Abstract

This research was conducted in Sumatra Barat Kereta Api Indonesia,This research aims to determine the effect of service quality loward sanisfaction. Service quality as independen as independen variable (x) and sanissfaction as independen variable (y)The research sample are 100 responen of the population by using the slovin formula. Data was obtained from the questionnaire and subsequently processed to then be tested with the help of statistics through SPSS. The result of calculation of the determination coefficient is 0,533. Abstract

This study aims to describe the components of tourism products and to know the responses of tourists to Object of Taman Alam Mayang Tourism Park Pekanbaru City. This study uses quantitative descriptive method to process data obtained in the field through interviews, all the information collected and studied to become a unified whole (Kusuma and Sugono 2000). As for samples in the study as many as 100 people reponden, Data collection techniques used are observations, interviews, questionnaires, using Likert scale as a measuring tool. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk cabang Pekanbaru branch research is the influence of organizational communication and organizational commitment to employee job satisfaction on the part of instant noodle production PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk cabang Pekanbaru brand. purpose of this research is to know the organization communication, organizational commitment, job satisfaction employees and to know the influence of organizational communication to employee job satisfaction, influence organizational commitment to employee job satisfaction on the production of instant noodles PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk cabang Pekanbaru.The author uses descriptive analysis method quantitative data collection using questionnaire samples used is random sampling source data uses is primary data or data obtained directly from the object of research and secondary data is data collected author from PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk cabang Pekanbaru.The results of this study indicate that organizational communication an organizational commitment has a significant effect in employee job satisfaction on the of instant noodles PT. Abstract

Quality of service is how far the difference between the reality and expectations of consumers for the services they receive or earn. Brand image is a way for companies to introduce their companies to customers and to attract customers to the company. Loyalty is described as the customer's desire to subscribe to the company continuously, buying and using the company's products and services repeatedly, and recommending the product to the company to others. This research was conducted on RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru which is located at JL.K.H.Ahmad Dahlan No.163 Sukajadi-Pekanbaru.This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and brand image on customer loyalty at RSIA EriaBundaPekanbaru. In this research data analysis used descriptive and quantitative. The sample in this research totaled 100 respondents, with sampling method using a purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used are primary and secondary data through observation, interview, and questionnaire. Method of data analysis used simple linear regression analysis method and multiple linear regression.From the results of tests conducted indicate that service quality and brand image have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty in RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru.Keywords : Service Quality, Brand Image dan Patient Loyalty.

Abstract

The supervision of the placement rights letter is to assist in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2014 which contains that every trader must have a Right of Placement. There are still many traders who do not have these Placement Rights letters in traditional markets. By not making a Placement Rights Letter this is one of the factors that decreases market retribution. Traders still do not understand this Placement Rights Letter because the merchant feels that the SHP is just a stall rental permit. Supervision is carried out every time there are reports or data of traders entering to make stall rights letters which are included in Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 30 of 2016. Research conducted using qualitative research methods. This study uses the concept of supervision by Manullang, namely: Determining a Measuring Instrument (Standard), Conducting Assessment, Conducting Corrective Action. This research data collection techniques carried out were observation, interviews, documentation and literature study using descriptive analysis techniques. Supervision of the Placement Rights Letter of traditional markets in Pekanbaru, especially the tassel market, is not in accordance with the Regional Regulation of Pekanbaru City Number 9 of 2014 and the Regulation of the Mayor of Pekanbaru Number 30 of 2016. The supervision of the Placement Rights Letter was supervised by the Disperindag by the market and assisted by the UPTD. The market sector assigns tasks to the UPTD if there are problems in the market that have not been resolved. Problems arising, especially the tassel market, among others, are many traders who do not have a Placement Rights Letter, traders are late paying kiosk rental fees, traders complain lonely buyers who come to the tassel market to shop and less safe and comfortable tassel market conditions for traders and existing buyers. The factors that influence the Supervision of Placement Rights Permit Traditional Market stall (Case Study of market Rumbai Pekanbaru City) are human resources and merchant participation. Human resources will influence supervision so that merchant participation is expected. So that payments will be made on time. Abstract

Indonesia is a commodity-based economic country that trying to change the economy based on industry and knowledge. Therefore the government of Indonesia trying to expand the industry sectors with increasing foreign direct investment in industry sectors, including steel industries. Among all of the foreign direct investment in steel industries, South Korea has the biggest investment for this sector. South Korea had a multi-billion dollar investment company in Indonesia which is a joint venture cooperation between POSCO and PT Krakatau Steel. POSCO is the world 4th biggest steel company from South Korea, PT Krakatau Steel is the South-East Asia Region 1st biggest steel company from Indonesia. The joint venture company, PT Krakatau Posco constructed in Banten, Indonesia. The result of this research shows the implication of the South Korea’s investment in PT Krakatau Posco towards economic development in Indonesia. It could be identified from some indicators, such as economic growth, employment and unemployment figures, and poverty level in Banten, Indonesia.Keyword: Implication, Foreign Direct Investment, Republic of Korea, PT Krakatau Posco, Indonesia, Banten.

Abstract

Purchasing foodstuffs is a basic stage in the production proccess that determines the quality of a dish as well as the stage in product pricing. The purpose of this research is to know how is the mechanism of foodstuff purchasing at Swiss Belinn SKA Hotel Pekanbaru, the process of purchasing started from the process of requisition to the delivery process by the Supplier. This research used qualitative descriptive method to analyze the problem. The sample of this research are 3 informants which is consisting of Purchasing Supervisor, Executive Chef and Receiving Clerk. The technique of collecting data in this research are by observation and interview. Based on the research, Swiss Belinn SKA Hotel Pekanbaru used Power Pro System. The purchase is done by two ways, they are by Market list and Purchase request. Between The Hotel and Supplier does not use the contract system but by establishing good coorperation. The ordering is done by contacting the Supplier one day before production. The foodstuff will deliver by The Supplier on working hours. The foodstuff have to be checked in advance of its completeness and suitability by The Receiving Clerk and then will be stored by storekeeper.Key words : Mechanism, Purchasing, Foodstuff, Hotel

Abstract

This study analyzes the changes of the Bridal Bausung Tradition conducted in Tembilahan Sub-district, Indragiri Hilir District. By using qualitative methods with purposive sampling technique to determine the informant, the author determined 1 key informant and 5 informants to provide an explanation of the Bridal Bausung Tradition. The results of this study found that the Bausung tradition has undergone changes since the 80s. The changes here mean the changes in social systems which are found in the Bausung tradition such as changes in the time of implementation and equipment used. This tradition has sanctions if the offspring do not carry out the tradition of Bausung at Banjar traditional wedding ceremonies. This Bausung tradition is only carried out by the people of Banjar Kandangan descent. Banjar's customary wedding is clearly respect the bride and groom. Therefore, the bride and groom must be carried up, so that their position is higher than other people. Besides, the bride and groom are considered as the King and Queen (Raja dan Ratu Sahari) by the people of the Banjar descent. In addition, the bride and groom are also not allowed to set foot on the ground. Inheritance in the Bausung tradition is only inherited to boys, because it is already an initial provision. Whereas the woman can only carry out the tradition of Bausung because her father is obliged to pass on the tradition to her child, but later the woman cannot inherit this tradition even though she has a son. Keywords: Tradition, Bausung Social Changes

Abstract

This study explains the motivation of Indonesia to collaborate with Australia in the field of digital economy. Increasing technological advances have changed human behavior in carrying out transactions both trade and financially. Indonesia's geographical conditions pose challenges in financial inclusion, Indonesia needs to learn a lot from Australia which has a more advanced financial technology infrastructure and a well regulated financial sector by the state.This study uses the perspective of liberalism in international relations and is supported by foreign policy theory, this study uses the concept of international cooperation. This research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. The scope of research is financial technology cooperation in the field of digital payments.The researcher made an answer stating that Indonesia's motivation to cooperate with Australia in the field of digital economy was because of the transfer of knowledge about financial technology which would have an impact on increasing the efficiency of payment instruments in electronic transactions.Keywords : Indonesia, Australia, Digital Economy, Financial Technology, Efficiency, E-commerce.

Abstract

Transshipment is a public transport passenger operating in the province of Riau especially Pekanbaru city which has permission from the government of Riau Province within the scope of land transportation passengers. In the framework of the development of Riau Province, especially Pekanbaru City which is a diverse center activities, which require the support of urban infrastructure that can be utilized by the community in supporting its daily activities, both aimed within the city and that aims out of town. The control of shuttle transportation is regulated in law number 22 of 2009 on traffic and road transport.The purpose of this research is to know how the supervision done by the provincial transportation service riau in controlling the shuttle transportation in the city of Pekanbaru and to know the factors that influence the control of the shuttle transport in the city of Pekanbaru. The theoretical concept used is the Brantas theory which sees the nature and timing of supervision. This research uses qualitative research method for descriptive study. In data collection, the authors use interview techniques, observation and documentation. With the use of key informants as information sources and triangulation techniques as a source of data validity.The results of this study indicate that the supervision and control done by the provincial transportation agency riau has not been maximized, it is evident that there are still many pickup transports that violate the rules with the policies that have been set. Factors influencing the controlling of shuttle transportation are lack of human resources or inadequate personnel in conducting supervision in controlling the shuttle transportation as well as the attitude of officers who are not kosisten in cracking down transport shuttle, still lack of budget, and not yet right target and lack of knowledge And awareness of the community in choosing good and safe transportation. And the number of transport businessmen who do not understand in implementing policies.Keywords: policy, supervision, controlling
