Abstract

This research describes effectiveness regulation of CITES ( Convention on InternationalTrade In Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) while regulate shark trade in CoralTriangel ( implementation in Indonesia). Its existence are threatened by illegal trade and illegalfishing. Sharks are particularly vulnerable to over-exploitation due to their biologicalcharacteristics of maturing late, having few young and being long-lived. According to FAO data,Indonesia is the major shark catching country in the world. Most parts of the sharks are utilized(fin, skin, meat, bones, stomach, liver, teeth) and generally sold through brokers/ traders atauction for domestic sale or export.This research is a descriptive-explanation research. It uses thelibrary research method with that collecting secondary data from books, journals, and internet. Ituses international regime theory and effectivenes regime to explain implementation Indonesia toregulate shark trade. This result of this research shows Indonesian was ineffective on regulateimplementation CITES because illegal trade and illegal fishing still happens, over exploitationand the minimum protection of status and regulation about shark in Indonesia.Keyword : CITES, illegal trade, illegal fishing, over-exploitation

Abstract

Conflict is a situation that is experienced, felt and can be created. Conflict can impact - positively influence which is useful for performance enhancement. Work performance is a measure measure of success or the success of the work during the work had done. This study discusses the influence of the level of conflict (as seen from the communication within the organization, organizational structure and personality differences in values) on job performance of nurses (consisting of the quality of work, quality of work, toughness and attitude).This study aims to determine the effect of the conflict on the level of work performance of nurses. This research was conducted at the Mental Hospital Tampan Pekanbaru. Subjects in this study were nurses working in the Mental Hospital Tampan Pekanbaru with census sampling technique as much as 88 nurses. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this study descriptive analysis and chi square test (χ2). The research results indicate there is significant effect between the level of conflict with the work performance of nurses on RSJ Tampan Pekanbaru. From the calculation results show that the obtained χ2 count is greater than χ2 table is 10.36> 9.488.Key word: level of conflict, job performance.

Abstract

This study illustrates Egypt's foreign policy , particularly in view of the struggle for Palestinian independence . Since Muhammad Mursi served as President of Egypt Egypt's foreign policy towards more pro towards the Arab and Islamic world especially those of the Palestinians . Unlike the previous President Husni Mubarok more pro Israel and the West . During Mursi led the Egyptians many policies taken Mursi in support of the Palestinian struggle for independenceThis study uses a constructivist paradigm strengthened with the theory of foreign policy . That the measures taken of a country can not be separated from national interests and become the rationale for the decision. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method .Based on information from various sources that the authors get , seeing that the foreign policy of Egypt in support of the Palestinian struggle for independence caused the closeness of ideology between the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt with Hamas in Palestine . Abstract

The role of the Department of Manpower and Transmigration Bengkalis in local employment in the District Mandau . And the purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Department of Manpower and Transmigration Bengkalis in local employment in the District and to identify factors Saber - inhibiting factors in local employment in the District Mandau . This study used qualitative research methods to the assessment of descriptive data . In collecting the data , the researcher used interview techniques , observation and study of literature . By using key informants as a source of information . Based on the research that has been conducted based on the concept and theory researchers found that the role of the Department of Manpower and Transmigration in local employment in the District Mandau belim effective . Abstract

This research is done on the business in town payakumbuh rendang egg. as for the formulation of the problem, namely how the right marketing efforts in order to face competition in the present.This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis method using the theory put forward by some experts on marketing efforts. in this study using the indicator of product packaging, pricing, promotion and distribution of product implementation rendang egg. techniques of data collection and survey interviews. census sampling techniques.Sources of data obtained by questionnaires and interviews with informants. Abstract

This research analyzes the role of United Nations Mission (UNAMA) on protecting the human rights in Afghanistan, especially during 2009 until 2012. Afghanistan is well known with its conflicts. Since the departure of Soviet Union in 1989, Afghanistan has fallen into civil wars. Many groups tried to take the seat of government until the Taliban rose. The Taliban became the most powerful group in Afghanistan until its major defeat in 2002 by Anaconda Operation of United States and its allies. UNAMA has been playing a positive role in Afghanistan since its formation in 2002. In realizing its goal to protect human rights staying respected as mandated in the United Nations’ Charter, UNAMA is supported by human rights unit. UNAMA is also supported by other international organizations. UNAMA made four priority areas of work in protecting human rights. They are protection civilian,violence against women, peace and reconciliation (transitional justice and impunity), and detention. The datas were collected from many sources like books, journals, and websites that can support this research. In this research, the reseacher uses pluralism perspective to describe the role of UNAMA in Afghanistan. This research is supported by international organization theories. Humanitarian assistance concept is also provided to support this research.Keywords : UNAMA, Taliban, conflict, human rights, international organization humanitarian assistance.

Abstract

The purpose of the study to determine the compensation provided by CV Simisu Karya to employees, to determine employee morale on the CV. Simisu Karya and to determine the effect of compensation on employee morale on the CV. Simisu Karya Pekanbaru.The population in this study were all employees who work in the CV Simisu Karya Pekanbaru totaling 25 people. Because of its population numbered only 25 people, the writer make all the sample population using census techniques. Data analysis technique will I use is simple linear regression.Compensation Based on the results of the research have a positive effect on employee morale due to the provision of appropriate and effective compensation can increase the motivation of employees to carry out their responsibilities well and will improve employee morale.Keywords:HumanResources Management, Compensation And Morale

Abstract

The number of minor disciplinary offenses committed by civil servants in the localgovernment environment. Siak, requires local governments in enforcing discipline inanticipation of such breach. The problem in this study is how the effectiveness of theenforcement of discipline in the civil service environment Siak Regional Employment Boardand the factors that affect the enforcement of discipline. As for the purpose of this researchwas to determine the effectiveness of the enforcement of discipline in the civil serviceenvironment Siak Regional Employment Board and to determine the factors that influencethe effectiveness of the enforcement of discipline.The concept of the theory is that researchers use effectiveness, organization anddiscipline. This study used qualitative research methods to the assessment of descriptive data.In collecting the data, the researcher used interview techniques, observation and study ofliterature. By using key informants as a source of information.The results of this study show that the effectiveness of the discipline of civil servantsin the Regional Employment Board Siak quite effective. Factors that influence theeffectiveness of this discipline is Chairman, remuneration, supervision attached, legalsanctions, mindset and justice.Keywords: Effectiveness, Enforcement Discipline

Abstract

Program development tourism waterfall Guruh Gemurai in Kuantan Singingi distrik. The purpose of this study was to determine how the program of tourism development waterfall Guruh gemurai in Kuantan Singingi district. In this study the authors use descriptive study kualitataif with research sites in the Department of Tourism Culture Youth and Sport Regency Kuantan Singingi The survey results revealed that the implementation of the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports Kebudayan Regency Kuantan Singingi in tourism development waterfalls thunder Gemurai tourism destinations such as program development, tourism marketing programs, and partnership development program. In the implementation of the above program have not been realized to the fullest. This was caused by several factors inhibiting the limited funding, the lack of human resources, infrastructure.Kata kunci: Program, pengembangan pariwisata, factor-faktor penghambat.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru . This study aims to determine the quality of service of employees Housekeeping Department at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru . This study aims at a) . To determine the response to a given service employees Housekeeping Department at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru . b ) . To find any efforts by the company to improve the quality of care Housekeeping Department at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru .The samples used in this study was 100 respondetsn ( people ) . This study uses Statiscal Descriptive analysis is a technique that describes in detail the issues, based on the data obtained from the questionnaire , and the data obtained will be analyzed to determine the percentage of respondents .The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative , ie by grouping the data compiled in such a way , then connects with theories relating to the problems faced by the organization so that it can be concluded .Boundary problem in this study , the authors only discuss about Quality Housekeeping Services Department provided to guests and any efforts by the company to improve the quality of care Housekeeping Department at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru . outside of the authors do not discuss this aspect.Identifications of this research is how the quality of housekeeping services at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru ? and any efforts by the company in an effort to improve the quality of housekeeping services at Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru .Keywords : Reliability, Responsiveness , Assurance , Empathy and Tangibles .
