Abstract

Knowledge is the result out end this happened after people take action on a particular object. This study aims to determine the level of student knowledge marga-marga Batak to determine the correlation between the level of knowlwdge od students about the marga-marga Batak against nalilu behavior. Marga is a group of unilinear kinship patrilinear, which would the be passed on to offspring continuously. Nalilu is a condition in which a vagabond who does not know the clan and lineage, so he did not know where kinship and behave according to the rules of life armpits surname. The research method used is quantitative and analyzed the correlation of product moment to compare the level knoeledge of students about the marga-marga Batak on the behavior nalilu. The result of the student’s knowledge level clans Batak was 57 (85%) of respondents in the medium category and 10 (15%) of respondents in the low category. Nalilu behavior in the evironment as much as 6 (9%) respondents never do nalilu and 46 (69%) sometimes never do nalilu and 15 (22%) of respondents have never done nalilu. Students who never did nalilu reasons if it met the hobo, it will immediately ask whether the people of his clan by clan related. If anything, call khinsip what to use. In addition, some students argued that they never intoduced clan. In this case means, they do not use rhe clan as her identy. Result of data analysis can be concluded that there is a correlation between the level of knowledge of students about the clans hobo againts nalilu behavior with significant value 0.000 lebih kecil 0,05 and the degree of influence between the two variables that are in the strong category is 0.671.Keywords: Correlation, Knowledge, Marga, Nalilu

Abstract

In the management of fixed assets (Regional Property) should be made a thorough work plan as well as the existence of a working mechanism in order to achieve the objectives of the organization concerned to the fullest. Problems in how the problem of research formulated Regional Property management impacts on the performance of the District Education Office in Kepulauan Meranti Year 2015-2016. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of management on the performance of Regional Property Office of Education in Kepulauan Meranti Regency Year 2015-2016. This study used a descriptive approach with qualitative methods. This research is located in the Department of Education and Culture Meranti Islands District. The informants are people who provide information and conditions related to the research problem that staff at the Department of Education and Culture Meranti Islands District. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive methods.The results of this study can be concluded that the Regional Property management on the performance of the District Education Office in Kepulauan Meranti Year 2015-2016 a significant impact on performance, because there are a couple of cycles of Property Management Areas that have not been going well. Efforts Department of Education and Culture Meranti Islands regency to overcome the obstacles of human resources inadequate and poorly maximum auxiliary board items inside the asset management area, is conducting technological guidance regarding the management of local goods. Abstract

The Siak River is one of the major rivers that has received national attention and is also included in the national strategic river category (Kepres No. 12 tahun 2012).The number of activities in the Siak watershed, including as a means of transportation, agricultural water sources, clean water sources, and business activity centers, and so on causing the water quality standard in the Siak watershed to decline. This research is motivated by how the supervision carried out by the Department of Environment and Sanitation of Pekanbaru City but under their supervision they encountered various problems. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems that occur in the implementation of supervision which causes a decrease in the quality of water quality standards in the Siak Watershed in Pekanbaru City. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative research type. The types of research data are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique in this research is documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis.The results showed that the monitoring of DLHK in controlling the pollution of the Siak Watershed in Pekanbaru City has not been optimal. This can be seen from the decline in the quality of water quality standards in the Siak Watershed in Pekanbaru City. There are inhibiting factors both internally and externally; provision of inefficient facilities and infrastructure and no coordination between institutions on a par. The right solution to overcome the problems in controlling pollution in the Siak Watershed in Pekanbaru City is to create a neater and more effective program planning, and creating policies that can improve coordination between each agency concerned and the community, increase the budget, and increase the time for more intensive and routine monitoring.  Keywords : monitoring, regulatory compliance inspection, inter-agency coordination

Abstract

This research aims to determine about the Management of Amenities at Homestay Rumah Kayuku at Village Garegeh sub-district Mandiangin Koto Selayan, Bukittinggi City. Management is organizing or managing activity with moving power who the procces to involve wisdom implamentation and objective achivement. Homestay Rumah Kayuku is a place who serve acomodation services who places at St.Ranah Number. 7,Garegeh Village, Mandiangin Sub-District Koto Selayan, Bukittinggi City, Sumatera Barat Province. Homestay Rumah Kayuku has been operate seince 2015. This research using method Qualitative to examine problem with making two key infoman as interviewees that is one owner and one administator. However data cellection technique using interview. Observation, and documentation. Abstract

Children with cancer have the same rights and opportunities to get education as healthy children in general. “My School” at the Indonesian Cancer Child Love Foundation (YKAKI) – Riau is a school facility that is intended for children with cancer so that they can continue to receive education and do not drop out of school even during treatment and treatment. Interpersonal communication is needed in the learning process between teachers and students with cancer. This research was conducted to determine how openness, empathy, positive attitudes, supportiveness and equality are carried out by teachers and students with cancer at “My School” at the Indonesian Canmcer Child Love Foundation (YKAKI) – Riau.            This research uses qualitative research methods with a symbolic interaction approach and is descriptive in nature. The informant in study were teacher, students with cancer and parents of students with cancer using a purposive method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used an interactive model by Miles and Huberman. The technique of checking the validity of the data in this study used participation extension and triangulation. The results showed that the interpersonal communication carried out by the teachers and students with cancer in the learning process went well. The attitude of openness is carried out by asking how the student is, what the student feels, what the student thinks, what the student with cancer wants to learn. The attitude of empathy that is carried out is in the form of verbal and nonverbal. The positive behavior is being friendly and not angry with students with cancer. The supportive attitude is done by giving encouragement, motivation and praise to students with cancer. The equality between teachers and students is by not being patronizing and valuing each other. Interpersonal communication between teachers and students has a positive impact on students with cancer in getting education and fighting the disease. Keyword : Interpersonal communication, teachers, children with cancer

Abstract

The problems on the management of Rawa Mekar Jaya's mangrove ecotourism area is interesting to study because this mangrove ecotourism area has great potential to be developed however the management has not been optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of mangrove ecotourism in Rawa Mekar Jaya Village, Sungai Apit District, Siak Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods through data collection techniques by observation,interviews, and documentation in the form of pictures or tables. The results of this study are based on management theory according to Geroge R. Terry, which includes planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring. As for the informants in this study were the Village Head, POKDARWIS, Community, and Tourism Office of Siak Regency. The implementation of Rawa Mekar Jaya mangrove ecotourism management has not been going well such as organizing is still not optimal seen from many people who are no longer active in management, government oversight has not been routinely obstacles are also found in the implementation of ecotourism management, namely budget constraints, lack of government participation, lack of human resource capabilities in the field of tourism and lack of facilities and infrastructure.Keywords: Management, Ecotourism, human Resources

Abstract

Indonesia tries to improve its economic development. Latin America is a potential market for Indonesian products such as: footwear;tea,coffee, aluminium, seaweed, artificial flower and seafood. Chile as a develop country, a member of Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) can be an access for Indonesian export. This research elaborated the reason why Indonesia elected Chile for cooperation through the Indonesia Chile - Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IC-CEPA).This explanative qualitative research is content analysis. Data from books, journals, official documents from Indonesian Ministry of Trade and Chilean Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Indonesian Ministry of Finance, Indonesian Directorate General of International Trade Negotiations and websites from Indonesia Bank, CNN Business, IContainers, KBBI, Kumparan, Kontan, Republika, World Bank, and Wikipedia were utilized to analyzed phenomena of the cooperation and its progress. Theory of international cooperation from Dougherty &Pfaltzgraff about international cooperation explain cooperation between countries is not based on force and violence. Cooperation arises due to the commitment of individuals and the country to obtain collective welfare.The research showed that Chile is a strategic country in terms of location i.e. has borders with three big countries (Bolivia, Peru, and Argentina). Chile is a stable country based on Logistic Performance Index (LPI) level. Good facilities for international seaport and high purchasing power of Chilean. Complementary products between Indonesia and Chile became the push and full factors for cooperation. Indonesia Chile signed Indonesia Chile – Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IC-CEPA) on December 14, 2017 to accomplish the corporation. Abstract

The Siak Regency Education and Culture Office is cooperating with the Women's Empowerment Office for Child Protection in Population and Family Planning (DP3AP2KB) in order to make Siak Regency a Child-Friendly Regency through the Child Friendly School program. The purpose of this study was to determine the communication strategy of the Office of Education and Culture of Siak Regency in implementing the Child Friendly School program. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants involved in this study amounted to 7 people who were determined based on a purposive technique. Data analysis techniques were carried out using the interactive data analysis model of Miles and Huberman by using data validity checking techniques, namely triangulation and extension of participation. The results of this study indicate that in implementing Child Friendly Schools, the Office of Education and Culture of Siak Regency using communication strategies include the determination of communicator strategies in which the Office of Education and Culture of Siak Regency has appointed the Head of Early Childhood Education and Education Development, Head of Elementary Development Division, and Head of Middle School Development Division as communicators. The target audience of the Office of Education and Culture of Siak Regency is children and parents as primary audiences and all school residents and the community as secondary audiences. Furthermore, in the message management strategy, the core message delivered is about the concept of child-friendly schools in accordance with existing indicators from the ministry. The method used in conveying messages is an educative method, persuasive methods and repeating reminders repeatedly to SRA message schools and holding coaching to schools every month. Abstract

Health services are included as one of the concurrent government affairs. Seeing this definition, concurrent affairs are functions carried out jointly by the Central Government, Provincial Governments and Regency / City Governments but in accordance with the authorities as regulated in the attachment to the Law. Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. The problem in this research is that the service is still far from being satisfactory. This was known when the researcher interviewed a patient who was less fortunate when he wanted to seek treatment there. One example of unsatisfactory service is the lack of hospitality from the service. Accredited A puskesmas should have a minimum service standard as regulated in law. Likewise with officers who have been sworn to serve the community without a roundabout perspective.This research is qualitative in nature, which is based on descriptive analysis. Qualitative research is a research method used to examine the condition of natural objects. This research was conducted at Puskesmas Berseri, Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency.The results of this study concluded that the implementation of health services at the Puskesmas Berseri was carried out properly in accordance with the established SOP. The implementation of health services at the Puskesmas Berseri has referred to the policies of the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2014. In government services, people's satisfaction is fulfilled if what the government provides to them is what they expect, by paying attention to the quality and quantity of the service in provide and a relatively affordable cost and good quality of service. Based on the results of this study, there are standards or rules that have been set by the local government regarding services at Puskesmas, especially at Puskesmas Berseri. Keywords: Health services, service functions, Puskesmas

Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of brick businesses in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City, especially in Tuah Negeri and Bencah Lesung Villages. The brick business is expected to be able to increase the local revenue of Pekanbaru City with the active role of the Pekanbaru City government, especially in issuing a legal basis, namely the Mayor Regulation against the brick business license in Pekanbaru City. Many of the brick businesses that have been established still do not have business permits from the Pekanbaru City Government due to the lack of attention and role of the government in dealing with these brick business permits. Thus, brick business owners only take care of permits up to the Tenayan Raya District level. However, in general, a brick business that already has a business license can contribute to increasing the local revenue of the city of Pekanbaru by issuing local levies.The location of this research was carried out at the Industry and Trade Office, the UMKM Service, the Tenayan Raya Sub-District Office, the Tuah Negeri Urban Village Office, the Bencah Lesung Urban Village Office and Bricks Business Actors. The theory used in this research is the theory of fiscal decentralization. This research uses qualitative research. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained through direct interviews with informants who are considered to know and understand problems in the field, documentation and observation.The results of the research found in the field show that the role of the Pekanbaru City government in increasing local revenue from the brick industry in Pekanbaru City is still considered very far from expectations. Until now, the government has not issued a Mayor's Regulation regarding the licensing of bricks in Pekanbaru City, so this makes it difficult for business owners to be able to contribute to increasing PAD in Pekanbaru City. Business owners are still engaged in their own business from starting to open a business, developing a business and building a place of business based on a makeshift license. Even so, not a few bricks are produced by business owners and have been sold to the market following unstable market prices. The role of the government in this case is still considered very far because the business owner is independent in developing the brick industry. Keyword: Role of Industry, Brick Industry, Local Revenue.
