Abstract

Village development is one of the big agendas to oversee the implementation of Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning villages which are carried out systematically, consistently and sustainably by means of facilitation, supervision and assistance. However, there are still many developments in Banjar Nan Tigo Village that have not been realized due to insufficient village fund budgets, very low community participation in development and all funds that were originally for development have been converted into direct cash assistance funds for the community, so that the implementation of development is hampered. In this case, it can be assessed that there are still many inadequate village roads, still in the form of dirt roads and gravel roads, thus hampering the flow of goods and services, uneven development resulting in social jealousy, lack of community participation and insufficient budget funds. Furthermore, the data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation, while the data sources used were primary sources obtained from the research location in the form of research informants and supported by secondary data, namely documents related to interviews and document studies. The research location is in Banjar Nan Tigo Village, Inuman District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results show that the implementation of development in the village of Banjar Nan Tigo, Inuman District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2019-2020 has been carried out with the Village Development Planning Stages, namely starting from preparing the medium village development plan RPJMDes and preparing an annual development plan called RKP Desa, implementing Village Development and Monitoring and supervising the results of the implementation of village development. The factors that hinder the implementation of development in the village of Banjar Nan Tigo are community participation in the implementation of village development, limited quality of human resources, village financial resources, technical problems and village governance. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and find out the types of tour packages available and the Mechanism of Preparing Tour Packages at CV. Bilava Tour Travel in Pekanbaru. The research method used to write this research is qualitative. The results showed that: Types of tour packages offered at CV. Bilava Tour Travel in Pekanbaru, namely Ready Made Tour and Tailored Made Tour. Then for preparing tour packages on CV. Bilava Tour Travel in Pekanbaru went through three planning stages, namely collecting data/observations, identifying work partners, and making detailed tour package prices. The preparation of this tour package aims to travel inbound, outbound, and domestic. The target market for preparing tour packages in CV. Bilava Tour Travel namely Individual tours, Family groups, and Group tours. Companies and schools are the most frequently used target market for tour packages. Abstract

Dumping is one of the issues in international trade. The problem of dumping can cause injury even shut down the domestic industry, this injury certainly has a big impact to the country. This thing happened in Indonesia in the case of dumping imported textile product, namely Spin Drawn Yarn (SDY) from China. The complaints of the domestic industry and Indonesia Fiber and Filament Yarn Producer Association (APSyFI) became the basis for an investigation conducted by Indonesian Anti-Dumping Commission (KADI). In this research, author will describe KADI’s investigation to the effectiveness of the implementation of BMAD. This study uses a mercantilism approach with protectionism theory, where the state protects the domestic industry through policies issued in accordance with the imposition of BMAD on imports of SDY products from China. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of primary data by interviewing the Sub-Committee on Investigation of the Evidence of Dumping and Subsidy of the Indonesian Anti Dumping Committee and APSyFI Industry and Trade Analyst, and using secondary data from books, journals, government regulations, reports, news and websites. The results of this study indicate that the imposition of Anti-Dumping Duties on imported SDY products from China has succeeded in reducing the volume imports, so the local producers as domestic industry can compete with similar imported products. These protective measures are effective in protecting local industries from dumping practices, which can be seen from the reduction in the volume of SDY imports from China and the recovery of domestic industry. Abstract

Green Open Space is intended to maintain the harmony and balance of the urban environmental ecosystem and create a balance between the natural environment and the artificial environment in urban areas as well as improve the quality of a healthy, beautiful, clean and comfortable urban environment. The purpose of this study is to describe how to manage the Green Open Space (RTH) of Taman Asri City, Molek City, Indragiri Hulu Regency, and to find out what obstacles are encountered in managing the Green Open Space (RTH) of Taman Asri City, Molek City, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The theory used in this research is Henry Fayol's management theory which consists of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling indicators. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and documentation. The researcher uses the Miles and Huberman Model data analysis technique which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results showed that in the planning stage, the construction of the Taman Asri green space was built using funds built using the APBD budget. For its own management, it also uses APBD funds. In the organizing stage, there is a division of tasks between the parties involved. One of the main agencies is the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Indragiri Hulu Regency, in which there are functions of the Human Settlements Sector as well as the Hygiene and Gardening Sector. In the briefing stage there is a directive function carried out by providing a motivational program to every officer in the field and also to the people who visit the green open space at Taman Asri, Molek City. At the control stage, regular evaluations are carried out every month to ensure that the work program for managing the green open space at Taman Asri Kota Molek is running as it should. Keywords: Management, Green Open Space, Beautiful Parks, Urban  Environment

Abstract

This study describes Indonesia's strategy in increasing shallot exports to Thailand. Shallots are exported to several countries such as Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and Taiwan. And Indonesia's main and largest export destination for shallots is Thailand. Various obstacles were experienced by Indonesia to export shallots to Thailand, where the shallot products exported by Indonesia were also produced by Thailand.The author collects data from books, academic journals, mass media, and sources from the Internet related to the issue of this research which discusses Indonesia's strategy in increasing shallot exports to Thailand. The author uses the perspective of liberalism and country-level analysis. The theory used in this research is the theory of competitive advantage theory from Michael E. Porter.This study found that Indonesia in increasing exports of shallots to Thailand by increasing the cooperation of Indonesia's trade attache in Thailand with the Thai government in improving the quality standards of shallots required by Thailand, conducting promotions through international trade fairs in Thailand to highlight the advantages of shallot products from Indonesia, and conducting negotiations between the Indonesian government and the Thai government through the Joint Commission Meeting (JCM) on the implementation of Thailand's shallot import policy.Keywords: Strategy, Shallots, Exports, Joint Agriculture Working Group.

Abstract

Autistic children are understanding that are only interested in their world. Autism is also a condition in which children do what they want, both in thinking and behaving. This situation usually occurs from the age of 2-3 years. where usually children at this age have started to learn to speak, but autistic children experience delays in social interaction, and language problems used. SLB is a school for children with special needs. Interpersonal communication is needed in the learning process between teachers and students with autism. The purpose of this study was to find out how the attitude of openness, empathy, positive attitude, supportive attitude, and equality attitude were carried out by teachers to autistic students at SLB Pelita Nusa Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted at Pelita Nusa Pekanbaru Special School. The selection of informants is done by purposive technique. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses an interactive model by Miles and Huberman. The data validity technique in this study used participation extension and triangulation. The results of this study found that interpersonal communication between teachers and students in the learning process was very effective. The attitude of openness that is carried out is that before communicating the teacher and students must trust each other, the teacher always asks about the news, conditions, and daily lives of students. In empathy, the teacher uses verbal communication, the teacher asks about the condition and pays attention to the student's attitude at that time, while in non-verbal communication the teacher demonstrates body movements to students. The positive attitude of the teacher teaches and provides a good example of greeting and greeting each other. The teacher's supportive attitude provides positive reinforcement and rewards when students succeed in doing something. The attitude of teacher equality does not discriminate but asks according to the needs and abilities of students. Interpersonal communication between teachers and students has a positive impact on autistic students in obtaining education with student deficiencies. Abstract

The Dumai City Election Supervisory Body is an election supervisory institution based on a law that has authority in supervisingregional head elections. One of them is also related to supervision of violations .of the Regional Head Election stage in the City of DumaiThere are reports and findings of violations committed by participants inthe Regionalorganizers Regional Head Election, as well as Regional Head Election (community), it is necessary to supervise for the implementation Regional Head Elections . The results of this study are the Oversight of the Election Supervisory Boardfor violations of the Regional Head Election in Dumai City by Election Supervisory Board , namely 19 violations received Election Supervisory Body stages the Regional Head Election , including at the nomination stage as many as 5 Regional Head Election, then at the campaign stage as many as 11 Regional Head Election, at the voting stage as many as 3 originating from public reports and the findings of the Election Supervisory Board , which are forwarded to agencies for follow-up according to the type of violation which is conducted. The influencing factors supervision of the Regional Head Election, namely: first, sufficient budget factor in the supervision of the Regional Head Election which is Rp. 8,722,032,000 from the Dumai City Government Grant Fund to Election Oversight Body. Second, the Employee Placement Factor, as many as 21 sub-district supervisory committees that are ad hoc in collaboration with the Election Supervisory Board City of Dumai are optimal in carrying out supervision. Third, Coordination Within Institutions Election Supervisory Body which consists of Leadership and Personnel Elements in the Secretariat who coordinate with each other to carry out supervision. Fourth, Technology, Information and Network Factors which are still an obstacle in carrying out supervision seen from one of the Sungai Sembilan Districts that the network is difficult to access. Abstract

This research tries to explain how the development of diplomacy conducted by Indonesia in taking over control of the Flight Information Region (FIR) in the Riau Islands region from Singapore in 2020-2022. The management of the Flight Information Region (FIR) in the Riau Islands region from Singapore has a detrimental impact on Indonesia in the economic sector to Indonesia's security and defense. This research uses the realism perspective, diplomacy theory, state-level analysis, and qualitative research methods. This qualitative research method provides an analytical explanation related to the phenomenon of the research subject by trying to explain or explain how the Indonesian government's diplomacy is in taking back control of airspace in the Riau Islands from Singapore. The data collection technique used in this study is a library technique sourced from several books, journals, articles, news, and websites. The result of this study is that Indonesia and Singapore signed an agreement regarding the Realignment of FIR on January 25, 2022, in Bintan, Riau Islands. The agreement is a good achievement for Indonesia, such as the expansion of Jakarta's FIR coverage to the Riau Islands airspace. It shows that the diplomatic conducted by the Indonesian government for a long time have had good developments and successes for Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of the financial performance of State-Owned Corporation (SOE) Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2015-2020 period. In its application, the researcher used the CAMEL method through the ratios of CAR, KAP, NPM, ROA, BOPO, and LDR, and found out the evaluation results of the CAMEL method to assess the soundness of a bank during the 2015-2020 period by the provisions of SE BI No.6/23/DPNP in 2004. The object of this study is data from SOE Banks for 2014-2020 obtained from the website www.idx.co.id and the website of each bank. The results showed that the health level of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) and Bank Mandiri were in the healthy predicate, while Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) and Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) were in the fairly healthy predicate. Abstract

Hotel is one type of accommodation that uses part or all of the building to provide lodging, eating and drinking services and other services that are managed commercially. One of the business sectors that has been severely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic is the hotel business. Because during the corona virus outbreak, avoiding traveling or leaving the house, the increasing number of infections has made many people think twice about traveling far. Like it or not, hoteliers have to rack their brains on how to keep their business breathing in the midst of a pandemic. A hotel certainly has a department that has a big role, one of which is the Front Office Department. The operator is one of the sections in the hotel's front office. Telephone facilities at the hotel are the main key as business support. Therefore, the handling of communication systems and services in hotels is carried out by a special section known as telephone operator who must be able to uphold the hotel's image and contribute to improving the hotel's image in the eyes of guests which can be started from telephone conversations. The purpose of this study was to find out how the operator's role at Hotel Grand Central Pekanbaru. In writing this paper, the author uses qualitative data analysis techniques, namely analyzing the situation from various data collected in the form of results from interviews and observations about the problems studied that occur in the field. Keywords: Hotel, Front Office, Operator
