Abstract

Village government management is a process that consists of planning, organizing, financial management, coaching and development, decision making, management and supervision programs. Village government management in the UED-SP program to accelerate the level of community welfare development in Tanjung Leban Village.This study aims to: (1) To describe the Village Government Management in the Savings and Loans Village Economic Business Program (UED-SP) of Tanjung Leban Village. (2) To find out what factors become obstacles in the process of implementing Village Government Management in the Savings and Loans Village Economic Business Program (UED-SP) of Tanjung Leban Village. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, which can be interpreted as a problem solving process that is investigated by describing the state of the research subject based on the facts that appear during the research which is continued based on existing theories. Data analysis is performed by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The subjects of this research are the Village Head, Chair of the Village Consultative Body (BPD), UED-SP manager, Village Assistant, Community Leaders, and United Blessed UED-SP Members.The results of this study indicate that the existence of Village Government Management in the Savings and Loans Village Economic Business Program (UED-SP), should be able to improve the arrears that occur in the UED-SP Berkah Bersatu, but in reality this arrears still occur due to several factors namely weak leadership village head, inadequate facilities, low mindset of the community, and Weak Supervision from the village government, this is an inhibiting factor in carrying out the process of village government management in the implementation of the UED-SP Berkah Bersatu

Abstract

This research was conducted at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru located at Jalan HR. Soebrantas Km, 18. Pekanbaru, Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and business location on consumer satisfaction at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. In this research the method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with SPSS program. The population in this study were all visitors staying at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru in the last year of 2018 totaling 16,789 people. Where the samples in this study were Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru consumers as many as 100 respondents. To determine the sample using the slovin formula. Data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires, types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data, measurement techniques using a Likert scale.            From the analysis of data which includes validity, reliability, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance test with t test (partial test), and F test (simultaneous). The results of this study indicate that the results of the first t test hypothesis testing, service quality on consumer satisfaction is t arithmetic (11,010) > t table (1,6605) means that service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Second, business location on consumer satisfaction is t arithmetic (12,184) > t table (1,6605) means that business location has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. F test Results of service quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, namely F arithmetic (84,412) > F table (3,09). This means that service quality and business location simultaneousely have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru. Keyword : Service Quality, Business Location, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Currently there is a shift in tourism activities that are influenced by the environment that is more economically, socially and environmentally responsible for the local community at the destination. The occurrence of this shift directs the focus of tourism at this time not only oriented towards the level of visit alone, but can create a balance in the economic, social-cultural and environmental fields. This makes the development of tourism in Natuna into sustainable tourism (sustainable tourism), so that it can be enjoyed until the future. Achieving the goals and mission of tourism development that is good, sustainable (sustainable tourism) and environmentally sound can only be carried out when the achievement process can be done through good tourism governance, so various strategies are carried out by involving various stakeholders, bearing in mind Natuna has extraordinary natural potential of beauty and very strategic location.The research method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative which uses secondary data such as books, journals, reports, interview and the others sources. The theory used in this research is the public policy with the level of analysis is the nation state, the perspective of globalizm and supported by the concept of sustainable tourism.The research shows Indonesia's efforts in developing international-scale sustainable tourism in Natuna Riau Islands Province (KEPRI) are through the Sustainable Destination Program Development Strategy, a Strategy for the Creation of a Synergy and Environment-Friendly (Nature and Culture) Tourism Industry, Penetration Market Strategies for Environmentally Friendly Destinations, and Strategies for Building Support Institutions, through the SWOT approachKeywords : Development, Sustainable Tourism, Natuna, Strategy, Swot Analysis.

Abstract

This research was carried out in Kejorongan Kasik Putih, sungai Aur district, Pasaman barat , West Sumatra. This research aims to find out how the process of marriage endogami and the role of law enforcement in custom petua marriage endogami. The theory used is the structural functional theory. Sample determination techniques generally purposive sampling, Researchers have set 5 pairs that did the marriage of endogami, 1 key informant i.e. King custom, and 2 person triangular i.e. petua customs and religious figures. Data analysis was done using descriptive and qualitative instrument data are observation, interview and documentation. From the results of the research in Batak mandailing people whose system of patrilineal activity is an exogamous marriage system has the provisions of the customs of the endogamous marriage or its fellow clan is strictly forbidden to To establish a marriage because in Batak mandailing society there is no belief of blood relations. There is a ban on endogamy marriage in order to avoid the marriage of siblings, avoiding the design of kinship relationships and maintaining embarrassment. However, for the couple who have already performed an endogamous marriage and still maintain a desire that is deemed to violate the rules of Customs, they are obliged to accept the customary sanctions imposed in Kejorongan Kasik Putih to The marriage can be accepted by the customs and Dalihan Natolu. The role of customary parenting on law enforcement and indigenous sanctions in endogamous marriages plays a role of giving, directing, guiding, leading so that society does not violate customary rules.  Keywords: Marriage Endogami, Batak Mandailing Society, Indigenous People

Abstract

This study is entitled "The Efforts of Local Governments in Developing Pineapple Processing Enterprises in Tambang District of Kampar Regency year of 2016-2017". This study aims to determine the efforts of the Regional Government in developing pineapple processing businesses in the Tambang District of Kampar Regency and the inhibiting factors of the Regional Government's energy in developing the Pineapple Processing Business in the Tambang District of the Kampar Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. While the data used are primary data obtained from research locations in the form of research informants, which are then supported by secondary data in the form of document data.The results of this study indicate that the efforts of local governments in developing pineapple processing businesses in the Tambang District of Kampar Regency include coaching and development, product quality improvement, financing and cooperation. While the inhibiting factors of the local government in the effort to develop pineapple processing businesses in the Tambang District of Kampar Regency are budget constraints and unattractive packaging appearance.  Keywords: Local Government, pineapple processing, development.

Abstract

Refugees from abroad are foreigners who are in the territory of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia due to reasonable fear of persecution for reasons of race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, membership of certain social groups and different political opinions and do not want protection from their home country and have get asylum seeker or refugee status from the United Nations through the high commissioner of refugee affairs in Indonesia. The nature of education is to foster the existence of learners who are socialized, cultured, in a life order that has local, national and global dimensions.  This research was carried out in the street Teuku Cik Ditiro  Village office Pekanbaru City Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is find out The Meaning Of Education For Immigrant Families In Pekanbaru. Immigrant society is a group of people who move from one country to another with or without permission from the country of origin or from the destination country. In this case immigrant communities do not get full right about education. Immigrant children do not get a diploma after graduating from school unlike children who study in general. The author uses qualitative methods and uses Purposive Sampling techniques, the data instruments are observation, interviews, questionnairses and documentation. This research suggest that immigrant families have great expectations for the future of their children. Abstract

The research conducted at Universal Photo Studio Pekanbaru where located in JL. HR.  Soebrantas Panam No. 81, Sidomulyo Bar, Tampan, Kota Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of word of  mouth and pricing on purchase decisions at universal photo studio pekanbaru. In this study use quantitive descriptive with SPSS program. The population in this is are consumers at  universal photo studio pekanbaru. The sampling technique chosen is slovin Formula with a sample 88 respondents.            Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear analysis method and multiple analysis with result showing that Word of mouth and pricing have a positive and significant effect on purchase decision at  universal photo studio pekanbaru. With the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) word of mouth on purchase decision  the value of R square is 0,575 or 57,5% and pricing on purchase decision the value of R square is 0,555 or 55,5% and coefficient of determination (R2) word of  mouth and pricing on purchase decision the value of R square is 0,657 or 65,7%. This show that the word of mouth and pricing gives an effect of  65,7% on purchase decision  at universal photo studio pekanbaru, while remaining 34,3% is effected by other variables that are not examined in this study.Key words: Word of mouth, Pricing, Purchase Decision

Abstract

The election of the Governor and Deputy Governor is an embodiment of a democratic country. Indonesia, which is a democracy, conducts Regional Elections every 5 years. In the Election of the Governor and Deputy Governor, of course, it will be alleviated fairly and clean from violations or fraud, in this case Bawaslu as the highest body in the supervision of elections must act optimally in order to create an election that is clean from violations, but in reality there are still violations and fraud encountered by Bawaslu. This happens because of the lack of maximum and there are several obstacles in the supervision carried out by Bawaslu. The formulation of the problem in this study is How Dynamics of Supervision of the Election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of Riau in 2018 and What are the Obstacles in Supervision of the Election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of Riau in 2018. The purpose of this study is to find out How Dynamics of the Election of Governor and Deputy Governor of Riau in 2018 and What are the Obstacles in Supervision of the Election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of Riau in 2018. Theories used according to Donnelly (1996). In collecting data the author uses interview and documentation techniques. The results of the author's research are the Supervision of the Election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of Riau in 2018 which has not been carried out maximally because there are findings of violations. The obstacles in this supervision are the Budget and the number of supervisory personnel, political culture and the lack of public knowledge about the Regional Head Election itself. Keywords: Oversight, Election of Governor and Deputy Governor.

Abstract

Management (Management) is the science and art of regulating the process of utilizing human resources and other sources effectively and efficiently to achieve a certain destination, so as to increase tourist arrivals in these attractions. This study aims to determine the management of Puai Beach Attraction in Dumai City. This study uses qualitative methods to examine the issues raised. The key informants used in this study were 5 people, taken using interview techniques. While the data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, documentation. By using sub-variables which in Management (Terry, 1958) are divided into planning, organizing, mobilizing, and controlling. From the results of research conducted in the field with research on the management of the Puai Beach Tourism Object Dumai City shows that 1) the planning carried out by Puak Beach is in accordance with the work program; 2) Supervision conducted by the Role of Service; 3) Movements including those that have met the needs or not; 4) Organizing by always holding meetings at the end of the month, including in good condition.

Abstract

Clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS) is one of the behaviors related to one's efforts or activities to improve their health based on awareness, so as to prevent diseases and play an active role in realizing a healthy environment by regular exercise, not smoking, adequate rest and lifestyle positive ones. The school is a second place after home to get PHBS learning and guidance. 004 Public Elementary School is one of the schools in Sungai Kubu Village, Kubu District, Riau Rokan Hilir Regency. Schools was founded in 1975 and until now students / I in this school numbered 207 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation and factors that influence the implementation of PHBS in SD N 004 Sungai Kubu Village. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. From the results of the research that has been done, the implementation of PHBS in SD N 004 Village Sungai Kubu has reached full moon health totaling 67.90% and healthy madness 32.10%. and the factors that influence PHBS in SD N 004 Sungai Kubu Village, namely regulations or placards about PHBS that are available but inadequate, PHBS socialization is rarely done, and PHBS facilities and infrastructure are available but inadequate such as toilet cleaning tools SD N 004 Sungai Kubu Village .  Keywords: PHBS, 004 State Elementary School Sungai Kubu Village
