multiple linear regression analysis from this study are Y = 8,786 + 0,445X1 + 0,679X2. The research that has been done shows the results that the respondent's response to mutations and promotion in the category is quite agree while in the work performance on the categorical agree. While the t test that has been carried out shows that the mutation and job promotion variables partially have a significant effect on work performance. The F test results show that simultaneous mutations and job promotions have a significant effect on work performance. As for the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained Adjusted R Square of 0.711. This shows that the mutation and promotion have an effect of 71.1% on the work performance of employees of PT. Silver Silk Tour & Travel Pekanbaru. While the remaining 28.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: Mutation, Job Promotion, and Job Achievement

Abstract

Family Data Collection in 2015 is the primary data collection activities on the data of Population, Family Planning Data, Data Family Development (KKBPK) in Pekanbaru conducted by the National Population and Family Planning (BKKBN) Representatives of the Province of Riau. For the expected availability of the database, it must be ensured all families recorded. Implementation of this program up and running no less effective because of the level of community participation Pekanbaru City is still low and still many shortcomings of the Agency of National Population and Family Planning (BKKBN) Representatives of Riau Province as program implementers.This study used a qualitative approach, this kind of research is a descriptive study. The focus of research is the effective implementation of the program and community participation. Informant in this study is the Head of Public Affairs and Public Relations of the Agency of National Population and Family Planning (BKKBN) Representatives of the Province of Riau, Chairman Validator of the Family Data Collection Data 2015, and 12 family heads. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews . Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive analysis techniques.The results of this study show implementation of the program has not been effective, coupled with the apathy of people in Pekanbaru is still high. recommendation for this research is reassure the public about the active participation in the government program, communication between the government and the public, or otherwise to enable the development of society and the government should more leverage in implementing the program in order to run effectively and optimally.Keywords: Family Data Collection In 2015, Effectiveness, Public Participation

Abstract

Sale PT. Riau Cahaya Utami increasing annualys the increase in sales is closely linked to customer satisfaction with the product tupperware so high. Costumer satisfaction is a very important thing to do with the developmentof enterprise costumer satifaction effect on loyality. In this case the tupperware home party event use the strategy to mainntain costumer loyality. Amidthe intence competition of plastic house hold products. This study aims to determine segmentation, targeting and positiong (STP) PT. Riau Cahaya Utami in the event tupperware home party and communication strategy PT. Riau Cahaya Utami through tupperware home party event in maintainning costumer loyality.This study uses descriptive qualitative data collection techniques of observation, interview anda documentation. The data obtained are then processed to be reduced, resviting conclusions presented to the public. The informan in this research consisted ofs based on purposive method that researchers use as for keabsahan examination of the data, researchers used a technique extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed the segmentation, targeting and positioning (STP) PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand equity and brand trust on consumer loyalty Toyota Kijang innova car at PT. Agung Automall Pekanbaru. The sample in this study were taken 72 respondents and the technique used purposive sampling. The data in this study used survey method through questionnaires filled by consumers. Data obtained from the results of the questionnaire then processed tested with statistics through the program SPSS16. The results of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, determination test (R2), individual significance test (t test) and simultaneous significance test (F test) so it can be seen that brand equity variable had a positive effect on consumer loyalty variable, brand trust variable influences variable loyalty Consumers, and a significant influence between brand equity and brand trust variables on consumer loyalty. The results shows R Square is the coefficient of determination and obtained R Square value of 0.747. That is, brand equity and brand trust affect consumer loyalty by 74.7%.Keywords : Brand Equity, Brand Trust, and Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate and organizational commitment to employee loyalty partial and simultaneous. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool that is distributed to 26 respondents to the employees of the hotel "Bintang Lima" Pekanbaru. Data were then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 23 to test the validity, reliability test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing with a test t (partial) and F test (simultaneous ).            The results showed that test result The first hypothesis that organizational climate on employee loyalty is ttest results count (5.838) > ttable (2.062), which means that organizational climate significantly influence employee loyalty. Second, organizational commitment, namely ttest results count (5.883)> ttable (2.062), which means that organizational commitment significantly influence employee loyalty. Ftest results count (41.966)> Ftable (3.42) means the organizational climate and organizational commitment simultaneously significant effect on employee loyalty.  Keywords: Organizational Climate, Organizational Commitment, Employee Loyalty

Abstract

Coordination is an important role in an organization to archive the desired goal. Kampung KB Program as an implementation of program related to partners of BKKBN Riau Province. This research aims to obtain a description the coordination among BKKBN Riau Province, Population control and family planning office of pekanbaru city, and field line in Kampung KB implementation of Pekanbaru city and to identify the factors that affect the coordination of Kampung KB program of Pekanbaru city.Blade analysis in this study comes from the book writen by Malayu Hasibuan involving that coordination includes cooperation, communication, division of task and discipline. This research uses qualitative-descriptive method. In data collection, writer uses interviewing technique, observation, documentation and questionnaires. Using purposive sampling as an information source and interactive model as data analysis technique.The result of the research indicate that the coordination that has been done by BKKBN Riau Province and The controlling service of population and family planning of Pekanbaru city has been running optimally but the coordination to cross sectoral and the regional tool not yet optimal. Coordination is influenced by several factors : budget and advocacy to cross-sectoral.Keywords: Socialization, Rusunawa, Program
