Abstract

Implementation instructions are corrective actions in carrying out the tasks in accordance with predetermined plans, instructions and instructions, so that the objectives that have been provided can be obtained. It is important to supervise the company to be in accordance with the standards set by the company. but in addition to improvement, the banyan tree also provides feedback and also provides feedback to employees for good work during the work. Abstract

Writing a thesis entitled " Supervision Of The Pekanbaru City Trade And Industry Service On The Scales Of Traders In Pekanbaru City Traditional Markets Through The Implementation Of Tera In 2018". There are factors ineffective service supervision of traders' scales and traders who still use scales that have not been calibrated or the scales are canceled, namely from internal factors and external factors. This research was conducted at the Trade and Industry Office of Pekanbaru City, the trade and industry section of the metrology supervisory section. The purpose of this research is to describe the Supervision Of The Pekanbaru City Trade And Industry Service On The Scales Of Traders In Pekanbaru City Traditional Markets Through The Implementation Of Tera In 2018. The theory used is Bohari's theory of Preventive Supervision and Repressive Supervision. The research method used by the author is descriptive qualitative with interview data collection techniques and documentation. The type of data used by the author is primary data and secondary data. The results of this study are to determine the supervision carried out by the trade and industry office of Pekanbaru City in the field of trade and industry in the Metrology Supervisory Section in supervising traders' scales in traditional markets in Pekanbaru City, and so far the supervision of the Trade and Industry office has not been effective. Key words: supervision, scales, traders

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Motivation Muslimah Community at the Great Mosque of An-nur. The purpose of this study was to determine the Self-Concept of the Motivation Muslim Community in Pekanbaru City. The topic of focus in this research is to know the self-concept of the Muslimah community in Peknabaru. There are 4 informants in this study. The author uses qualitative methods and uses purposive sampling technique. The data instruments. were interviews and documentation. From the research conducted, the authors found that what led to the Self-Concept of the Muslimah Motivation Community in Pekanbaru City was because they wanted to join the community because it arose from their own desires. Before they want to enter the community they find out what self-concept as a Muslim woman and what an Ideal Muslim woman is like, they have already sought out and thought about it because of their previous reflections and thoughts. Keywords: Self-Concept, Community, Muslimah Motivation Pekanbaru

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in providing assistance to children victims of humanitarian crisis in Madagascar. In an emergency and humanitarian context, children are the most suffering and most vulnerable communities. Madagascar's children are deprived of their rights, trapped in starvation, fell ill with life-threatening illnesses because their health, water and sanitation services and the infrastructure around them collapsed due to natural disasters. UNICEF as an international institution that works independently, becomes a forum to help fulfill the rights of Madagascar children.This study aims to find out how the role played by UNICEF in providing assistance to childrens in Madagascar in 2018-2020. This study uses the theory of the role of International Organizations and qualitative research methods with library research techniques, namely utilizing secondary data obtained through literature studies that get from various literatures such as books, journal, bulletins, annual reports of several related agencies, documents, or other materials that support research.The Humanitarian Action for Children program underline the role of UNICEF to help the children of Madagascar from all threats to their lives. The role that UNICEF has played is, reconstruction and revitalization efforts, and collaboration with the government and other organizations. Some of the activities held by UNICEF include distributing various needed assistance, providing mobile clinics, conducting campaigns and counseling, building temporary facilities, and providing psychosocial support. Keywords: Role, UNICEF, Humanitarian Crisis, Children

Abstract

Leadership succession is needed in both family and non-family companies, large companies and small companies. Many family companies fail in the second generation of leadership, but many are successful, even become large after being managed by the second generation due to the success of succession planning. In order for the success of a company to be guaranteed, good leadership succession preparation is needed. This research was conducted to find an explanation of how the leadership process in family companies, especially at Pak Abbas's Restaurant. This study uses qualitative methods to find a deep understanding of the leadership succession process. To obtain data, researchers used observation, interviews and literature study as a complement. The data that can be obtained have started from the theory of leadership, succession to the theory of family companies.The results of the discussion show that the previous leader never chose a successor candidate to continue the company, but the prospective successor as a company observer has high motivation to continue the company, the former leader is only a behind-the-scenes actor who provides advice to prospective successors when they are involved as company successors. The succession process carried out includes the stage that the prospective successor has a strong responsibility to continue the company and then the successor candidate evaluation can develop the company.Keyword: Succession, Leadership, Family Company

Abstract

Covering the less than optimal equipment and supporting facilities for firefighting in the city of Pekanbaru, the Pekanbaru local government issued Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 73 of 2018 Concerning Information Technology Systems in “Smart Rescue” Fire Fighting Services. In 2019 the Pekanbaru City Government implemented a Smart rescue information technology system to optimize the equipment and support facilities for firefighters in Pekanbaru. Even though the information technology system has been equipped with Smart Rescue, the policy has not been optimal. There are still several problems from the weak performance of the Pekanbaru City Fire and Rescue Service.This study aims to determine the implementation of Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 73 of 2018 concerning Smart Rescue Information Technology Systems in Fire Fighting Services and to find out what factors influence the implementation of Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 73 of 2018 concerning Smart Rescue Information Technology Systems in Fire Service. . This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the location of the research was carried out at the Fire and Rescue Service of Pekanbaru City. Furthermore, data collection techniques are carried out by interview and documentation.The results show that the implementation of Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 73 of 2018 concerning smart rescue information technology systems in fire fighting services has not been optimal. This is caused by several influencing factors such as inadequate communication, inadequate resources, inadequate disposition and inadequate bureaucratic structure. Keywords: Implementation, Public Policy, Smart Rescue, Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure.

Abstract

Abstract An effort was made to provide effectiveness for public services provided to the public is to make innovations in the field of services that are appropriate to the environmental needs of the community. In this case, the organizer of the Sub-District Government of Rambah Hilir made an innovation policy for public services to overcoming barriers and organizational needs in the public sector number 76 of 2018 concerning public service outlets. Rambah Hilir Subdistrict is the only Subdistrict in Rokan Hulu that is capable of making innovation breakthroughs in the service sector, but the Rambah Hilir Subdistrict government is still not optimal in its implementation so the results to be achieved have not been maximized. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of public service innovation at the Public Service Outlet (GP2) of Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The theoretical concept used is the Theory of Effectiveness according to Duncan, This theory has three indicators to measure Effectiveness: Achieving Objectives; Integration; Adaptation. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach and with the required data both primary and secondary obtained through interview, observation, and documentation techniques and then analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that: first, the Implementation of Public Service Innovations in the Public Service Outlet (GP2) in Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency is still not fully effective. Second, the factors that hinder the effectiveness of Public Service Innovation in Public Service Outlets (GP2) in Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency, namely: human resources, facilities and infrastructure, and district level government support. Keywords: Effectiveness, Service Innovation, Public Services

Abstract

YouTube is the second social platform after Facebook which has the most active users until January 2018 .. In addition, beauty tutorial content is one of the content that users are interested in. In humans, the word beauty is a word that can never be separated from a woman. Beauty or beauty itself is often based on two categories, such as: Inner Beauty (the beauty that is in). The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research type. This research was conducted by looking at Abel Cantika's Youtube video content "Wardah One Brand Make Up Tutorial" which was accessed on August 31, 2020. Based on the results of the research and discussion previously stated, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) Dominant Hegomony Viewers, the meaning of the audience is as beauty content that is honest in expressing its opinion, has a good attitude in reviewing products and conveying correct assumptions and in accordance with the condition of the product used by Abel when conducting tutorials. (2) Negotiating viewers, they are helped by the video tutorial from Abel because it really helps them choose the products they will use and who are just starting to learn to benefit from using makeup. (3) Oppositional audience, and there were some students who opposed the rejection for various reasons such as the problem of conformity with the shape of the face or the contrasting preference of Abel.Keywords: Reception Analysis, Youtube, Beauty Vlogger

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence dividend policy and investment decisions on stock prices. Population in this study is a transport company listed dibursa securities indonesia which amounted to 7 companies with the period 2009-2014. Data collection techniques using annual financial reports faithfully year.The results of data analysis or regression results show that simultaneously dividend policy and investment decisions significantly influence the stock price.keywords: Effect of dividend policy and investment decisions on stock prices

Abstract

This study aims to know the role within cooperation between EDSA or also called the European Down Syndrome Association with  DS-InfoCenter or Deutches Down Syndrome Info Center and how is this cooperation giving an impact to the quality of life for Down Syndrome carrier in Germany.            The research method  used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with constructivist perspective. In the process of collecting research data, the author uses direct observation as well as live interviews conducted on site and documentary studies obtained from printed  media such as books and journals, as well as online media such as sites and videos.             Through research conducted and data processing conducted by the authors, there are 3 roles produced by EDSA and DS-Infocenter in improving the quality of life of people with down syndrome in Germany. As an instrument, EDSA works closely with Ds-infocenter in terms of facilities. As an arena, EDSA and Ds-infocenter became a forum for expert meetings. And as an independent actor, EDSA has the power to conduct a program without third-party interference.Keyword: Down Syndrome, EDSA, DS-InfoCenter, Clinical Conditions, Quality of Life
