Abstract

Lubuk Muda village society has a tradition is lampu colok. Before presene its society electric use lampu colok lighting. This tradition begins from malay society wish to give lighting at month of Ramadhan. This tradition implement have clung heart by is society. While is month of Ramadhan they prepare things lampu colok. While arrive Ramadhan society prepare this lampu colok, this tradition done a year once. While comes Ramadhan society assembles lampu colok was looked around by house them. Precending society so viscous with myth’s those are trusted that on month of Ramadhan spirit’s will go home to house lampu colok as lighting the way that spirit. To analise research data is done with qualitative method and interpretation subject take purposive sampling. Subject consisting of society figure, religion figure, LAM’S chairman, chairman and member lampu colok and lubuk muda society. gathered and then explained by descriptive with is result of narasi is logical and analise use theory tindakan sosial and AGIL’S theory. This research is Lubuk Muda village Siak Kecil district Bengkalis regency. Research at field indicate that there are two phases in realization lampu colok. Begining of look for tool and equipment until found gate and make design and tall in lampu colok. This research also after presene value in tradition lampu colok amongst those: solidarity value, morality value, art and economy value. Abstract

The purpose of conduching this research is to know factors-factors affecting the costumer loyalty at airlines and for know dominant factors affecting costumer loyalty.This research used descriptive methode to analyze the probloms. The sampel of this research was 103 consist of 100 respondence and 3 key informant. From factors-factors affecting the costumer loyalty are 5 sub variable they are satisfaction, emotional bonding, trust, choice reduction and habit and history with company.Based on the result of this research, the respon of respondence agree with factors-factors affecting the costumer loyalty and the respon is very agree and loyalty, and the dominant factors is satisfaction.Key word : Costumer Loyalty, GarudaMiles, Garuda Indonesia

Swanlayli Octrinda Sihombing. 1101112217. Efektivitas Pengelolaan Sampah Rumah Tangga di Kota Medan (Studi Kasus di Kelurahan Binjai Kecamatan Medan Denai). Advised by Dr. H. Zaili Rusli, M.Si.Population growth, changing consumption patterns and lifestyles of people have increased the amount of waste generation, types, and diversity characteristics of the waste. The increasing volume of waste requiring management. Waste management that does not use will be a negative impact on health will also be very disturb both environmental preservation of the residential environment, forest, rice fields, rivers and ocean.Types and methods of research used is descriptive research, which can be interpreted as a problem-solving process was investigated by depicting or describing the state of the subject and the object of research at the present time based on the facts that appear or how it is. While the methods used are qualitative research methods to describe the actual situation in detail and by looking at the actual problem and research objectives.There are 2 forms of participation that have been implemented in the Village of Binjai: Real Participation and Non-Real Participation. There are factors that affect the level of community participation in Binjai Village in waste management, which is gender, education level, length of stay, home ownership status, while age and income levels do not affect the level of community participation.Keywords: Effectivesness, Management, Waste.

Abstract

Social Service Pekanbaru function is to provide guidance to the Homeless and beggars by providing socialization, skills and decent jobs so that they do not return to beg in the streets, while the types of skills that are given Social Service pekanbaru form, though the skills of food, craft-making skills, the skills to make cakes and skills shoe soles.There are some barriers Social Service Pekanbaru to exercise Homeless and beggars in coaching to guide the Homeless and beggars in because of the limited budget and limited space for development due to the Social Service Pekanbaru not have the permanent place to stop coaching Implementation activities Homeless and beggars.The concept of the theory that researchers use the concept of organizational development coaching goal itself to gain awareness in a person must know himself, herself to be able to change someone better, more advanced, more positive. Without knowing yourself, too difficult or even impossible someone would change himself.This study uses qualitative research methods to study descriptive data. In collecting the data, researchers use interviewing techniques, observation and study of literature. By using key informants and informant as a supplementary source of information.These results indicate that the guidance provided Social Service Pekanbaru is insufficient it can be seen from the number of Homeless and beggars in the city of Pekanbaru lack of permanent shelters for conducting the implementation of the guidance.Keywords: Implementation of coaching Homeless and beggar

Abstract

Efforts to implement the curriculum in 2013 by the city of Pekanbaru in this case the city education office pekanbaru not running optimally, the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 in the city of Pekanbaru is not running optimally, then through a variable based on the theory of policy implementation by George Edwards III can be found basic formulation of the research problem how the efforts made by the city government in the implementation of the curriculum pekanbaru 2013 in the city of Pekanbaru.Furthermore, the purpose of this study was to determine the curriculum implementation efforts in 2013 were carried out by the city of Pekanbaru. This study used a qualitative model with descriptive method, which is conducted by interview, documentation, and direct observation regarding the implementation of curriculum activities in 2013 in the city of Pekanbaru. In this research method used is an interactive data analysis (interactive models of analysis) of Miles and Huberman which includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the implementation efforts made by the Government of Pekanbaru City concluded that the implementation of a curriculum efforts in 2013 were carried out by performing less well.Keywords: effort, the implementation of policies, curriculum, 2013, the city of Pekanbaru

Abstract

Labeling policies on these items interesting to study because of widespread circulation of goods which are not labeled in accordance with the provisions established in order to safeguard the rights - the rights of consumers of action - fraudulent acts committed by manufacturers and traders who are not in accordance with the provisions.This study used a qualitative method and conducted in the city of Pekanbaru. This study uses informants as sources of information objects that aims to achieve mastery in getting information. Data used in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained through direct observation and interviews with informants. Analysis of the data in a descriptive study conducted by describing the data in a systematic and objective so as to produce factual information, current, and accurate.Based on the results of this research is policy implementation labeling obligations is considered quite able to solve the problems that have been experienced by consumers as users of the goods that have been produced by the manufacturer. It can be seen from the purpose of this policy made. Department of Industry and Trade as actors implementing and controlling labeling policy periodically monitoring and sustainable in terms of overseeing the goods are already in the market, but have not been able to decide this matter, which had found in the field. This is because the Department of Industry and Trade as the local government which is an extension of the central government was not able to do much because the highest authority in the tackle and make decisions in a policy on this issue is at the Ministry of Industry and Trade.Keyword: Policy, Label, Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Integrated Service Center Program Implementation Empower Women And Children (P2TP2A) Eradicate In Domestic Violence In Pekanbaru In 2012. To create a happy family welfare requires several things including aspects concerning health, economy, education and harmonious relationship. Marriage also requires physical maturity also mentally. If these things are not fulfilled, it is not uncommon that the sacred marriage will end in divorce. P2TP2A as one ministry programs to empower women and child protection in the form of agencies that provide services to women and children in order to fulfill the information and needs in education, health, economics, politics, law, protection and prevention of violence and trafficking of women and children. P2TP2A strategies that establish partnership relations in a way to include the role of the sector or related agencies, community organizations and the community in the management and execution of daily tasks. Because in principle P2TP2A formed of, by and for the community.A large number of physical violence, sexual, economic and psychological against women and children in the household in the city of Pekanbaru which has not been revealed due to still lack the willingness for people to report acts of violence they experienced because they bertanggapan that internal or personal affairs should not be interfered other party. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of incentives conducted in PT. Riau Indotama Abadi Pekanbaru on employee performance products distributor Yuasa battery. PT. Riau Indotama Abadi Pekanbaru is the official distributor Yuasa battery with cover marketing area Riau and Riau Islands. PT. Riau Indotama Abadi Pekanbaru has implemented incentives to employees to reward employee performance, improve the quality of employment, and meet the needs of employees. Optimal performance of employees and work in accordance with the standards of the company to realize the goals of the company. In this research, the population is employed about 31 people with a sampling technique that census. The research concludes that the incentive effect on the performance of employees at PT. Riau Indotama Abadi Pekanbaru. With evidence of regression calculation results show that t is greater than t table is 6.720 t> t table 2,045 and Sig. Abstract

Worker or laborer is quite important corporate asset, but in fact often the things that can cause industrial relations problems such as lack of remuneration, termination of employment, and so on. Therefore, the local government through establishing government agencies related to the Social Service Manpower Indragiri Hulu acts as a mediator organization of industrial relations should be able to play an active role in helping to resolve the existing problems in Indragiri Hulu. To determine the role of the Social Department of Manpower and Transmigration as the organization of industrial relations in Indragiri Hulu, the authors conducted a study entitled "The Role of Social Service Manpower and Transmigration in the Implementation of Industrial Relations in the district. Inhu”.This type of research is a qualitative study, which was conducted at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration Social District. Inhu, then for the analysis techniques presented the data in the form of exposure or overview of the findings of the field in the form of data and information on interviews, documentation based on existing conditions. Based on the research that has been conducted to conclude that the Social Service Manpower his best role as meditor implementation in industrial relations, but there are several factors inhibiting the role of the Social Department of Manpower and Transmigration as a mediator implementation of industrial relations, namely: (a) There is still a lack of awareness and responsibility of the company (b) the lack of compliance by the disputing parties to the negotiation plan established mediators (c) lack of understanding and comprehension of the rush (d) lack of adequate personnel resources assigned as mediator functional employees.Keywords: Role, Organization, Mediators

Abstract

This research purposed to get know the job satisfaction of housekeeping department’s employees in Pangeran Pekanbaru Hotel based on two factors theory Herzberg, they were motivator and maintenance factors.This research used quantitative descriptive method to analyze the problems. Sample of this research is all of housekeeping department’s employees amount 23 peoples decided by census sampling technique. The datas collected by using observation, interview and questionnaire and using the likert scale to get the interval’s range.According to the result of this research, job satisfaction of housekeeping department’s employees in pangeran pekanbaru hotel was in middle level. Some factors weren’t fulfilled yet. From motivator they are promotion and recognition, from maintenance factors they are co worker, quality and technical support, relations with others and psychological working condition.Key words : job satisfaction, housekeeping, pangeran pekanbaru hotel
