This research explains about the role of Indonesia to overcome the global health issue through Foreign Policy and Global Health (FPGH) forum, FPGH is formed by the foreign ministry of Indonesia, Norway, France, Thailand, Brazil, South Africa, and Senegal in order to emphasize the connection between foreign policy with the policy in health sector that nowadays becomes the international society interest.This research uses qualitative method with techniques of writing a literature review through library research from several sources like books, journals, articles, websites, the media and others.This research begins with explanning of the global health condition and what do Indonesia in addressing global health issues. To analyze the role of Indonesia to overcome this issue, this research uses two theories: Role Theory and Partnership Theory. The results showed that the Indonesian government will do anything to through the health ministry plays an active role in addressing global health issues.As the result, this research shows that Indonesia has the active role in overcoming the global health issue in order to increase the existence in the world. Indonesia‟s active role is especially showed in FPGH and World Health Assembly (WHA) council. The active role of Indonesia in overcoming the global health issue is significantly explained in the launching of Osco Declaration. Besides Indonesia also shows good leadership to foght for mechanism of Virus Sharing and Benefit Sharing justice for public health.Keywords: FPGH, World Health Assembly (WHA), Global Health, Sharing Viruses, Vaccines.

Problems in the research is still lack of supervision conducted by the company tothe employees of the production, so it's still widespread illegalities that occurred asemployees who work not in accordance with standards and instructions given bysuperiors. Besides not the achievement of a target production in the last two years,indicating a lack of employee productivity in your work. As for the purpose of research isto find out the supervision, employee work productivity as well as know how theoversight of employee productivity part production at PT. P&P Bangkinang.. Results ofthe study concluded that surveillance against employees of the production at PT. P&Pbeen rated good Bangkinang, just that there is still a lot of shortcomings perceived bythe employees, so still there deviations in the works. Employee productivity partproduction at PT. P&P Bangkinang votes already, but there are also still manyshortcomings such as the lack of professionalism of employees in work. Analysis withSPSS obtained results that surveillance has a strong relationship to the productivity ofemployees work part of production at PT. P&P Bangkinang. The positive effect of thesupervisory employee productivity, so any improvement of supervision, it will be able toincrease the productivity of employees work part of production at PT. The issue of the application of leadership style is a major problem in determining the success of the company. To the PT. Indah Kiat section Pulp Making 9 Perawang is a private company engaged in the production of paper, if notice of the company is likely to use the leadership style of telling. The problem in this company as a result of labour turn over in particular, which resulted in losses to the company. Employees are one of the most important factors of production in the company. Without employees, the company would be difficult to achieve the goals that have been set.One phenomenon that describes the organizations lack of commitment by employees of the Pulp Making 9 PT. Indah Kiat Perawang is can be seen from labour turn over (LTO).The results of the study can be concluded as follow: Application of leadership style that includes the indicators telling, selling, participating, delegating to the PT. Indah Kiat section Pulp Making 9 categorized agree, this indicates that the style of leadership in the company can be received by the employee with either.In connection with the organizational commitment of employees to the leadership style treatment of employees with good leadership it will certainly lead to better the commitment of subordinates, however the statement of four indicators leadership style used in this study turned out to respondents is inconsistent, still there are respondents who disagree and neutral.For the implementation of the leadership style to the PT. Indah Kiat section Pulp Making 9 more appropriate to use the leadership style of selling.For employee commitment to the organization is basically good or approved, just still a lot that needs to be improved in order to reduce labour turn over in employees. Employee Performance Tax Office (LTO) Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan In Serving Taxpayers. This study aims to determine the performance and the factors that affect employee performance Tax Office (LTO) Primary Handsome Pekanbaru in serving taxpayers. This study uses a quantitative research study deskriptif. The way to collect the data the authors used a questionnaire and observation as a data collection tool research. After collecting data from survey respondents are employees of the Tax Office Primary Pekanbaru and taxpayer maintains in Pekanbaru tax service office on performance variables consisting of 6 indicators of Work Quality, Quantity of Work, Timeliness, Effectiveness Resources, Independence and motivation , it can be seen that the performance of which is owned by an employee in the office of serving taxpayers in both categories, as for some of the factors that influence employee performance is the human resources of the organization and work organization with the system. This study aimed to describe the assistance of JICA as one form ofbilateral relations between Japan and Indonesia. This study also aims to lookat the prospect of JICA's assistance in the environmental field in RiauProvince. This study is limited in the span of 2011 to 2014 and more focuseddiscuss the JICA cooperation with the Riau provincial and regency Bengkalisin the environmental field. Writing this thesis uses qualitative researchmethods, descriptive and research techniques used by the author is literature.The results showed that with the implementation of the cooperationbetween Japan-Indonesia through JICA, namely the provision of technicalassistance in pengelolaaan and handling of GSK-BB Biosphere Reserveineffective. This is indicated by the absence of positive results were sosignificant after inclusion of JICA and the establishment of cooperationbetween the Japan-Indonesia. Even in the years 2013-2014 still damage andencroachment in the conservation area. The research describes the role of ECPAT through ethics commitees in tackling the problems of Sex Tourism in Brazil. Authors would like to clarify the role taken by ECPAT on issues that concern about the world tourism. The aim is to overcome the problems of exploitation in Brazilian children get in the tourism industry due to several factors cause children into the sex tourism industry.This study uses the theory of the role of international organizations as a tool used to analyze the role and responsbility of international organizations and the use of perspective Liberalism. This research aims to explain the interests of Indonesia cooperate with Brazil in the field of military defense in 2010-2014. Brazil was chosen because it has excess in defense industry and plays an important role in the modernization of Indonesia’s defense equipment. The signed of MoU, has been done between the two countries since November 2010 which includes the purchased of Super Tucano EMB-314, Trasfer of Technology MLRS Astros II, the placement of the defense attache, and joint military exercises.The foreign policy decision-making models of Graham T.Allison consists of a rational actor model, organizational model, and bureaucratic model. This research used rational actor model. In this model, various actions of state analyzed under the assumption that a country considered all the options and act rationally to maximize profits. The government is regarded as the main actor who examines a set of goals, evaluate them based on the profit and then choose the one that gives an advantage.The result of this research show that when cooperate with Brazil, there are benefits for Indonesia, such as Indonesian defense equipment is getting better, education for soldiers, military equipment which are sophisticated, and placed the defense attache at the Embassy, JakartaKey words: foreign policy, military defense cooperation, modernization ofdefense equipment

Lubuk Muda village society has a tradition is lampu colok. Before presene its society electric use lampu colok lighting. This tradition begins from malay society wish to give lighting at month of Ramadhan. This tradition implement have clung heart by is society. While is month of Ramadhan they prepare things lampu colok. While arrive Ramadhan society prepare this lampu colok, this tradition done a year once. While comes Ramadhan society assembles lampu colok was looked around by house them. Precending society so viscous with mythâs those are trusted that on month of Ramadhan spiritâs will go home to house lampu colok as lighting the way that spirit. To analise research data is done with qualitative method and interpretation subject take purposive sampling. Subject consisting of society figure, religion figure, LAMâS chairman, chairman and member lampu colok and lubuk muda society. gathered and then explained by descriptive with is result of narasi is logical and analise use theory tindakan sosial and AGILâS theory. This research is Lubuk Muda village Siak Kecil district Bengkalis regency. Research at field indicate that there are two phases in realization lampu colok. Begining of look for tool and equipment until found gate and make design and tall in lampu colok. This research also after presene value in tradition lampu colok amongst those: solidarity value, morality value, art and economy value.
