Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the dimensions of service quality that is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy influence on consumer satisfaction, PT. Tunggal Tour and Travel and analyze the most dominant factor in influencing customer satisfaction PT. Tunggal Tour and Travel. The population in this study is the customers who come to PT. Tunggal Tour and Travel. Samples were taken of 100 respondents by using the technique of Non-Probability Sampling with Accidental sampling approach, the sampling technique is based on chance, ie, who happened to meet with researchers can be sampled as it sees fit. Based on the research results, it is obtained the following regression equation: Y = -3.861 + 0.313 0,318 x1 + x2 + x3 + 0.284 0.174 0.108 x4 + x5 + e. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and variables are reliable. In the classical assumption test, regression models multikolonieritas free, does not occur heteroscedasticity, and normal distribution. Individual sequence of each of the most influential variable is the variable responsiveness with regression coefficient of 0.318, and reliability with a regression coefficient of 0.313, followed by empathy with a regression coefficient of 0.284, and the assurance with regression coefficient of 0.174 whereas the most influential variable tangibles with a low regression coefficient is 0.108. PT. Single Tour and Travel needs to maintain the elements that have been considered good by customers as well as the need memperbaikihal that are still lacking.Key words: quality of service, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Is in the interval 2,8-3,6. PT. Oke Wisata Tour and Travel Tourism needs to maintain the elements that have been considered good by customers as well as the need to fix the things that are still considered less.quality of service, openness (openness), positiveness (reliability), supportiveness (responsiveness), equality (assurance), empathy (caring), this study aims to determine the dimensions or indicators of service quality, namely openness (openness) , positiveness (reliability), supportiveness (responsiveness), equality (security) and empathy (caring), PT. Oke Wisata Tour and Travel Tourism and determine the most dominant factors that affect customer satisfaction PT. Oke Wisata Tour and Travel. The population in this study is the customers who come to PT. Oke Wisata Tour and Travel. Samples were taken by 30 respondents using the technique of Non-Probability Sampling with Accidental sampling approach, which is based on accidental sampling technique, namely, who happened to meet with researchers can be sampled as it sees fit. Based on the translation of each indicator, the most dominant factor affecting the quality of service in the PT. Oke Wisata Tour and Travel is supportiveness. It can be seen from the statement of the respondents in all the indicators, and supportiveness obtain the highest average value of 3,49. Value of 3.49 is included in the Good Enough category, is seen from the overall average results of respondents' statements.Key Words: PT. Oke Wisata Tour and Travel’s ticket service quality

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Cooperative Mitra Sejati of Pangkalan Kuras to analyze and determine how the application of cooperative management at Mitra Sejati’s Cooperative.This research is descriptive quantitative study , the data collected in the study was obtained and separated by type, further processed and analyzed and presented in the form of frequency tables and given an explanation as appropriate. The population in this study consisted of administrators, regulatory bodies and members of the cooperative with a sampling technique using simple random sampling method. The data used are primary and secondary data, primary data is data obtained either directly from the respondent administrators, supervisors and members of the cooperative are associated with cooperative management, while secondary data are already available in the form of a brief history of the cooperative, cooperative structure and cooperative activity.From the analysis that has been done, it is known that the management of the cooperative in the form of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling conducted by the cooperative Mitra Sejati of Panggkalan Kuras In good conditions category, it is because of what has been implemented by the cooperatives are in accordance with the expectations of the board and members of cooperatives.Keywords: Cooperative Management, Planning, Organizing, Coordination, Controlling

Abstract

Research background by teenagers who likes to deviant behavior, deviation is abehavior that is not in accordance with the values of decency. Deviant behavior here isbehavior-drinking liquor that is still happening in the Village of Bark River TempulingIndragiri Hilir subdistrict. This study aims to find out what the motive teen teens do andhow knowledge about the negative behavior.The benefits of research as educational material to the reader about what causedthe drinking behavior as well as information for those who want to continue researchrelated to the same problem. Source of the data obtained are qualitative, in the form ofprimary and secondary data. The method to determine the information used is the censusmethod, which is taken from the respondents, village head's office, the district office,police. Methods of analysis of data obtained deskiftip done qualitatively. The resultsshowed that adolescents motive liquor activities due to environmental factors, 13.3%,66.6% peer influence. Lack of knowledge about the impact of juvenile liquor itself andthe impact of liquor for individual health threat to the environment while will disturb thepublic tranquility where 23.3% extortion. Some of these factors have a major role tochange the mental attitude and the teens and surrounding communitiesKeywords: Teen, Motif, Deviant Behavior.

Abstract

The position of Indonesia in international trade is one of the largest tea producers and exporters in the world . The role of tea as the raw material for the industry itself is a major contribution to foreign exchange, absorbing a large amount of labor , and the positive impact that makes tea as one of the leading commodity nationwide . Over the last 5 years , tea industry tends to decline including reduced acreage , production decline , and then also have a negative impact on the value of the volume of tea exports to Russia . The purpose of this research was to determine the factors that influence the weak of Indonesian tea exports competitiveness to Russia in 2008-2012. The author uses the theory of comparative advantage by David Richardo and the concept of competitiveness as a baseline research . The method used in this research is descriptive analytical method with a case study approach . The author obtained the data and materials based on books , journals , magazines / newspapers , theses , and websites that related to research. The final results of the research by the authors showed that the weakening of the Indonesian-Russian tea export caused by the Indonesian government policies that are less conducive to the development of a national commodity.Key Word : tea, exports, government, policies.

Abstract

This study aims to menngetahui effect on employee productivity monitoring the production of PT. Pelita Agung Agrindustri Duri. Supervision as an independent variable (X) and labor productivity as the dependent variable (Y), and this study takes the number of respondents as many as 48 people. Data obtained through the questionnaire and then further processed to be tested through statistical analysis such as a simple regression analysis, t-test and correlation analysis and determination with the help of using SPSS version 17. results show that the results of t-test of hypothesis testing, (5.757)> (2,013 ). This ni indicates that engawasan signifikas effect on the level of employee productivity. The amount of supervision on employee productivity in the production of PT. Pelita Agung Agrindustri Thorn is at 41.9%.Keywords: Monitoring, Work Productivity, PT. Pelita Agung Agrindustri Duri.

Abstract

Karaoke is the place for expressing vocal emphasis in singing, the priority of karaoke place is privacy for singing. Customers can sing (karaoke) in a closed room only with family or friends. The songs are sung can be selected in according selection of the family because it has a thousands collection of karaoke songs from the Oldest to newest. The background of this study aims to determine What forms of marketing communication strategies Inul Vizta in increasing the number of visitors to What factors supporting marketing communication strategy for increasing the number of visitors in karaoke Inul Vizta PekanbaruThis study will be held in Inul Vizta Pekanbaru at Jalan Soekarno - Hatta, Pekanbaru, Riau. The study will use a purposive sampling technique (purposive sampling), this technique include those who are selected on the basis of certain criteria which made from researchers based on the object. Where those the population who don’t fit the criteria are not sampled. The Informans in this study are 5 people, that consist of 1 leader and 2 employees of Inul Vizta Pekanbaru and then 2 visitors of Inul Vizta.The strategy of marketing communication that do in karaoke Inul Vizta in increasing the number of visitors through advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, direct marketing. From the marketing communication strategy that executed in the from has not run optimally. Karaoke Inul Vizta Pekanbaru has employees with the education and best work experience, the location is strategic vista inul karaoke, means and complete facilities as supporting factor. Abstract

Conversion of agricultural land into Non Agricultural become a serious problem, which in essence is of particular concern, it is happening in District transverse Rimba Rokan Hilir, the tendency of the transfer function in this agricultural land into oil palm plantations is, along with the rate of rice farmland alihfungsi happened which has increased from year to year, from the year 2011-2012 were 1120.2 hectares of rice farmland converted to oil palm plantations in the District Jungle Crossing. With the issuance of Law No. 41 of 2009 on the Protection of Agricultural Land Sustainable Food, the aim of this study examines the implementation and the factors that influence achievement and efforts of sustainable food agriculture protection and control over the function of sustainable agricultural land. So that no agricultural land in the District Jungle rice Across functioned over to oil palm plantations.The method used in this study is descriptive, descriptive research method is done by analyzing the data and data collection fakta.Teknik using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results show the implementation of Law No. 41 Year 2009 in Rokan Hilir districts particularly in the Jungle Crossing is still at the stage of identification lokasi.Hasil location identification has been carried out by the Department of Agriculture in 2012 showed that the sustainable protection of agricultural land need to be implemented to control over land use, food security and environmental sustainability. In the implementation, there should be a clear and unequivocal rule set on protected farmland, sanctions in the event of conversion of the protected land, and incentives which will be accepted by society if protecting agricultural land.Keywords: Policy, Land Transfer Functions, Protection

Abstract

This study describes and illustrates the shape of Australian Marriage Equality efforts in upholding human rights in accordance UN resolutions. Australian Marriage Equality is a national organization that embodies the aspirations and voices of LGBT Australia dedicated to removing discriminatory provisions of the Australian Marriage Act 1961 The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the background of Australian Marriage Equality and the efforts of Australia's efforts to influence policy related to same sex marriage issue appropriate UN resolutions.The author analyzes the case using descriptive research method, which is a study that seeks to explain something through some literature such as books, journals, and websites. The theory that is used in analyzing the australian marriage equality efforts in upholding human rights related issues same sex marriage in Australia is an international organization theory, role theory, and the concept of human rights.The results of this study illustrate the efforts of AME in enforcing human rights policy changes affecting Australia Same sex marriage related problems include lobbying decision makers, conduct regular forums, equality campaign, mardi gras parade and publish the Roadmap to reform that contains a summary of the efforts made by AME.
