Abstract

Law Number 6 Year 2014 Regarding Villages, emphasizes that Villages can establish BUMDes, in article 1 paragraph (6) it is mentioned that a Village Owned Enterprise, hereinafter referred to as BUM Desa is a business entity whose entire or most of the capital is owned by the Village through an equity participation. directly originating from village assets separated to manage assets, services and other businesses for the maximum welfare of the village community. The problem formulation in this research is How is the Implementation of the Village Government Public Legal Instrument in Improving Community Welfare by Muara Uwai Sejahtera BUMD Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency in 2018?This research was conducted with the aim of describing the implementation of the Village Government Public Legal Instrument in improving community welfare by BUMDes Muara Uwai Sejahtera, Bangkinang District, Kampar Regency in 2018. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The location of this research was carried out in Muara Uwai Village. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and qualitative methods.The results of the study concluded If viewed from the types of government public legal instruments, namely policy regulations with circulars provided for delinquent customers, government plans in vision, mission mentioned economic development through BUMDes, and in the 2016-2021 RPJMDes in Muara Uwai Village already listed the establishment and development of BUMDes accompanied by funds, and seen from the 2018 RKPDes mentioned in the establishment and development of BUMDes and accompanied by a ceiling of funds. However, if seen from the regulations namely Uwai Muara Village Regulation Number 4 of 2015 concerning Establishment of BUMDes has not been implemented optimally and the Decree or decision, if seen Decision or decision relating to the management capacity of the implementation of BUMDes management especially the position of Director of BUMDes, is considered unable to develop BUMDes

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems of the implementation of theMinister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 114 of 2014 on the Village DevelopmentGuidelines in the preparation of RPJMDes in Lubuk Raja Village. This study aimsto determine the Stages of RPJMDes 2016-2021 Preparation in Lubuk Raja Villageand to determine the inhibiting factors in the stage of Preparation of RPJMDes2016-2021 in Lubuk Raja Village Bandar Petalangan District Pelalawan Regencybased on the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 114 of 2014 About theguidelines of Development Village. This study using Gow and Morss theoryreveals that obstacles in policy implementation. Primary information sources(informants) is determined by purposive sampling and the necessary data iscollected by interviewing techniques and literature study.The results of this study indicate that the formation of RPJMDes DraftingTeam in Lubuk Raja Village did not include women in the preparation ofRPJMDes, Aligning the policy direction of district development planning,conducted by socializing the Rural Area Development Plan. Village situationassessment only focuses on Dusun one Lubuk Raja Village, Development of villagedevelopment plan through village meetings where the participants who attend theVillage Deliberation are very few and lack of understanding of RPJMDesCompilation Team. Inhibiting factors in the stages of RPJMDes Development inLubuk Raja Village consists of internal constraints, namely Institutional weaknessand weak resource, human resource in the field of Technical and Administration.In addition, external factors are Political, Economic and Environmental Barriers,Shortages in Technical Assistance, Lack of Decentralization and Participation, LessSupporting Information Systems, and Technological Factors.Keywords: Implementation Village Policy, RPJMDes Stages

Abstract

This research is done at campuses surrounding garrison Riau Panam Pekanbaru's University correct it at Jasmine garrison. This research intent know financial management trick Jasmine garrison coed and coed way bridges over finance. This research is entitled “Financial management For Remained Garrison Coed Campus Around Riau Panam Pekanbaru's University ”.   Observational subject problem it is how coed utilize remittance money that given by oldster and bridging over financially at month end when remittance was coming. Sample take in observational it is with purposive's tech. total sample which is 10 person. Method that is utilized is kualitatif's method Descriptive with kualitatif's data analysis. Abstract

The progress of Muslims in Indonesia can not be separated from the role of Islamic figures and organizations actively conducting business charity activities. An organization must have a good image and behavior in the community and face a variety of practices that are considered incompatible with the values to Islaman that plague the middle of the life of the community. Islamic Defenders Front as a community organization that put Islamic values as the main motivation in doing activities including in the case of da'wah. The purpose of this research is to know the characteristics of the Organization members of the Islamic Defenders Front and the role of the Organization of the Islamic Defenders Front. The research method used is descriptive quantitative by displaying data that has been obtained in tables. The research was conducted at the headquarters of the Islamic Defenders Front of Tanjung Rhu Subdistrict, Limapuluh Pekanbaru Subdistrict. From the result of the research, it is found that the activity of the organization of Islamic Defenders Front that has been planned to be done optimally is seen from the high member activity level.Keywords: Characteristics, Role, Organization

Abstract

The background of the research based on communication problems between the implementation and the recipient of the House help is not feasible. Human resource limitation in assisting the recipient of home assistance is not habitable. Limited budgets for home repairs are not habitable. The research aims to determine the implementation of unhabitable home aid and see the inhibiting factors of implementation of home aid program is not habitable in Padang city. The concept of theory used is the implementation theory by Edward III (Widodo, 2011) namely: communication, resources, disposition, bureaucratic structure. The study uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach, with data collection techniques including: interviews, documentation and observations. The results of this study showed that the implementation of unfeasible home aid for low-income communities in Padang is not maximized. Factors that inhibit the communication performed by the implementation is not optimal,  limited human resources so that it is not optimal to assist beneficiaries, a limited budget for housing improvements is not livable. * Keywords : Policy, Implementation of Policy, Programs, Poor People

Abstract

This Research entitled "Social Economic Strategic Adaptation Of Household City Transport Driver (Angkutan Kota) “Nangka – Simpang Panam Station” In Pekanbaru City is due to public transportation driver as one of the profession of infomal sector in the field of transportation service experiencing socio-economic problems, especially Fulfill family needs. Their income what is not enough and unprdictable make them as poor household. Their little income make them can’t to fulfill their household needs, so they must implement adaptation strategic for survival their household with limited ability. The problems of this research is How model Social economic adaptation of city transport Driver Station Nangka Simpang Panam in Pekanbaru city and how is dominant model by Social economic adaptation of city transport Driver Station Nangka Simpang Panam in Pekanbaru city. The aim of this research is to explain about model Social economic adaptation of city transport Driver Nangka Simpang Panam Station in Pekanbaru city and to description about dominant model. This research conclusion is three strategic who implemented by city transport Driver households to survival their live. That strategic are active strategic, passive strategic and network strategic. Active strategic are find site job, selling a goods,family members are working, increasing work hour, be a rental driver and they rent their car for other people. Passive strategic is survival strategic who they implement like life saving pattern. A little income make them to minimize their households expens. They eat with simple dishes. Network strategic who implement by city transport Drivers to survive their households live are loan a money to family or neighbour, “jula-jula” and use relation for find site job, cooperative etc. Dominan strategic who implement by city transport driver is passive strategic.Kata Kunci: Social Economic Adaptation Strategic, Survival, City Transport Driver

Abstract

Basically the strength that exists in a company lies in the people who are in the company. Lack of awareness of the importance of occupational safety and health is a benchmark in the implementation of work safety and health training programs.The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Training Program (K3) as an Accident Prevention Effort at PT. Suoraco Indonesian in Duri.The theory concept that researchers use is Occupational Safety and Health (K3). This K3 program uses qualitative methods by analyzing data descriptively. In collecting data, researchers use interview, observation, and literature study techniques as sources of information.The implementation of K3 encountered several obstacles, namely the behavior of employees who violated the regulations set by the company, the culture of using PPE was often ignored by employees. In addition there is an assumption that using PPE only makes it difficult for employees when working, especially for those who are required to wear a complete PPE. Efforts made by the company in overcoming these obstacles are by providing safety induction, training and coaching, re-training, counseling, giving oral and written warnings, and direct supervision by QHSE management.Keywords : Training, Occupational Safety and Health

Abstract

Rokan Hulu regency consists of 16 districts and 157 villages / wards, from the District 16 is 1 sub-district which is very minimal in meeting the electricity needs of the District of North Tambusai. To meet the demand for electricity in addition to coming from PLN, the public use of diesel engines, generators, and kerosene. To meet the needs of electricity evenly local governments can not be done in full because of the limited authority of the regions in the provision and management of electricity. However, local governments are still trying to supply power to all villages with cooperation SOEs namely PLN and the private sector in providing rural electricity. These efforts are supported by the development of road infrastructure of local governments as access to entire villages that have not been electricity. This study aims to determine the role of local government's role in meeting the Rokan Hulu electrical equalization and constraints of local government's role in meeting the Rokan Hulu kebtuhan electrical equalization. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research, which can be interpreted as a problem-solving process was investigated by describing the state of the research subjects were based on the facts that appear during the study were then followed by the popularity of existing theories. Based on the results of this study concluded that the electricity problems that occurred in the district of North Tambusai has not been resolved to the fullest. The role of government in meeting the electricity needs of the community in the District Tambusai new North evident from developments in the electricity grid and already there are 2 villages that have electricity from PLN, aid ginset from the government for each village, development cooperation power biogas (PLTBg), and the form bring in new investors to manage and develop the electric power biogas derived from palm oil that is still not a clear sign of the start of construction. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence sales promotion and service quality to consumer buying interest. Samples in this study were taken as many as 100 respondents and techniques used Inccidental Sampling approach. The data in this study using survey method through questionnaires filled by consumers. Data were obtained by using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that Sales Promotion has a positive and significant impact on Consumer Buying Interest. Service Quality has a positive and significant impact on Consumer Buying Interest. And then simultaneously Sales Promotion and Service Quality have a positive and significant impact on Consumer Buying Interest. Subsequent research is suggested to use other methods in researching Consumer Buying Interest, for example through in-depth interviews of respondents.Keywords: Sales Promotion, Service Quality, and Consumer Buying Interest

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of career development and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. Career development as a variable (X1), organizational climate (X2) and job satisfaction (Y). The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using program of SPSS 16, where sample used is employees of Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru with respondent counted 56 people. To determine the number of samples used slovin formula, and t sampling technique by sampling and data collection techniques through questionnaires. The results of analysis using validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and f test. So it can be concluded that career development has a significant effect on employee work satisfaction Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. Climate organization significant effect on employee work satisfaction Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. And the influence of career development and organizational climate have a significant effect on employee work satisfaction Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru.Keywords: career development, organizational climate, and employee job satisfaction
