Abstract

This study titled Existence Institute of Early Childhood Education (ECD) For poorfamilies in the city of Pekanbaru (ECD studies Mother of Pearl District of Pekanbaru City).Researchers interested in this theme because in Pekanbaru City Early Childhood Education(ECD) is growing. In early childhood education is synonymous with expensive andmiddleclass family owned, but now children - children from poor families also attended aneducation at an early age through the Institute of Early Childhood Education (ECD). Withthe formulation of the problem factors - factors that encourage parents put their children inearly childhood institutions, and How to view (perception) of parents of the existence of earlychildhood institutions.The theory used in this study is the Theory of Education, Theory of the Family, Theoryof view (Perception), Theory of the Poor, Structural and Functional Theory. The researchmethod used is descriptive qualitative. The respondents were 10 people, 2 men - men and 8women, in which respondents were selected based on criteria that parents who came frommiddle-class economy.The results showedthat the factors – factors of parents who are in an environment ofpoor families put their childrenat the Institute for Early Childhood Education (ECD) Motherof Pearlis afactor of importance of education, educational cost factor, the factor of socialrelationships, and infrastructure factors. View (perception) parents are institutions (ECD) isimportant forchildren – children at an early age, as well as givinga lot of progress andnegative child development lies in the child quickly performimitation (impersonation).Teacher steaching professional and social relationships already established throughmeetings, recreation with teachers and parents as well asin the event ofa disaster.Keywords: Education, Early childhood, Poor

Abstract

Kekerasan terhadap anak menjadi suatu fenomena yang sangat mengkhawatirkan karena jumlah korban yang terus bertambah setiap tahunnya khususunya di kota pekanbaru. Hak anak untuk dilindungi dari segala tindak kekerasan menjadi tanggung jawab pemerintah sebagaiamana yang telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 amandemen ke-4 pasal 28 B ayat 2 “Setiap anak berhak atas kelangsungan hidup,tumbuh dan berkembang serta berhak atas perlindungan dari kekerasan dan diskriminasi”. Tingkat kekerasan terhadap anak yng masih tinggi disebabkan kurang maksimalnya peran pemerintah kota Pekanbaru dalam menangani permasalahan anak.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarkat dan Keluarga Berencana yang berperan melindungi atau memperhatikan hak-hak anak di Kota Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatis dimana metode ini tidak menggunaka data angka tapi penjelasan yang menjabarkan situasi, proses, dan kondisi. Teknik yang digunakan ialah dokumentasi dan wawqncara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan upaya pemerintah kota Pekanbaru belum maksimal disebabkan dukungan anggaran dan aturan hukum yang tidak kuat.Keyword : Kekerasan anak, Perlindungan anak, Peran Pemerintah

Abstract

Along with the development of technology, communication and information, it makes the development of the Internet, thereby encouraging the emergence of online media. One online media that is currently popular among football fans, ie online media Bola.net. Bola.net is an online media that explore all the actual information, textual and visual about national and international football. In the theory of Uses and Gratification audience basically using the mass media based on certain motives, where the media is considered trying to meet the needs of the audience called as an effective medium. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the use of online media Bola.net motive to satisfaction obtained Milanisti Indonesia Sezione Pekanbaru.The method used in this study is a quantitative method of explanation. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The location of this research is in Milanisti Indonesia Sezione Pekanbaru. The number of samples for this study were 72 respondents. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. To determine how much influence these two variables, the researchers used a simple linear regression analysis. Questionnaire for data processing, carried out using the program Statistics Product And Service Solutions (SPSS) version of Windows 17.Results of research on the influence of online media usage patterns Bola.net to satisfaction obtained Milanisti Indonesia Sezione Pekanbaru, the regression coefficient values obtained in this study is Y = 2.744 + 0.027 X 0.03 significance level greater than α = 0.01. This means that there are no great influence among the motives Bola.net use online media to the satisfaction obtained Milanisti Indonesia Pekanbaru Sezione donation motive variables influence the use of the satisfaction of 11.8% and categorized as very weak effect. The percentages indicate that satisfaction can be achieved not exceed the expectations of motif usage. Abstract

This research explained about the impact of the eurozone crisis domino against the Italy. The economic crisis in the eurozone caused by the domino effect in European Union countries. The crisis first emerged from the Greece which eventually spread to other European Union countries. This occurs as a result of entanglement in the geo-politics and geo-strategic. One of the countries that participated affected is Italy. Although Italy has a good achievement in economics, but in 2011 Italy was also affected by the eurozone crisis domino effect. The crisis impact on the economy and politics of the country.This research was used qualitative analysis. Theory used in this research was the theory of United State’s President, Dwight Eisenhower. According to Eisenhower in 1979, a phenomenon known as the domino by the chain changes on the basis of geo-political and geo-strategic. Because of this theory was born of geographical, then the object is the countries that are geographically close. From the description it can be seen that the eurozone crisis happened because the European region countries in the region are located geographically close to each other that causing a domino impact.Finally, this research show about eurozone crisis domino caused by geographical attachment. One of the affected country is Italy. Based on this research, it can be seen that Italy is a country that is well known on innovative business economic sector and influence on the agricultural sector and the industrial character has high competitiveness. Although many important achievement that Italy had, there currently experiencing problems in Italy's economic development because of the eurozone crisis. Abstract

This study to find out why the people prefer to take advantage of consumer credit andfurther to determine the factors that cause the public to use the credit facility, in this case theresearchers examined the existing communities in the villages of the Pulau Jambu Villagewith the total households as 2893, they got the facility of credits from the stands amount 6stands, while the amount of credit users in the stand as 643 people. Sampling technique thatuses is proposive sampling with the sample of 60 people with quantitative deskriptif analys,the tools used in this study is a questionnaire, interviews and documentation, the theory thatused in this study is the social exchange theory from Homans. The research looked at humansas beings who have various needs, and rarely encountered problems in repayment ofconsumer credit, which affects their income to their behavior in the repayment of loans, therespondents gave a good response to credit traders that look of this study increased the valueof a community perceives the benefits merchant credit, see the ease and drought provided bythe creditor to the consumers or customers, as beings who are never satisfied, they have avariety of ways to meet the satisfaction or desire, as well as the use of credit fasilitar, is theone way to meet their needs or desires goods or household products and others, than for theneeds and survival.Keywords: Credit Utilization,. Abstract

This research describes how the Developmen’t Strategy of Tourism Object Basa Pagaruyung Palace at Tanah Datar Recency. This study also look at the constraints faced by local governments in the development of tourism.The theory used in this study is the management strategy, in particular Lina and Lena theories, and to determine appropriate strategies to address the problem. On the issue of tourism in Tanah Datar required appropriate strategies to address the problems that exist to increase visits to the tourist sector revenue in developing regional tourism. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used through interviews, observation, and documentation as well as the selection of literary study with informants with snow ball sampling while the unit of analysis of this study is that the institution Department of Tourism Culture and Sports, as well as to test the validity of data trianglasi to check the degree of confidence behind a information.Based on the theory used for the analysis it can be concluded that the problems in setting the strategy for tourism development are yet to be adequately addressed, the Government only prioritize the development Pagaruyuang Palace which still continues today, so that there is a problem during the development of tourism be resolved. Such a strategy also has reason because of limited funds and the government itself does not have a master plan for the development of tourism to be more focused and able to compete with other regions so many investors are willing to cooperate with the Government of Tanah Datar, in addition to the cooperation between the government, the public, and also stake holders as executor in the field should cooperate with each other. In addition, Tanah Datar also does not have PHRI (Persatuan Hotel dan Restoran Indoesia) and ASITA (Asosiasi Tourisme Indonesia) to oversee the development of regional tourism in Tanah Datar.Keywords: Strategy, Tourism Development

Abstract

This study analyzes the case of Schapelle Leigh Corby , an Australian citizen who was caught smuggling four kilograms of marijuana to be smuggled into Indonesia through Ngurah Rai airport Denpasar After serving a sentence of less than seven years , the Indonesian government gave clemency or pardons to Corby as much as five years in prison . Filing by the attorney Corby clemency was done because he declared mentally ill by two different doctors . In granting clemency to Corby pour a lot of protests from the public, since the middle of Susilo's administration was keen to fight the drug problem giving Corby clemency to prisoners who are drug related problems.This research uses qualitative research methods. Research conducted by way of explaining based on existing data. Then techniques used in this research libraries from various sources such as books, journals,newspapers and also the documentation is accessible from the internet. The theory used in this research is the theory of diplomacy by Nicolson and the concept of multitrack diplomacy by Dr. Louise Diamond and John McDonald.The result is the an exemption of a narcotic prisoner, an Australian citizen, Schepelle Leigh Corby, cause a dissent among the people in Indonesia. Many of the people oppose those exemption. That opposition happens cause of an indication that there is an agreement between Indonesia and Australia government. If we observe it, those exemption has some benefits for the people and Indonesia government. For the state and Indonesia governement those exemption could improve a relationship between the states, as well as means to facing the political developments of South Pasific regions in the future.Keywords: diplomacy,multitrack diplomacy, granting clemency.

Abstract

Background of this research comes to observation about situation that therechanges social economy in society especially in Bantan Air who became migranto Malay. Formulation in this research are what is the factor that makes themigran interest to go to Malay and how their social economy from village toMalay. The goal of this research is to see the factors that make the migran interestto go to Malay.This research was done in Bantan Air at August 2014. Informan who be thesubject is society in Bantan Air that worked in Malay. All of the data wascollected through observation, interview, and documentation technics. Beside thatdata analysis technic was done to looking for research result from researchlocation it means descriptive qualitative technic.Result in this research showed that there are change from social andeconomy side of the migran who worked in Malay. The change can be seen fromtheir increase income, home style looking good, also they had many aset. It meansthat they had climbing social mobility, but not all of migran have the same thing.Some of them stay away in same position like before they became migran, inother word, they don’t have change. This research done to the clients byusing sampling pusphosive technique. Sample measure taken is 40. Data is collected bythrough interview by using questionaire and hereinafter processing data by usingdescriptive analysis and Kuantitative analysis. Abstract

This research is done at Riau's University that its research object is Civil Tech coed. To the effect of observational it it to know factor that regard coed in choose civil tech majors that per se its environment dominated by male.Population of this research is coed of generation 2004 until generation 2013 one get Civil Tech majorses at Universities Tech Faculty Riau. Sample of this research it generation coed 2011 until 2013 by use of sampling quota method by takes 30% of all told 3 generations. And sample amount of this research it 27 Civil Tech coeds at Riau's University.This research is done on year month of September 2014, this research is direct being done at civil tech environment.
