Abstract

Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Programa 2 Pekanbaru is a public broadcasting institution that has an important role in controlling the social. That is the reason wht its presence needs to be maintained in order to create the good quality of our nation’s generation. The era of good technology has provided various media that can support RRI Programa 2 Pekanbaru to create a positive image, one of them is about the adoption of cyber public relations strategy for all of their activities. This aims to build and maintain its image as a good public broadcasting institution. The target of RRI Programa 2 Pekanbaru its self reach the 19 tio 35 years age that categorized as the productive range. As the majority of social media’s user, the cyber public realtions will be easier to catch the public attention. This research is used a quantitative method, with a simple linear regression analysis technique that looking for the impacts or the influence of cyber public relations towards the image of RRI Programa 2 Pekanbaru. The result show that cyber public relations has a positive and significant effect and impacts 73,6% to the image. This proof just indicates that the transition from a conventional era to the digital, brings the improvement for RRI Programa 2 Pekanbaru to attract more audience based on their image.

Abstract

Promotion is a way of communicating that is usually done in an organization that has the goal of attracting potential buyers to buy the goods and services being sold or offered. This study aims to determine the promotion strategy for Bumdes Pantai Jai Jai Raok, Padang Kemerdekaan Village, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the subject of this study was the Head of Padangnggung Village, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Secretary of the Rajo Bujang Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes), Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data collection is done by interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis carried out in this study was data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that the promotion is carried out through 3 (three) techniques which include Advertising, Sales Promotion, Public Relations. However, until now the results are still not good because there are still many promotions that have not been carried out and have not made maximum use of promotional media. maximally available. Abstract

This research was conducted in Tanjung Berulak Village, Kampar District. The purpose of this research is to find out the social, cultural and economic meaning of the Balimau Kasai tradition. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interview techniques and documentation. The results of the study show that the Balimau Kasai Tradition is a special event for the people of Tanjung Berulak Village where the community interprets the Balimau Kasai bath as a symbol of purification and cleansing before entering the holy month of Ramadan. In the Balimau Kasai tradition there is social value, namely the existence of well-established communication or community interaction. The Balimau Kasai tradition is packaged very lively by presenting various attractions such as traditional calempong music, single organ music and folk games that the public can watch. In the Balimau Kasai Tradition, there is economic value, namely when the Balimau Kasai tradition event is held, some people use it to open a business such as selling food, drinks and a place to park in the area where the Balimau Kasai Tradition event is held. Abstract

The success of the election is influenced by how much public participation is in the election process. To increase community participation can be realized through political socialization. This outreach is one of the duties of the General Election Commission (KPU). The participation of the people of Tanah Datar Regency in the last 2019 legislative election experienced a significant increase compared to the previous election, reaching 72%. In the previous election, public participation only reached 65%. This means that the participation of the people of Tanah Datar has increased by 7% compared to the previous election, namely the 2014 election. This increase in participation is certainly inseparable from the role of the KPU, which is carrying out socialization regarding the holding of elections to the public. The purpose of this study was to determine the KPU's role in political socialization to increase public participation in elections and to determine the KPU's internal and external constraints in carrying out socialization. This research uses a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach located at KPU Tanah Datar. Primary data sources were obtained from interviews, secondary data sources were obtained from documents related to the research topic. Data collection techniques obtained through interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the role played by the Tanah Datar KPU in increasing community participation was carried out through outreach activities. In carrying out socialization activities, the KPU of Tanah Datar Regency pays attention to the factors that influence the socialization, namely the material, methods and actors in carrying out the socialization. In carrying out socialization activities, KPU has internal constraints, namely a lack of budget and limited means of transportation to carry out socialization. While the KPU's external constraints are the lack of public response to socialization activities and there are still people who are apathetic towards politics. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Financial Soundness of the Balam Sejahtera Cooperative KUD for the 2016-2020 period seen from seven aspects, namely aspects of capital, quality of productive assets, management, efficiency, liquidity, independence and growth, and the identity of the cooperative. The approach used is a descriptive approach. The type of data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews and financial statement documents such as: balance sheet, report on remaining operating results (SHU), and report on calculation of operating results (PHU). In relation to the health of cooperatives, a health assessment model of the savings and loan business is used which refers to the Ministerial Regulation no. 14/Per/M.KUKM/XII/2009. The results of this study indicate that the health level of the Balam Sejahtera KUD for the calculation of seven aspects for each year, starting from 2016 the total score obtained was 54.75 with the unhealthy category, in 2017 and 2018 it increased to get a total score of 62.30 and 60, 55 with a fairly healthy category. Followed by 2019 and 2020 the total score decreased and got a score of 52.80 and 52.55 in the less healthy category. Thus it can be said that the health level of cooperatives for the 2016-2020 period is less healthy, the average score of the Balam Sejahtera KUD for the 2016-2020 period is 56.59 in the unhealthy category. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product mix and promotional strategies on consumer purchase interest at CV. Maju Bersama Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. In this research, the method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with the SPSS program. The population in this study are all consumers who purchase a car at CV. Maju Bersama Pekanbaru in the last year, namely 2020, totaled 257 people. Where the samples in this research are consumers of CV. Maju Bersama Pekanbaru, as many as 60 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the results of the product mix has a significant effect on consumer purchase interest. Second, that promotional strategies has a significant effect on consumer purchase interest. The results of the f-test the product mix and promotional strategies simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer purchase interest at CV. Maju Bersama Pekanbaru. Abstract

Muara Takus Temple is one of the leading tourist attractions in Riau Province in Kampar Regency, because it is the only historical heritage site in the form of a temple in Riau. The purpose of this research is to find out the local government's strategy for tourist visits to the Muara Takus temple, XIII Koto Kampar District, Kampar Regency during Covid-19. Then to find out the inhibiting factors of the local government's strategy for tourist visits to the Muara Takus temple, XIII Koto Kampar District, Kampar Regency during Covid-19. The theory used in this research is strategic management theory according to Fred R. David. This type of research used is qualitative. While the research approach used is descriptive. Data were collected by the authors using interview and documentation techniques. The data used are primary data obtained from research informants and further supported by secondary data obtained from various government agencies related to this research. The results showed that there were three strategies in developing the Muara Takus Temple tourist attraction, namely forming a strategy for developing the Muara Takus Temple tourist object, implementing the Muara Takus Temple tourist attraction development strategy, and evaluating the development strategy for the development of the Muara Takus Temple tourist attraction. The inhibiting factors for the Tourism and Culture Office's strategy are the lack of public participation and awareness and budget constraints in developing the Muara Takus Temple tourist object, the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure, and the lack of interest from investors to invest. Abstract

Service innovation provided by the Regional Government through the Population and Civil Registration Service are breakthroughts in public services which are creative idea and modification that are able to provide benefits to the community. Through Disdukcapil, the government provides population administration services in recording e-KTP to the public. One of the Disdukcapil that provides population administration services is Pekanbaru City Disdukcapil through the Sipintar Innovation (Service System to Complete the Identity of Displaced Persons). The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Sipintar innovation in Pekanbaru City Disdukcapil and identify factors that hinder the implementation of Sipintar innovation. This research uses bugge's theory of innovation success attributes in Winda (2021), where there are six indicators, namely: Governance and Innovation, Sources of the Ideas for Innovation, Innovation Culture, Capabilities and Tools, Objectives, Outcomes, Expense and Obstacles, Collecting Innovation Data for Single Innovation. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The collection of necessary data, both primary and secondary data, is collected through interviews, observations, documentation, then analyzed so that conclusions can be drawn from existing research problems. The result of this study is that the existing innovations have not been optimally implemented because there are still inhibiting factors in its implementation, namely the low socialization of face-to-face / direct innovations, the limitations of e-KTP recording devices, and also network disruptions when recording e-KTP. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of students accessing pornography, the impact after watching pornography and sexual acts of students after accessing pornography. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, where the informants taken came from students of Riau University with different departments and faculties. To determine the informant researchers used purpose sampling techniques and data collection techniques by observation and interview. Student's motivation to access online pornography sites on smartphones because of the encouragement of curiosity and to get the desired sexual fantasies. Smartphones and the internet cannot be separated, because the internet is a supporting application that is needed by the community. But in this modern age the internet is widely used by the public, as well as the spread of pornography in the form of electronic information. Indonesia is a country that cannot be separated from the problem of pornography, Indonesia is ranked second out of the 10 largest countries in the world as accessors of cyberporn. This greatly motivates students to access pornographic sites. From the results of observations and interviews, it can be seen that the motivation of Riau University students to access pornography sites is that six out of seven informants are curious and imitate what they see. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Sianok Motor Duri Accessories Store, which is located at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman No. 64, Balik Alam, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau. This study aims to determine the effect of research quality and pricing on consumer buying interest partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method with SPSS program. The population in this study were all consumers at the Sianok Motor Duri Accessories Store in 2019 as many as 812 and the sample from this study as many as 89 respondents from consumers of the Sianok Motor Duri Accessories Store. Determination of the sample in this study using the Slovin formula, namely by nonprobability sampling technique with accidental sampling technique. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance test with t test (partial test) F test (simultaneous test). The results of this study indicate the results of the t-test hypothesis of service quality on consumer buying interest, namely t count (8.782)> t table (1.987) meaning that service quality is significant to consumer buying interest. Second, pricing on consumer buying interest is t count (7.277)>t table (1.987) meaning that the price setting is significant to consumer buying interest. F test results of service quality and pricing on consumer buying interest are F count (38.339)>F table (3.10). Keywords: Service Quality, Pricing, Consumer Purchase Interest
