Abstract

The development of convicts is an integral part of the law enforcement process, with the existence of a correctional system, it is hoped that Prison Inmates can become fully human regardless of the crimes they have committed, are aware of their mistakes, can improve themselves, and have no intention of repeating crimes again. However, the problem we are currently facing is that we still encounter or hear about perpetrators of crimes who are "relapsed" or are still committing crimes again, which are called recidivists. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the implementation of coaching in Correctional Institutions for recidivist convicts. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to implement coaching in correctional institutions for recidivist convicts. The method that researchers use in this study is a qualitative research method. The informants contained in this study were Correctional Officers in the coaching section and Correctional Assisted Residents. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews and observation. The analysis technique of this research uses Miles and Huberman to collect data, reduce data, and present data. The theory used to analyze the research findings is the structural functionalism theory from Talcott Parsons and the total institutional perspective according to Erving Goffman. Based on the results of the research, it was obtained: (1) The implementation of coaching in Class II B Correctional Institutions in Payakumbuh City for recidivist convicts has been running effectively and in accordance with correctional goals, (2) Obstacles faced during the implementation of coaching include internal factors from Prison Assisted Residents, and the excess residential capacity of Correctional Institutions. Abstract

ABSTRAK Jurnal ini mengulas tentang pengelolaan tanah kas desa pada Desa Muara Mahat Baru Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar tahun 2020 dan mengetahui faktor penghambat dalam pengelolaan tanah kas desa pada Desa Muara Mahat Baru Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggambarkan tentang perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan dalam pengelolaan tanah kas desa di Desa Muara Mahat Baru. Adapun sumber data penelitiannya adalah dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasilnya menemukan bahwa perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan dalam tanah kas desa di Desa Muara Mahat Baru Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar masih belum berjalan dengan baik. pengelolaan tanah kas desa di Desa Muara Mahat Baru Kecamatan Tapung masih belum berjalan dengan baik, karena pemanfaatan hasilnya masih ada yang dimanfaatkan untuk kepentingan pribadi oleh oknum-oknum yang tidak bertanggungjawab dengan menggarap hasil sawit tanah kas desa, serta kebun sawit yang kurang terawat sehingga pengelolaan tanah kas desa yang berupa kebun desa diambil alih oleh nama-nama yang bersangkutan dalam sertifikat tanah. Dan faktor penghambat belum optimalnya pengelolaan tanah kas desa di Desa Muara Mahat Baru Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar yaitu: kurangnya pengawasan yang dilakukan dan sumber daya manusia yang kurang paham dalam mengelola aset. . Abstract

This research was conducted at the Sianok Motor Duri Accessories Store, which is located at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman No. 64, Balik Alam, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau. This study aims to determine the effect of research quality and pricing on consumer buying interest partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method with SPSS program. The population in this study were all consumers at the Sianok Motor Duri Accessories Store in 2019 as many as 812 and the sample from this study as many as 89 respondents from consumers of the Sianok Motor Duri Accessories Store. Determination of the sample in this study using the Slovin formula, namely by nonprobability sampling technique with accidental sampling technique. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance test with t test (partial test) F test (simultaneous test). The results of this study indicate the results of the t-test hypothesis of service quality on consumer buying interest, namely t count (8.782)> t table (1.987) meaning that service quality is significant to consumer buying interest. Second, pricing on consumer buying interest is t count (7.277)>t table (1.987) meaning that the price setting is significant to consumer buying interest. F test results of service quality and pricing on consumer buying interest are F count (38.339)>F table (3.10). Keywords: Service Quality, Pricing, Consumer Purchase Interest

Abstract

Implementation of the policy of implementing discipline and law enforcement of health protocols as an effort to prevent and control Covid-19 in Meranti Islands Regency, especially in Tebing Tinggi District. This study aims to determine the implementation of policies made by local governments in handling Covid-19, especially in the application of discipline and law enforcement of health protocols. This study uses the theory of Policy Implementation according to Edward III based on four variables, namely: Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. The research method used is a qualitative description, namely to describe real events but more than that, the results are expected to reveal hidden values. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data to determine the number of informants by interview and documentation methods. The results of the study show that: 1. Communication is carried out by the Covid-19 Task Force in implementing discipline and law enforcement of health protocols, namely by conducting socialization education, both persuasively and humanely. 2 The resources in handling Covid-19 have been fully implemented, both human and financial resources. 3 The disposition in handling Covid-19 is a regional government apparatus that regulates and has responsibilities in their respective fields. 4 The bureaucratic structure, in this case, has (SOP) and the implementation of policies can work according to the applicable (SOP) and can be evaluated between each work unit according to existing (SOP). The inhibiting factors include internal and externa,l factors in implementing the policy of implementing discipline and law enforcement of the Covid-19 health protocol in Tebing Tinggi District, Meranti Islands Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT Latar belakang masalah penelitian. Dalam Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan Kelurahan (Musrenbangkel) bertujuan untuk menampung semua aspirasi masyarakat untuk menetapkan prioritas sesuai dengan kebutuhan kegiatan masyarakat dalam rangka mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Kelurahan dikatakan berhasil apabila mampu menciptakan pembangunan yang bermanfaat bagi kebutuhan masyarakat terutama di Kelurahan Bahtera Makmur Kota dalam meningkatkan pembangunan di Kelurahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman terkait perencanaan pembangunan infrastruktur jalan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 (enam) orang yang ditentukan menggunakan purposive Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa perencanaan pembangunan Kelurahan Bahtera Makmur Kota dalam menunjang pembangunan infrastruktur yaitu menampung aspirasi dari masyarakat melalui program kerja RT/RW dari musyawarah rencana pembangunan kelurahan (musrenbangkel) sehingga program kerja yang diusulkan akan di evaluasi sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat. Masyarakat selalu dilibatkan pada setiap proses kegiatan perencanaan pembangunan dan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam mengatarakan usulan, pendapat, ide sudah aktif serta bantuan tenaga/materil yang diberikan masyarakat bersifat sukarela. Tetapi hanya sebagian masyarakat yang hadir dalam kegiatan perencanaan pembangunan karena masih kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya keterlibatan dalam setiap tahap perencanaan pembangunan. Abstract

This study aims to determine the causes of Domestic Violence. The research location was conducted in Palas Village, Pelalawan Regency. The method used is a qualitative method. The subjects in this study were 5 couples with problems, 5 neighbors or family as informants who knew about the husband and wife and 3 informants as problem solvers. In collecting data using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. Therefore, the researcher concludes that the causes of domestic violence are economic difficulties, disobedience, bad behavior and jealousy. The methods used to resolve domestic violence are resolved through religious courts and outside areligious courts. The aim is to find out the causes, the approach to the results, the results of the research. It is recommended that prospective brides or future spouses receive technical assistance from the religious office. Keywords: Domestic Violence, Causes, Resolution, Mediators

Abstract

Identification of Problems in Collaborative Research with village government and traditional leaders in preserving Rimbo Larangan, Seberang Teratak Air Hitam Village, Sentajo Raya District 2018-2019, namely the fading of meetings held by traditional institutions in carrying out activities in efforts to preserve the forbidden jungle, the status of prohibited forest which is still recorded as APL (Other Use Area) making it difficult to manage or transfer the function of area utilization, the lack of the role of the Regional Government in efforts to preserve the prohibition forest. This study uses a qualitative research method that describes the data obtained through interviews and documentation. While the data source used is primary data obtained directly from the research location in the form of information submitted by informants, and supported by secondary data, namely documents related to research. The results of the collaboration of the village government and traditional leaders in the preservation of Rimbo Larangan Seberang Village of Teratak Air Hitam, Sentajo Raya District 2018-2019, are that in terms of formal agreements and missions there is no formal agreement but, the agreement agreed upon by all parties that Rimbo Larangan Seberang Teratak Air Hitam Village is a customary forest managed by traditional institutions and the people of Seberang Teratak Air Hitam Village. Besides that, in terms of leadership that the Customary Institution holds authority and leadership in the preservation of Rimbo Larangan, then in terms of legitimacy there is no Written Regulation regarding the management of the Rimbo Larangan area, as for law enforcement and management regulations still use the applicable Customary Law. Abstract

Abstract Garbage is one of the problems experienced by almost all countries in the world. According to data from the National Waste Management Information System (SIPSN), the waste generation in 2021 in Indonesia will reach 30,881,803.15 Tons. Waste management can run effectively and efficiently if there is good cooperation from the government, society and the private sector. The waste bank exists as a form of collaboration between the government and the private sector to create a strategy for implementing 3R in waste management in Pekanbaru City. This research aims to find out the practice of collaborative governance in the management of waste banks in Pekanbaru City in 2021. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that the implementation of a waste bank in Pekanbaru City in 2021 was welcomed by all actors and had a positive impact on waste management in Pekanbaru City. The Garbage Bank also generates profits seen from the large number of people participating in it. But in achieving innovation is less effective. This happens because of a lack of trust between stakeholders, lack of information sharing and coordination which causes innovation to not run effectively, and a lack of facilities and infrastructure needed in implementing a waste bank. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing promotions and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method with the SPSS program. This research was conducted at PT. Global Jaya Perkasa Pekanbaru which is located at Jalan HR. Soebrantas Panam, Jalan Delima, Kec. Tampan, Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all consumers of PT. Global Jaya Perkasa Pekanbaru in 2020 as many as 142 peope and the sample from this study were 105 respondents who were determined using the non-probability sampling technique with the accidental sampling technique which was then formulated using the slovin formula. Data analysis used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and hypothesis testing with t test and F test. The results of this study show the results of the t test hypothesis of promotion implementation on purchasing decisions t count of 3.920 > t table 1.660, meaning that the implementation of promotions affects purchasing decisions. Second, the quality of service on purchasing decisions, namely t count 3.262 > t table 1.660 means that service quality influences purchasing decisions. The F test results of the implementation of promotions and service quality on purchasing decisions, namely F count = 22.467 > F table = 3.087 means that the implementation of promotions and service quality influences purchasing decisions simultaneously. Abstract

Abstract Disaster management is needed in the prevention and management of flood disasters that occur in areas prone to flood disasters. In the implementation of disaster management, it takes the role of all parties involved in the implementation of flood disaster management, especially the role of the Government, both the Central Government and Regional/City Governments. The purpose of this study is to determine the disaster management carried out by the City Government for flood disasters and to find out what are the factors that hinder the implementation of disaster management carried out by the City Government. In this study the approach used is a qualitative approach and the type of research used is descriptive. The location of this research was conducted in Medan Tuntungan District and data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and documentation. The results of the study concluded that: First, disaster management carried out by the City Government for flood disasters is explained in three stages, namely pre-disaster is the pre-disaster stage consisting of preparedness including the preparation of disaster-prone maps and training of the Rapid Reaction Team, disaster mitigation includes river crossing activities and outreach regarding disaster. When a disaster occurs, it consists of emergency response including disaster response power and logistics provision. Post-disaster is the stage after the disaster occurs consisting of rehabilitation and reconstruction. Second, the inhibiting factors for the City Government in carrying out disaster management are the limited disaster budget owned by the City Government, low public awareness in protecting the environment to prevent flooding, and limited human resources owned by the City Government in carrying out disaster management.
