Abstract

Pekanbaru is the strategic areas where the population is increasing and becoming a metropolitan city. Pekanbaru rapid development is also reflected in the rapid growth of existing businesses in various places with an assortment of products. Of course we have a lot of mushrooming cafe-cafe in pekanbaru and this makes the online game publisher also more and more in Indonesia and more genjar conduct marketing strategies such as: Lyto, Gemschool, Megaxus, Mobius, OrangeGame, Prodigy, Garena, and so forth. The presence of publisher-publisher of online games other as competitors serving online gaming service makes PT. Garena Indonesia Pekanbaru should endeavor to increase the number of consumers in addressing the problem of competition between the competitors publisher. The study aims to determine the marketing communication strategy PT. Garena Indonesia Pekanbaru in increasing the number of consumers through sales promotion activities, performed by holding a tournament event, advertising, personal selling, direct marketing.This study uses a qualitative method, namely the collection of data obtained by reality field data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects were seven employees of PT. Garena Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch, 1 Owner cafe, one person loyal consumers, 1 new consumers who have used purposive sampling technique. To analyze the results of this study using interactive data analysis techniques, while the technique of data validity checking through the extension of participation and triangulation.These results indicate that strategy marketing communications PT. Garena Indonesia Pekanbaru in increasing the number of consumers through sales promotion activities on the day their promo and big discount. Advertising activities on television, flyers, banners, banner. Personal selling activities conducting tournament event and the event closed beta test. Activities undertaken in direct marketing using direct mail and telemarketing to consumers while event and sponsorship activities is to hold a tournament event and sponsoring several activities.Keywords: Marketing Communication Strategy, Game Online, Pekanbaru

Abstract

This study aims to determine the cause of the success of the construction of roads in the district of Pangean (Teluk Pauh) by 2015 and to determine the factors - factors that limit the success of the road infrastructure in the district of Pangean (Teluk Pauh) in 2015. The study used qualitative research methods to study descriptive, which can be interpreted as a problem-solving process that describes the situation investigated by the research subjects were based on the facts that appear during the study and then based on the theories that exist. Implementation of Administration of Public Works of Highways on Road Infrastructure Regency Kuantan in 2015 showed that there is good communication between government and society in the development of road infrastructure in the village of Teluk Pauh district Pangean Regency Kuantan, it can be seen from the process of planning, implementation, monitoring , up to its utilization by the community. In addition, public awareness of the importance of road infrastructure is also a major contribution to improving infrastructure and the quality of the road in the village of Teluk Pauh district Pangean Regency Kuantan.Keywords: Public Administration of Highways, Roads Infrastructure

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Corporate Income, and Growth of the Leverage in the Sub Sector company Ceramics of Porcelain and Glass Companies Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2009-2014. The independent variable is Company Size with indicator SIZE, Growth with indicator Sales Growth Ratio. While that is used as the dependent variable is Leverage with Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) indicator.This study uses secondary data from financial statements of companies. Samples and sampling using purposive sampling techniques. Classic assumption test in this study include normality test, multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and test the coefficient of determination. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16.The results showed that the variables size and Growth partially (t test) has no significant effect on Leverage In the Ceramic Sub Sector of Porcelain and Glass Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period 2009-2014. The result of simultaneous research (f test) also shows the absence of significant influence from Company Size and Growth to Leverage on Ceramic Sub Sector Ceramics of Glass and Porcelain Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) Period 2009-2014.Keywords: Size,Growth and Leverage

To realize smart political participation and have Body integrity to Unity of Nation and Politics have to play its role as government agency  to be target of which is dreamed of is immediately reached. Role represent attitude consciously which must be taken by governance institution to reach for especial target, policy, and or actions into  related/relevant inwroughtly. Formula of is Problem of the taken is How Effort Body Unity of Nation and Politics Sub-Province of Bengkalis In Realizing Smart Participation and have Integrity to year 2018 and What becoming factor resistor of Body Unity of Nation and Politics Sub-Province of Bengkalis In Realizing Smart Participation and have Integrity to year 2018.Intention of this first research for the mendeskripsikan of Role Of Body Unity of Nation and Politics Sub-Province of Bengkalis in realizing Smart Political participation and have Integrity to year 2018. Secondly to know factors pursuing Political participation storey;level exist in Sub-Province of Bengkalis. Method Research the used is Research Qualitative. this Descriptive Type Research Qualitative. this Location Research in Body Unity of Nation and Politics Sub-Province of Bengkalis. Technique data collecting by Observation, Interview, bibliography study and of study documentation. Technique analyse data by data discount, presentation of data verification and data.Result of from research show it him to realize smart participation and have integrity to use poin beberarapa Role of Government of public road which must by Body Unity of Nation and Politics Sub-Province of Bengkalis. Governmental Perann as Exponent of yaiu by running to shar workplan which have been specified by Body Unity of Nation and Politics like: Monitoring General election of Governor of Riau and Socialization To Society at General election of Governor of Riau and Role of Government as executor alone by resource mengoptimalisasi like Human Resource, Resource of Finansial and facilities and basic facilities. For the factor of resistor in realizing smart political participation and have integrity to is the limited resource and various factor of eksternal itself kesbangpol is geographical position separated by island, cultural of politics exist in Bengkalis kabpaten, difference each;every district, economic factor and storey;level education of society.Keyword: Role Of Government, Political Participation, Smart and have Integrity.

Abstract

ricefield farmer is a farmer who manage the ricefield whose irrigation system relies heavily on rainfall.This type of rice field is only processed if there is rain water.In rain fed lowland areas it is very difficult to harvest well compared to irrigated rice fields, in rain fed rice fields most of the harvest period is only two times a year. Not infrequently, many of rainfed farmersonly can harvesting of the rice once a year and experiencing a decrease in productivity of the rice or harvesting failure. This case is the reason why the researcher want to know what is the causes of failed harvest happened in Jorong Sungai Salak,how the adaptation done by farmers in the face of harvesting failurein order to make lack of income in harvesting period doesn’t happened, then what is the efforts that have been done by the rainfed ricefield farmer in face of harvesting failure. This research use qualitative research approach and produce descriptive data. Subject is done by viewing and selecting the subject by specifying the specific characteristics landlord and cultivator farmers for the purpose of the research. The results of research indicate that the main factor causing farmers experiencing failure harvest is due to natural factors, and factors of the farmers themselves, there are three strategies are used by the farmers that are active adaptation strategy, passive and networking. The efforts that have been made in the face of harvesting failure are coming from the government and the efforts of the farmers themselves.Keywords: Adaptation, Rainfed Rice Farmers, Decreased Productivity, Failed Harvest.

Abstract

 The creation of food security conditions is fundamental in realizing human development. However, the food security still poses various problems that have not been resolved until now, where the condition of food vulnerability is very related to food security. Food security Policy is one solution to overcome food vulnerability problem. Riau Province, one of the provinces that issued a food security policy with the formation of regional regulation of Riau Province No. 13 of 2018 about food security makes this research focus on highlighting the implementation of Food security Policy. The implementation of the policy in this case is the food security Service of Riau Province and the Food security Service Kampar District, which is examined by using the Terori evaluation policy according to Dunn (2018:115) and Jones quoted by Kawengian & Rares (2015). The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. In the final process, the results showed the implementation of the food security policy that has not been optimal encountered various constraints in the implementation of food security policy are: communication, regulation, community economy, and access. Keyword: Policy Evaluation , Food Security, and Food Vulnerability.

Abstract

Backpacker as a unique and independent trip style with minimal cost, the benefits for backpackers are not just for activities, but more than that, they want to know firsthand and the culture of the places they sail, Backpacker becomes a very trip phenomenon unique. This study aims to reveal the motives Backpacker to travel, the meaning of trip for Backpacker and communication experienced by Backpacker in trip.This study uses qualitative methods with the Phenomenology Alfred Schutz’s Theory and George H Mead Symbolic Interaction theory. Informants were chosen based on Snowball technique is 7 (seven) informants. Data collection techniques were conducted with participant caraguna, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use interactive data analysis techniques consisting of data, presentation data and deduction of conclusions.The results showed that the first, motive Backpacker in trip, among others; past motives of various media, economic factors and family summary, and motives of the future will come with a sense of satisfaction after traveling, occupational factors, acquiring new knowledge, gaining connections, digging memories, religious goals and introducing Indonesia, West Sumatra specifically The outside world. Second, Travel for Backpacker is a search for identity which is a place to find experience, self-actualization, and travel is a life-saving activity and establish a connection for Backapcker. Third, Backpacker's experience of traveling backpacking is a fun experience of receiving acceptance and support from family, expanding friendship, and gaining popularity while unpleasant experiences are considered expensive hobbies, getting unpleasant treatments such as fraud and illegal levies as well as having difficulty obtaining localized language information different.Keyword : Phenomenology, Interaction symbolic, backpacker

Abstract

This study aims to determine determine the planning process in the provision and maintenance of facilities and tourism infrastructure in Kuantan Singingi and knowing the obstacles in the provision and maintenance of facilities and tourism infrastructure in Kuantan Singingi. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research, which can be interpreted as a problem-solving process was investigated by describing the state of the research subjects were based on the facts that appear during the study were then followed by the popularity of existing theories. Facilities and infrastructure attractions Niagara Falls Thunder Gemurai and seven levels Batang Koban incomplete and means that there is also in no circumstances be maintained so it can not be used as a toilet ,, there kondisisnya is damaged, the door has been dated and can not be used again , as well as locker rooms, condition was broken so visitors who came difficult to find a place to change clothes and places of worship / prayer room less kept clean, especially the floors were dirty and no equipment to pray like, sejadah, mukenah, and other-other. During this time there is no effort from the parties involved to make improvements of facilities and infrastructure that has suffered such damage The conclusion that the provision and maintenance of Infrastructures in Kuantan Singingi Tourism Attraction in Niagara Falls Thunder Gemurai and seven levels Batang Koban incomplete and not well maintained. Obstacle to the provision and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure in Kuantan Singingi Tourism is of limited funds, human resources, ie, not all employees in the department of culture youth and sports tourism Kuantan district Singingi the educational background in tourism and a lack of community support around. Abstract

Abstract            Nowadays global competition and the depletion of natural resources are encouraging most of the countries in the world to find the alterantive of economic matters that doesn’t depend on nature, one of the alternative is by switching the option to creative economy, which is an economic matter that based on creativity and intellectual abalities. Creative economy known as a concept which evolves and focuses on creativity as a main asset to  generate the economic growth and development. Creative Economy and Creative Industry in Indonesia was discussed and evolved since 2006. Up until now, the creative industry development efforts are continue to be made by Indonesian Government. One of the effort is by doing a cooperation with South Korea. Korea becomes such a phenomenon in the technology development and its culture which evolves rapidly in Asia for the recent decades, and it is able to do the effective development and culture strategy, which is by its creative industry.            This research used the descriptive analysis method, which means, a research method that describes occasions or occurences based on the actual on going datas and facts, to obtain an analysis about the effect of Indonesia and South Korea cooperation in the developmment of creative industrial sector in Indonesia. Researcher also used the literature study data accumulation technic, which means, an effort to find and collect the datas and informations based on reviews and references, whether it’s from text books, magazines, newspapers, articles, internets or documents about things that related to the case which researcher examined.            The cooperation of both countries was done in some of cooperation and program types, which amongst : the education training, the exchange of industry subject, and promoting both of the countries creative industry businesses. Besides trying on the creative subject’s quality development, investment increasing in oder to support the creative industry production is also one of the result that successfully achieved from this cooperation. However,  this cooperation is not fully effective because there are still some obstacles and also it still doesn’t obtain a stable result for both of the countries, in this case, South Korea still dominates the cooperation.Keywords : Cooperate, Creative Economy, Creative Industry, Indonesia, South Korea

Abstrct               Public information is information that is produced, stored, managed, sent, and or received by a public body relating to the administration of the state and / or the organizer and administration of other public bodies in accordance with this Law and other information relating to the public interest, as with this research intended to find out How the Role of the Office of Communication and Information in Public Information Publication, the purpose of this study is to describe the Role of the Office of Communication and Information in Public Information Publication. The results of this study are that the role of the Office of Communication and Information of Indragiri Hilir Regency in the Public Information Publication of 2016-2017 is performed less than optimal where in the role indicators namely the coordinator, facilitator, stimulator have been running poorly, which in each of these indicators the government has provided services which is needed by the public in fulfilling public information but is still accompanied by several obstacles and problems.Keywords: E-Government, Public Relations, Public Information
