Abstract

This research do in the Pujud subdistrict, Rokan Hilir regency it aimed to find out how form character fertile age couple out of it family planning and factors which influence out of it family planning. The tittle of research is ” Analysis Factors To Influence Out Of It The Fertile Age Couple In Family Planning Program At Pujud Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency”. Main problems in the research is how fertile age couple character out of it fam ily planning program and factors wihich influence. Population in the research is fertile age couple out of it family planning program, have a more two children. Exraction sampling in the research with purposive sampling technic. Total population out of it program family planning program in the 2011-2013 years amount 489 fertile age couple, takeable sampling 48 fertile age couple representatively of population. The method is quantitative descriptive method with quantitative and qualitative analysis data. Insrument extraction data is observation, kuesioner and guided interview as well as tabulation data in the single tabulation data and diagram. General result research of researcher show that fertile age couple out of it family planning program subjection mean of respondent attain the age 40 years old, generally elementary school graduate,have income 2.000.000,00->3.000.000,00 rupiah, moslem, majority is farmer, dominant is Java, have a 4-8 children and the last 44 fertile age couple join family planning program around 3-5 years ago. Dominant factor which influence out of it fertile age couple in research is culture, age, and health.Keywords: Fertile Age Couple, Out of it Family Planning, Family Planning Program.

Abstract

This study examines the practice of therapeutic communication as one ofthe scientific study, especially health communication, in which communication isrequired in the treatment process, both humanistic and interpersonal skills, in thiscase involved the doctors and woman with breast cancer. This study designed todetermine the therapeutic communication techniques by the doctors to patientswith breast cancer in RSUD Arifin Achmad Hospital province of Riau andanalyzes the driving and inhibiting factors that relate to the success of it.The research was conducted at RSUD Arifin Achmad Hospital province ofRiau, located in Diponegoro street. This study took place from September 2013 toJanuary 2014. The method used in this study is qualitative study. Researchsubjects consisted of two oncology specialists who deal with breast cancerpatients at RSUD Arifin Achmad Hospital and six patients as additionalinformants. Datas were collected through observation and interviews.Results of this study indicate that therapeutic communication techniquesperformed by oncology surgeons at RSUD Arifin Achmad Hospital consisted oflistening, asking, sharing perceptions, clarifying, informing, changingperspectives, and assisting fears of the patients in humorous way. The supportingfactors for succesfull therapeutic communication techniques to the breast cancerpatients at RSUD Arifin Achmad Hospital are the openness of patients to thedisease, the patient's confidence to the treatment performed by doctors, familysupport, and treatment facilities owned by RSUD Arifin Achmad Hospital. Whileinhibiting factor are the patients less focus in listening explanation from doctors,patients too much asking questions, patient education background, doctors tightschedule, and clinic conditions that always crowded.Keywords: Therapeutic Communication, Interpersonal Communication, BreastCancer

Abstract

Well-being is a condition generally expected by every people in gething safe life and piece. Well-being means that a human condition that releaged from disuption in their life. There are many ways that used by the humans to find the well-being in their life. Beside that, religion clearly help the humans to choose good way to find the well-being in their life and the beyond. This study purposed to find out empirically the correlation between religiosity and well-being in Lubuk Gaung village Siak Kecil district. The hyphotesis in this study is” There is correlation between religiosity and well-being in destitute people. With the population 185 people, the subject of this research is 156 people.Data correlation technique that used in this research is religiosity scale and well-being scale from (Glock and Stark). Data analysis technique that used in this study is (product momen). The result indicated that there is positif correlation that very significant between religiosity and well-being in destitute people. 0,401 in significant phase 0,000 (< 0,001). It means that religiosity has the significant effect to the well-being. With categorizes the grade of religiosity lowest 0 people (0%), low 5 people (3,20%), middle 70 people (44,88%), high 39 people (25%), and highest 42 people (26,92%). And then in well-being, lowest 11 people (7,1%), low 34 people (21,8%), middle 67 peopele (43 %), high 29 people (18,5 %) and highest is people (9,6%).Keyword; Religiosity, Well-being, And Destitute People

Abstract

Factors Affecting Implementation of Oil Palm Plantation Revitalization Program in the Village of Tapung Jaya Subdistrict Tandun Rokan Hulu District. Efforts to encourage the real sector through public welfare program is one of them through Oil Palm Plantation Revitalization Program. The purpose of this study is to is to determine the factors that affect the implementation of the Oil Palm Plantation Revitalization Program in the village of Tapung Jaya Subdistrict Tandun Rokan Hulu District. The concept of the theory is that researchers use public policy,public policy implementation and plantation revitalization program. This study used qualitative research methods to the assessment of descriptive data. In collecting the data, the researcher used interview techniques, observation and documentation. By using key informants as a source of information and analysis of the data using descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence Revitalization Program Implementation in Oil Palm Plantation Village of Tapung Jaya Subdistrict Tandun Rokan Hulu District is still a lack of clarity of the information received by the program managers , as well as the lack of facilities to support the implementation of the program, incentives are still less , and participation of the community as the target program is not maximized so that the implementation of the Oil Palm Plantation Village Revitalization in the village of Tapung Jaya Subdistrict Tandun Rokan Hulu District has not run optimally .Key Word: Public Policy, Implementation, Plantation Revitalization Program.

Abstract

PUBLIC PERCEPTION OF PT ACTIVITY AGAINST WONOSOBO PT. CPI (CHEVRON PACIFIC INDONESIA) IN MANDI DISTRICT OF GUTTER VILLAGE MANDAU BENGKALIS This thesis is submitted in order to qualify holds a Bachelor of Sociology. With the title "Public Perception of PT Activity Against Wonosobo. CPI (Chevron Pacific Indonesia) in Mandi District of Gutter Village Bengkalis Saber". The problem addressed in this paper is to describe the public perception of the company's activities Limassol. Production activities undertaken by the company to have an impact on the surrounding community, both positive and negative . Vice versa, views or actions of people around the company may affect the sustainability of a company's presence in a particular area. The interaction between the two is a matter that can not be avoided because they are in the same neighborhood population of this study is the entire community of Wonosobo in RW 14 with the 1120 Soul. The sample in this study as many as 5 % of the total population, the sample in this study as many respondents with a calculation that is x 1120 = 56 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is the technique of random sampling or random sederhanan that samples taken from each unit of study is a unit elemeter of the population has an equal chance to be selected as a sample, if desired sample size is different then the size of the opportunity for selected for each elementary unit was different too. The method used is the method of Quantitative Descriptive data analysis Quantitative and Qualitative. Screening instrument data used are observation, questionnaires , and interviews. The theory used for the public perception of this issue is by Harihanto (2001 ) as cited by Pandeangan (2005 ) stated that perception is essentially the view, interpretations, judgments, expectations or aspirations of a person to an object.Results of research conducted in general the writer can say that there is a public perception of positive impact and therefore have a negative impact felt by the surrounding community. The impact of company activities such as water pollution, air pollution and soil contamination. But people are also protected because the company continues to implement its corporate social responsibility ( CSR ) to the surrounding community. Corporate social responsibility activities are largely included in the category of charity and genuine desire to engage in activities that the company actually came from the company's vision. Abstract

The purpose of this research is explains the impactment of REACH (registration, evaluation, authorization, and restriction chemicals) as a European Union’s regulation to export textile’s product of Indonesia. This research describes about the impact of REACH that created by ECHA (European Chemicals Agency) to improve protection of human health and the environment from the risks of chemicals. This research applies qualitative research method. The author collects data from books, encyclopedia, academic journals, mass media and sources from the internet that discuss about REACH and the impact to export of Indonesia textile’s product. This research use nation state analysis, liberalism perspective, and mercantilism theory. The conclusion is the impactment of REACH is failed export textile product and the decrease export textile’s product of Indonesia.Keywords: Chemicals, ECHA, REACH, Textile and Textile’s product

Abstract

Performance analysis for Public Service. Measurements in a performance that is very necessary with a view to identify and improve the effectiveness of performance on a system. In this research, performance analysis and performance measurement focused on the sub-districts in the district of Tanah Putih in providing services. in this case because according to the information extracting and growing issue that is problematic dikecamatan public services such convoluted, complicated, confusing and do not have a clear time accuracy. While the principles of the ideal of public service does not comply with the conditions of service are held. Departing from the researchers were interested in examining these issues and attempt to provide solutions for improving public services in the district of Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir regency of Riau province.The purpose of this study to investigate the performance of the device districts in providing public services, in addition to knowing the factors that hinder the performance of the districts in providing public services in the Tanah Putih district of Rokan Hilir. The results showed that the performance of the device has not been effective Tanah Putih districts and the factors that hinder them not maketh Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines in carrying out the performance of labor services is not yet fully understands its obligations and duties and principles of public service ideal.Kata Kunci : Performance analysis, Public Service, productifity, service quality, responcivity, akuntability.

Abstract

Globalization affected the fertility level of a family. Demand of children in a family is getting a little, faund in many communities only have 2 to 3 children only. The small number of children in the family not only can we see the family in urban but also in families residing in rural areas. It is certainly happening because of certain reason from parent. How parent interpret their childrens attendence and the consequence that will be receive after having a child becomes a parent consideration in determining the numbe of children who will be possessed. Therefore this study was conducted in order to determine the value of children in the family oil palm growers, number of children, and the expectations of parent of children in the family. To answer the questions of the study, researchers use childrens theory of value put forward by David Lucas. Subject of this study were parent who worked as a farmers in the village Sungai Siput Kecamtan Siak Kecil Kabupaten Bengkalis. The study uses data obtained through interviews, observation, ang documentation. Later and though using qualitative methods. Disclosed in accordance with the narrative of the subject ang the actual conditions in the field.Value of a child is a parent perspective to the presence of children in the family, then the perspective of parent of children will affect the desired number of children parents. Farther expectation of parent of child who had. Field finding indicate that parent decide to have a number of children two to three only. Costs incurred for the needs of children parent pretty much. Especially to meet the education, whereas children are not able to support their families. It can be concluded that parents today are more concerned with quality than quantity of children.Keyword: value of children, number of children, parental expectations.

This research was conducted on PT. Sinar Mulya Sejahtera, Pekanbaru city. The purpose of this study is to find the right marketing strategy to be applied in PT. Sinar Mulya Sejahtera with SWOT analysis.This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Where non population and sample. This study using key informan to obtain the information needed. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained from interview with the director PT. Sinar Mulya Sejahtera about the company profile and strategy of PT. Sinar Mulya Sejahtera.. Secondary data obtained from target sales and realized sales report.From the analysis conducted known that in recent years, product sales has decreased. The decrease can be happen because the company never knew and never do the analysis about market environment changes, market demand, and low marketing activities. SWOT analysis conducted to determine the strengths, weakness, opportuniteies, and threats in PT. Sinar Mulya Sejahtera. The marketing strategy formulated using SWOT Matrix. Abstract

This research attempts to describe how UNICEF addressing one of humanrights issue, child soldiering, in Myanmar. Myanmar has the largest number ofchild soldiers in the world. These child soldiers not only use as combatant, butalso spies, porters, messengers, cooks, lay or clear landmines, training orguarding other childres, weapon transport workers, and even for sexual purposes.Use children in any purpose in military cause psychological, physical andsociocultural sufferings. Child soldiers are deprived of their basic andcontitutional fundamental rights such as their life, liberty, security and so forth.Method applied in this research is description, which trying to describehow an intergoventmental organization play its role in adrressing a global humanrights phenomenon.UNICEF work in 191 countries in the world in order to protect childrenand their fundamental rights which had written in Convention on the Rights of theChildren . UNICEF works in order to protect children from poverty, violence,disease, and discrimination.
