Abstract

This study is entitled "The Implementation of the Elimination of Assets / Regional Assets in the Riau Province Regional Secretariat in 2017" This research is motivated by the existence of Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs No. 19 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Management of Regional Assets and Regional Regulations of Riau Province No. 2 of 2013 concerning Management of Regional Property. The formulation of the problem in this study is "Why Has Never Happened the Implementation of the Elimination of Regional Assets / Property in the Riau Province Regional Secretariat in 2017?". The method used in this study is a qualitative method that explains data descriptively. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. While the data source used is primary data obtained from the research location in the form of research informants and subsequently supported by secondary data in the form of documents. The results of this study indicate the condition of Regional Assets / Properties in the Riau Province Regional Secretariat has experienced excess capacity in the storage warehouse. There are 2120 (two thousand and two hundred and twenty) assets / property that are heavily damaged that have not been written off from the Inventory List of Goods belonging to the Riau Province Regional Secretariat so that destruction cannot be carried out and 2 (two) Regional Assets / Properties in the form of Operational Service Vehicles it is proposed to be eliminated through auction and annihilation, and 2 (two) Regional Assets / Assets in the form of buildings and buildings located in the governor's residence complex with Severely Damaged conditions and it is proposed to be eliminated through auction and annihilation. There are obstacles in the Implementation of the Elimination of Assets / Regional Property in the Regional Secretariat of Riau Province in 2017 in the form of the length of the stages of the process of eliminating Regional Assets / Property and the non-maximum evaluation and sale of Regional Assets / Property in the Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) of the Province Riau which results in theft and depreciation of the value of Regional Assets / Properties.  Keywords: Implementation, Write Off, Regional Assets / Regional Property

Abstract

The characteristic of a democratic country is how much the state engages the community in planning and carrying out general elections because political participation of the community (voters) is an important aspect in a democratic state order, there is a phenomenon in the Tanjungpinang Kota Kelurahan, namely the level of participation or the percentage of pilkada from the Riau Islands KPU recapitulation data there is a low level of participation in tanjung pinang urban village that is only 41.95% considering tanjung pinang urban village is an urban community area that has a high level of education with prosperous employment status should be able to provide higher political participation results but vice versaIn this study there are two main concepts, namely; voting behavior and non-voting behavior that divides four factors, namely Socio-Economic Factors, Psychological Factors, Rational and Structural Factors as a result of research that the author has done in the graduation of Tanjung Pinang, Tanjung Pinang Subdistricts, by spreading koesioner in 100 respondents.Causes of Tanjungpinang Urban Village Community Not Voting in the Election of Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Tanjungpinang 2018 there are several main causes, namely voters domiciled outside the area, then the theory of non-voting or non-voting behavior theory is the rationalist and psychological factors which are the main factors of the community not voting in election of mayor and deputy mayor of Tanjumgpinang in 2018 in Tanjungpinang Kota Sub-District, Tanjungpinang Kota Sub-District. Keywords: Non-voting behavior, political participation.

Abstract

This research aims to find the effect of Coal Mines (Special Provisions), Act 2015 on coal mining industry in Indonesia. Coal Mines (Special Provisions), Act 2015 is an Act that aims to utilize coal optimally and expected to reduce dependence on imported coal.This research uses explanative research methods and literature studies as data collection techniques. The researcher uses the perspective of dependency with the nation state as a level of analysis and uses the concept of national energy policy.The results of this study shows Coal Mines (Special Provisions) Act, 2015 has a negative influence on the Indonesian coal industry such as Reliance Coal Resources which sells their coal mines in Indonesia and the volume of coal exports to India is decreased. Keywords : Act, Coal, India, Indonesia, Trade

Abstract

This research aims partially to test the effect of liquidity, solvency, and profitability on firm value. Where the independent variables in this study are liquidity, solvency and profitability and the dependent variables is the value of the company.This research uses secondary data in the form of company financial reports and annual reports on annual reports of PT. Indah Kiat Pulp And Paper Year 2007-2018. The data analysis use simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and T test test using SPSS 23 devices.The analysis shows that the partial liquidity variable (t test) affect the value of  the company at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp And Paper, partial solvency variabel (test t) negatively affect the value of the company at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp And Paper, profitability variabel (test t) does not affect the value of the company at PT. Abstract

The success of an institution's goals cannot be separated from the role of a leader. In delivering messages, the leader gives information to the super visor employee (SPV) while the information is not well understood by the super visor (SPV) which causes the information to be conveyed to the employees underneath, so the delivery of the message cannot go as well as what is desired leader. The purpose of this study was to determine the vertical, horizontal and diagonal communication that occurred at PT.BFI Finance Bagan Batu Branch in increasing employee productivity in human resources (HR). This study uses qualitative research methods with the concept of leadership. Subjects were selected using purposive sampling technique. This study uses data collection techniques of observation, interviews and research documentation.The results showed that vertical communication by the leadership can be done at any time, either directly or indirectly according to the situation and conditions. In the leadership of implementing communication on two levels, namely communication between leaders to employees of the super visor (SPV) and communication of leadership to employees of the staff section. In the communication carried out by the leadership, the way to consider employees as partners is more open discussion to exchange ideas about work issues. Horizontal communication is horizontal communication with the same position. Communication that occurs in the company to the leadership also conducts this communication not within one company, but with the head of another branch company BFI is used to formulate a strategy of what will be done to improve the performance of employees in the company. In addition to the leadership, employees and staff also conduct this communication, the communication that they do with the same position is useful to facilitate problem solving and mutual care with problems faced by other employees in order to achieve common goals at the company PT.BFI Finance Bagan Batu Branch. Furthermore diagonal communication is communication that crosses one another. In this communication it should be applicable to any company, but in contrast to PT. BFI Finance Bagan Batu Branch does not often use this communication which will result in misinformation of information provided and will also lead to new problems that arise.

Abstract

This study was conducted at Resty Menara Pekanbaru Hotel wher located on Sisingamangaraja, No. 102, Pekanbaru. The problem in study in the not achieving organizational goals in the last five years, this is allegedly influenced by employee performance. This study aims to determine the influenced of organizational culture and competence employee on employee performance (Case study at the Resty Menara Pekanbaru Hotel).This study is using descriptive and quantitative analysis with the help of SPSS program. The target population compirised of 51 employees in Resty Menara Pekanbaru Hotel. The sampling chosen is based on census method and saturated sample that 51 person that taken from overall target polulation. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionmaires. To test the hypothesis in this study is using simple linear analysus and analysis of multiple linear.The result of research indicates that for the t test, organizational culture and competence employee partially have a significant effect on employee performance. And the result of F test indicates that organizational culture and competence employee simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Case study at the Resty Menara Pekanbaru), with an R Square value of 0, 719. This shows that the organizational culture and competence employee have an influence of 71, 9% of the performance of employees with Pretty Good categorization, while the remaining 28, 1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keywords : Organizational Culture, Competence Employee, Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is employee satisfaction Food and Beverage Service Department in work and efforts to improve employee job satisfaction Food and Beverage Service Department in Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru. Which consists of five dimensions which are job it self, reward, promotion, superiors, and co-worker. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method.The population of this research is all staff of food and beverage service department at Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru. The sample in this study the researchers used a saturated sample. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews, questionnaires and documentation. By using an instrument measurement scale that is likert scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. Based on research conducted at Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru, the result of data processing indicate the level of job satisfaction of employees who have been satisfied with job it self, reward, promotion, superiors, and co-worker.

Abstract

Before implementing the marketing strategy, the entire marketing strategy should be built upon three main steps in targeted marketing that STP-Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning. Furthermore, the most important part of the marketing strategy is the existence of marketing communications. In order to design effective marketing communication every marketing need to understand the communication process in General. For that it needs a strategy that can reach all of that in order to be able to run effective marketing communications and integrated. One of them is to do Integrated Marketing Communications.The purpose of this research is to know and analyze Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning (STP) Dank! Pekanbaru in increasing sales as well as to know and analyze the Integrated Marketing Communication relating to advertising, public relations, sales promotion, marketing and face-to-face sales with social media.This research uses descriptive qualitative approach method. Data collection techniques used in this research is the observation, interview and documentation. While data analysis techniques to do with activity data reduction/reduction of data, data display/presentation of data, and drawing conclusion/verification. Further test the validity of the data was conducted using a test of credibility.The results showed that The Dank! Pekanbaru has three main steps in marketing that include Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning to enhance sales of The Dank! Pekanbaru, where the segmentation of The Dank! Pekanbaru is for consumers who have the upper middle economy, with targeting or a target market for all people and all ages, as well as for positioning itself The Dank! have the things that are not owned by other similar products. Abstract

This research analyzes the trade of Indonesian’s cocoa export cooperation to Japan after there is Indonesia-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement (IJEPA). Trade of Indonesian’s cocoa export has not yet become the main importir state for Japan. Besides that, the import policy that is implemented by Japan’s government is still felt as hindrance for Indonesian in entering Japan’s market. The policy is plant protection act and food sanitation act. Based on plant protection act, cocoa product such as raw cocoa beans must accompanied with Phytosanitary Certificate with the suitable format from International Plant Protection from origin state that reveals that the import product doesn’t contain desease bactery and harm. Meanwhile, based on food sanitation act, the import product must fill standard limit rule of chemistry component including in positive list that is done by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in Japan.The research methode that is used by the writer is the analyze descriptive. It is research methode that is used to describe or systematically a moment or problem that become study topic systematically and rely on analyze against the events from sequence perspective and data arrangement. In the implementation, this methode limits not only in collecting and data arrangement, but also analyze and interpretation against those data. The Indonesian’s cocoa export trade to Japan influence fluctuation. Therefore Indonesian still keeps doing effort in increasing cocoa export to Japan. Abstract

AbstractThe Camat as the highest leader in the Subdistrict has the duty and responsibility in his government to guarantee the basic needs of the community in the field of peace and public order in the community. In this case the coordination of the camat as a leader is very necessary in the effort to organize peace and public order in the community. this is very clear because it has been regulated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government, and also has been regulated in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2008 concerning Subdistricts, wherein the regulation has regulated the duties and responsibilities of the camat in coordinating efforts to administer peace and public order at the District level.Tampan District has a very high public order rate compared to Other Districts in Pekanbaru City. Of course the leadership and coordination from the district head is needed in this regard. Therefore the formulation of the problem in this study is how the subdistrict leadership in coordinating the implementation of peace and public order in the District of Tampan and what are the factors causing sub-optimal leadership of the camat in this case, namely in 2016-2017. And the purpose of this study is to find out how the leadership of the subdistrict in coordinating efforts to organize peace and public order in the District of Tampan.The results of this study are that the leadership of the sub-district head as the highest leader in the District has been running well and properly. even the coordination between the camat and related parties such as the Police, Religious Leaders, Kelurahan, and related RTs and Rws has been proceeding as required. As well as the factors that have been used to strengthen coordination, the Camat has also done to overcome the problem of peace and order in Tampan District. The factors that influence the sub-optimal leadership of the camat in the implementation of peace and public order in the handsome district is not a priority to improve the disturbance of peace in the annual work plan of the District of Tampan where matters relating to peace and public order are not discussed in the District work plan. Next is the lack of participation of the community in running the siskamling in their environment so that many poskamling that do not operate even with the direction of the sub-district head's own post are difficult to walk because of the lack of community participation in this matter, so coordination in this case is difficult because community participation is needed in this regard. Keywords : Leadership, Coordination, Camat, Convenience, Regularity
