Abstract

PT. Yamaha Crown III Pekanbaru is one of two dealer Yamaha dealer in the District Peace Marpoyan Pekanbaru, by looking at business opportunities for the brand Yamaha motorcycle sales are becoming the focus of marketing companies. for the brand Yamaha motorcycle sales Pt. Yamaha Crown III tried to make an effort to do the marketing strategy for products marketed a concern for consumers and interested to buy didealer PT. III crown. The implementation of the marketing strategy undertaken by PT. Yamaha Crown III Pekanbaru is the use of the Product Strategy Yamaha only sell products that are of good quality and have good resistance machines and the most important is the production of Yamaha always have an innovative design every year.Transportation is becoming a vital tool even arguably very important because in the age of globalization. Without a means of transportation, we can to waste time just to achieve the goal if we rely on our feet. For now, the means of transport which are very reliable for the middle class, namely motor. And the motor is a mainstay for the fight time uncompromising one is Yamaha. Abstract

After the implementation of regional autonomy and based on the laws of the local government, all central government employees who previously worked as a clerk in the center of the area assigned to each local government. Abstract

The condition of road and bridge should ensure the movement of human and tool smoothly, safely, quickly and comfortably. That is why it should be free from any damage. Department of Public Work of Toba Samosir Regency as one of the agenciyes which handles maintenance of road and bridge generally does not have good performance yet. Unavailable human resources, unsupported tools and infrastructures, community view and natural condition are same barrier that usually found. The problem in this study is hoe Department of Public Work performance of Toba Samosir Regency in gaining its purpose that is to handle the maintenance of road and bridge and factors that affect the organizational performance.The purpose of this study is to know the performance Department of Public Work of Toba Samosir Regency from 2010-2014 to handle the maintenance road and bridge and to know factors that affect the performance Department of Public Work to handle maintenance road and bridge.This study used quality research methodsto the study og descriptive data. The researcher used interview techniques, observation and documentation specified by purposive random sampling technique to collecting the data.From the analysis of the qualitative descriptive data that Department of Public Work Performance to handle maintenance road and bridge categorized yet good, the thing which seen from conceited the road and bridge damage.Keywords : performance, maintenance of road and bridge

Human beings are essentially needs, to continue the sustainability of human life must meet the necessities of life, and the more the person's needs will be growing and increasing, to meet the needs of a person's life will be shopping as needed and he wanted to meet the person's needs buyers will choose or decide which place he thinks fit to meet these needs. Shopping decision is an act or process of selecting the buyer, where the person feels fulfilled their needs by shopping someplace better he saw that led to the decision to buy the place. Minimarket Indomaret is a new bid form provided by a company in the world trade with the concept of shopping and necessities on the roof, and serve grocery shopping in the form of scale. Abstract

The issue of service to the community is always prominent in the affairs of public service, are registrasion of identity card, card of family, and ecextra. The existence of public complainsh tasksthat slow, working hours of the apparatur does not comply with the rules made public difficulty in optaining one.The research is focused to problem of how performance of village institution in give service to public. And what are the factors that influence the task of institution.The research it’s done in Petani village of Mandau subdistrict Bengkalis regency, and the research is done by quantitative descriptive approach.The result showed that the work ethic that is in the staff is looking for money, the status of the staff is as workers but it’s role is not in accordance with the devision of labor, socialization received staff of government is not going well, there is a control to village institution and it didn’t happen norm infraction and that values. Abstract

The development of new media causing media content more and more, so that the control or sensor over media increasingly hard to do. Therefore, communities need alternative in order to be protected from the negative effects of new media. The concept for the challenges of the new media is a new media literacy concepts. Based on the foregoing, a new media literacy skills is essential to prepare and protect society from the negative impacts of new media. In addition, new media literacy is also important for improving the quality of new media. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which of new media literacy proficiency level of students at the University of Riau.The methods used in this research is quantitative descriptive survey method, the researchers collecting data using questionnaires. This research was conducted at the University of Riau with the total sample of 291 respondents research, and the collection using quota sampling technique. To determine the level of new media literacy skills of students at the University of Riau, researchers used a frequency distribution table makes it easy to authors to calculating the score of new media literacy skills level of students at the University of Riau.The results of this study showed that of the total 291 respondents new media literacy proficiency level the students of the University of Riau to use skill proficiency criteria more dominant on the basic level is 205 (70.45%) of the respondents, it means the ability of students at the University of Riau in the use of new media is not too high. Meanwhile, for new media skill level the critical understanding criteria more than dominant the skill medium level is 145 (49.83%) of the respondents, , it means the ability of students at the University of Riau in analyzing and evaluating new media content high enough. Next, the new media literacy skill level criterion of communicative abilities are more dominant in the skill level medium is 171 (58.77%) of the respondents, it means the ability of students at the University of Riau in the activity of producing new media content and social participation in new media content is high enough.Keywords: Ability Level, Literacy Media, New Media, Students of Riau University

Abstract

Communication stategy of local candidate is that the creation of efective and efficient communication between candidate and voters. In 2013 local election, candidate used many ideas to get people's vote. Some candidate spend a lot of money to get voted. Another candidate joint the election with people's blessing. People of pekanbaru city adore HERman abdullah due to his achievement in pekanbaru as major. Herman abdullah lead pekanbaru smoothly and the improvement of this city quite fast. Pekanbaru used to get ADIPURa award when he became rhe major. Education was his focus, espexially for the prosperity of guru madrasah ( teachers of Islamic school). Pekanbaru is known for the corruption free city in his era. Writer used communication strategy theory to find out politic communication strategy of herman Abdulah in PEkanbaru in 2013 local election.Writer used interview and documentation in collecting the data. This is a qualitative descriptive research. Writer entitled this research as Communication politic strategy of Hetman Abdullah and Agus Hidayat in Pekanbaru city in local election of Riau province 2013The success of Herman Abdullah in the election due to support from other political leader. Herman abdullah has a close relationship with some important figures in Pekanbaru. Herman Abdullah has a good leadership and positive image due to his success in some field before. Herman abdullah join the election by himself without any candidate for his spouse yet. It can be from anybody, since he didnt ask support from Golkar. Herman Abdulah has already communicate with PDIP, PKS, PBB, PPP, yet he will ask support from all people in society.Key word: strategy, politic communication, local election.

Abstract

This research describes the implications that occurred as the result of gambier exports reduction from Indonesia to India toward community economy of Lima Puluh Kota district in the year 2008 – 2012. Gambier is one of the crops that has an important role in the economy of the local community, but in recent years, there is a decline in the value of exports. So the reseacher ask a question, what is the impact of decline in the value of gambier exports from Indonesia to India to community economy of Lima Puluh Kota district.This research uses descriptive research methods and also using primary and secondary data. The writer got primary data through direct observation and interview. While the secondary data was collected through the study to library with reference of books, journals, articles, bulletins, newspapers and other news from the relevant media. This research uses the perspective of liberalism with international trade theory and export base to explain the implications of the decline in exports that happened.The results of this research indicate that the implications of the decline in gambier export from Lima Puluh Kota district to India has the impact to community economy in Lima Puluh Kota district and distribution sequence characterized by the increasing the number of poor, agricultural land cover gambier and reduced income of Lima Puluh Kota district.Keywords: Implications, Exports, Gambier, Economic, Downturn
