Abstract

The background of this study was to describe the implementation of empowerment regarding the abandoned children and adolescents drop out of school at the Young Children's Social Development in 2011-2015. How the implementation of the empowerment of displaced children and adolescents out of school in the Panti Sosial Bina Remaja Rumbai Pekanbaru and supporting factors and obstacles anything in the implementation of the empowerment of displaced children in Children's Social Development Youth Rumbai Pekanbaru and seeks to know the empowerment process conducted by the Social Institution Bina Youth Tassel City Pekanbaru kepapa neglected children and adolescents drop out of school. As well as knowing what are the supporting factors and obstacles in the gudgeon waif and dropout.This type of research is descriptive qualitative study aimed to describe the real state of the field systematically and accurately related facts and research analysis unit, as well as field observations based on data (information) in particular. Methods of data collection is by interview, documentation and observation.The results showed that: Implementation of coaching waif includes delivery of content using simple language and interspersed with examples of everyday life, the method used is the method of lecture, discussion, question and answer, and practice as well as instructional media used such as modules, leaflets and films , The attitude of supervising the development activities are also friendly, humorous, firm and familiar. environment / atmosphere for learning yangmenyenangkan make children do not feel bored in following the activities. Factors supporting the coaching is the cooperation between partners and external parties / institutions in the implementation of the development, availability of infrastructure implementation guidance. In the process of empowerment there are still some problems that become obstacles in the empowerment of displaced children and adolescents drop out of school. As the need for updates and additional facilities and infrastructure skills to children so that is expected to deliver maximum results to the child.Keywords: Implementation Empowerment, Neglected Children, Youth Dropout.

Abstract

Train is kind of land transportation that have function to carrying goods and people so they can move out from one place to another place. Inovation is idea, practice or object that belief it new by people or another unit adoption. Train is also inovation of new technology for society in village of Bagan Sinembah City. Theory that be used is response theory, response is form of perception, reaction and answer. Response that referred in this research is society response to construction of train rail in village of Bagan Sinembah City. Society response to this construction are very good, because in entirety, people has accepted the construction in their village. With expectation that they can get compensation for their area and house that struck by this construction and local people can be involved as worker of the construction. So that the people in there can get income and job. Method of research that be used is descriptive quantitative with taking sample use method total sampling, namely the total number of population in made as respondents research. Technique and data accumulation that be used are observation and interview. The results of the study that the overall respondents agree with the construction of roads or railroads in their village. In the process of compensation until this research is done entering inventory and identification stage. The respondents no one knows about the compensation process, they only hear the issues in other areas about compensation.Key words: Train, Inovation, Response, Construction

Abstract

Schools as formal educational institusions take roles and responsibilities in instilling social values and norms in order to shape the charahter and personality of students. the meeting and mixing of the environment around culture in a totality in such a way that certain behaviours are formed at school or the educational environment is considered part of cultural milieu.  The sociology of education views the symptomps of education as part of the social structure of society.  Social, economic, cultural and academic differences found in schools make students find it difficult to socialize with each other.  This study aims to determine the limitations of students in schools in academic, economic and social limitation it faces next to determine the adaptation of student bahaviour in academic, economic and social limitationit faces and to determine the effect of academic, economic and social constrains on the adaptation of student behavior in school.  The method used is quantitative where by quantitative inferential method.  In the sampleselection used probability sampling (cluster area sampling) techniques with a total number of respondents as many as 154 respondents.  The result of this study stated that academic, economic and social limitations perceived by high school students tend to be still limited in achieving the goals or demands that exist in school. Adaptation of student behavior found in the field is largely conformity meaning students are able to adapt after facing perceived limitations. From the results of the analysis of the correlation between academic, economic and social limitations to behavioral adaptation is 0. 553 which means it has a moderate relationship. Abstract

In the process of animal preservation, some parties have the initiative to create an association or community that protects and conserves animals. This community needs a place for them to socialize and promote animal conservation. Concept Plus Orginizer is Event Organizer which aims to promote animal lovers community in Pekanbaru. This descriptive study used a qualitative approach in which researchers only describe the situations or events without explaining relationships and testing hypotheses or make a prediction. The subject of this study isthe leader and employees of Concept Plus Orginizer, community members, animal lovers, and the general public in Pekanbaru selected using purposive sampling. The object of this study is the communication strategy used by Concept Plus Organizer in sosializing the existence of community of animal lovers in Pekanbaru. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the audience analysis conducted by Concept Plus effect on the amount of communities registered and the audience attended. Concept Plus uses persuasive communication process in attracting community of animal lovers in Pekanbaru. Messaging strategies used by Concept Plus are printing and electronic media showing quite effective results at attracting public to participate in their community events they organized. Redundancy methods, by influencing the public by repeating the message to the audience, and the method of persuasion, by persuading the community of animal lovers with frequent communication and discussion are also used by Concept Plus to improve the existence of a community of animal lovers in Pekanbaru. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya fluktuasi ekspor udang Indonesia ke Jepang tahun 2010-2014. Indonesia merupakan negara pengekspor udang terbesar ketiga ke Jepang.Penulis menggunakan perspektif Liberalisme, teori ekspor dan sistem analisis ialah negara bangsa.Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif dan penelitian eksploratif dengan cara mengumpulkan, menyusun, menjelaskan dan menganalisis data dengan menelaah lebih mendalam melalui faktor-faktor ekonomi dan politik terhadap fenomena yang diteliti.Hasil dari penelitian ini memaparkan terjadinya fluktuasi ekspor udang Indonesia ke Jepang yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internalnya kualitas dan kuantitas udang Indonesia. Sedangkan, faktor eksternalnya ialah standarisasi produk impor Jepang, lemahnya nilai tukar Yen, naiknya pajak konsumsi Jepang, harga udang dunia, bencana alam di Jepang, dan dampak dari penyakit EMS (Early Mortality Syndrome).Kata Kunci: Kerjasama Internasional, Fluktuasi, Indonesia, Jepang, Ekspor.

Abstract

Radio Patra FM is one of the radio in Mandau district. Broadcasting the program with the theme of the region, minang program is one of the best programs for the regional categories that exist in Patra FM radio. Minang program has existed since Patra FM radio stands 25 years ago and until now still be the best program in Patra FM radio. Through this minang program is expected to become one of the containers to preserve minang culture. Thus this research aims to find out how the management of Patra FM radio production in preserving minang culture in Mandau district.This research uses qualitative method with descriptive approach. The object of this research is the management of Patra FM radio production in preserving minang culture in Mandau district. Subjects of this study consisted of radio owners, broadcasters, program planners and listeners, using purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques used were interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative.The results of this study indicate that Patra FM radio implement planning, organizing, actuating and controlling (POAC) in radio production management. Planning Phase (planning) includes content or topic planning, cost, programming and STP (segmentation, targeting, and positioning). The second stage Organizing (organizing). The position of the employees has been tailored to the expertise possessed and there are several employees who have multiple positions. The third stage is Actuating (movement). The presence of the operator's directions to the broadcasters during the broadcast, and for the overnight program at minang (rabab, skits, and saluang) only broadcast the sound recordings. The last stage is Controlling (supervision). Radio Patra FM for minang program will conduct joint evaluation if the number of callers is not in accordance with the target and supervision during the production process takes place. All series of processes is a form of production management process minang program in Patra FM radio in preserving minang culture in Mandau district.Keyword : management, production, radio, program, minang culture

Abstract

The Adipura Cup is an award for the cleanest and most beautiful city / district. With certain criteria, a team formed by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry assesses the cleanliness of the city and its beauty. Kuantan Singingi Regency is one of the regencies that received the Adipura trophy in 2017. This success cannot be separated from the cooperation and coordination of various parties, the institutions that participated in the success of the program. The formulation of the problem of this research is what are the efforts of the Kuantan Singingi Regency Government in getting the Adipura trophy in 2017? This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The location of this study was conducted in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data collection techniques are carried out with qualitative data analysis. While the results of the study concluded that the efforts of the Regional Government of Kuantan Singingi Regency in obtaining the Adipura trophy were already optimal. Judging from the four coordination indicators, there are two indicators which are not optimal in their implementation, namely communication and meeting meetings. In addition, on the task division indicator and cooperation has been running optimally and no significant problems were found. While the factors that influence the efforts of the Regional Government of Kuantan Singingi Regency in obtaining Adipura trophies there are supporting factors, namely the high commitment of the regional head and the existence of funds. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality and corporate image on customer loyalti in Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru. The Service quality as a variable (X1), corporate image as a variable (X2) andcustomer loyalty as a variable (Y).The Method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 20, where samples were used that guess staying in the hotel Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru with method by accidental sampling with respondens as many 100 people. For determine the number of samples used slovin formula and data collection through questionaires and interviews.Result of analysis using multiple linier regretion, t test and F test so that it can be seen that the service quality variable significant effect on customer loyalty, corporate image variable significant effect on customer loyalty and the service quality variable and corporate image variable significant effect on customer loyalty.Keywords : Service Quality, Corporate Image, and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

The role of the village head is as a motivator and community mobilizer; Facilitators, planners, implementers, controllers, supervisors and tutors; And mediators between communities and governments. The role of Village Head to increase community participation is part of efforts to accelerate the level of community welfare development in Tanjung Medang Village.The purpose of this study is to: (1) Know the factors that cause low level of participation activities of members of Economic Enterprises Savings and Savings Village Forward; (2) Describe the Village Head's Role to Increase the Participation of Members of the Savings and Borrowed Country-Owned Economic Enterprises in Tanjung Medang Village. This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive research type, which can be interpreted as problem solving process which is investigated by describing the state of research subject based on facts that appear during the research which then continued with based on the existing theories. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. The subjects of this study were the Village Head, the Chairman of the Village Consultative Board (BPD), the UED-SP Mekar Maju management, the Village Assistant, the Community Leader and the UED-SP Mekar Maju Member.Based on the results of this study concluded that with the role of village head then the level of public participation in activities UED-SP Mekar Maju in Tanjung Medang Village is increasing. But the fact that the participation of the less active community is caused by several factors, namely the mindset of the community is a factor that influences the progress of UED-SP Mekar Maju, a closed or passive mindset is a factor that hampers public participation in UED-SP Mekar Maju program. Inhibiting factors in the role of village heads to the community: lack of cooperation or coordination between village and village heads, village heads who are less sociable with communities and communities who are less concerned with the environment.Keywords: Role, Village Head, Community Participation

Abstract

Referring to the laws and regulations governing the Regional Government, namely Law Number 23 of 2014, it is stated that the village is formed by the regional government and appoints a village chief called the headman as the sub-district apparatus and is responsible to the camat. This study aims to look at the extent of the role of the village of Bangko kiri as a counselor or facilitator of community empowerment in terms of human development, business development, institutional development, and environmental development. Empowerment in human development in the village of Bangko kiri is done by forming farmer groups that aim to help farmers in agricultural business both in the form of seeds and fungicides and agricultural counseling, so that it is expected to be able to improve the quality of the community. Business development in the village of Bangko left is carried out by providing loan capital assistance with relatively low interest that is expected to be able to develop community businesses. Institution building is done by providing guidance, coaching, and / or directing to existing institutions such as LPM, PKK, Youth and so forth. In the case of environmental development in the village of left Bangko is carried out by mutual cooperation and religious guidance. The results of this study indicate that the Bangko kiri headman village has not actively and optimally played a role in empowerment. Empowerment in Bangko kiri village is not yet succes. This is evidenced by the low level of community participation and empowerment programs that have not been able to touch the poverty problems experienced by the community. In 2017, there were 111 families of poor people in Bangko Kiri village out of 531 families in that village. The non-optimal empowerment program can also be seen from the number of farm families as many as 470 families, but those who join farmer groups are 250 families. Keywords: Role, Empowerment, Village, Facilitator
