Abstract

Discipline of work is undertaken efforts to create a working environment that isorderly, efficient and successful through proper regulatory system. The disciplinaryprocedures are included in the work in this study is about, time discipline, discipline anddiscipline task behavior.Labor productivity is a mental attitude that always mempunai view that quality of lifeshould be better today than yesterday and tomorrow should be better than today. Laborproductivity assessed in this study is about, the quantity of work, quality of work andtimeliness of work.PT. Nusantara Plantation V MCC Sei Rokan is a company engaged in the business ofplantation, processing and marketing of farm products, namely palm oil (CPO) and palmkernel (Karnel). Processing part is the most important part of business units MCC (mills) isbecause the processing section which produce palm oil products and Karnel, and in thissection is required of employees who actually have a high hard work to get results that meetthe CPO and Karnel targets the company.Based on the analysis of this study showed that the discipline of work has a positiveimpact on employee productivity processing part of PT. Nusantara Plantation V MCC SeiRokan. It can be seen from the analysis of known data from the t (30.401)> t table (2.600)and sig (0,000) <0.05. Then the hypothesis is no influence on the productivity of labordiscipline is acceptable.Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Productivity, Discipline and Productivity

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Preservation of Cultural Heritage Objects Museum Sang Nila Utama Riau Province. By using the theory of culture and tourism minister rules of preservation of cultural heritage objects and sites, using two-way preservation, namely the protection and maintenance.This research’s uses descriptive qualitative methods to analyses the problems that were raised. The sample this research were department heads and staff of the field of conservation and preparation as well as the staff of the head of a collection by using purposive sampling. Data gathering tools used were observation and interviews.Based on the results of research in the Preservation of Cultural Heritage Objects Museum Sang Nila Utama Riau Province. Abstract

Community of Graffiti become a separate phenomenon, which represent one of the subkultural youngster in the middle of society. Community of ME&ART in Medan become a unique phenomenon, because specification and uniqueness of activity and also life style which this community have to make this community exist and recognized in Medan. Some ways do youngster to communicate the existence of self through art of graffiti. This research intend to know motive of member community ME&ART in expressing art of graffiti, symbol meaning of graffiti and for describe about communication behavior of community member ME&ART in Medan.This research used qualitative methode by phenomenological approach. The subject of research is 5 who represent Community member of ME&ART selected use technique of purposive. Data obtained through participant observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. This research use technique analyse data of interaktif by using data collecting technique, data discount, presentation of data and withdrawal of conclusion.The result of research showed that here are two motives of community members to express their graffiti art motifs of the past and the future motives. Meaning built by members of the community ME&ART Graffiti as a medium to deliver creative, media delivery of messages and as a medium of expression. Community members communication behavior ME & ART views of verbal communication verbal and nonverbal communication.Keywords: Phenomenological, graffiti, Community, Meaning of Symbols, Communication Behavior, Simbolic Interaction Theory.

Abstract

The research was conducted in Bagansiapiapi Rokan Hilir. This study was done to determine and analyze the Local Government Strategy Rokan Hilir To Acquire General Allocation Fund (GAF) Year 2009-2012. Where the Government of the year 2009-2011 Rokan Hilir not get General Allocation Fund and the Government in 2012 Rokan Hilir back Getting the General Allocation Fund. Rokan Hilir Government through the Department of Revenue is quite long struggle, finally Rokan Hilir accept the General Allocation Fund (GAF) Rp. 286 Billion over the past three years Rokan Hilir not accept the General Allocation Fund (GAF). So from the above problems, the problem can be formulated How Local Government Strategy Rokan Hilir To Acquire General Allocation Fund (GAF) Year 2009-2012?In this study, the authors used a qualitative descriptive approach as a method of problem solving and discovery of data sources. The data required for this study is the primary data directly from the informant research and research findings at the time the study took place. This research data collection techniques are interviewing techniques and documentation techniques. Furthermore, after the data is analyzed by qualitative descriptive technique, which is done by analyzing the data and facts.The results showed that the Government Strategy for Obtaining Rokan Hilir General Allocation Fund Year 2009-2012 with 3 (three) points Strategy won the general allocation fund. The first: Improving Planning consisting of Local Government, Regional Infrastructure and Social Affairs, Culture, and Religion. The second: Improving Performance (Regional Development) consisting of Attraction Development, Education, Health and HR (Human Resources) and Agriculture and estates. The third: Main - Informal lobby consisting of Main Facilitated by the Provincial Government of Riau, Riau and Figures Facilitated Main Lobby Jump To Related officials in Jakarta.Keywords: Strategy, Government Rokan Hilir, General Allocation Fund (GAF)

Abstract

This research describes contributions of Italian investment through PT. Saipem Indonesia toward economic growh in Karimun District in 2010-2012. Karimun District that has been as created Free Trade Zone (FTZ) and Special Economic Zone (SEZ) created opportunities for Italia to invest in Karimun. Italia investment is poured through PT. Saipem Indonesia that was established on May 31st 2011 in Karimun District. Operation of PT. Saipem Indonesia in Karimun District increased economic growth in Karimun district.The writer collects data from journals, books, thesis, reports, working papers, tabloids, encyclopedia, and online media to analyze the contribution of Italia investment through PT. Saipem Indonesia in Karimun. The theoretical framework applied in this research are neoliberalism perspective from David Harvey, international investment theory from Kindley Berger and monopolistic advantages theory from Stephen Hymer.The research shows that contribution of Italia investment through PT. Saipem Indonesia provided great contributions, started from development of company project until established and company operation. Those contribution are high standard of employees salary, Saipem Externalities Local Content Evaluation (SELCE) method, economic value in development project, recruitment of local employee, young graduates program, training center, contributions in health sector, school and transfer of knowledge for student and society in Karimun District. These contributions influence to Regional Gross Domestic Product Karimun District, increase economic growth, increase Employees Participation Rates and decreased unemployment rates in Karimun District.Key words: PT. Abstract

Man power source is one of the important factors for companies that developed and developing human resources obtained through good recruitment and placement in the position/ right position in order to create maximum employee performance and able to support the achievement of corporate goals. PT.Bank Riaukepri Pekanbaru have noticed the recruitment, placement, and employee performance . But when PT.Bank Riaukepri pekanbaru recruitment company achievements decreased and increased when not doing recruitment and placement of employees there is a discrepancy. Of this phenomenon researchers interested to know the effect of recruitment and placement of employees on the performance of employees at PT Bank Riaukepri pekanbaruThe method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, data collection using the questionnaire, this study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and placement of employees on the performance of employees at PT Bank Riaukepri Pekanbaru, researchers using multiple linear regrensi analysis. X1 variable in this study is a Recruitment, X2 is the placement, and Y is Performance. the number of samples in this study were 48 people, the sampling technique is simple random sampling, sampling by means of the draw.The results showed the effect of variable recruitment and placement of employees on the performance of employees at PT Bank Riaukepri Pekanbaru, from analysis of multiple regrensi Y = 2284 + 0709 + 0258 X1 X2 + e. T test with t table at a significance level of 5 % ( 2 - tailed ) = 2.014, t = 4,821 X1, X2 = 2,416. Then there is positive and significant relationship between X1 to Y. And a positive and significant influence between X2 toward Y. Test f with f value count = 34 701 > f table = 3.204. Then simultaneously X1 and X2 influence on Y. And note X1 is a dominant factor of influence on Y. And the unknown value of r = 0.607 percent, so donations influence of X1 and X2 on Y by 60.7 %. And 39.3 % are influenced variables are not included in this equation.Keywords: Recruitment, Placement, and Performance.

Abstract

This research describes about the cooperation between Indonesia and German in renewable energy. Politically Germany Consistent support integrity and cooperation among regions of Indonesia and Indonesia welcomed efforts to resolve internal conflicts through negotiation. Even since 2010, Indonesia and Germany increased cooperation in energy field. Germany and Indonesia have conducted a number of joint projects in the renewable energy sector in recent years, including geothermal energy as one of the safeguards climate ,and to support national energy security.The method used in this study is a description which aims to systematically describe in this cooperation between Indonesia and Germany in the development of Geothermal Energy, based on techniques of data collection is library research, the data collection techniques to find the data from the literature books, information based review of the literature or whether sourced reference articles, magazines, newspapers, journals, bulletins, internet, and important notes on matters related to the issue being studied by the author. The theory used in this study is the theory interpendesi International cooperation.The results of this study are: Indonesia and Germany Cooperation in the development of geothermal energy in Indonesia in 2010 - 2012 have been performed optimally. It is seen that Germany has provided funding for geothermal energy development in Aceh. Germany's determination to move on to new and renewable energy grew stronger after the government made a policy Energiewende (German Energy Transition) in 2010.Keywords: Cooperation, Energy. Abstract

This study describes the acquisition of Indonesia to the oil fields in Algiers in 2013. Themain factor is the motivation to acquire oilfields Indonesia is Indonesia's economic and politicalinterests.The data was obtained from books, and from the internet. This research analyzed byusing the theory of decision making.This study explains that Indonesian policy acquired oil fields in Algeria to meet the needsof the oil in Indonesia. the existence of good relations between Indinesia and Algiers, and thechallenges of oil exploration in Indonesia.Keyword: acquisition, motivation, national interest.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the Village Causeway Pudu Mandau sub Bengkalis. The purpose of this study was to identify the profile of the domestic helper foreign nationals. This study entitled "Profile Domestic Helpers On Foreign Nationals". Topics focus of this research is how the maid in the household profile of foreign nationals, how the pattern of the relationship between the helper and the employer, and what are the limiting factor in domestic helper foreign nationals. The population of this study is the maid in the household of foreign nationals. Taking samples was done by simple random sampling technique. Samples were about 10 people in the household maid foreign nationals. The author uses descriptive qualitative method and the data were analyzed qualitatively. Instrument Data is observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed all respondents have a kinship patterns created by mutual respect and tolerate each other, and respondents follow cultures appreciate the time and discipline applied time employer as a basis to start any work in any field. Conclusion The results of this study indicate that all respondents came from Pekanbaru and spines in general. Respondents in generally come from poor families, the lack of job opportunities becomes a maid in the household of foreign nationals make the lives of the respondents increased. In addition, the pattern of kinship formed by itself because of the good interaction between employer and respondents in their daily life. Factors driving the respondent became a housekeeper is because his salary which could ease the burden of life, to broaden and to maintain social prestige in society.Keywords: Maid, Maid and Employer Relations pattern.
