Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and social security on employee morale (Case Study on HR Employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru). Morale is the desire and seriousness of a person to do their job well and to be disciplined to achieve maximum productivity so that company goals can be achieved. To increase employee morale, it is necessary to first investigate what factors affect employee morale. Where the independent variables in this study are incentives and social security, and the dependent variable is morale. The population in this study were employees of PT.Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru with a sample of 105 people who were calculated using the method of Issac and Michael. Types and sources of data in the study were primary data and secondary data using questionnaires, interviews and company documents. The data analysis used is to use the help of the SPSS ver 26 application for windows. The results showed that partially incentives and social security had a significant effect on employee morale and simultaneously incentives and social security had a significant effect on employee morale of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru's human resources.Keywords: Incentives, social security, moral

Abstract

Riau province became the top five in internet penetrase in Sumatra. That states that Riau Province is well worth doing all activities in the digital world. Social Media promotion itself is certainly able to increase the number of tourist visits to Riau Province, under the pretext of the internet spread inside without knowing the time limit, place, and also status. This is a serious step that will be known about the smooth running of social media itself. This research aims to find out what promotions and media are chosen in the promotion. Based on the method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method to analyze the problems collected by the authors through interviews, observations, and documentation with the marketing authorities of Riau Provincial Tourism Office. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Capella Medan Daihatsu Duri Branch, located on street Duri-Dumai km 3.5 in front of the dsf gate. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and pricing on purchasing decisions for terios cars at PT. Capella Medan Daihatsu Branch of Duri. Product quality and pricing (X1X2) meanwhile purchasing decisions (Y).        The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis obtained from the results of a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale which is then processed by the SPSS program. The sample of this study was 85 respondents from the population who were calculated using the Slovin formula. This research uses simple linear regression analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis.               The results showed that the quality of the product had an effect on purchasing decisions for terios cars with a value of  t co+unt> t table (8,712> 1,663) and significance (0,000 <0.05). Pricing affects the decision to purchase terios cars with a value of  t count> t table (11.099> 1.663) and significance (0.000 <0.05). Product quality and pricing on purchasing decisions for terios cars with a value of  F count> F table (63.158> 3.11) and significance (0.000 <0.05). It can be concluded that product quality and pricing have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for terios cars at PT. Abstract

Wirid recitation is an activity smelling of Islam that is done both men and women to learn the practice of the Qur'an, dhikr, prayer and hadith.Wirid study is not only to get closer to the creator but also to get closer to usto our environment that is man with the creator, man with man and man with his environmen. With the wirid of this study of course the security that always happens so as to create a relationship of solidarity cohesiveness, and familiarity whether it is true with the wirid this study can strengthen friendship between fellow people in pinang village sebatang if it is true whether they are as familiar as it is only because of formalities in an organization only. The Problem Formulation is how wirid teaching activities and what does wirid teaching activity have to do with the social activities of the community there. The subjects of this study amounted to 9 mosque chairmen, wirid chairmen of teaching and members of the teaching wirid, in determining the subject the author studied using purposvie sampling techniques. Data collection is conducted using in-depth interview, observation, and documentation methods. The results showed that it is true that the existence of such study wirid can create friendship and harmony between peoples there even though they have different cultural and ethnic backgrounds if there are conflicts that can be resolved faster with the wirid of teaching so that conflicts social inequality are minimal to occur. But they cannot be said to be familier because they are bound by the rules in which the study wirid must be adhered to in accordance with the mutual agreement. Their togetherness is only a formality, so it can be concluded that they can be said to be close but can not be said to be famillier.   Key words: wirid studying and community collectivity

Abstract

Policy is an important part in an organization and government. The stages in making policy consist of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. This study aims to find out how the implementation of health protocol policies in tourist areas Rumah Singgah Tuan Kadi Pekanbaru during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The key informants in this study were head of the arts and culture development division of the Pekanbaru city culture and tourism office, and the supporting informants were the management agency Rumah Singgah Tuan Kadi, visitors, the community and traders. Based on the results of the study, the authors concluded that the implementation of health protocol policies in tourist areas Rumah Singgah Tuan Kadi Pekanbaru during the covid-19 pandemic had gone well, visitors who came always implemented health protocols such as using masks, washing hands, and keeping a distance between visitors. In the management of a tourist attraction Rumah Singgah Tuan Kadi there are obstacles, namely the lack of funds, the funds used in the management of this tourist are funds originating from the Pekanbaru city culture and tourism office.   Keywords: Policy, Management, Tourist, Covid-19

Abstract

Currently the development of tourism in Indonesia is growing rapidly. The development of the tourism sector is considered promising and provides benefits to many parties ranging from government, society and the private sector. This is because tourism is an area that is considered to have the potential to be developed and can benefit one of them in the field of travel agencies. However, over time, technological advances have also developed rapidly, this has an impact on the travel bureau. Rapid technological advances have led to a decline in the number of sales at travel bureaus. Good airplane ticket sales and tour packages. Rapidly advancing technological advances do not affect everyone. This is evidenced in the increase in sales of tour packages at PT.Aras Hijrah Tour and Travel Pekanbaru. In this study, focusing on factors that influence the decision to purchase tour packages by consumers PT. Aras Hijrah Tour and Travel. The quantitative descriptive approach method can provide a detailed description of the problem under study. In this study, the authors distributed Questionnaire or Questionnaire to 100 respondents, with 12 questions. The results of this study prove that psychological decisions are an influential factor in making decision to purchase tour packages at PT. Abstract

Bainduok's traditional return is to find adoptive parents, tribes and ninik mamak for migrants who want to marry one of the residents in Istiqomah Pongkai Village. But there are still many newcomers who do not understand what the purpose of this custom is, even though the custom of returning to Bainduok is done so that the newcomer is made easy with all matters and makes the official outsider become the Pongkai Istiqomah Village community. The purpose of this study is 1) to know the physical aspects of adat bainduok return, 2) know the social aspects of adat bainduok return, 3) know the values contained in the bainduok return customs.               The author uses qualitative research methods, using symbolic interaction theory. The research location is in Pongkai Istiqomah Village, XIII Koto Kampar District, Kampar Regency. The time of the field research was August 2019 to May 2020. The research subjects were 9 people, determined using a purposive technique. The object of research on the symbolic meaning of the custom of returning home to bainduok in different regional marriages in Pongkai Istiqomah Village. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity test used participation extension and triangulation.               The results of this research show that the people of Pongkai Istiqomah Village are still practicing this custom because this custom has been passed down for generations. This custom has physical aspects, namely: throbbing, slapping, pencak silat, calempong, goat's head and also mamak ninik clothes. In addition to the physical aspects of adat, it also has a social aspect, namely mutual cooperation and mutual assistance between communities. Abstract

Siak Regency has tourism potential such as natural tourism, cultural tourism, religious tourism and historical tourism. One of the most visited enthusiasts every year is the Historical Tourism Object, the Siak Palace. Therefore, this study was conducted to find out Visitor Segmentation in the Siak Palace area so that tourist attractions can increase tourist visits each year. This study aims to determine how the Visitor Segmentation of Siak Palace Area in Siak Sri Indrapura Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by collecting data in the form of words, pictures, and describing or describing phenomena that exist, both scientific phenomena and human engineering, this method is able to explain phenomena through collecting data obtained through interviews, any data that can be processed and published clearly using language that is easily understood. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The sample in this study was 100 samples using the Slovin formula. Measurement data using a Likert scale to determine the length of the short interval. Based on the results of this study, Visitor Segmentation of the Siak Palace Area in Siak Regency with sub-variables Geographic Segmentation, Demographic Segmentation, Psychographic Segmentation, and Consumer Behavior Segmentation.                                                                                   Keywords: Visitor Segmentation, Siak Palace

Abstract

Umrah pilgrimage tour is a series of umrah pilgrimage activities that include service development and congregational protection carried out by the ministry or umrah travel organizers. The regional Office of the Ministry of Religion has the task of providing guidance an in the implementation of umrah pilgrimage, the regional Office of the Ministry of Religion at the Provincial level is involved in the process of monitoring the implementation of umrah pilgrimage at the Provincial level. But what is happening today is that there are still many umrah travel agents who ceat to get big profits. Therefore, the Ministry of Religion of Riau Province must increase supervision so that it can be controlled from irregularities in the Umrah Pilgrimage. The formulation taken is how to supervise the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Riau Province on the organizers of umrah pilgrimages in Pekanbaru City in 2018.            The purpose of the study was to determine the supervision of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religional of Riau Province on the organizers ofUmrah Pilgrimage in Pekanbaru City 2018. The research method used is qualitative research. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the research location is at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Riau Province and travel agents for umrah pilgrimage. Data collection techniques by means of interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis technique by using qualitative data analysis or exposure and description in words or sentences of data that has been obtained to obtain conclusions.            The results of the study indicate that the ministry of religion of riau province has not maximally supervised umrah travel agents so that there are still many umrah travel agents who commit fraud. This monitoring is carried out twice a year. The form supervised by the ministry of religion of riau province is registration, of financial management, travel plans, operational activities, congregational service, management and use of visas, indication of irregularities or certain cases and compliance with statutory provisions.Keywords: Control, Umrah Worship, Umrah Pilgrimage Trip, Umrah Travel Organizer

Abstract

BUMDes is a village business formed / established by the village government whose capital ownership and management is carried out by the village government and the community with types of businesses in the form of village economic services such as, business services (microfinance transportation services, communication services, construction services, and energy services) , distribution of nine staples, sugar, salt, cooking oil, soybeans, and other foodstuffs managed through village stalls or village granaries), trade in agricultural products, and industry and folk handicrafts.This research focuses on the BUMDes development strategy with the aim of describing and analyzing how the development carried out by BUMDes and discovering the supporting and inhibiting factors in the BUMDes development process. The theory used in this study is the theory of Tyagi in Wibowo which states that organizational development is a planned, systematic, organized and collaborative effort in which the principles of knowledge about behavior and organizational theory are applied with the intention of improving the quality of life which is reflected in improving health and organizational vitality, increasing intensity of organization and group members in competence and self-esteem and the better society in general.The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The selection of research informants using snowball sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that in this study, problems were found that became the problem of the development of BUMDesPekanLebihLebih, both from internal factors related to human resources who were not yet competent in their fields, plus the program of the bumdes week program focused more on the savings and loan sector, so there was a buildup of money on the utilization of the bumdes so many loan surges were soaring. Key word: organization Development BUMDes Pekan Tebih
