Abstract

This Research analyzes Diplomatic Relations Dynamic About Turkey and Russia after the incident of Aircraft. The bilateral relations that is held by the two countrys are unlikely to have no problem in them , the relationship must have been tidal and subsiding. Among the two countries that run this bilateral relationship one of them must be the big country that dominations the power in this relationship. The problems that aircraft airline in that sukhoi 24, will be discussed by the author throught a case study of shootingof Russianmilitary aircraft by turkey which cause the Russian ignited its anger and cause the state of bilateral diplomatic one of them. And relation between the two countries threatened its substainability, after this incident, the Russian issued diplomatic came out after existence of the political influed behind.In this Journal the authors will analyze the policy diplomatic with the science of International Relations and analyze how the purpose of Russia issued the policy for Turkey. Abstract

This research was conducted in Rambung Dalam Urban Village Binjai Selatan District Binjai City. The purpose of this study is to find out what is behind the housewife to do gambling and to find out what the impact of the effects of gambling. The technique of determining the sample by purposive sampling and determine the number of samples as many as 6 people including 5 respondents and 1 key informant. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and data instrument is observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the existence of a gathering of mothers who like to play gambling is really there. In this gambling mothers assume that gambling is a stressor that can alleviate the problems and burdens of the mind they are feeling, where in the game they will forget for a moment about the problems that occur in their lives and get their own satisfaction and can meet his daily hobbies. The factors that lie behind the mothers are gambling is because of family problems and economic problems and several other factors such as environmental factors that make them interested in gambling. Then for the impact of gambling is resulted in a variety of conflicts within the household and the impact felt by children who make children know about gambling. When a person realizes what they are doing is an act deviating from the norms of society they should stop all gambling-related activities that can have an impact on the surrounding environment and can look for other activities to fill in more useful free time such as conducting activities that positive people looking for jobs. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of situational leadership styleand working environment on the performance of the employee (Case Study at PT.Riau Pos Intermedia. Styles situational leadership as a variable (X1), the workenvironment as a variable (X2) and employee performance as (Y).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 20,wherein the samples used are permanent employees at PT. Riau Pos intermedia byrespondents as many as 59 people. The formula used to determine the sampleslovin, as well as a sampling technique by means of probability sampling includesimple random sampling. Data collection through questionnairesResults of analysis using multiple linear regression, t test and f test so thatit can be seen that the variable situational leadership style positive effect on theperformance of employees, the working environment have a significant effect onemployee performance, and significant relationship between the situationalleadership style and work environment on employee performance.Keywords: Situational Leadership Style, Work Environment, EmployeePerformance

Abstract

This study aims to examine partially and simultaneously the influence of corporate social responsiveness and company size on firm value. Where the independent variable in this study is corporate social responsiveness and company size while the dependent variable is the value of the company. The sample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of oil and gas sub-sector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2010 to 2015. This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Samples and sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that the variables of corporate social responbility in a persial (t test) does not affect the value of the company, while the company size variable affects the value of oil and gas sub-sector mining companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange. Simultaneous test results (f) show no influence of corporate social responbility variables and firm size on the value of the company in oil and gas sub-sector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Company Size and Company Value

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Campus Physical Education who is in Rumbai. The purpose of this study was to determine student achievement motivation in selecting a course of coaching. This study entitled "Coaching Programs Student Achievement Motivation Faculty of Physical Education Teaching and Education University of Riau" .Topic focus of this research is how the reasons and background of female students in selecting a course of coaching and how the student motivation to learn and practice in following the coaching education. In this study, the obtained will be analyzed quantitatively. Since this research is descriptive quantitative research, the technique analysis of the findings of the field (in the form of information resulting from filling the questionnaire or questionnaires, interviews, field notes documentation, etc.) in a way to describe and explain in detail the issues to be investigated based on obtained from research reports in the form of a questionnaire that has been collected, analyzed and spoken in sentences for harvest. By using census sampling method in which the sample as a whole and each member of the population has an equal chance. In this way the researchers will carry out the sampling gradually. As for the reasons and background of female students choose courses of coaching as constituted with the knowledge, experience, and interests. So with the knowledge that with their knowledge of coaching education student early to know, to know those sports, know the vision and mission of coaching and what ideals of education graduate student coaching. Experience is supported by the experience of student follow sports events and won the event. and interests are supported by their interest in the sport so that they can lead to achievement to student interest in the coaching education courses. Where with their knowledge, experience and interests that encourage female students to continue to improve motivation in learning and practicing, with their experience, knowledge and interests also encourage student motivation to continue to excel in sports. Abstract

Smoking can increase death risk from many types of cancers (ec : lung cancer), heart stroke, throat inflammation, and pregnancy disease. Students of Medical Faculty of Riau University have capability and good knowledge about health and the smoking effect. But from the research showed that there were several of them smoking. This research used qualitative method with descriptive approach. Informans in this research were the smoking students of Medical Faculty of Riau University with total 5 respondents. Accumulation of data, observation, and the collected data was explained as qualitative. The economic social background of informans was from high-status family which it made them bought cigarettes easily. The result showed that family and friends had relation with smoking attitude. But the informans said friends were main factor. Personal factor also influenced them to smoke, and they said smoking could make disappear their bored and daily problems.Keywords : student of medical faculty, smoking activity, smoking factor.

Abstract

Forest and land fires in Dumai isenvironmental issueswhich has been in existence since 1997/1998 and continued until 2016. Up until now forest and land fires has become one of natural disasters which always occur in dumai and still can not be handled properly by the stakeholders, raising many questions by society about how the forest and land fires being handled which is a routine agenda in Dumai City. And aims to know how Dumai City Police Departement can manage relationships, develop strategies, and develop networks with mass media.This research uses qualitative method by using purposive sampling technique to get informant, with criteria of informant have experience in their field respectively more than five year, and the number of this research informants is four people.The purpose of this research is to know how to manage strategies, develop strategies, and develop networks with mass mediabyPublic Relations of Dumai City Police Departementrelated to forest and land firesthat happened in Dumai City.   The result of this research to build and mantain good relationships with journalistsis not easy, because they are very busy people and has various kind of attitudes, and there are some obstacles such as lack of open communication between Public Relations of Dumai City Police Departement and mass media, but this can be used as input to Public Relations of Dumai City Police Departement. Various approaches taken by Public Relations of Dumai City Police Departement so every single news in mass media covered honestly, accurate and balanced by journalists. Based on the description above, the approach can be done with formally or informally. Each of the approaches has differences in treating journalists in formally or informally.

Abstract

Tourism industry plays an important role in the country’s development. In addition, tourism also has an influence on the revenue for local government. Siak is one of the areas in Riau Province which has variety tourist attractions. One of tourist attractions is Mangrove Ecotourism in the District of Sungai Apit. Mangrove Ecotourism has enormous potential to develop. Therefore, a developmental strategy is needed in order to develop and increase the interest of tourists to visit Mangrove Ecotourism.Theory are used in this research is management strategy of Elitan and Anatan and analysis are used is SWOT analysis. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data were collected through interviews, observations and documentations. The technique of data analysis which used in this research was qualitative method and descriptive approachment.From the results, it can be seen that the develop Mangrove Ecotourism in the District Sungai Apit done the using technology strategy, innovation strategy and operating strategy. SWOT analysis is then performed to determine what strategies are suitable for the developmet of Ecotourism Mangrove in the District Sungai Apit.Keywords : Ecotourism Mangrove, Strategy, Tourism Development

Abstract

Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a dangerous fever disease that influenced by dengue virus, that went into human blood circulation through the bite of mosquito from Denus Aedes, such as Aedes Aegypti or Aedes Alpopictus. The Government of Pekanbaru City, through Health Department of Pekanbaru City still trying to Eradicate Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever. That efforts included in the Judgement of Health Ministry of Republic Indonesia Number 581/Menkes/SK/VII/1992 about Eradicate Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever. The objective of this research is to determine how implementation and factors that influence the Implementation of Attempts to Eradicate Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever Policy at Pekanbaru City.Theoretical concept used is theory of implementation based from George C. Edward III. The implementation approach includes communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucracy structure factors. This research used qualitative method with descriptive data assessment. In collecting data, researcher use methods of interview, observation, and documentation with snowball sampling method as the source of information and data analyzing with descriptive qualitative method.The result of this research showed that Implementation of Attempts to Eradicate Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever Policy was not effective yet because the Health Department of Pekanbaru City was not optimum enough in did their program, this matter because the information was not clear enough for the society, and available estimate, and there is still no of Standard Operational Prosedure (SOP).Keyword: Implementation, Eradicate, Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever

Abstract

Angsana Resort and SPA Bintan is one of the premium resorts under of the Banyan Tree Holding Limited. Angsana Resort and SPA Bintan has the most complaints among other resorts under Banyan Tree ownership. This is caused by service quality of Receptionist that have not been perfectly implemented in the Front Office especially. This research was conducted to find out whether the service quality of receptionist provided has been carried out properly or not. This research uses quantitative research methods descriptive approach. Data obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire that has been given to guests who have stayed at Angsana Resort and SPA Bintan and interviews. The samples in this study were 100 people taken from accidental sampling technique. The measurement technique used in this research questionnaire is a Likert scale, then the data will be processed into numerical data aimed at getting results to be drawn conclusions. Keyword : Angsana Resort and SPA, Receptionist, Service Quality
