Abstract

New product development should be the center of attention for the company as a clear contribution to the survival and prosperity of the company. In addition, new product development is closely associated with the success of a company in an effort to increase sales. By doing new product development, the company the opportunity to get new customers will be even greater. If the customer increases, then sales will increase. Of course, if the products are sold in accordance with what the expectations of consumers.The purpose of this study is to investigate and explain the new product development process undertaken MM. Cake & Bakery in order to face competition.The problem faced by MM. Cake & Bakery to market the resulting product is a consumer appetite is likely to change, more and more variety of products and new products on the market. For the MM. Cake & Bakery should be able to anticipate this situation, if the MM. Cake & Bakery is less sensitive to these conditions will lead to less influence on the products produced and marketed. Another issue that is important is the proliferation of businesses that target the same market, so it is necessary for MM. Cake & Bakery to develop products according to the needs and tastes of consumers.In general, the stages of new product development process includes eight stages: idea creation, idea screening, concept development and testing, marketing strategy, business analysis, product development, test marketing and commercialization.The method in this research include new product development process is carried out by MM. Cake & Bakery, the source of the data used are primary data, the data is in the form of interviews through focus group discussions with informants who are considered competent in answering questions and secondary data, the data is in the form of the data obtained and collected from MM. Cake & Bakery Jl. Kulim No. 61 C, Pekanbaru contains information relating to this research, such as company profile, targets and actual sales, the list of products along with the unit price and other data relevant to the study.Jom FISIP Volume 1 No.2 Oktober 2014 Page 2The results showed that the stages of new product development process is carried out MM. Cake & Bakery Pekanbaru there are six stages: idea creation, idea screening, concept development and testing, marketing strategy, business analysis and commercialization.In the implementation of new product development, MM. Cake & Bakery modifying existing products or changes, be it of the characteristics of the products, increase product quality, increase product type, product taste and change the shape and size of the product.Keywords: marketing strategy, new product, new product development process.

Abstract

The issuance of ministry of home affairs No. 37/2007 on rural budget managementprovides the foundation for autonomous rural village in practice, not just a normative. Releaseof this regulation was followed by the release of ministry of home affairs 66/2007 on ruraldevelopment planning, so that there is continuity between the rules on planning with ruralbudget management. However, ideal conditions as stated in ministry of home affairs 37/2007was not easy as the practice in the field. Therefore, this study wanted to see the village'sbudgeting management in the case study in Perhentian Raja village, Lubuk Sakat Sub-districtof Kampar district.This study used a qualitative approach in obtaining and analyzing the data, to analysisthe data then theory of the role of organizational and policy form the basis for the study of dataanalysis. The withdrawal technique of informant is conducted with a purposive approach, thedata in this study was obtained through interviews and observation techniques and studydocumentation.The results of this study indicate that rural budget management of Lubuk Sakat villagehas composed and run well. Financial management process that begins the process ofplanning, budgeting, administration, financial reporting, financial accountability and financialoversight. All processes were passed by the village government Lubuk Sakat in managingvillage finances sourced from revenue villages, the balance funds, taxes and levies and othersources that are not binding and lawful. Furthermore, the rural budget management of theLubuk Sakat village administratively but not both in the empirical. That's because many of thebarriers in the financial management techniques Sakat Lubuk village. Abstract

This research took place in The Plasa Telkom Pekanbaru. This research based on the amount of market opportunities to telecommunications services (internet) in Riau. These conditions provide an opportunity and also threat to telecommunications service provider (internet) business that targeting the same market, that effected competition conditions being increased intensely. These condition forced The Plasa Telkom Pekanbaru to designing and implementing an appropriate and efficient differentiation strategy to attract and retain customers. This study aims to analyze the differentiation strategy implemented of The Plasa Telkom Pekanbaru and constraints experienced in the face of telecommunications services in Riau.The Author used descriptive quantitative analysis method, Used questionnaire and interview to collecting data, and used accidental sampling as sample. Source of data was used primary data or obtained directly from the object of research data, and secondary data is data which Author collected from The Plasa Telkom Pekanbaru.The results of this research indicate that the differentiation strategy that has been implemented by The Plasa Telkom Pekanbaru is appropriate, but the strategy style of Speedy’s product must be considered and improved.Keywords: Differentiation strategy, telecommunication services, Telkom’s products

Abstract

This research aims to determine about interests of the United States in an effort to improvebilateral relations of Japan adn South Korea post distortion of history .Type of this research isdescriptive analysis.Japan and south Korea are the two countries that have egos to be able tocarry out bilateral cooperation, this is due to historical factors. Japan is a country tateverinvaded south korea and caused reluctance to cooperate with japanese. United states as an allyof both countries try to take a role in the problem occured, the author tries to explain detailabout what the American interest in improving relations between the two countries.Sources to bepresented in this research is secondary sources.Sources were obtained through literature review, other books, internet, ect. The sources analysisisqualitativeanalysis.This research uses a level analysis of nation-state , use perspective thatdescribes of national interest. The national interest is a purpose, expectations, and goals to beachieved by country.The conclusions of this research the interest that is To maintain stability and security in theregion to maintain position as the country’s sole hegemony in the world., as well as reducing theinfluence of north korea and Cina especially as countries have different ideologies. Abstract

This research describes the policy of the organization of Islamic conference revokemembership status in Syria. Organization of Islamic Conference is a non-militaryorganization founded in rebates, Morocco on 25 September 1969, Syria is one of the memberstates of the organization of Islamic conference. conflict in Syria is a complex problem whichis a violation of human rights, the number of casualties and the absence of securityguarantees for the citizens.The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method of the facts. Abstract

Child protection stipulated in Law No. 23 of 2002 . Children . because theyhave to be considered by the State , parents / families , as well as by localgovernments , namely the city of Pekanbaru . Child protection is an issue that must beconsidered . This is not only a national problem but the state has legal problems of allcountries in the world or global issues . It is the most under the spotlight in Pekanbarustill found many children affected by violence , psychological violence , physicalviolence , economic neglect , exploitation , trafficking , sexual abuse . One area thatwas highlighted in terms of the protection of children in the city of Pekanbaru is theSorcerer . Of the 12 districts in the city of Pekanbaru , Pekanbaru In this town a lotbecause of the violence in the city center terhadapdi pekanbaru city 's or Riauprovince where access to child abuse tend to be issues that do other rogue elements ofboth families / parents and the environment and people the people closest to the child.The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Social Service in theimplementation of child protection policies in Pekanbaru city in 2012 conducted bythe Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (P2TP2A), and the factors thatinfluence the role of Social Service in the implementation of child protection policiesin the city of Pekanbaru , 2012.Types and methods of research used is descriptive research, which is definedas the problem-solving process were investigated by exposing or describe the state ofthe subject and the object of research at the present time based on the facts as theyappear or. In collecting the data the authors conducted in-depth interviews andlooking for a variety of documents and official records.The results showed that there are several factors that affect the role of SocialService in the implementation of child protection policies in Pekanbaru city in 2012which is a factor of Communication, Resources, Disposition and bureaucracy thatdirectly affect the government's role in implementing the enforcement area.Communications made in the implementation of the government's role in theimplementation of child protection policies Social Agency in Pekanbaru in 2012under the protection of the child is running as it should.Keywords: Roles, Publik Orderliness, Implementation.

Abstract

Under the Law No. 23 of 2006 in Article 27 paragraph 1 explained that everybirth must be reported to the institution birth registration in birth place of occurrence ofthe event no later than 60 (sixty) days after birth. But in reality there are many people inthe district Kuantan Singingi not have a birth certificate. Therefore, the authors intend toconduct research in order to determine how the implementation of population policies inthe District Kuantan Singingi (Kuantan Singingi Regional Regulation No. 12 of 2011 onthe Implementation of Administration) and how public support for government policiesregarding the administration, especially processing of birth certificates in the DistrictKuantan Singingi in 2012 and the factors that influence it.This research sites in the district Kuantan Singingi. This study includesqualitative research, the technique of collecting data through interviews, observation,and research informants determined by purposive sampling technique. In this research,the theory is derived from the theory put forward by Grindle, the successfulimplementation of these policies can be seen from the benefits that would result,deployed resources, compliance and responsiveness to the program.The results of this research concluded that the implementation of governmentpolicy Kuantan Singingi about obtaining a birth certificate has not been run inaccordance with the expected goals and many people who do not support thegovernment's policy in regard to obtaining a birth certificate. Abstract

This study aims to determine the evaluation of public policy while directassistance in the Village District of Tenayan Raya Sail Pekanbaru City in 2013.This research was conducted in the village Sail District of Tenayan RayaPekanbaru City Sail Year 2013 Sub District of Pekanbaru City Tenayan Raya in2013 are being used as research for the reason that, the village Sail District ofTenayan Raya Pekanbaru City in 2013 is getting BLSM most areas. This is adescriptive study, the data analysis techniques used are imaging techniques withwords or sentences and are split by category to obtain the data and conclusionsobtain accurate conclusions in this research. The survey results revealed that afterthe evaluation, implementation Sail BLSM in the Village District of the city ofPekanbaru Tenayan Raya Year 2013 was good, but not maximized. Theconclusion is: The implementation of the program BLSM in the Village Sail goeswell, smoothly and orderly. Phase of the program BLSM in the Village Sail startsfrom socialization, implementation of data verification RTS nomination rosters,dealing BLT, BLT disbursements, and final implementation report generation.Socialization has been implemented properly to the district level, but only a feware following up with the socialization at the RT level. BLSM card divisionprocess runs smoothly and carried out door to door to RTS. Disbursement offunds in all districts BLSM running smoothly, orderly and safe, but still thingshappen as follows: (1) the long queues and crowded at the payment location, dueto lack of payment counter, (2) RTS vulnerable (elderly, sick, and disability)mixed together, because there is no special counters for them, (3) RTS does notcome as scheduled, due to lack of socialization.Keywords: Evaluation of Public Policy, BLSM
