Abstract

The development of traditional markets in Sorek Satu Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency is increasingly rapid. So it is necessary to carry out good government management to meet the needs of the community through the policies and strategies implemented. The Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade is required to carry out its functions in order to change the public's view of traditional markets which seem dirty and seedy. The condition of this traditional market is poorly maintained, characterized by poor cleanliness, poor orderliness, facilities that are not well maintained, and the establishment of new stalls outside the market area which greatly disrupts the market arrangement. The research uses the theory of government functions, namely service, empowerment and development by Taliziduhu Ndraha. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. This type of research is descriptive. The research location is at the Traditional Market, Sorek Satu Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency. Types and sources of research data are divided into primary data obtained through interviews with informants and secondary data in the form of supporting data related to the market. The results of this research found that the function of the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade was not running well. It is characterized by not maintaining the market buildings, dirty market conditions, a lack of cleaning staff, many traders who do not comply with the rules and there is no regular guidance for market managers and traders. Abstract

The rights to freedom and equality are rights that every human being should have. It is a basic right that is inherent in a human being. Women are the victims of this inequality. In Indonesia, women are perceived as reproductive and domestic workers. This is inseparable from the patriarchal culture, which considers women to be at home, giving birth, cooking and serving men at home. UN Women is an organisation dedicated to gender equality that supports every UN member to achieve equal empowerment of women. Looking at the situation in Indonesia, UN Women is endeavouring to promote human rights for Indonesian women. This research uses Qualitative research methods. Qualitative research, namely analysing data in this study using qualitative analysis, namely research that describes content but is not based on statistical accuracy. The data that has been collected, processed and analysed according to the problems studied. Using data collection techniques sourced from journals, books, official documents, reports, and official websites. This research uses the perspective of pluralism with the level of analysis, as well as the theory of international organisations. UN Women has been working to provide support to the Indonesian government, civil society organisations, academia, media, public, private sectors and others. In ending violence against women in Indonesia, UN Women established the HeForShe Campaign and Adopted RAN P3AKS). On economic empowerment UN Women created Cash For Work and WeEmpowerAsia. Abstract

This research was conducted in Nagari Sungai Pua, Agam Regency, West Sumatra Province. The purpose of this research is to find out the obstacles of blacksmith craftsmen in running their business. To find out the strategies carried out by blacksmiths in maintaining their business in Nagari Sungai Pua, Sungai Pua District, Agam Regency in maintaining their livelihoods. In this study, the technique of taking subjects using purposive sampling has been used criteria in this study. The theory used in this study uses Edi Suharto's theory by looking at active, passive, and network strategies. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. To obtain relevant research results, the researcher has conducted interviews with 6 subjects and has made direct observations to the field. The results of this study are the obstacles faced by blacksmith craftsmen and there are 3 strategies used to survive. The obstacles faced by craftsmen are the difficulty of getting equipment such as anvil stones and lack of capital. Strategies carried out by blacksmith craftsmen. The first strategy used is an active strategy by empowering the potential of the family, the second is a passive strategy by reducing work members and the third is a network strategy by utilizing the social network of fellow blacksmith craftsmen and using social media networks. Abstract

This research was conducted in Kasang Limau Sundai Village, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study is to explain the impact of singingi kuantan gold mining and explain the government's efforts to counter illegal gold mining. The research subjects involved in this study were 1 village head, 1 custom shop, 2 miners, 4 community members in Kasang Limau Sundai Village, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The method used is observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. Checking data from various sources is carried out through technical triangulation as an effort to increase the researcher's understanding of what has been found. From the results of the research conducted, it shows that the Socio-Economic Impact has increased on the economy of the mining community, reduced responsiveness, and can open other business sources, namely rice stalls, mining equipment stalls and increased the income of traders in Kasang Limau Sundai Village. Social Ecological Impacts, namely river water becomes turbid, river water cannot be used anymore as a source of clean water, used crates can no longer be used properly because they leave voids and puddles, river bank abrasion occurs, river water cannot be used for aquaculture.. The government has made efforts to stop PETI but cannot stop it completely because the efforts made have not discouraged the PETI perpetrators. Abstract

One of the developing countries in Asia that is experiencing progress in the tourism sector is Indonesia. The Indonesian government's efforts to advance it are starting to improve the entire tourism sector, including hotel accommodation, tourist attractions and the culinary sector. Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang is one of the four star hotels in the city of Padang. Its strategic location is on Jl. Ir. H Juanda, Flamboyan Baru, where there are many tourist attractions and shopping centers, so this area is busy with tourists passing by. A hotel certainly has many facilities, one of which is restaurant facilities. The restaurant at the Pangeran Beach Hotel is called Mentawai Restaurant. The aim of this research is to explain the management pattern of the typical Prince Beach Hotel Padang breakfast menu. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe and explain the situation that occurred by collecting data and information in the field. The results of this research are that in managing the breakfast menu, there are several important indicators that must be carried out, namely planning, organization, implementation and supervision. There are three types of breakfast menu served in Mentawai restaurants, namely Continental breakfast, Western breakfast and Indonesian breakfast so there are many variations of food served. The presentation or service carried out at this restaurant is self service, guests are invited to take their own food and drinks. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that menu management is an activity of planning, compiling and processing a breakfast menu in a hotel. Abstract

This research contains the strategy of single parent mothers in fulfilling family life and the efforts made to overcome the problems faced in the Border Village, Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency. This study aims to determine the problems faced by single parent mothers in living life without the presence of a partner and the efforts made to meet family needs. The research method used in this study was qualitative with six subjects who were single parent mothers with two or more dependents. The data collection technique used is in the form of observation, interviews and documentation that supports the validity of this research data. The results of field research show that the problems faced by single parent mothers in fulfilling family life are (1). Difficult economy with mediocre income because trying to work and looking for additional income (2). Single parents are required to make a living on their own and without the help of other parties (family) (3). Feeling lonely and losing a main economic support figure, makes you have to live a hard life. The conclusion of the study that: single parents are always underestimated by the surrounding community. The economic side they always feel squeezed by the economy. Due to being busy working, having to make a living, single parent mothers have limited time to care for children..

Abstract

The background to this research is that the current state of the Dutch Tangsi tourist attraction is in a bad condition in terms of buildings, with some parts of the roof being fragile and infrastructure problems such as public toilets for tourists and a lack of facilities that can satisfy tourists. The aim of this research is to determine the management of the Dutch Tangsi tourist attraction. The type of research in this thesis is a qualitative descriptive research type where descriptive data is answered by research informants and analyzed by the author. To find out the management of the Dutch Tangsi tourist attraction in Siak Regency, in this research the author needs primary data in the form of interviews and direct observations in the field then secondary data in the form of documents related to the management of the tourist attraction carried out.The data collection methods that the author uses in this research are observation, interview and documentation techniques. There were 9 informants for this research The results of research conducted by researchers on the management of the Dutch Tangsi tourist attraction by the Siak Regency Tourism and Culture Office are quite good, but there are still parts of the management of the Dutch Tangsi tourist attraction that are not running according to the planned activities Keywords: Management, Dutch Tangsi, Siak Tourism Office

Abstract

The implementation of promotions from the Travel Agent is to motivate as many pThe implementation of promotions from the Travel Bureau is to motivate as many people as possible to make purchases of sales products as well as to highlight the company's various products and attract public attention to the company's services. This research aims to find out the promotions carried out by PT. Penjuru Wisata Negeri AET Travel so that they can develop and advance in achieving the target market and to find out the obstacles or obstacles in selling sales products. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe and display the existing conditions at a research site by collecting data and information obtained directly from the field. The key informants in this study are the Marketing, Staff and Customers from PT. Penjuru Wisata Negeri AET Travel. In this study, the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. From this research it can be seen that the promotion of services carried out by PT. Penjuru Wisata Negeri AET Travel is advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, direct marketing, public relations and word of mouth. Of all the promotions carried out, word of mouth is the promotion that has the most influence on product sales and purchases. Abstract

Supervision Over Dimension Over Loading Trucks on Cross Roads is one step taken by the Riau Province Transportation Service to anticipate and prevent violations of goods transportation, especially on trucks Over dimension over loading. The purpose of this study is to find out how Truck Supervision works Over dimension over loading on the Kampar haighway, as well as to find out the inhibiting factors of the implementation of supervision. This study uses the theory of supervision by Mannulang (2015: 184) which is seen based on the steps of supervision in the form of setting measuring instruments, carrying out assessment actions and finally taking corrective actions. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Research results from the Supervision Over dimension Over loading trucks on cross roads Kubang Raya has not run optimally. The inhibiting factors in carrying out supervision of over dimension over loading trucks are the lack of budget given to carry out field supervison activities, lacks of understanding of drivers in driving and inadequate facilities and infrastructure which cause lless than optimal supervision of over dimension over loading trucks on Cross Road Kubang Raya. The need for supervision carried out regulary and periodically and the application of strict sanctions so that there is a deterrent effect from these sanctions to achieve optimum supervison. Abstract

BTS, as South Korea's premier boyband, has played an integral role in supporting their country's economic growth. Through their global success, BTS was able to open new doors in the entertainment industry, making a significant contribution to the South Korean economy. Secondary data analysis methods and cultural diplomacy theory are critical foundations in understanding the global impact of BTS. By utilizing available secondary data and integrating cultural diplomacy theory, BTS succeeded in creating deep and sustainable connections with fans around the world, reflecting strong diplomatic efforts. BTS's concert in the United States was not only the peak of their success but also had a big positive impact on South Korea. Through significant economic contributions, such as ticket and merchandise sales, BTS has helped provide a sustainable economic boost. Additionally, their presence on the international stage has shaped South Korea's positive image at the UN, strengthening the country's position as an empowered global player.
