Abstract

This study aims to determine student motivation during online learning at Junior High School Kartika Pekanbaru. Motivation is seen from two factors, namely external and internal factors of students. Of course, the students have different abilities that are influenced by factors from outside and within the students themselves. This research was conducted at Kartika Junior High School Pekanbaru precisely on Jalan Dr.Sutomo No.65 Pekanbaru. To obtain the results of the study, the author used the Descriptive Quantitative method with a total of 96 respondents. The determination of the number of samples is by using the saturated sample method, namely all members of the population are used as samples. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation carried out by researchers to students as samples. Based on the results of respondents' responses through the distribution of questionnaires, the results of this study show that respondents responses regarding online learning are mostly good and the motivation for student learning during online learning is mostly quite high judging from the results of respondents answers. Abstract

This study aims to influence the provision of work motivation and work discipline on the morale of employees of Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Branch. The variable giving work motivation as a variable (X1), work discipline as a variable (X2) and work enthusiasm as a variable (Y). This research method is descriptive quantitative using SPSS 22 program, where the sample used is 81 employees using saturated sampling technique and data collection techniques using questionnaires. From the results of data analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test and multiple linear regression test, t test, f test so that it can be concluded that the provision of work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee morale, work discipline partially positive and significant effect on employee morale, the provision of work motivation and employee work discipline simultaneously significant effect on morale in employees of Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Branch.. Abstract

School is the highest formal education among students. It does not only contain academic activities, but also contains non-academic and extracurricular activities. Academic activities as in general are indeed applied in the teaching and learning process between students and teachers. Non-academic activities are indeed a distinct advantage for schools, because they can foster potential other than academics. Non-academic activities or the so-called extracurricular play an important role in the formation of the various potentials of each student. The world of school organizations, especially the high school level, has actually described people's lives. Where there is a class system, regeneration, and regeneration. So when students are fluent in school organizational life, it is certain that they will also have an advantage in society. As described by Sahdan Hijjran, an Islamic institution that has been able to shape the potential of its members well. through the school environment, each member of Sahdan Hijjran has been able to spread and mingle with other extracurricular members, even becoming a leader. Of course, this has become a form of implementation of the potential of its members. This research will use a qualitative method and involve 4 informants who are the core administrators of Sahdan Hijjran for 2 periods, and 1 key informant who is the coach of Sahdan Hijjran. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. The author's data collection techniques did by interview, observation and documentation. The purpose of the results of this study shows that there is a role grown by Sahdan Hijjran in shaping the potential of each member. The role of Sahdan Hijjran is as a shaper of noble character, good character, and superior achievement. Keywords: Islamic Spirituality, Role, Formation, Potential

Abstract

Tourism is one sector that helps improve the country's economy, tourism provides various tourist activities and service facilities, one of which is restaurants, restaurants as a place for guests to get food and beverage services. In the pandemic era, the implementation of good sanitation hygiene is an effort to maintain trust and satisfy consumers, in addition to having to maintain and pay attention to every quality of the products and services offered. Hygiene sanitation is an effort to create an environment that is healthy, safe, and free from environmental pollution, so as to avoid disease. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The analytical method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of hygiene and sanitation, supervision of the implementation of hygiene sanitation and the obstacles and efforts made in the implementation of hygiene sanitation during the pandemic at Harris café HARRIS Hotel Batam Center. The results of the analytical research carried out carried out standard operating procedures for hygiene and sanitation well with strict supervision, several obstacles in the implementation of both personal and food hygiene as well as room and equipment sanitation but can be overcome with several efforts. Abstract

Pekanbaru City Government Policy Number 09 of 2014 concerning Management of People's Markets, Shopping Centers and Supermarkets. Where this policy regulates the implementation of licensing for the establishment of supermarkets. The problem in this study is that it is not in accordance with the rules contained in the regional regulation with the facts on the ground which backfire for the aggrieved party. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of supermarket offerings and want to know how the impact of the existence of supermarkets on traditional markets. The research methodology uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive type. This method aims to get a picture that really explains the Pekanbaru City Policy on the Granting of Government Business Permits in an Effort to Protect the Existence of Traditional Markets in Sail District. The results of this study are the implementation of the policy of Regional Regulation No. 9 of 2014 concerning the Management of People's Markets, Shopping Centers and Supermarkets in the Pekanbaru City area in this case is still not running optimally, one of which is about the distance between supermarkets and traditional markets in Sail subdistrict. , where right in front of the sail market stands a supermarket (Daily Mart) which is considered to have violated the rules contained in Perda No. 09 of 2014. Where in this study there are several aspects that affect the implementation of public policy, namely, bureaucratic structure, communication, disposition or attitude of implementers and resources. Abstract

The Laundry Department is one of the departments in the hotel that is responsible for washing, both washing guest clothes (laundry, dry cleaning and pressing), employee uniforms and hotel linens (house laundry) and washing clothes or linen from outside the hotel (outside laundry). . Therefore, the laundry must cooperate with other departments at the hotel. This study aims to determine the cooperation of the laundry section with other departments, the constraints and efforts made at the Grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, and interviews with laundry managers, laundry supervisors and laundry employees at Grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru. After conducting interviews with resource persons, the authors conclude that laundry cooperation with other departments is quite good, because the laundry staff have implemented in accordance with the directions set by the laundry manager. Abstract

Kerapatan Adat Nagari or known as KAN does not only play a role in carrying out customs, arts and culture, but is also involved in and directly related to the administration of the nagari administration. The existence of a strong KAN in the nagari influences the running of the nagari government. The implementation of the tasks of KAN Pandai Sikek in administering the nagari government can be seen in the formation of nagari regulations related to adat and KAN is also present in the nagari deliberations. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The theory used in viewing the existence of KAN is institutional theory with the perspective of institutional logic according to Zilbert. Meanwhile, the theory used in looking at the power relationship between KAN and the Nagari Pandai Sikek government is the theory of power sharing put forward by Montesquieu. The results of the study, namely the existence of KAN based on the perspective put forward by Zilbert, show that the institutional integration and management structure of KAN was chosen based on consensus. The implementation of the duties and functions of KAN is regulated in West Sumatra Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2007 and Tanah Datar Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2008. Meanwhile, in Nagari Pandai Sikek, the duties and functions of KAN are regulated in Nagari Pandai Sikek Regulation Number 2 of 2013. The existence of KAN in Nagari is not regardless of changes in the government system. The relationship between KAN and the nagari government is known as Tali Tigo Sapilin, Tungku Tigo Sarangan, which means that KAN and the nagari government jointly resolve problems through deliberations. In carrying out its duties, KAN Pandai Sikek has not fulfilled the expectations of the Tanah Datar Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2008 because it only participates in making nagari regulations in customary affairs, but KAN Pandai Sikek has great influence in Nagari as evidenced by the existence of nagari regulations related to customary governance in the nagari. Abstract

The existence of the Desa Maju Inhil Jaya Plus Integrated Program with the sub program 1 Village 1 BUM Desa shows that every village in Indragiri Hilir Regency is required to have a BUM Desa. The phenomenon is that the society has difficulty in finding and developing the potential of the village, the lack of commitment of the parties who cooperate in the implementation of BUM Desa, and difficulties in marketing products that have been produced by the village community. This study uses the evaluation theory proposed by William N Dunn. Evaluation is concerned with the production of information about the benefits from the results of a policy or program outcome. The indicators are effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. Which method used in this research is qualitative. The type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research location is in Indragiri Hilir Regency and Danau Pulai Indah Village. The results showed that the Desa Maju Inhil Jaya Plus Integrated Program is the Regent's flagship program for the 2018-2023 period with the focus is on improving the rural economy through BUM Desa as the axis. Desa Maju Inhil Jaya Plus Integrated Program has not yet been able to achieve the goals. This program can be said to be right with the aim of boosting the rural economy through BUM Desa. However, it still has obstacles such as human resources who are less willing to move, BUM Desa managers who are less active and even inactive and marketing of derivative products are still limited. Abstract

The Sahabat Cinta Umat Foundation through the Waste So Alms Program in Pekanbaru City seeks to influence the community to be able to give alms through used cooking oil so that no used cooking oil is dumped into the environment. The efforts of the Sahabat Cinta Umat Foundation are very appropriate when observed with a persuasive communication model, namely the AIDDA model. The purpose of this study was to determine the Persuasive Communication of the The Sahabat Cinta Umat Foundation to build attention, interest, desire, decision and action in disseminating used cooking oil alms in Pekanbaru City. This type of research is a qualitative research that goes directly to research into the research location. This research is qualitative in nature and is descriptive in nature to tell the real thing that is in the field. The location of this research was carried out at The Sahabat Cinta Umat Foundation, Pekanbaru City. The subjects of this research are the Chairperson of The Sahabat Cinta Umat Foundation, the Secretary/Administration, working members of the Waste So Alms program and contributors of used cooking oil from business actors, housewives, or the general public. The object of the research is the Persuasive Strategy of the Friends of the Love of the People Foundation in Disseminating the Alms of Cooking Oil. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. In the process of data analysis, the researchers used an interactive analysis model. The results showed that the socialization of the Used Cooking Oil Alms program in the Waste So Alms Program in Pekanbaru City was good, it can be seen from the beginning of the used cooking oil alms program, the cooperation partners helped by procuring containers as a place to collect used cooking oil, then the cooperation partners to date still assisting in this program and adding to the broad reach of this program. Abstract

This study aims to find out how to manage the impression of the front stage and back stage of female parking attendants in Pekabaru. This research uses qualitative research with dramaturgy approach. By using purposive techniques in determining informants. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate, when on the front stage the female parking attendant has communication to customers both verbally in the form of greetings, non-verbal can be seen from the signs and attributes used. And at the back stage, the real life of female parking attendants at home and at work is very different, where at work they play a role as parking attendants that are no different from male parking attendants who look strong and tough, but when they are at the parking attendant's house women have strong maternal instincts, it can be seen from their ability to balance between work and as housewives who are responsible for their children.
