Abstract

One of the efforts made by the village government, especially in improving the welfare and economy of the community, is by establishing a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes), based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages Article 87. Pisang Berebus Village is one of the villages that has BUMDes in Gunung Toar District, where the BUMDes has not run optimally since it was inaugurated in 2020. This study aims to determine innovation in the development of BUMDes Kembang Kenanga Desa Pisang Berboil in 2020 and find out the inhibiting factors for innovation in the development of BUMDes Kembang Kenanga Desa Pisang Berboil in 2020. The theory used in this study is the theory of innovation according to Muluk namely product innovation, process, service methods, policy strategies and systems. The research approach used is a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. Data were collected by the authors using interview and documentation techniques. The data used are primary data obtained from research informants and further supported by secondary data obtained from various government agencies related to this research. The results of the research show that innovation in developing BUMDes Kembang Kenanga Desa Pisang Berebus in 2020 is not optimal. The implementation of innovations carried out by both the Village Government and BUMDes Management has not gone well. The innovation carried out is optimizing the presence of BUMDes by prioritizing and focusing on one trading business unit. Innovation in BUMDes development has not been maximized in terms of product innovation, process innovation, service method innovation, strategy or policy innovation and system innovation. The inhibiting factors are: capital constraints because in 2020 there is Covid-19, limited human resources due to inadequate facilities and infrastructure and low mastery of managerial skills because it is not easy for villages to find someone who has superior capabilities in managing and developing BUMDes businesses. Abstract

The tourism sector is a sector that has the potential to be developed as a source of regional income. The development and utilization program of regional tourism resources and potential is expected to contribute to economic development since the Covid-19 hit, a lot of tourism has been lost due to adverse impacts. One of Tour&Travel that is still running well in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic is CV Bilava Tour, which is one of the BPWs which is a BPW which has various tour packages sold for families, government groups and so on. do not yet have adequate promotions and tourism targets, especially to promote their tour packages. Promotion is a one-way flow of information or persuasion or is made to direct an organization or person to actions that create exchanges in marketing by planning and implementing a good promotional strategy that will also increase the income of Bilava Tour. Therefore, this study aims to find out how to implement the promotion mix Tour Packages on Bilava Tour. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to analyze problems based on data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The Promotion Strategy includes reporting on conditions carried out in advertising, direct marketing, public relations and personal selling. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, for the entirety of the results of observations and interviews, it can be concluded that the Implementation of the Tour Package Promotion Mix for the Bilava Tour during the Covid-19 Pandemic has not fully worked out as targeted, although there are still shortcomings. Abstract

BLT-Dana Desa is one of the programs issued by the Indonesian government to overcome the impact of economic factors on people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in the form of financial assistance provided to the poor and families affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The BLT-DD program was issued by the government in order to overcome declining public finances due to the Covid-19 outbreak. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the BLT-DD program during the covid-19 period in the village of Jalan Patah, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency and to determine the factors that hinder the effectiveness of the BLT-DD program in its implementation. The theory used in this study is the theory of program effectiveness by Edy Sutrisno using five indicators to measure program effectiveness (understanding of the program, right on target, on time, achieving goals and real change). To answer these problems, researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study explain that the implementation of the BLT- DD program in the village of Jalur Patah, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is still not effective. Evidenced by the Village Government not being optimal in their duties in determining the target criteria for the BLT-DD program so that there are still people who have not been recorded for BLT-DD receipts. It is hoped that before launching the policy, the government can socialize the program so that related parties understand the purpose of the BLT-DD program. Abstract

The role of the village strategic elite who are representatives of the Indigenous people in Kenegerian Senama Nenek, Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency, is very serious in resolving the ulayat land conflict with PTPN V, which has been going on for a long time since 1996. From 1996 the community demanded that PTPV V return 2,800 ha of land to them. villagers. Ninik mamak and the village government are at the forefront of resolving this conflict. They made various efforts in fighting for community customary land, both in uniting community opinions in dealing with PTPN V and meeting government agencies to get support, both from the sub-district level to the DPPR RI level. It was only in 2019 that it was decided directly by President Jokowi, that the 2,800 ha of land would be returned to the people of Senama Nenek Village. Based on this background, it is necessary to investigate the settlement of customary rights land disputes between the indigenous peoples of Senama Grandma and PTPN V. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. This type of research is descriptive. The research location is in Senama Nenek Village, Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency. Types and sources of research data are divided into primary and secondary data with data collection techniques through interviews and secondary data in the form of supporting data related to conflict. The results of this study are that the role of the strategic elite of Senama Nenek Village in fighting for the customary land area of 2,800 ha from PTPN V has been full of struggle for quite a long time. The settlement of land conflicts in the village of Senama Nenek which was carried out by the ninik mamak and the Village Government with negotiations between the Senama Nenek village community and PTPN V which resulted in a decision that PTPN V must find a replacement land area of 2,800 ha, mediation, namely by holding meetings between the community Senama Nenek and the Company were mediated by the DPD, Ombudsman, Komnas HAM, and the Regional Government and Arbitration, namely by involving third parties to resolve land conflicts in the village of Senama Nenek. ABSTRACT The government realizes the importance of rural development. In looking at efforts to increase village development through the Village Government Work Plan (RKPdes), a reference is needed to look at the Village Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMdes). village development can run well.. The aim of the research is to find out the implementation of the Village Government Work Plan (RKPDes) policy in development in Kotabaru Seberida Village, Keritang District, Indragiri Hilir Regency in 2019-2020. This study uses a qualitative approach which examines all available data from various sources, namely interviews, observations that have been written down in notes, fields, personal documents, official documents, pictures, photographs. Abstract

The global financial crisis experienced by the world has had an impact on the stability of the Greek economy, causing Greece to face debt default. Forcing the Greek gov-ernment to change the direction of the economy by warmly welcoming investment from Chinese companies. China has expressed interest in the port of Pireaus which is an important route for China to enter the European market. China formed subregional cooperation in Eastern and Central Europe and persuaded Greece to join and prom-ised Greek economic stability to return. In discussing the problem of this research, the author uses qualitative research methods, data collected using data library research, with the perspective of neoliberal-ism and the state as the level of analysis and supported by the theory of international cooperation. The results of this study show that there are economic and political influences in the cooperation between Greece and China through CCEEC. Greece decided to join the CCEEC in order to restore the Greek economy that had been devastated by the debt crisis. Abstract

In accordance with the Decree of the Regent of Kuantan Singingi Number: KPTS. /I/2021 regarding the Formation of a Preparatory Team for Corona Virus Disease 2019 Vaccination in Kuantan Singingi Regency and the Instruction of the Kuantan Singingi Regent Number: 480/INS/2021/635 concerning Implementation of Activities for Countermeasures and Management of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid 19). If the vaccine is evenly distributed, it will be a little easier to eliminate Covid 19 if all parties involved want to work together and communicate well. The purpose of this study is to describe the communication carried out by the Village Government in an effort to deal with Covid 19 and describe the inhibiting factors in Village Government communication for handling Covid 19 in Perhentian Vast Village, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results and discussion of this study show that the communication carried out by the Village Administration in an effort to handle Covid 19 in Perhentian Luas Village, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is still minimal and has not gone well where the Covid Volunteer team or the Covid Care Task Force formed by The Village Head is still lacking in providing guidance and counseling to the community for handling Covid 19 and this is compounded by the lack of awareness and understanding of the Village community about how to handle Covid 19 which has been made by the Village Government. Perhentian Broad Village Government should be able to prevent Covid 19 by good communication with the community. There are several factors inhibiting communication carried out by the Village Government for handling Covid 19 in Perhentian Luas Village, namely: Facility and Infrastructure Factors, Personal Barriers, Barriers to rules and sanctions, and Economic Barriers. Abstract

The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) is one of several international NGOs committed to safeguarding children across the world. One of the United Nations' many bodies, UNICEF works to ensure that children everywhere have the protection and opportunities they deserve. Because of its high prevalence, stunting is a top priority for the Indonesian government in the province of NTT. UNICEF, a global organization focused on child issues, works with the province of NTT to combat stunting via initiatives like the Integrated Malnutrition Management program, which runs from 2015 to 2018. This presentation will discuss UNICEF's Integrated Malnutrition Management program for 2015-2018 and how it has helped reduce the prevalence of stunting in children in NTT. This study adopts the Pluralist stance, which holds that states are not the only actors in international relations, and is driven by the International Organizations theory, which elucidates the significant role that international organizations play. The approach is qualitative, and information is gathered through the official website www.unicef.org as well as research in many books, magazines, and dissertations from the library's collection. The data presented here demonstrates UNICEF's involvement and contributions to the fight against stunting in Indonesia from 2015 to 2018. UNICEF's collaboration and involvement is shown by the provision of aid to malnourished and stunted children in Indonesia, particularly in East Nusa Tenggara Province, which has the highest prevalence of stunting in the country. Abstract

ABSTRCT This research are used for known the pattern of utilization of leisure time by sociology students at the Faculty of Social and Political, Riau University. The responses given by students (respondents) of course different. This difference can be seen from the use of free time, there is self-development, relaxation, or recreation. This research has 551 populations. This research used the slovin formula to determine the sample and obtained 186 samples. The sampling technique in this research are proportional random sampling. The Final Data was carried out through primary data using questionnaires and secondary data. From the results of this research, we can see that most students use their free time to do relaxation activities, such as resting, venting or worshiping. Abstract

This study is motivated by the capability of the Pekanbaru City government in responding to community diseases. It's modern in the use of technology that has a negative impact on society, through the MiChat application, many women sell services called Open BO. So that news circulated about the rise of prostitution using online media facilities in Pekanbaru City under the guise of massage parlors. This study uses the theory of Government Organizational Capability according to Kusumasari which has indicators 1) Institutional 2) Human resources 3) Policy 4) Finance 5) Technical resources 6) Leadership. This study seeks to determine the capability of Pekanbaru City in responding to prostitution using online media facilities in 2020 - 2022. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. In collecting data, the writer uses interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study explain that the capacity of the Pekanbaru City Government in responding to prostitution uses online media facilities, in collaboration with the Civil Service Police Unit, the Social Service, and the Ministry of Communication and Information. The Civil Service Police Unit carried out raids on hotels, boarding houses, guest houses and other places where prostitution was arranged using online media. After being secured by the Civil Service Police Unit, they were taken to the Civil Service Police Unit office for data collection and then taken to the Pekanbaru City Social Service shelter to carry out rehabilitation or coaching. The Ministry of Communication and Informatics in its role conducts education regarding the wise use of the internet and social media wisely so as not to fall into prostitution using online media facilities.
