Abstract

The purpose of research to known charateristics voters and response of regional head election 2015 at desa pulau padang kecamatan singingi kabupaten kuantan singingi. This research is located at desa pulau padang. The study using the research methods quantitative descriftive with how to use a list of data the selection remains in desa pulau padang. To know how the charateristics of the people to selection bupati and deputy bupati and how the response of againts the results of regional head election at desa pulau padang kecamatan singingi kabupaten kuatan singingi. For the data collection of respondent and used methode observasi and for processing data used a quantitative deskriftive method to the people or someone in voters bupati and deputy bupati cnaraterististic in the regional head election is also very needed, and how to respons to the society against the regional head election because previously of the former bupati is a family of kondidat numbers 1, as bupati and deputy bupati has been designated now how to response of the results of this research of the election for people who are not choise while voters. The results of the research is that as charateristic voters in the desa pulau padang kecamatan singingi kabupaten kuantan singingi of obtained by 78,61%. It shows that the characteristies of voters against the selection is good and the response of against the reseluts of the regional head election then be seen from the rekaputation response and attaced of 75,61%, that the response of against the results of regional head election 2015 in desa pulau padang is good.Key word: Characteristics, Response, Society, Voters

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the general description of human trafficking in Indonesia and the implementation of CEDAW Convention (Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women) and also Indonesian wisdom to resolve of women trafficking. This research method used kualitative research. This research is focused to discuss about the implementation of CEDAW Convention and Indonesian wisdom to resolve of women trafficking. Then,                 This research used the constructivism perspective. The research also used state-level analysis.The research concluded that Indonesia has ratified the CEDAW Convention,  some laws and regulation since the ratification of the convention has been published, Indonesia also establish the task force on prevention and management the victims of human trafficking which meaning to make effective and ensure the implementation and prevention of human trafficking. Other that, the Indonesian Government also has established the National Commission on Violence Against Women (Komnas Perempuan), which is one of the national human rights institutions that focuses on upholding the Indonesian women rights. Some efforts were made by Komnas Perempuan as a form of implementation of the CEDAW Convention to resolve of women trafficking. These efforts include the National Commission on Violence Against Women to give advice and consideration to the government, legislative and judicial institutions, as well as community organizations, women's national commissions use the CEDAW framework as a reference in the implementation of work. Keywords: Implementation, CEDAW Convention, Women Trafficking

Abstract

affic jam is one of the problems that occur in big city, it is caused by the number of vehicles that keep increasing every year. Pekanbaru is one of the cities that face this problem. Some people take advantage of this problem to earn a living as supeltas (volunteer traffic control) or Pak Ogah. The formulations of the problem that being discussed in this research are as follows: (1) how is the response of the society towards supeltas clearing congestion in Pekanbaru and; (2) what are the expectations of the society towards traffic police, supeltas, and government. Research purposes to analyze response of the society towards supeltas and to know expectations of society towards traffic police, and goverment. This research uses a theory from Sukamto which discuss on this phenomenon in three factors; cognitive, affective, conative. The data was analyzed using descriptive design and quantitative approach. The data collecting technique is accidental sampling, it means that everyone who accidently meets the researcher can be the respondent, and the respondents in this research are 100 people. The result from this research can be concluded that for the cognitive factor the response of society toward supeltas in Pekanbaru is already good, while the affective factor shows that the society not fully agree with the existence of supeltas , and the result for the conative factor is mediocre. On the other hand, people expect traffic police to responsibly do their duty, for the supeltas to do their job voluntarily, and als the government should pay attention to the traffic facility.  Keywords : Traffic Jam, Publics Respones, Supeltas (Pak Ogah)

Abstract

This research tells about "starbuck expansion in developing coffee business in indonesia in 2013-2017. Coffee is one of the large trading commodities. The amount of Indonesian coffee consumption is very high. Starbucks company is one of the multinational companies from USA which is engaged in the coffee shop, Starbucks is expanding its business into Indonesia.This research uses descriptive explanative method, with library data collection techniques through books and the internet. The perspective used is Neoliberalism by Adam Smith. The level of interest group analysis by Euegene J. Kolb. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the PKPU Human Initiative program in helping the Rohingya humanitarian crisis in Bangladesh. The Rohingya humanitarian crisis that occurred because of conflict that occurred involving the Rohingya and Rakhine ethnic groups due to the Myanmar government's discrimination against the Rohingya ethnic group causing the Rohingya people to decide to leave Myanmar and flee to various countries, one of them Bangladesh. This research aims to find out the programs of PKPU Human Initiative in helping Rohingya humanitarian crisis in BangladeshThe research method used by the author is a qualitative method with primary data collection techniques through interviews and secondary data collection with library research. This research was developed based on the perspective of pluralism perspectives such as Robert O. Kohane, Joseph, S. Nye, Mattew Paterson and Cristian Reus-smit supported by international organizational theory by Leroy Bennet, and using the level of group analysis by David Singer (PKPU Human Initiative) as the main actor in international relations.The results showed that the role of PKPU Human Initiative as a humanitarian agency had carried out its function well, namely by implementing a program called "Humanitarian Response to Rohingya Refugees in Bangladesh" which was divided into six sectors namely the Food Safety Sector, Nutrition Sector, Temporary Residential Sector (Non Trunk Sector -Food), Education Sector, Health Sector, Clean Water and Environmental Sanitation Sector, and there is an additional program, namely "clinic car for Rohingya refugees".

Abstract

Political consolidation is the process of combining elements of democracy to jointly facilitate political democracy. political consolidation aims to strengthen aspects of democracy in the form of political institutions or institutions, both political parties, political elites, interest groups and political communities so that the ongoing democratic arena process runs without any disabilities in its implementation. Political consolidation in the Pemulu election was seen from the local political contestation of the Kubu Hulu River Pengenguluan using the Political Consolidation Theory by Larry Diamond, namely, the elite agent / actor approach, institutional approach, political culture approach, civil society approach. Based on this theory, it can clarify the consolidation of local politics in the election contestation of the head of the 2016 Kubu Hulu River Kepenghuluan.The purpose of this study is to describe the political consolidation carried out by prospective female leaders in the simultaneous election of 2016 headners in Rokan Hilir District in Kepenghuluan Sungai KubuThe election of the headman in the Kubu Hulu River Kepenghuluan became a local political contestation in Kepenghuluan. The political consolidation of female head candidates in the election of headmen by utilizing their political power to achieve their political goals, while the political consolidation carried out by female head leaders is: a. The elite actor approach (local elite approach and non-local elite approach), b. Institutional approach (Institutional Institutional structure approach), c. Political culture approach (campaign approach, extended family approach, residence approach and religious approach) d. Abstract

Karaoke Bar in Pekanbaru is currently growing very rapidly. Karaoke is a place of entertainment that provides places, equipment, and facilities to sing along with music. With the rapid development of karaoke bar can have a negative impact. So it is necessary to disciplining the karaoke bar that violates. The problem of this research is how the performance of Civil Service Police in disciplining karaoke bar in Pekanbaru and what the factors are affecting the performance of Civil Service Police in disciplining karaoke bar in Pekanbaru.The concept of theory that researchers use is organization and performance. This research type is qualitative research with descriptive method. The selection of informants of this research using purposive sampling technique, which this informant has been predetermined and the determination of informants based on the consideration that the informants selected are the people who know and involved. Data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation.The results of this study, the performance of the Civil Service Police Pekanbaru in disciplining karaoke bar votes yet. By looking at the many karaoke bar that violates the content Provisions of Regulation Number 3 Year 2002 of public entertainment, still finding a karaoke bar open over 10 hours a night even until the early hours, selling liqour, became a place of gambling and place of drug use. The factors that affect the performance of the Civil Service Police in Pekanbaru to disciplining karaoke bar is the lack of number of personeel, equipment or facilities have been inadequate as well as the Backing which affect the implementation of disciplining karaoke bar in Pekanbaru.Keywords: Disciplining, Performance, Organization, Karaoke

Abstract

This research explaining about the attitude as its reaction of India to nuclear cooperation Pakistan and Tiongkok in development of nuclear reactor Pakistan. Tiongkok as its also partner in developing the military force Pakistan. Pakistan is one of yhe large state in South Asia region which is side by side with India. India and Pakistan has involved in continuing conflict. Their conflict is so complicated begin from the conflict over Kashmir, commuunal conflict and arm race. For Pakistan , India is the biggest threat for its survival. Because of that Pakistan need to counterweight India power by improving its weapon and nuclear capabilities. In order to achieve that purpose Pakistan built good relationship with Tiongkok. Tiongkok has the besome the resources for raw material, technology and axpert for Pakistan military weapon and nuclear.The research use realism perspective of International Relations. Pluralism believe that state is the only actor in international world. India as one state in South Asia region important to build its weapon to deterence from Pakistan. The United State has the become the resources for raw funding to make the progress in India defence.This research is also guide by security regional and balancing power. The techniques used to collects data to study the case to library research in the form of journals, books, official document, article, and website. Abstract

This study aims to test partially and simultaneously the effect of own capital and Business Volume on Net Income.Independent variables in this study are own capital and Business Volume and dependent variable is Net Income. This study uses secondary data in the form of company financial reports at Koperasi Sawit Usaha Maju. The data analysis use simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression, T test, F test and coefficient of determination test using SPSS 23 devices. The results show that the variable own capital partially (t test) influences the Net income, the business volume variable partially (t test) influences the Net income. Simultaneous test results (f test) indicate the influence of variable own capital and business volume in Koperasi Sawit Usaha Maju kecamatan Kampar Kiri Tengah.   Keywords: Own Capital, Business Volume and Net Imcome

Abstract

A lot of information states that the negative impact caused by abuse in consuming drugs, this has not given a significant number in overcoming of drugs abuse. This is also the case in Tanjung Balai Karimun Regency, which is the legal area of the Polisi Resort Karimun which is part of a free trade area that is quite strategic because it is located on an international shipping lane. Causing the number of drugs cases in Tanjung Balai Karimun Regency is high. The number of cases in high school students is higher than that of elementary and junior high school students. This research aims to determine the communication planning and methods used in the communication of drugs counseling for the Community development unit Polisi Resort Karimun at the students level in Tanjung Balai Karimun in anticipating the circulation of drugs.This research uses qualitative research methods with the presentation of descriptive analysis, namely by describing the state of the subject or object of research based on the facts that appear. The informants in this research were 12 people taken based on purposive techniques. The data collection technique used is semi structured interview, participant observation and documentation of notes, data and photos of counseling that had been of activities carried out by the Polisi Resort Karimun relating to this research.. The interactive data analysis model the author uses to describe the results of the research in data analysis techniques and for checking the validity of the data the researcher uses the triangulation technique and the extension of participation.The results of the research showed that the communication planning of Polisi Resort Karimun Drugs counseling was an analysis of the problem by observation or observation directly which obtained data on the high number of drug cases in Tanjung Balai Karimun, especially among vocational high school students, So obtain data on the number of drugs user cases in Tanjung Balai Karimun and sought a solution to deal with the problem, namely by conducting counseling by Satbinmas Polres Karimun. Formulate clear communication goals, namely to reduce the number of drugs cases in the Tanjung Balai Karimun, especially among students by providing knowledge about the dangers of drugs. The selection of the right media is group media through face to face by gathering the audience, electronic media such as microphones, speakers, laptops, infocus, and audio-visual media and sometimes equipped with props form examples of drugs. In determining the approach used by defining an important audience to given counseling. Primary audiencaes that is students in adolescents with age criteria 14 years old and above in this case are junior and senior high school students, but are more focused on high school students because the number of cases is high. secondary audiences are additional targets with criteria of people living in Tanjung Balai Karimun. The method used is a group approach method that produces interaction and direct response from the audience so that communication is created in accordance with the expected goals of providing knowledge and changing attitudes.Keywords : Counseling Communication, Trafficking Of Drugs, Among Students.
