Abstract

Waste is a major environmental problem faced by governments and communities in developing countries, including Indonesia. Garbage is permaslahan that can not be left alone and need to find a solution and handled well. In addressing the garbage problem needs the involvement of all stakeholders, especially the public. One of the people who care about this waste problem is Soffia Seffen, SH by establishing Dalang Collection and establish a program that is rubbish bank. Yag efforts made to introduce this program is to socialize or communicate with the public. However, there are still many people who do not know Dalang Collection and programs. This study aims to determine how the communication strategy in disseminating Dalang Collection trash bank program in the city of Pekanbaru and determines the constraints Dalang Collection in disseminating the garbage bank program in the city of Pekanbaru.This study uses a qualitative descriptive study of strategic communication models are supported by the communication strategy according Effendy. Informants in this research is the founder, employee Dalang Collection, schools (students and teachers), residential (community), and office (employees) by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using participant observation, interview and documentation.The results showed that the socialization Dalang Collection analyzing and dividing by the target. Collection mastermind requires cognitive response, conative, and affective. Factors to be considered in designing the message: the message content, message structure and message format. Communication media used the media face to face communication (presentation) and the mass media both print and electronic media locally (RTV, Riau Pos, and the Tribune). The role of communicators in the communication attractiveness (belief, charismatic, and emapatik), and the credibility of the source (skills and knowledge) in conveying the message.Key words : Communiction strategy, socialize, bank of garbageJom

Abstract

Abstract: problem in this research was not the realization of Daihatsu Xenia 1000cc car sales is not expanded feet according to the target diingin companies. The fokusan company in promoting car type Xenia 1000cc car type compared to the Xenia 1.3 cc. basically the car Daihatsu Xenia products include the preferred consumer kateogori and quite attractive car capable payload capacity, contains 7 to 8 persons car so this passenger. enough demand by consumers who already have a family.As for the purpose of this research is to know the factors that affect the consumer interest in buying car Daihatsu Xenia 1000 cc. site selection research at PT Astra Daihatsu Pekanbaru Sudirman Street, the sample used is 50 by using the dwarf accidental sampling.The results showed that of the four factors that are considered influential writer on car buying consumer interest Xenia 1000cc shows results approved by the respondent. There are only a few indicators according to the respondents disagree because respondents have multiple sockets, which are expressed in the deliberations of the research.Kata Kunci : product, price, promotion, life stayle

Abstract

This research explains Indonesia’s decision to participate in International Cocoa Organization (ICCO) membership. A policy base on the national interest of Indonesian, one of which agenda National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) about revitalization farm program. That focuses on three major commodity. One of which is cocoa farm.To analyze the problem in this research, this research used the nation-state level of analysis, the level of analysis to concentration on state and how the state decides to take policy that based on national interests. Perspective that used in this study is liberal, its used to discuss why is Indonesia want to join in the International Cocoa Organization (ICCO) and foreign policy theory to discuss the policy of Indonesia to ratification membership status on ICCO.KeyWords: ICCO, Policy, Cocoa Farm, Comparative Advantage.

Abstract

The research aims to identify and analyze the implementation of the functions Institute for Agricultural Technology (BPTP) in Riau Farmers Business Development, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. Formulation of research problems are: (1) How does the implementation of the functions Institute for Agricultural Technology (BPTP) in Riau Farm Development on Commodity Crops Rice Farmers in Rokan Hulu? (2) What are the factors inhibiting and supporting the implementation of the functions Institute for Agricultural Technology (BPTP) in the Development of Farming Lists?The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The research location is in BPTP Riau, and for the purposes of completeness of the data then data collection is also done at Rice Farmers in Rokan Hulu. As respondents used research informants consisting of Riau BPTP Head, Research and Extension Field in the institution, as well as Chairman of Farmers Group. Types of data are primary and secondary data. The data collection technique Interviews, documentation and observation. Data obtained and analyzed by descriptive-qualitative.This study concluded that: Function Assessment Institute for Agricultural Technology (BPTP) in Riau Farming Guidance has been done effectively. This is due to the establishment of clear objectives, scope of duties and responsibilities in accordance with the working ability as well as availability of human resources, delegation of authority and a clear division of labor and in accordance with their duties and functions, and the existence of good coordination of the tasks and subordinates. The inhibiting factors encountered in implementing coaching Riau BPTP farm through program assessment, assembly and development of appropriate agricultural technologies specific for Farmers, among others, are: (a) coordination and synchronization program with local government is less than optimal; (b) the presence of extreme climate change (droughts and floods); (c) the majority of farmer groups are less dynamic in a group activity; and (d) There is still limited availability of human resources in the Ministry of Agriculture. While supporting factor for BPTP Riau in implementing farming guidance through program assessment, assembly and development of appropriate agricultural technologies specific for the Farmers, among others, are: (a) technology introduced to farmers easy to implement, and in additionthe information technology easy obtained, profitable and can be applied in a wide expanse; (b) Participation of the farmers are relatively well enough to collaborate in the success of the program is implemented and accepted technology introduced; and (c) There is support for local government in expanding the application of the technology at the farm level.Keywords: function, development, farming, agricultural technology

Abstract

This research describes the cooperation between Finland-Indonesia on renewable energy (biomass) in 2011-2014. Biomass is a renewable energy sources which refers to biological material that comes from organisms that have not been long dead (compared with fossils fuel). The Government of Indonesia; cooperating with The Government of Finland, plans to develop a new renewable energy (EBT) which was presented in “The Energy and Environment Partnership (EEP) with Indonesia” Program. Cooperation with The Finland Governmentis quite suitable because at this time, 80% percents of Finland energy sources derived from biomass.The research method used is a descriptive of qualitative research method about the facts. This research is an explanatory that describe about problem, indication, policies, and actions. In writing techniques, the author’s collect and collate data through library research from several sources like books, journals, articles, websites, the media and others. The author’s also use the concept of cooperation in view the case in this study.This research shows based on the results of energy research sector,Indonesian countered a serious problem, because the rate of energy demand growth exceeds the domestic energy supply. The crude oil and gasoline; that has been imported; force Indonesian people to looking for another energy sources to overcome energy demand that jumped year by year. Abstract

Human resources development is a very peculiar position, he did not just pay attention to the environment in his department, but a duty pay attention and nurture all departments within the company's organizational structure. Drillindo Dimas companies especially those in the departments of human resouces development in addition to serving as security is concerned security in the company, which also runs the public relations function resolve employee conflicts. The purpose of the study is to examine the persuasive communication strategy development of human resources in resolving conflicts company employees Dimas Branch Drillindo Duri Riau province, as well as to determine the causes of conflict in the company Dimas Branch Drillindo Duri Riau Province.This research uses descriptive qualitative method is based on primary data source and secondary data and use the data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in the study as many as 7 people were determined by purposive sampling. Analysis using the model of interactive data analysis Miles and Huberman, where the data were obtained and processed to be reduced, so that the resulting presented a general conclusion, and examination techniques participation data using an extension that extends the participation of researchers to know the validity of the data.The results of this study indicate that persuasive communication strategies undertaken by human resources leadership development is very good. It is clear from the persuasive process conducted by the human resources leadership development can affect employees. Factors that are often the cause of conflict between employees is a communication error occurs between employees, lack of facilities owned by the company and other causes.Keywords: persuasive communication, conflicts, Human resources development.

Regional development is directed to trigger equitable development and results - the results for the people's welfare. Government as development practitioners nowadays more dituntuk professionalism in providing and disseminating development information that is being implemented. For the dissemination of information in the conduct and policies of the government appointed bodies authorized to carry out the duties and functions of Public Relations (PR).Public Relations (PR) is a continuation of the process of determining policies, the provision of services to the community in a manner that is tailored to the interests of the person or golongan.Ada several factors that affect the role of Public Relations at the present time, including on the progress of information technology. Where information plays an important role in delivering policies and regional development. But in fact, the phenomenon that occurs is that the service system in the Regional Secretariat of Public Relations Indragiri Hulu is still inadequate in the areas of information in particular. This happens because of the low ability of the media information that is managed by the Public Relations Department in presenting the information up to date, fast, accurate, and interesting to follow. Abstract

Online game or electronic game is a game played using net ( LAN or internet). This game has already achieved a great progress. Today's game is not like it was. High technology, especially internet connection makes this game can be played by more than 100 people in same time. This game makes university students distracted and change the way of students in interacting with others.The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of online game into attitude of Islamic university of Riau Pekanbaru's students and also to find out the influencing factor in using this such game among them. This is a quantitative survey. Data is collected using questionaire, documentation, and observation. To find out the influence, writer used simple linear regression analysis. X variable is game online, Y variable is students of UIR. There are 30 people acting as sample, taken based on criteria that meet research requirement, or accidental sampling. Data was processed SPSS verse 16.0.Result shows that there is influence of online game using into attitude of UIR Pekanbaru's students. It can be seen from data analysis; Y=140,11+0,6997 X with t hitung 6,212 bigger than t table 0,68304 and significancy level 0,700 smaller than a, got from N= 30 and a= 0,05. So, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted because there is significant influence between online game using into students of UIR Pekanbaru. Factors that influence the attitude is technology, easy internet access, and environment.Keyword : Internet, Game online, Attitude

Abstract

In human life it is known that the land will not be separated from all human behavior because the land itself is a place for people to live and continue his life. Therefore, the land becomes a thing that is required by every member of society, so often there is a dispute between neighbors. In the Customary Law, this land is a very important issue. The relationship between man and the land very closely, because the land as a human being to live and continue his life.In this study the authors used qualitative research methods. Qualitative research is used in normal circumstances (natural setting) and data collected are generally qualitative. This qualitative research methods to understand and interpret the meaning of an event interaction of human behavior in a particular situation from the perspective of their own research.In 2010, a meeting between residents, PT. SSL, local officials and police. It aims to find the best solution so that this conflict can be resolved with good and peaceful. But over time until now there is no progress regarding this conflict. Only ever made by the community for the winning team Tangun village customary land isProblems that occur in dispute rural areas in Riau province are common and quite complicated because both sides are fighting over land has a special reason and we can not judge who is wrong directly. Abstract

China is one of the countries with rapid economic growth, economic growth continues to increase significantly in 2009 Since this country became a net importer of energy in the form of significant oil, nearly 60% of the domestic industry is an industry-energy-intensive manufacturing. China does not have sufficient natural resources to support the development and economic growth. To secure its energy supply needs in imports from the Middle East region, China using String Of Pearls strategy. This study investigates the ways in String Of Pearls strategy is implemented by China.This research is descriptive research that is based on the systematic patterns of thought, factual, and accurate, information on the facts and the properties of a particular population or area. While the data collection techniques used are library research.The research found that '' String Of Pearls strategy’' run by China in the Indian Ocean are implemented with the cooperation in the field of infrastructure development such as ports, airports, and subsea pipeline with countries in the path of China's energy transportation.Keywords : China, Implementation, Strategies, String Of Pearls
