Abstract

of mouth communication is a form of promotion in the form of recommendation by word of mouth about the goodness of a product. Word of mouth communication is very effective in supporting the purchasing decision. The customer in deciding the purchase of products is very influential with the word of mouth communication. This research starts on the stimulus-response theory. In this research Word of mouth communication is the stimulus given by the talkers (speaker/influence) to the recipient regarding the Boardgame lounge smart cafe so that recipients provide a response in the form of purchasing decisions in the Boardgame smart lounge cafe. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of word of mouth communication towards customer purchasing decisions in the Boardgame smart lounge cafe. The methods used in this research is quantitative method of explanation. Data collection techiques in this study using questionnaire. The number of samples for this studi were 96 respondents. Sampling using Accidental Sampling. To find out how much influence both of these variables, the researchers used a simple linear regression analysis. Questionnaire for data processing, carried out using the statistical program Product And Service Solution (SPSS) version of Windows 23. The results of the research on the influence of word of mouth communication with indicators (Talkers, Topics, Tools, Taking Part, Tracking) against purchase decisions with indicators (introduction to the issue, information retrieval, assessment of alternatives, purchasing decisions, the behavior of post purchase) customer on Boardgame lounge smart cafe regression coefficient values obtained in this research is Y = 9.895 + 0.548 X with significance level 0.000 that smaller than α = 0.05. This means that there is the influence of word of mouth communication towards customer purchasing decisions in the Boardgame lounga smart cafe of 50.7% and in the category of influential medium. The percentage indicate that word of mouth communication towards customer purchasing decision in Boardgame lounge smart cafe with H0 is rejected and Ha accepted.

Abstract

Waste control of PT. Sinar Utama Nabati by the Department of Environment of Kuantan Singingi Regency found several problems found by researchers, including the leakage of the B3 waste disposal pool so that it flowed into the Bawang River water flow and damaged the river flow which caused the river water to change color from clear to pitch black, water foul-smelling and many dead fish. The purpose of this study is to find out the controls and what factors inhibit waste control. The theoretical concept used by the Hasibun model (2015), which consists of determining standards, measuring implementation, comparing implementation and carrying out corrective actions. This research method is a qualitative research case study approach, the selection of informants using Purposive Sampling techniques. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study were the Department of Environment of Kuantan Singingi Regency, which was quite good in implementing controls. Inhibiting factors include human resources, consideration of labor and ethics of industry. It is recommended that the Environmental Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency pay special attention to the disposal of B3 waste from industrial companies and PT. Sinar Utama Nabati further enhances its business ethics so that people can enjoy the positive impact of the palm oil mill. Keywords : Management, Control, Environmental Pollution

Abstract

Cafe is a place where everyone can enjoy it, whether to eat, drink or to relax. To support it is necessary to have a menu provided from the cafe so that visitors can relax while enjoying the food and drinks available. With the existence of food and beverages then the need for foodstuffs that will be processed so that requires a storage area that must be in accordance with foodstuffs that will be stored, with the storage area it must be done food storage system so that the food becomes more durable and can last long with The quality is still good. This study aims to determine the existing food storage system in Tom's Cafe Tembilahan. The research method used in this research is quantitative approach method, the informant of this research is one person key informant as manejer Tom's Cafe and there are three additional informant. Data collection is done by using interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that in the existing food storage system in Tom's Cafe is good this is in accordance with what is expressed by key infomation through interviews and documentation.Keywords : Cafe, Storage Materials, Foodstuffs and Food Storage Systems

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of working capital in the Hasrat Jaya Village Unit Cooperative in Kampar Regency in the 2012-2018 period. The subject in this study was the Hasrat Jaya Village Cooperative Unit and the object of the study was the 2012-2018 financial statements which included items in the balance sheet and results of operations calculations. The data collection method used in this study is documentation. Data analysis methods used in this study are the analysis of the ratio of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover. Based on the results of the study note that the management of working capital can be known from the elements of working capital, namely cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover. Cash turnover is categorized less effective because the average cash turnover is 1.39 times. Receivables turnover is considered ineffective because the average receivable turnover is 0.553 times and below the cooperative health standard. accounts receivable turnover is categorized very effective because the average inventory turnover is 7.90 times and above the cooperative health standard. Keywords: Working Capital Management, Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover, Inventory Turnover

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee organizational commitment (study at Bank BRI Pekanbaru Branch). Motivation (X1), Work environment (X2) and organizational commitment (Y).The method in this research is quantitative with SPSS program, where the samples used are employees of Bank BRI Pekanbaru that is as much as 94 respondents. In accordance with opinion (Roscoe, 2009) that the appropriate size in the study is 30 to 500. That number can already represent the population. Technique of collecting data through questionnaire.The result of this research conclude that motivation and work environment variable have significant influence to organizational commitment of employees of Bank BRI Pekanbaru Branch.Keywords: Motivation, Organizational Commitment

Abstract

Pekanbaru is a metropolitan city which has a number of citizen. Because of the large number of citizenship, food and beverage which consumed by citizen arouse in types and numbers. The increasing types and numbers of food and beverage effected the increasing the food and beverage management in the whole city. Those situations above required government to show concern of healthiness and feasibility aspect of food and beverage that consumed by citizen. Therefore, there is an urge to control the food and beverage which regulated in Undang Undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 tentang kesehatan bab 6 upaya kesehatan pasal 109 tentang pengamanan makanan dan minuman.This research using descriptive qualitative method. Manullang controlling theory used to determine standard, conducting measurement, and making improvement. Observation, interview and documentation were used as a technique from qualitative descriptive analysis.This research shows that controlling of food and beverage by Dinas Kesehatan at Kota Pekanbaru needs an improvement. That was caused by lack of guidance for businessmen and indecisive law consequences. In order to maximizing the controlling of food and beverage management, socializing guidance to businessman and giving consistent consequences by law should be initiated.Keywords: controlling, food and beverage management, Dinas Kesehatan

Abstract

As an effort  Pekanbaru government to realize Pekanbaru as a Madani city is to approve the planery mosque as a place for fostering the faith and piety of Pekanbaru city residents whose existence of the plenary mosque itself is increasingly being multiplied by the designation plan at the   village level . The problem of coaching is not yet optimal has an impact on aspects of planning that are not yet participatory, slow and not rimely budget disbursement and bugdet accountibility which are difficult to perceive as a factor affecting of the coaching planery mosque at tampan sub- district pekanbaru.This  research is examined by using the concept of government coaching with the concept and effectiveness of the organization with fundamental analysis on the implementation of coaching activities and whether or not the activity is measured.  This research was designed using a quality approach and descriptive data analysis.This research found that implementation of coaching planery mosque at Tampan sub-district no effective as well. Coaching conducted conditionally has not had a significant impact on the achievement of performance indicators of the plenary mosque program as a forum for fostering the community to reach civil society. The coaching carried out is more focused on the imarah  program  (prosperous),  while idharah (management) and riayah (maintenance and procurement of facilities) have not been taken seriously yet. As for the factors that influence the implementation of the plenery mosque in the tampan sub-district identified in two aspects. First, the aspect seriousness of the government as the owner of the plenery mosque program seriousness in question is that coaching should be used as routine and planned activities. Secondly, the additional aspect of the task is that this guidance is only an additional task for the subdistrict head and other official so that it does not become a priority scale. Keywords  : Coaching, Planery Mosque, Pekanbaru

Abstract

This study is conducted in Tirta Siak District, the Sub-district of Pekanbaru Township. The purpose of this research is to know the level of the work pattern and the income contribution of housewives' activities as a traditional Malay Riau loom. The pattern of work is an everyday work system. Each individual has different patterns of work. In the study to see work pattern levels, there are indicators that a craftsman sets up, namely, working hours, working days, long hours and working productivity. In addition, contributions constitute a contribution of financial support to help the family economy. In this case the pattern of work determines much of the income that artisans earn. This kind of research is a quantitative approach to research. The need for data, including primary data obtained through recharging questionnaires and secondary data. The population count was 20 craftsmen. The sample technique used is the saturated sample means the entire population is treated as a sample that's 20 people. Research results show that the level of the work pattern of songket weaving affairs is categorized medium by an average score of 8. The highest contributions for loom workers about 84.2% or Rp 2,400,000 and the lowest contributions is about 4.8% or Rp 250,000. From the overall contributions, an average of 30.0% is obtained, which is categorized as a moderate level of contribution. It can be concluded that the pattern of work done by craftsmen has a relationship to with the contribution of respondents income to the family economy. . Abstract

Obesity is a condition where body fat is in an excessive amount of condition.Being overweight is a scary thing for some individuals,besides being harmful to health it also makes a person unattractive from a physical point of view. Being over weight will cause a buildup of fat in the body that is very high if the condition occurs in a long period of time,there will be things are very contradictory. People who are obese tend to be more sensitive in interacting with people who are not obese. Obese women certainly have their own meaning on the body. The purpose of this study is to find out the meaning of obese women.This study uses qualitative research methods using symbolic interaction theory. The informants in this study were 4 female students from the University of riau who had an obese body chosen purposively. Data colection techniques used are through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation.The self-meaning of obese women at Riau University is teasing,disliked by the opposite sex, troublesome,discriminatory,eating, less nimble, lazy, not fashionable, unhealthy, and fat. This is in accordance with the theory of symbolik interaction where obese women make the body of obesity as an object so that the object will interact and bring meaning.

Abstract

Badeo Kayangan dance is a cultural asset possessed by Okura Malay as a tourist attraction of culture in Okura village. This research aims to describe: (1) The grain attractions Badeo Dance as a cultural tourism asset in Okura village; (2) Function of Badeo dance as a tourist attraction in Okura village; (3) Packaging art of Badeo dance as a tourism asset Malay culture in Okura village. This research uses the qualitative method with an etnographic approach, the subject is Badeo dancer, the Okura indigenous stake holders and the loal community. Data collection techniques that do by deep interview, document study, participant observation and documentation. The data analysis used in this study selecting the research, collecting the data research, make a note of the research analysis and writing of research results. The results of this research in the show, Badeo Kayangan has the unique elements and distintive with its myth, the movement, the music, the players, the crokery and time of the show. Based the function, Badeo Kayangan dance be used as a traditional healing rituals and performing arts facilities. The conclusions of this study is the Badeo Kayangan dance as a potential cultural attractions, the dance has a potential to be developed as a tourism asset Malay culture in Okura vilage by utilizing the potential possessed attractions, formed a cultural tourism package performing arts creative and innovative, increase Badeo dance function of performing arts and entertainment, as well as make promotion efforts.Keywords : Badeo dance, asset, tourism culture, Malay
