Abstract

Divorce is a disconnection between husband and wife because of certain reasons in households that resulted in disharmony in the household which led to the separation. Divorce is a common phenomenon that occurs in the community, especially in the domination by women who sued for divorce her husband. The difference in the condition of society today is different from the people of old, these changes greatly affect the public's view of divorce.The purpose of this study was to determine the cause of the divorce and to explain how their condition after being widowed in Kenagarian Batu Bulek. This study is useful as an overview and reference in the process of divorce in the home life of the community in Kenagarian Batu Bulek and become a benchmark in the search for and formulate the causes of divorce.Location of the study, the authors will discuss women as plaintiffs in Kenagarian Batu Bulek. To obtain the data, the writer used census data collection techniques with in-depth interviews. The data obtained were processed in a descriptive qualitative analysis.From the results of this study found that the economic factors which became the largest factor causing the divorce in Kenagarian Batu Bulek, while the second factor is the moral and then the third factor is the respondent husband's infidelity.From the above facts it can be concluded that divorce caused by economic factors, generally they have difficulties in life as a single parent women, furthermore, divorce caused by moral factors, they are able to perform the role as a single parent women and divorce caused by infidelity there is one respondents were able to perform the role as a female single parent and one respondent was not able to run it.Keywords: Divorced Petition, Social Change, Women Batu Bulek

Abstract

The presence of social networking sites among the student has brough about a change in his life. One of them on social networking sites are bringing the student to more frequently communicate and exchange information. This study uses a quantitative approach to the descriptive type. Descriptrive type was chosen because the researchers intend to describe how the behavior of the utilization of social networking sites in Soceity Scince on University of Riau, without the reseacher to test hypotheses. Number of respondents researchers 50 people. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews with some respondents who have been selected by the researcher to obtain answers as clearly as possible and the facts supporting the findings of this study. From the analysis of the data obtained, it can be in the know behavior in the use of social networking University of Riau, student are more likely to utilize these social networking sites are the female sex , they take advantage of this social networking site for students want more information up to date as well as the students want to add friends in cyberspace, of the respondents use these networking sites to socialize in a sense for communicating and sharing an your friends on social networking sites, becouse the social networking site is already provide a fitt.Key word : social networking , Behavior Utilization

Abstract

This study will describe how an undestanding the student of Riau University about ASEAN Community 2015. ASEAN Community is an International Cooperation of Southeast Asia region which aims to improve the economy. The importance of student to know about ASEAN Community because many of the challenges to be faced, especially in employment.This study used a qualitative descriptive research method. This page is more subjective with use the information, especially for the personal,and then use the interview and give a questionnaire to the subject.This reaserch shows that an understanding of the student in University of Riau is still low based from result of questionnaire.Keywords : ASEAN, ASEAN Community

Abstract

This research was conducted in Riau Fantasi Labersa Water Park tourism object, Kampar Regency since decision making factors as the variable. The aim of this research is to determine the factors influenced the decision making of tourist in doing the tour.The method used in this research was descriptive quantitative where accidental sampling used take the sample. The amount of samples were 100 respondents. The data collection technique used in this research was observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Scale Likert was used to get data quantitativelyAccording to Pitana and Gayatri (2005), there are 4 factors influenced the decision making of tourism, such as: tourist characteristics, awareness the benefit of travel, description of the tour and tourist destination superiority.As the result of this research, the tourists in Riau Fantasi tourism object said that they were agreed about the factors of decision making influenced their decision in doing the tour to Riau Fantasi Labersa Water Park tourism object Kampar Regency. Highest average percentage was in the factor of the awareness of the benefits of the tour 80.5%.Keywords : Decision Making Factors, Tourist, Tourism Object

Abstract

This study aims to look at the use of smartphones among students. As forthe principal problems in this study is the first, the reason students choose asmartphone as a means of communication and information students. Second, howthe use of a student who uses a smartphone.Based on the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that thereasons students choose a smartphone as a means of communication andinformation that is used is using a smartphone is socially and lifestyle. They say tohave a smartphone, they can follow what is happening in the virtual world.Smartphones have a wide range of applications, especially social media such aspath and instagram. If they go for a walk or are hanging out with friends then theywill apdate place and social mediated photo so that others know what to do withsuch respondents respondents feel proud.In terms of time utilization of respondents said that the smartphone to giveeffect to their lectures. They said that for various reasons. Respondents said thatthe smartphone keeps them busy. Busy is meant here is the time to play theirsmartphones could forget the good time chatting disosial media, browsing andrespondents who are addicted to the games they download on their Smarphone.before has a smartphone that students taking the time to learn quite a lot, theyprefer to learn from the play and spend time to play but after having a smartphonefew respondents are willing to set aside time to learn every day of her.Key words: Smartphone, Use Of Time And Students

Abstract

Strategy of Marketing is a series of goals and target, policies and rules that givedirection to effort marketing of company from time to time, in each generation and referenceand also its location, especially as response of company in the face of environmental changeand the state of competition. Interest of patients grow as a motive based on these attributesin accordance with the wishes and needs in using service, based on this, the company shouldbe appropriate to design a strategy of marketing to attract the interest of the consumersthemselves to be interested in the products of services offered, so that if consumers have aninterest in the product there will be decision to buy the product.This research was conducted at Hospital Syafira Pekanbaru. Lokated at JendralSudirman street, No. 134, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this Research was conducted todetermine the effect of the implementation of the marketing strategy of the interst of patient inHospitals of Syafira Pekanbaru.In this research, the methodology used is descriptive and quantitative with SPSSprogram, whice samples used were patient of Hospitals Syafira Pekanbaru and as source ofinformation is the HRD, Front of Office and Marketing manager. To determine the sampleusing the formula Slovin, method of sampling by accidental sampling. Techniques ofcollecting data is through interview, observation and quesioner.From the results analyse of data that includes the test of validity, reability, and simplelinear regression, implementation of marketing strategy in this research include both 7component of the product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical environment.Each has indicators that are interrelated and positive effect on the interest of patiens inHospitals of Syafira Pekanbaru.Keyword: Marketing Strategy, Interest of Patient

Abstract

China has knowing as the most fast and largest population in the world, as soon asChina known as the most large market in the world. Many MNC try to expand theirbusiness in China, many international brand, as Pierre Cardine, Mc Donald, Nestle,most of MNC in the world try to dominate in China. But the local taste, and loyaltyabout local brand is really tied in China’s life. Many other is give up over China,because of that. But, amazing thing hapen again with Starbucks, after Starbucks cometo China in 1998, coffee become trend in China. Even it’s bring many impact forChina.This research uses Comparative AdvantagesTheory related to Diamond conceptwhich has been revealed by Michael E. Porter. This research is Qualitative researchwhich is used by library observation.The result of this research prove that there’spositive impact for both house and home country from Multinational Corporation(especially in this case is Starbucks), and thats why MNC now being one of actor ininternational relation, and thats why the strategy of MNC become one of the issues ofthe international relation studies. Abstract

Ryan Setiawan (1001112089), Oversght of National Narcotic (BNN) in tackling drug abuse in the city of Pekanbaru, Adviser by Drs. H. Isril, MH. Supervision which has been run by BNN Pekanbaru in performing its functions as a designated agency to tackle drug abuse in the city of Pekanbaru has been going well , but there are some indicators that still have not been able to run well . Indicators of employment report could not walk properly because the BNN reporting directly down the center of spaciousness that BNN Pekanbaru not have a concrete statement about the problem of drug abuse in the city of Pekanbaru . In the absence of such reports affect performance in terms of Pekanbaru City BNN supervision . According to Griffin supervision is part of the management function that seeks to predefined plans can be achieved effectively and efficiently , in the process of supervision Griffin has set the standard three steps are set standards , conduct assessments, and conduct corrective action. This study is a descriptive qualitative approach in which the author describes the supervision of BNN in tackling drug abuse in Pekanbaru and the factors that influence the control of drug abuse . Data collection technique is by interview and observation by using purposive sampling method . Key informants in this study is Kasubbag BNN Pekanbaru City Administration . The results of the study authors was an oversight that has been run by BNN Pekanbaru City in exercising its functions as an agency that oversees drug abuse in Pekanbaru has been going well but there are some indicators that are still not maximized because supervision is not done routinely and uniformly in all circles so much abuse drugs in the city of Pekanbaru .Keywords : Monitoring , Drugs

This research to explain the reasons of Russia supplies weapon to bashar al-assad in Syria conflict. Syria is one of the countries in Middle East that is experiencing political turmoil with people demanding President Bashar al-Assad retreated from his position. This conflict has claimed of so many people life that western countries lead to implement the arms and other economic sanctions against Syria but the effort was opposed by Russia through its veto.The foreign policy theory tries to explain the decision of Russia as a form of maintaining power in Middle East, particularly in Syria. in addition, rusia Russia has an interest in Syria. Abstract

Employee satisfaction is an emotional state of pleasant and unpleasant that may affectwork behavior such as motivation and morale, the productivity or performance, and othernforms of work behavior.This research was conducted at Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru, at Jenderal Sudirman street72-74 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study to analyze the factors of job satisfaction onFuraya Hotel PekanbaruIn this study an extensible methodology used is descriptive, where samples are used thatHR employees Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru and as a source of information is the HRD, todetermine the sample using census methods, data collection through interviews,observation and questionnaire.From the analysis of the human resources department employee job satisfactionconducted by Furaya Hotel Pekanbaru on factors that include salary, promotion,supervision, relationships with co-workers and working conditions, stating that the jobsatisfaction factors are at kateori well.Keywords: Job Satisfaction,HRD, Hotel
