Abstract

Rokan Hulu district received the "Healthy District" award in 2019. This Healthy District assessment consists of 9 areas, one of which is an Independent Healthy Community Area. The Padapa Sehat area is very potential to be developed, because of the strategic location of Rokan Hulu. However, in reality, problems are still found in the development and implementation to create an Independent Healthy Community Area in Rokan Hulu. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Strategy for Developing Healthy Community Areas that are Independent in Rokan Hulu Regency, the supporting factors in the Implementation of the Strategy in developing the Healthy City/District Program through Independent Healthy Community Areas in Rokan Hulu Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Research information is determined by purposive sampling technique. Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation as well as data analysis using descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Rokan Hulu Regency Program Development Strategy has been going well despite experiencing a few obstacles. Supporting factors for the Implementation of the Healthy City Program Development Strategy in Rokan Hulu are increasing public awareness of a healthy lifestyle, the role of community health cadres, cross-sectoral roles and budget support. Abstract

Social Corner being the community that have main focus on community empowerment and environmental. The goal of this study is to know the role and capital that attached in Social Corner Community. Using the qualitative approach, the author chooses the informants purposively consist of director and community member. This study found that the main principle of Social Corner in carrying out activities is the development of partnership networks with cross-sectoral both fellow communities who pay attention to the same or different issues as well as government and private element. The activities based on partnership and what the community does itself, such as waste volunteers, community assistance, and hygiene campaigns can provide benefits to the community. This benchmark can be seen from the award that giving by Pekanbaru government to Social Corner as youth community of city pioneers worthy of Pekanbaru in 2019. Meanwhile the most powerful and prominent formof social capital is from social networks that can be form and maintained as the main base of community activities. The weakest element lies on member’s commitment to agreed norms in the form of AD/ART. Not all members following that regulations, because most of them are students who have activities outside the community. Nevertheless the members with low commitment is not penalized, because all of decisions are made on the principle of kinship and flexible tolerance. Abstract

This research was conducted in Hutatonga Village, Minangan District, Mandailing Natal Regency with the aim of knowing the causes of early marriage and to find out the attitudes of parents about early marriage at that location. The method used qualitative method. Data collection uses observation an in-def interviews, as well as documentation. The results of this study conclude that many early marriages occur because of mistakes, namely getting pregnant before marriage. So that early marriage has to be done so as not to make something embarrassing. Incidents like this are caused by several factors, namely economic factors, education and parental factors. Besides that, individual factors, namely self-will, and promiscuity that cause pregnancy out of wedlock. The attitude of parents also greatly influences the occurrence of early marriage, because parents are less assertive and pay less attention to their children in the association so that they make children uncomfortable and eventually want to get married and do things that are not good. But in the end, parents begin to accept reality and equip their children with household advice. Keywords : Factors thad cause early marriage and parents’ attitudes towards early marriage actors

Abstract

Employees of the laundry section are an important part of a hotel that deals directly with guest service and comfort regarding linen cleanliness. This study aims to determine how the controling of employees and to find out the constraints that affect the performance of these employees. Employees of the laundry section at Tjokro Hotel Pekanbaru Using qualitative descriptive methods, researchers interviewed 5 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. the results of the research that has been done so far the employee performance is quite good even though it has several obstacles that affect employee performance. Abstract

This research analyzes the impact of the Indonesia-Chile Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IC-CEPA) on the value of Indonesian paper exports to Chile. The year 2017 was the beginning of Indonesia's cooperation with countries in Latin America, IC-CEPA was completed and signed by the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia Enggartiasto Lukita together with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Chile Heraldo Muñoz Valenzuela at the Ministry Office Overseas Chile. The objectives of the IC-CEPA agreement, among others, are: (a) Promote equitable economic growth and development through the creation of new opportunities for workers and businesses and improve the living standards of the people of the two countries, (b) Promote cooperation in several potential areas of the two countries; (c) Stimulating Indonesian business actors to target Chile's non-traditional markets; (d) Making Chile a bridge for Indonesia's export products in the Latin America region. This research uses qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through literature studies sourced from several books, journals, articles and internet sites. This research uses Liberalism perspective and International Cooperation theory. The results of this research indicate that within one year of the agreement, there was a not-too-significant increase in exports due to the pandemic which hindered the entry and exit of goods from Indonesia and Chile. In the paper trade, on the contrary, the constant decline in the value of Indonesia's paper exports to Chile is certainly very detrimental considering the many conveniences offered by IC-CEPA, especially in terms of trade. Abstract

The Joglo Garden Mini Zoo is one of the attractions in the form of a zoo located in Jatisampurna District, Bekasi City. This zoo has various facilities that can attract tourists. It takes good management and maintenance to increase tourist visits. management is a series of processes in the form of planning, organizing, controlling and supervising in an organization, especially in the world of education so that the desired educational goals can run effectively and efficiently. This research was conducted to find out how the management of facilities at the Joglo Garden Mini Zoo tourist attraction in Jatisampurna District, Bekasi City. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research on the Management of Tourism Object Facilities The Joglo Garden Mini Zoo in Jatisampurna District, Bekasi City is in a fairly good category. Abstract

Hospitality is part of the tourism industry that sells accommodation services in which there are elements of service, comfort, and lodging facilities needed for those who need lodging facilities for family or holiday purposes. A hotel must provide the best product quality and service quality, because a hotel must provide the best impression and experience for guests during their stay. This is why housekeeping in hotels is very important. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the role of roomboys and roomboy constraints in providing room servic eat Mutiara Merdeka Hotel Pekanbaru. In this study the authors used qualitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that the role of roomboys at Mutiara Merdeka Hotel Pekanbaru is managing rooms, serving guests, carrying out orders from superiorss, cooperating with fellow roomboys, cooperating with the housekeeping department and cooperating with other departments such as the front office and food and beverage service as well as several constraints experienced by roomboy in serving guests Keywords: Role, Roomboy, Hotel

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is a worldwide problem. Various impacts have occurred as a result of this pandemic, one of the most visible is the decline in the economic level that has hit various countries including Indonesia, as a result of which many people find it difficult to make ends meet. Therefore, the government has launched various Social Assistance programs to help the community continue to be able to meet their needs during the pandemic, one of which is the Cash Social Assistance program provided by the Ministry of Social Affairs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness and inhibiting factors as well as supporting cash social assistance programs for the poor affected by Covid-19 in Merangin Village, Kuok District, Kampar Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation studies. The informant selection technique used a purposive sampling technique with a total of 8 informants. The theory used is the theory of effectiveness. The results of this study indicate that the provision of Cash Social Assistance in Merangin Village has been carried out properly such as on time, proper administration, provision of adequate resources, but there are irregularities caused by social assistance implementers who are less professional so that social assistance programs are not well targeted to families in need, while the inhibiting factors are the community and the attitude of the implementers who are less honest and professional. Abstract

Motivation is the impetus, driving force or force that causes a person to take an action or deed to achieve a goal. This study aims to find out what are the motivations for visiting tourists in the Blue Lagoon Tourist Attraction, D.I Yogyakarta. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods. Researchers collected data by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Miles and Huberman model which includes the process of data reduction, data presentation and ends with drawing conclusions. The subjects in this study included 10 informants who were tourists in the Blue Lagoon Tourist Attraction. Tourist motivation which was studied in this study was collected into 4 sub-variables namely physical motivation, cultural motivation, interpersonal motivation and status and prestige motivation, McIntosh and Goeldner (1995) in I Made Sendra, et al (2019). With indicators of refreshing body and mind, maintaining health, exercising with family, having fun, wanting to relax from daily routines, learning customs, knowing traditions, studying culture, seeing art, meeting new people, strengthening relationships with friends/relatives, seek new and different experiences, share hobbies, follow new travel trends, gain knowledge of new tourism activities, learn new skills, increase satisfaction for carrying out tourism trends. The results of the research that has been done regarding the motivation of the visit, tourists visit the Blue Lagoon Tourism Village with the aim of enjoying physical motivation where tourists can enjoy some physical activities that can provide relaxation and comfort. Abstract

This paper aims to provide information and understanding of the impact of tourism on the economic sector, social and cultural life, and the environment. Globally, tourism can be said to be one of the leading sectors that make a major contribution to global GDP. It is not surprising that many countries depend on tourism for their economy and many countries are trying to develop their tourism potential. Rapid development and massive negative and positive impacts on the economic sector, social and cultural life, and the environment. The bad impact of tourism must be comfortable and well managed by the government, tourism actors, and the community. One that can be applied is visitor management which is an administrative step to preserve the environment, social culture, and economy without tourist satisfaction. visitor management is carried out by balancing the needs of tourists, the needs of the community, the needs of tourism actors, and the environmental situation.
