Abstract

This study describes China's response to the entry of Angola to OPEC in January 2007. Following the entry of Angola OPEC to be a threat, fear and even fears for China over oil supply that affect the development of Chinese industry is growing rapidly. OPEC exports and reduction rules can threaten Angola's oil exports to China. So, researchers ask a question what effect after entry of Angola's oil exports to OPEC Angola 2007. These problems make China take some action to secure the supply of oil to the country such as cooperation, oil-backed loan system, Angola Model, going out strategy and development assistance. These actions are expected to have an impact on FDI and GDP growth in both countries.This study used a qualitative research method, the research library research techniques are sourced from books, journals, theses, websites, articles, and official reports to the type of research is the analysis. The author uses the theory of supply and demand as well as the relationship of sustainability in both countries.From the research literature by the author can be concluded that after the entry of Angola to OPEC in 2007 impacted the Angolan oil exports to China from January 2007. The increase in activity is due to some action taken China as loans assistance (oil-backed loans) where the return or Angola debt payments by oil, cooperation in several sectors, especially infrastructure development in post-war Angola 27 in the country thereby increasing FDI and GDP growth and lead to sustainability relationships in both countries. This relationship confirms that the entry of sustainability Angola OPEC to have a positive impact on the development of China industries as China lock Angola's oil exports by which promises actions with Angola.Keywords : Oil, FDI, GDP, Demand, Supply, Sustainability

Abstract

The development of the Internet gave rise to a social networking site that Path now comes into a new social network that is loved by many people, including students. The use of social networking Path as a virtual communication media raises various meanings associated with students why they chose to use the Path as a social network that is privacy. This study aims to determine the motive, meaning features Path, meaning non-verbal symbols emoticons and the meaning of friendship on the user experience among students in communication science of university of Riau.This research method is a method of qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Informants in this study were 10 students of communication science, University of Riau who as active users of social networking Path selected using purposive technique. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion and verification.The results indicate that the motive for using the Path as a virtual communication media among students consists of a Because motive namely are trend, follow and unique, while in order to motive are information and privacy. Making of features Path as media of communications among the students consists of Path as media for the exchange of information, Path as a medium to express feelings, Path as entertainment media, Path as a medium for chatting, and Path as a medium to express themselves. Meaning of emoticons in Path as a symbol of nonverbal interaction of virtual communication media among the students to describe the expression of sad, happy, and surprised. Meaning of friendship in Path as a virtual communication medium among the students that experience a positive relationship to expand friendshipnetwork without having to meet person directly, creating a community of like Path Group and communication science students can obtain information from the friendship that exist in Path, whereas negative friendship experiences such termination of friendships may occur as a result of the perceived discomfort and less comfortable with notice if there are other users who view his personal profile.Keywords : Construction Meaning, Path, phenomenological, symbolic interaction.

Abstract

Pekanbaru city has a beautiful and unique historical tourism. Yet media of promotion and publication about this historical tourism is not maximalized that the feedback from local society is lack. It cause unpopularity of the tourism. The department of culture and tourism pekanbaru city's role in promoting petangmegamg ritual is highly needed wether it is direct or through media so that society can be familiar with the meaning of the petang megang symbol. The purpose of this research is to find out the department's role in promoting petangmegang ritual.This is a qualitative descriptive research based on observation, interview and documentation. There are 12 informants in this research. Writer analyzed the data using interactive data analysis model with triangulasi and participation extention to check the validity of data.Result shows that the department's role to attract the society is in the form of brochures, baliho and spanduk, exhibition, photos, calendar events, external magazines, and local television station which is Riau Televisi. The role in promoting the petangmegang ritual is in the form of giving a good infrastructures, good relationship with printed and electronic media. Some of the society of pekanbaru understand the symbol of petang megang ritual, which is the thankfulness of people and the way of cleaning up body and soul in welcoming the holy month Ramadhan. This is a tradition from our anchestor that need to be saved.Key word: role, promotion, petang megang ritual

Abstract

Consumer behavior is very important for a company, to study consumer behavior will greatly assist the company in identifying the market so that market segment would more effective. Study consumer behavior will also be able to know how consumers in the purchase decision process the factors that influene. The purpose of this study was to determine the basis of consumer behavior in the purchase of motorcycles yamaha mio at PT. Alpha Scorpii, Teluk Kuantan.The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a population of 941 people and the number of samples is 90 respondents. The data were obtained through interviews and questionnaires that measured using a Likert scale.The results of this study indicate that the analysis of consumer behavior in buying a motorcycle yamaha mio at PT. Alpha Scorpii shows the criteria agreed.Keywords : analysis, consumer behavior, consumer behavior factors.

Abstract

Communication strategies in politics is one of the keys to a successful Legislative Candidates in winning the election . Indonesia is a unitary state which has the principles of democracy , the government carried out from the people, by the people, and returned to the interests of the people through legislative representation. In these circumstances, the present Legislative Candidates in response to the roles and functions as a connector and absorbing people's aspirations .While the methodology used in the preparation of this paper uses qualitative namely, conducting interviews with Dedi Humadi as legislative candidates, then collect data , organize and classify the data . While the analysis is descriptive that describes the steps of political communication strategies undertaken Dedi Humadi in the general election legislators Rokan Hilir 2014 .The theory used in this discussion is the theoretical positioning of Adman Nursal said communication strategy to enter the brain window voters to a contestant implies that reflects the excellence of the contestants competitors in the form of an associative relationship . Then Anwar Arifin theory which says that the forms of political communication strategy that is political rhetoric, public Relatios political, political propaganda, political agitation, political campaigns, and political marketing .Smith's work done through various programs Dedi Humadi not in vain. There are a few things that the strategy of political communication in the success of Dedi Humadi legislative elections, namely, First, first requests a political campaign with mass communication and interpersonal communication by raising relevant issues to be ' slogan ' . Second, expand the network by cooperating with community leaders, community organizations, or the personal approach ( emotional attachment ). Third, run individual campaigns and rallies. Fourth, to optimize the role of the media is to create banners , baleho , stickers and calendars . Abstract

The Toba Samosir Extension Executive Agency of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry is one of the government agencies that have a principal function of the increasing extension in agriculture , fisheries and forestry are reflected in agriculture , fisheries and forestry to stabilization of staple food prices and the economic capacity of managing public peasants in the countryside.The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Education and Training (Training ) to increase performance in Agricultural Extension in the implementing Agriculture at extension, agency Fisheries and Forestry ( BP4K ) Toba Samosir . The population of this research is all the Agricultural Extension Extension Executive Agency of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Toba Samosir , as many as 59 people . Technics research sample is census , where all members of the population used as a sample , then the entire population in this study serve as a member of the sample . Required data , collected through observation and questionnaires . The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that the Education and Training (Training ) has a significant impact on performance improvement extension. This proved by test determination coefisient with a value R2 of (0.935), the influence of Education and Training (Training ) on the performance of 93% extension . While the remaining 7 % influenced of other factors.Advice given as an insert to the Executive Agency Counseling agencies Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry on the Toba Samosir for more attention to employee development through training assignments to achieve improved performance expected by the agency . Should Head should be better in attention to things that can affect the performance improvements that increase agricultural productivity , because based on the research conducted there were 7 % more other factors that can affect the performance of extension .Keywords : Education and Training and Performance

Abstract

Tax Office Primary Bangkinang is a government institution that has a fundamental duty and taxation affairs organized as tax dues can be used for the development and prosperity of the nation of Indonesia. Taxes collected by the Government used to maintain the viability of the state and sources of financing expenditures incurred by the government to run the government. The tax itself is a mandatory contribution to the state owed by the individual or entity coercive. Of understanding shows that society shall contribute to the country, and the public should get a quality service. But the fact remains a bottleneck services, such as the Society is still waiting for a long time in the process of printing proofs tax reporting, due to the network system in the office is often problematic. The purpose of this study was to determine how the quality of service at the Tax Office Primary Bangkinang.The concept of the theory that researchers use is according toZeithhaml-Berry-Parasuraman there are several dimensions of service quality are: Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibles. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, which used data collection techniques by observation, interviews and data collection with documents obtained from informants research that has been determined based on snowball sampling technique.From the results of this study indicate that the quality of service at the Tax Office Primary Bangkinang not running optimally. Abstract

This research explains and proves the role of The Institute for Peace and Democracy (IPD) in growing and developing democractization in Myanmar from military Junta. Myanmar has been led fifty years by military Junta.Perspective that used in this research is institutionalism perspective. This research also uses the role theory. The theory asserts that the role of political behavior is the behavior of the running political role. This theory assumes that the majority of political behavior is a result of the demands or expectations of the role held by political actors. An institution has the role in giving impact according of their mission. This research also used literatures research methodology by colleting data from many literatures such as books, journals, and websites.Institute for Peace and Democracy has mission in seeking and finding ways of democracy suitable for Myanmr with cultures and norms of life. IPD cooperate with Myanmar's government and civil society in designing and implementing capacity development programs in the country. IPD has been making some programs that related with democracy and also giving positive impact for Myanmar especially. This research proves that IPD is not only as common institue but also have strong commitment in helping Myanmar to be optimist and go up to get freedom and to be democratic country.Key words : Democratization, IPD, Myanmar, military junta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts made by the Government of Pekanbaru in structuring the development of the home store (shop) in the city of Pekanbaru, especially in Sub Handsome. The background of this study is the proliferation of commercial buildings and as if ignoring the environmental creed particular catchment areas and green open spaces.This study used a qualitative approach in obtaining and analyzing data, for data analysis, a policy, the theory of coordination and control theory. The informant withdrawal technique performed with a purposive approach to the informant, the data in this study was obtained through interviews and observation techniques and study documentation. Descriptive data were analyzed during the study.The results of this study prove that there has been no real effort of the government in structuring the development of home stores, especially in Sub Handsome Pekanbaru. Coordination of activities undertaken by the government was limited to ensure completeness of the administrative requirements in order to obtain building permits. Supervision is done well only to observe the implementation of the technical development is in accordance with the rules of minimum distance and the construction of infiltration wells. Even then considered not maximal activity. Moreover, the absence of specific rules regarding the use of space to cause irregularities housing construction, especially in Sub Handsome store Pekanbaru.Keywords: Policy, Licensing Home Store, Coordination and Supervision
