Abstract

Personal trainer is a professional workforce who has knowledge and expertise in the field of fitness exercises (fitness). To be a good personal trainer especially in the city of Pekanbaru, no doubt personal trainers run a different role with their daily life when not a personal trainer. They try to control themselves, able to manage impression management such as appearance, physical condition, actual behavior and movement, so that their behavior as a personal trainer can be said good and successfully cover their behavior that is not in accordance with the profession personal trainer, which can damage the name Either as a personal trainer. The purpose of the research is to know the life of Front Stage (a front step) of a gym personal trainer in Pekanbaru city and to know the life of the backstage backstage of a personal gym trainer in Pekanbaru city.This research uses qualitative method with phenomenology approach with in-depth interview data collecting technique and observation and validity technique of elongation data of participation and triangulation. Informants in this study amounted to 3 (three) people who work as personal trainers. To test the validity of the data writer used the method of extension of participation and triangulation.The results revealed that the lives of informants as personal trainers on the front stage require them to communicate firmly but friendly and understand the science of fitness and run a healthy lifestyle. They are also demanded to look perfect like a personal trainer. While the life of the informant as a personal trainer on the stage behind the informants more freely show themselves and show the other side of him that is not bound by rules such as smoking, clubbing and steroid use. The self-presentation of the informant as a personal trainer shows the results of the differences between each informant in managing the message and the impression that they want to present rather than presenting themselves on the backside that has a smaller scopeKey words : Personal trainer, Gym, Fitness, Sterodi, Suplement

Abstract

The cultural tradition of bride Suhoor is cultural tradition/habit that descended from generations, developed up to now in the region of the village of the Island District and subdistrict Tembilahan Hulu Palas Indragiri Hilir, the runway is considered a tradition full of values and philosophies that are present in the form of the activities of the party culture of the people's Party, or held as a form of entertainment.Bridal traditions Suhoor conjures the symbols that are understood by the people of the island of palas as part of the social life of the community. Bridal traditions Suhoor already exists since time immemorial followed by youth community which is an annual event in the month of fasting is to awaken the public to Suhoor.This study is focused to find out how the meaning of symbolic traditions bridal Suhoor in-construction and become local wisdom Island village of Palas.Approach this research uses qualitative research methods. To the study of communication Ethnography through symbolic interaction and approaches supported by the theory of social construction of the object of research is the tradition of bride Suhoor activities, Informants are chosen by purposive sampling technique, to informant amounted to 7 persons composed of angah, kades, sekdes, kadus, Suhoor, bridal and participants in society. Research data obtained through interview, observation, documentation, library studies and search data online.To test the validity of the data using the test of credibility. As for the data analysis techniques to reduce data, collecting data, presenting data, draw conclusions and evaluation.Research results show that in the tradition of bridal Suhoor, very much there are values that are contained in its implementation, namely the value of the discussion, mutual values, the values of hospitality, economic value, cultural values, a value parawisata.The meaning contained in the tradition of a Chair has its own meaning Suhoor, namely a pair of bride and groom symbol of happiness, throne, meaning that the young men of the village Island palas which features creativity and cooperation between youth. Any wagon has its own symbolic meaning livelihoods Indragiri Hilir which is coconut farmers.From the tradition of bridal Suhoor obtained conclusions, that the cultural traditions of the bride Suhoor shows symbols that are understood and interpreted by the community together, where cultural values as well as the meaning contained in the It makes this art as the local wisdom of the island village of palas.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of asset structure, firm size and profitability on debt policy. Where independent variable in this research is asset structure, company size and profitability, while dependent variable is debt policy. The sample that has been used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of pulp and paper companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling method used purposive sampling. The sample used is 6 companies. Data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The result of research partially show that asset structure has negative significant effect to debt policy, firm size have positive and significant influence to debt policy and profitability has negative significant effect to debt policy. While simultaneously asset structure, firm size and profitability have positive and significant influence to debt policy.Key Words : asset structure, firm size, profitability, debt policy

Abstract

This research was conducted in the district of Kuala Lobam Seri Bintan District Riau Islands Province. This study aims to determine how to influence women's participation to the success of business groups (KUBE) and to find out what are the factors that support and hinder the success of the joint venture group (KUBE). This study, entitled 'Effect of Participation of Women Against Success Business Group (KUBE) In Sub Seri Bintan Regency Kuala Lobam Riau Islands province' '. The underlying question in this research is how the influence of women's participation to the success of business groups (KUBE) and what are the factors that support and hinder the success of the joint venture group (KUBE). Making the population used in this study is the census technique. Total population of the entire members of business groups that numbered 100 members predetermined criteria. The method used is quantitative method with descriptive approach. Data filtering instrument used is observation, documentation and interview. The results have generally been carried out by the researcher, the researcher can say that there is a strong influence of women's participation to the success of business groups (KUBE) evidenced by hypothesis testing using Chi Square. Factors that support the success of the joint venture group is a factor of the level of education, experience, visit the companion and understanding of the business groups, while the factors inhibiting the success of business groups, namely the organization and working poor. Abstract

The cooperation between the two sections in a department so common we meet, work coordination that exists between the restaurant and the kitchen is one form of cooperation.In this study, researchers using qualitative methods is as prosuder for processing data obtained from observations and interviews, to find out the cause of the increasing number of guest complaints in 2016.The conclusion from the data processing results show that, the coordination that occurs between the food and beverage service to the food and beverage product goes well, seeing the results of interviews with the employees of food and beverage service that states coordinate their work better and compact as a team.Keywords: Coordination of work, food and beverage service, food and beverage products, operational breakfast.

Abstract

This research describes about the interest of Indonesia to impose a high import duty on alcohol beverage products in the ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA) in 2015-2018. ASEAN member countries agreed to form the ASEAN Free Trade Area. AFTA was formed to form a trade-free region in order to increase the economic capacity of the ASEAN region.The study was prepared using the protection theory by Friedrich List, concept national interest, the mercantilism perspective, which is then supported by nation-state analysis level. The methodology using a qualitative method and collecting the data using a library research literature               This research shows Indonesia's interest in alcoholic beverages for its national interest, namely protecting its people from the negative effects of alcoholic beverages and state revenues from import duties on alcoholic beverages. Abstract

National News Agency (LKBN) Between is the first news agency Indonesia which was established in 1937. LKBN Antara continues to grow into a public company with a Bureau in each province and manage news portals in every region spread in Indonesia is no exception Riau province, namely LKBN Between Bureau Riau. In 2015 LKBN Antara Riau was awarded as the first best provincial bureau in the news category. Researchers want to know how the news strategy LKBN Between Riau Bureau in the face of competition with online media, and will be described through news tips, news variations to the speed and depth of news.This research is qualitative research with descriptive approach. In this study using the concepts of Strategy, news, online media and media competition. Subjects in this study were selected based on certain considerations of researchers namely Head of Bureau LKBN Antara Riau, Editor, and journalist LKBN Antara Bureau of Riau, then the object of this research is LKBN Between Riau Bureau.Based on research conducted for nine months then know the results of this study. In the results and discussion then LKBN Between Riau Bureau implement strategies peberitaan or news management process to face competition with other online media. The strategy undertaken LKBN Between Riau Bureau the first is the tips in the news by adding news elements 3E + 1N adder 5W + 1H, highlighting variations for light news. Finally, LKBN Between Riau Bureau meet the depth of news equivalent print media and news speed equivalent to other online media.Kata kunci: Strategi Pemberitaan LKBN Antara

Abstract

Regional Property of Riau Province in the framework of carrying out Regional Government annually in quantitative and qualitative manner continues to increase well in the implementation of Government, development and society. Therefore, a coordinated and integrated policy and step is needed regarding the Management of Regional Property with a focus on the elimination of Regional Property by the Riau Provincial Government at the Riau Provincial DPRD Secretariat. However, there are still perceived obstacles, especially in the elimination, because the policy of eliminating Regional Property has not been maximized as evidenced by the Governor's Decree to carry out deletion, consequently the capacity of storage warehouses for goods that have been overloaded due to the deletion process has never been carried out in the Riau Provincial DPRD Secretariat until this. The purpose of this study was to describe the Policy for the Elimination of Regional Property and its obstacles in the Secretariat of the Riau Provincial Regional Representative Council in 2017. This research is a qualitative research. This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Riau Provincial Regional Representative Council in 2017. The technique used to collect data in this study was (1) Interview and (2) Documentation. The conclusion of this study shows that the policy of the Elimination of Regional Property in the DPRD Secretariat of Riau Province in 2017 has not been maximized because there is no Governor's Certificate related to deletion. Since 2012 the Property Manager of the DPRD Secretariat has implemented the proposed deletion, but the abolition process was constrained in the assessment process. Inhibiting factors of the Regional Property Eradication Policy at the Secretariat of the Riau Provincial Regional Representative Council in 2017 related to George C. Edward III's Theory, namely: (a) Lack of communication of orders and direction, (b) Lack of resources, and (c) Lack of bureaucratic structure carried out between the Secretariat of the Riau Provincial Regional Representative Council, the Office of the Governor of Riau Province and the Office of the Regional Finance and Asset Audit Agency of Riau Province. Abstract

The presidential election is one from of political participation as the embodiment of the people’s sovereignty, because at the time of the election that the people are the most important decisive for the political process in the regional by voting directly, in the selection process are voters also affect participation in determining the process presidential election. The problems of this research how do the starter voters political participation at presidential election in district saber bengklis year 2014 and what are the factors enabling and constraining political participation of voters in the presidential election in the district saber bengkalis district in 2014. This study aims to determine the from political participation of voters and determine the factors enabling and constraining political participation of voter in the presidential election in district saber Bengkalis 2014. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach to the type of data used primary data and secondary data obtained from the data source document and research informants. The data collection isi done by field studies such as observastion, interviews, documentation and literature and then analyzed in a descriptive way to provide an overview of the research results. The results of this study indicate that the from of participation voters in the district saber has been running well visible from its enthusiastic voters in the from of participation voting (voting), because voters in this own awareness and curiosty year to participate in determining its leader, but activities such as campaigns and join political parties still less because several factors such as the bustly of everyday life, feelings of inadequacy, and the prohibition of the family.Keywords : Political Participation, Voter starters, The Presidential Election

Abstract

The priority setting for using village funds for community empowerment according to ministerial regulation number 21 of 2015 is not in accordance with applicable regulations. The Village Fund is prioritized to finance development expenditure and empower village communities. But in reality, in Tanjung Alai Subdistrict XIII Koto Kampar, Kampar Regency still has not allocated village funds for the Community Empowerment program in 2016-2017 in accordance with applicable regulations.There are many factors that influence in the decision making process, the formulation of village policies through the Village Regulation to determine the APBDes which contains the priority of village funds for village development programs, including: 1) Factors of domination of village elites, 2) Factors of limited funds for village development funds 3) Factors the lack of participation of village communities 4) the weak factor of village institutions. Suggestions in this research include, need to be explored and developed Village Original Revenue (PAD) especially the potential natural resources and human resources of Tanjung Alai Village community in order to obtain other sources of income for empowerment programs, increase community participation in Musrenbangdes activities and the strengthening of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in order to pay more attention to the aspirations of the community while controlling the implementation of village development in accordance with applicable regulations. Keywords: Village Funds, Community Empowerment Priorities
